Background
At present, a waste incineration power station is a waste treatment means widely adopted in the world, and can provide power resources while performing harmless treatment on waste. The general domestic waste incineration process is as follows: firstly, collecting the garbage, opening a valve of a garbage storage pit, pouring the garbage into the garbage storage pit, fermenting the garbage in the garbage storage pit, and leaching out and treating percolate. The dried garbage is transported to a garbage incinerator for incineration through a hoisting device, the generated gas with high heat is subjected to heat exchange power generation, the waste gas after power generation is cooled and deacidified, the fly ash mixed in the waste gas is cleaned, and then the waste gas is discharged to the atmosphere. And the residues generated by the garbage incineration are poured into the slag pit, are lifted into the transport vehicle by the lifting device and are transported to other areas for recycling. When the garbage is fermented in the garbage storage pit, the garbage storage pit is a closed space, a negative pressure fan is usually arranged on the garbage storage pit to exhaust air from the inside of the garbage storage pit, so that the garbage is subjected to anaerobic fermentation in the garbage storage pit, and simultaneously methane generated by fermentation is pumped away.
The prior art can refer to the Chinese invention patent with application publication number CN108613191A, it discloses an energy utilization system for coupling garbage incinerator steam and a coal-fired unit, which comprises a garbage pool, a garbage incinerator, a waste heat boiler, a coal-fired boiler and a coal-fired steam turbine generator set, wherein the garbage incinerator receives garbage in the garbage pool and conveys flue gas generated by combustion to the waste heat boiler for heat release, the coal-fired steam turbine generator set is connected with the coal-fired boiler through a reheating and cooling section steam pipeline system, the coal-fired steam turbine generator set is connected with a deaerator, the waste heat boiler is connected to the reheating cold section steam pipeline system through the steam pipeline system, the steam and the reheating cold section steam are mixed and then sent to the coal-fired boiler, and the mixture is sent back to the coal-fired steam turbine generator set to do work and generate power after the temperature is increased. The waste incineration power generation efficiency can be improved, the investment of a waste incineration power generation system is reduced, and the ultralow emission of the waste incineration power generation system is realized.
