Abstract

In this embodiment, a group photo smart contract may be deployed in advance in the blockchain node, for specifying a rule and algorithm for generating a group photo picture, and the like. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, a node that generates a group photo generates a request for a picture uplink memory transaction based on the group photo and transmits the request to a blockchain network. It should be noted that in each of the above execution steps, the blockchain nodes may be the same node or different nodes. The present embodiment does not limit the blockchain node executing the transaction request, and any blockchain node that can execute and needs to execute can execute the above operation flow.

Optionally, according to the user behavior and the transaction request type, updating the incentive element of the initiating user of the transaction request, and writing the incentive element updating information of the initiating user into the blockchain as transaction data.
In this embodiment, in the copyright protection of the group photo, the user behavior may include an operation performed by the user based on the visual interface, and the user behavior corresponds to the transaction request type. For example, the user actions may include a user's rights registration action, a query action, a use action, and an infringement maintenance action for the group photo, and each corresponding to a group photo rights registration transaction request, a use transaction request, and an infringement maintenance transaction request. Thus, the user may be rewarded or consumed with incentive elements corresponding to different user behaviors and transaction request types. Wherein the incentive element refers to a general digital currency in the blockchain network or a special digital currency in the blockchain network with a copyright management function. For example, when a user performs an information acquisition action and initiates a transaction request for information acquisition to a blockchain network, consumption of an incentive element can be performed on the user, so that the user can use the incentive element to exchange query information or pay a price for information acquisition; when the user performs the uploading action of the information, such as the provision of infringement evidence data, the user can be rewarded with motivation elements to reward the user for uploading useful information. Thus updating the incentive elements of the initiating user for the transaction request and writing the incentive element update information of the initiating user as transaction data into the blockchain.
According to the technical scheme, a blockchain network with a copyright management function is provided for a user, and the functions of copyright registration, application and infringement maintenance of the group photo picture are provided for the user through the blockchain network with the copyright management function. Therefore, not only can the photo frame be permanently stored, but also copyright protection can be carried out for the photo frame, and the use safety of the photo frame is improved.

Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an intelligent group photo method based on a blockchain implementation, which is applicable to the case of generating virtual group photo pictures, and the method may be performed by an intelligent group photo device based on a blockchain implementation, and the device may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and may be configured in a client. The method specifically comprises the following steps:

In this embodiment, the client may acquire the operation of the user on the visual interface, acquire the uplink storage address of the group photo picture fed back by the block link point from the blockchain, and provide the uplink storage address as the sharing link to the initiating user or the target group photo object, and provide the forwarding function of the sharing link for the user, so that the client receiving the sharing link may access the group photo picture stored in the blockchain through the sharing link.
According to the technical scheme, a group photo operation interface is provided for a user by the client, a group photo request initiated by an initiating user is obtained through a group photo request interaction interface displayed by the client, the group photo request is transmitted to a block chain network through a block chain link point to form a group photo transaction request, so that the block chain link point responds to the group photo transaction request to obtain an original picture of a target group photo object, intelligent synthesis is carried out to generate a group photo picture, and uplink storage is carried out. 1. An intelligent group photo method based on block chain implementation, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a group photo request initiated by an initiating user;
acquiring at least two original pictures provided by a target group photo object according to the group photo request, and generating group photo pictures from the at least two original pictures;
generating a picture uplink storage transaction request based on the group photo, and transmitting the picture uplink storage transaction request to a block chain network so as to store the group photo in an uplink mode;
the method is executed by a block chain link point, and the receiving of the group photo request initiated by the initiating user comprises the following steps:
Acquiring a group photo transaction request initiated by the initiating user as the group photo request, and transmitting the group photo request in a blockchain network to execute the group photo transaction request, and notifying a target group photo object to provide an original picture; wherein the blockchain node is deployed in a server; the group photo transaction request is generated by the server based on an intelligent contract to fill the group photo request into a template of the intelligent contract;
correspondingly, the obtaining at least two original pictures provided by the target group photo object according to the group photo request, and generating the group photo picture from the at least two original pictures includes:
acquiring a picture transmission transaction request; the picture transmission transaction request carries an original picture fed back by the target group photo object;
and when the preset group photo generation condition is met, generating a group photo operation transaction request according to the received original picture, and transmitting the group photo operation transaction request to a blockchain network to execute the group photo operation transaction request to obtain the group photo picture.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said executing the group photo transaction request, notifying a target group photo object to provide an original picture, comprises:
And executing the group photo transaction request, and displaying the group photo invitation to the target group photo object based on the visual interface.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a group photo operation transaction request from the received original picture and transmitting into a blockchain network to execute the group photo operation transaction request to obtain a group photo picture, comprises:
generating a group photo operation transaction request based on a group photo intelligent contract and the received original picture, and transmitting the group photo operation transaction request to a blockchain network;
and executing the group photo operation transaction request, splicing the original pictures into group photo pictures, and adding the group photo pictures serving as group photo operation transaction data into a block.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the group photo request includes at least one of group photo background settings, group photo theme settings, and group photo hue settings.
5. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
and taking the group photo picture as a copyright registration work, initiating a group photo picture copyright registration transaction request to a blockchain network with a copyright management function so as to request a copyright management blockchain node to respond to the group photo picture copyright registration transaction request, and carrying out copyright registration uplink storage on the group photo picture.
6. The method as recited in claim 5, further comprising:
based on the operation of the user on the visual interface, a using transaction request comprising the group photo information is generated and transmitted to a block chain network of a copyright management function so as to request a copyright management block chain link point to respond to the using transaction request, and a target group photo matched with the group photo information is inquired from the block chain and provided for an initiating user of the using transaction request.
7. The method as recited in claim 5, further comprising:
based on the operation of a user on a visual interface, generating an infringement maintenance transaction request based on a group photo, transmitting the infringement maintenance transaction request to a blockchain network of a copyright management function to request a copyright management blockchain node to respond to the infringement maintenance transaction request, inquiring uplink storage data matched with the group photo from a blockchain as infringement evidence data, and providing the infringement maintenance transaction request to an initiating user.

updating the motivation element of the business request initiating user according to the user behavior and the business request type, and writing the motivation element updating information of the initiating user into the blockchain as business data.
9. An intelligent group photo method based on block chain implementation, which is characterized by being applied to a client, the method comprising:
acquiring a group photo request initiated by an initiating user through a displayed group photo request interactive interface;
forming a group photo transaction request from the group photo request through a block chain link point, transmitting the group photo request to a block chain network to acquire an original picture of a target group photo object, generating a group photo picture, and storing the group photo picture in a uplink manner; wherein the blockchain node is deployed in a server; the group photo transaction request is generated by the server based on an intelligent contract to fill the group photo request into a template of the intelligent contract.
10. The method as recited in claim 9, further comprising:
and acquiring an uplink storage address of the group photo picture fed back by the block chain link point, and providing the uplink storage address as a sharing link to the initiating user or the target group photo object so as to access the group photo picture stored in the block chain through the sharing link.

the group photo request receiving module is used for receiving a group photo request initiated by an initiating user;
The intelligent synthesis module is used for acquiring at least two original pictures provided by the target group photo object according to the group photo request and generating group photo pictures from the at least two original pictures;
the uplink storage module is used for generating a picture uplink storage transaction request based on the group photo, transmitting the picture uplink storage transaction request to a blockchain network and carrying out uplink storage on the group photo;
