A cooking appliance, a cooking control method and an apparatus thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cooking control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a cooking control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
and S1, acquiring the weight of the rice water to be cooked put into the appliance body through the weighing device.
Specifically, the weight of the appliance body when food materials are not put in can be stored in advance, the rice water to be cooked is put in the appliance body, the appliance body is placed on the base and forms a complete cooking appliance with the base, the weight of the appliance body containing the rice water to be cooked is obtained through the weighing device, and then the weight of the rice water to be cooked is obtained through calculation according to the weight of the appliance body when food materials are not put in and the weight of the appliance body containing the rice water to be cooked.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the weight value may also be cleared when the appliance body without food material placed therein is placed on the base and forms a complete cooking appliance with the base, and the weight of the rice water to be cooked may be obtained according to the reading of the weight value when the appliance body with the rice water to be cooked is placed on the base and forms a complete cooking appliance with the base.
And S2, acquiring the actual rice water weight in the cooking appliance body in real time through the weighing device in the cooking process of the cooking appliance, and acquiring the temperature in the cooking appliance in real time.
With the progress of the cooking process, the moisture in the rice water in the cooking utensil is continuously evaporated, and the weight of the rice water can be continuously reduced. The total weight of the appliance body filled with rice water is obtained in real time through the weighing device, or the reading of the weight value is read in real time, so that the actual rice water weight in the appliance body can be obtained.
In addition, the temperature of rice water in the cooking appliance can be acquired in real time through the built-in temperature sensor in the cooking process of the cooking appliance.
And S3, acquiring the weight difference between the weight of the rice water to be cooked and the actual weight of the rice water, and judging whether the weight difference is larger than the preset water evaporation amount.
And S4, if the weight difference is larger than the preset moisture evaporation amount, acquiring the boiling point temperature of the current area according to the temperature in the cooking appliance, acquiring a corresponding heating curve according to the boiling point temperature of the current area, and controlling the cooking appliance to cook according to the acquired heating curve.
It should be understood that the weight difference between the weight of the rice water to be cooked and the actual weight of the rice water is the actual water evaporation amount, and when the actual water evaporation amount is larger than the preset water evaporation amount, the rice water in the appliance body is likely to reach or reach the boiling state.
The heating profile may include a relationship of cooking parameters to heating time, such as a relationship of heating power to heating time, or a relationship of target heating temperature to heating time. Different boiling point temperatures can correspond to different heating curves, when the weight difference value is larger than the preset moisture evaporation capacity, the boiling point temperature of the current area is obtained according to the temperature in the cooking utensil, the corresponding heating curve is obtained according to the boiling point temperature of the current area, and cooking parameters such as heating power, target heating temperature and the like can be controlled according to the actual boiling point temperature. That is, the proper cooking parameters can be selected to heat and control the cooking utensil, so that the rice water can be prevented from overflowing or bottom burning due to excessive heating amount, and the rice can be prevented from being half-cooked or the cooking time is prevented from being too long due to insufficient heating amount.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the weight difference is greater than the predetermined moisture evaporation amount, it may be determined whether the temperature inside the cooking appliance is greater than or equal to a predetermined plain boiling point temperature.
If the temperature in the cooking utensil is larger than or equal to the preset plain boiling point temperature, the current position can be judged to be a plain area, and the rice water in the utensil body reaches a boiling state, namely the preset plain boiling point temperature is the boiling point temperature of the current area, so that the normal heating curve of the plain area can be called according to the preset plain boiling point temperature.
When the temperature in the cooking utensil is lower than the preset plain boiling point temperature, namely the current actual boiling point is possibly lower than the boiling point of the plain area, the current position can be judged to be the plateau area. Then, whether the boiling state is actually achieved at present can be further judged according to the temperature change condition in the cooking appliance. Specifically, the temperature variation in the cooking appliance within the preset cycle time may be acquired, and it may be determined whether the temperature variation in the cooking appliance is smaller than a preset temperature threshold. If the temperature variation in the cooking appliance is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value, namely the temperature tends to or is in an equilibrium state, and the temperature does not rise any more, the boiling state can be judged to be reached. At this time, the boiling point temperature of the current area can be obtained according to the current temperature in the cooking appliance, and the normal heating curve of the plain area is adjusted according to the boiling point temperature of the current area, so that the boiling point temperature of the current area is obtained, and the corresponding heating curve is obtained.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the temperature variation in the cooking appliance is greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold and the duration time reaches the first preset time, it may be determined that the temperature in the cooking appliance is abnormal, and an abnormality processing program may be invoked to perform cooking control. Wherein the duration is a timing time obtained by starting timing when the weight difference value is judged to be larger than the preset water evaporation amount. That is, when the weight difference is larger than the preset water evaporation amount, that is, the rice water in the appliance body is likely to reach the boiling state, if the temperature in the cooking appliance detected by the temperature sensor continues to rise for a long time, there is a possibility that an abnormality occurs in the temperature sensor or the microprocessor, and at this time, the above-mentioned heating control strategy is not used, and the cooking control is performed by using the abnormality processing program.
According to the cooking control method of the cooking utensil provided by the embodiment of the invention, the weight of rice water to be cooked and the actual weight of the rice water in the cooking process are obtained by weighing the utensil body, so that the moisture evaporation amount in the utensil body is obtained, then the boiling point temperature of the current area is obtained according to the moisture evaporation amount in the utensil body and the temperature in the cooking utensil, and the corresponding heating curve is obtained according to the boiling point temperature of the current area so as to perform cooking control on the cooking utensil, so that the boiling point of the current area can be quickly and accurately obtained, the cooking utensil can be respectively subjected to cooking control according to different boiling points of different areas, the cooking utensil is suitable for different altitudes, and the cooking effect is good.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a cooking control method of a cooking appliance may include the steps of:
s101, acquiring the total weight G1 of the rice water before cooking, and starting to enter the cooking stage. The cooking appliance of the embodiment of the invention can be an electric cooker, and the control program of the electric cooker is executed by a microprocessor.
S102, monitoring the weight G and the real-time temperature T of the real-time rice water. The real-time temperature is the temperature in the cooking utensil, and specifically is the rice water temperature detected by the temperature sensor in the cooking process.
S103, judging whether G1-G is more than G3. G3 is a preset value, and actually determines whether the moisture evaporation amount is larger than a preset value. If yes, executing step S104; if not, return to step S102.
In step S104, a timer starts to count time t.
S105, judging whether T is more than or equal to T3. T3 is a preset plain boiling point temperature, and may be, for example, 100 ℃ corresponding to an altitude of 0 m. If yes, go to step S106; if not, step S107 is performed.
S106, calling the normal heating curve S1 of the plain area.
S107, whether the variation quantity Delta T of T in the P period is less than T2 is judged. Where T2 is a preset value. The magnitude relation between the variation quantity delta T of T and T2 in the period can be judged once in each P period, and actually the change rate of the real-time temperature T is judged. If yes, namely the change rate of the real-time temperature T is small and the rice water is in a boiling state, executing step S108; if not, i.e. the rate of change of the real-time temperature T is large, step S109 is executed.
And S108, acquiring the boiling point temperature of the current area according to the current real-time temperature, and calling a corresponding heating curve S2. The current real-time temperature is the boiling point temperature of the current region, the corresponding heating curve can be directly selected according to the boiling point temperature, the boiling point temperature can be converted into the corresponding altitude, and the corresponding heating curve can be selected according to the altitude.
S109, whether t is larger than t1 is judged. If the real-time temperature T is not greater than T1, the change rate of the real-time temperature T is greater, and the change rate of the real-time temperature T is greater because the rice water does not reach the boiling point, the step S107 is returned to continue to judge the delta T; if yes, i.e. the timing time T is greater than T1 and the change rate of the real-time temperature T is still large, the change rate of the real-time temperature T is large and may be caused by abnormality of the rice cooker, and step S110 is executed.
S110, calling an exception handling program to carry out heating control. For example, cooking heating is performed according to a set rule, or heating is terminated early to perform fault detection, fault alarm, or the like.
The invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium corresponding to the above embodiment.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of an embodiment of the present invention, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, can implement the cooking control method proposed by the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
According to the non-transitory computer readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention, the stored computer program is executed, so that the boiling point of the current area can be quickly and accurately acquired, and the cooking appliances can be respectively controlled to cook according to different boiling points of different areas, so that the cooking appliances are suitable for different altitudes, and the cooking effect is good.
Corresponding to the above embodiment, the invention further provides a cooking control device of the cooking appliance.
As shown in fig. 3, the cooking control device of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a weight obtaining module 10, a temperature obtaining module 20, a first determining module 30, and a control module 40.
The weight obtaining module 10 is used for obtaining the weight of rice water to be cooked in the appliance body through the weighing device, and obtaining the actual weight of the rice water in the appliance body in real time through the weighing device in the cooking process of the cooking appliance; the temperature acquisition module 20 is used for acquiring the temperature in the cooking appliance in real time during the cooking process of the cooking appliance; the first judging module 30 is used for obtaining a weight difference value between the weight of the rice water to be cooked and the actual weight of the rice water, and judging whether the weight difference value is larger than a preset water evaporation amount or not; the control module 40 is configured to obtain a boiling point temperature of the current region according to a temperature in the cooking appliance when the weight difference is greater than the preset moisture evaporation amount, obtain a corresponding heating curve according to the boiling point temperature of the current region, and control the cooking appliance to cook according to the obtained heating curve.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the weight obtaining module 10 may store the weight of the appliance body when no food is placed in the appliance body, and when the rice water to be cooked is placed in the appliance body and the appliance body is placed on the base and forms a complete cooking appliance with the base, obtain the weight of the appliance body containing the rice water to be cooked by the weighing device, and then calculate the weight of the rice water to be cooked according to the weight of the appliance body when no food is placed in the appliance body and the weight of the appliance body containing the rice water to be cooked.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the weight obtaining module 10 may also clear the weight value when the appliance body without food material is placed on the base and forms a complete cooking appliance with the base, and obtain the weight of the rice water to be cooked according to the weight reading when the appliance body with the rice water to be cooked is placed on the base and forms a complete cooking appliance with the base.
With the progress of the cooking process, the moisture in the rice water in the cooking utensil is continuously evaporated, and the weight of the rice water can be continuously reduced. The weight obtaining module 10 obtains the total weight of the appliance body filled with rice water in real time through the weighing device, or reads the weight value reading in real time, so as to obtain the actual rice water weight in the appliance body.
The temperature obtaining module 20 may obtain the temperature of the rice water in the cooking appliance in real time through the temperature sensor.
Different boiling point temperatures can correspond to different heating curves, when the first judging module 30 judges that the weight difference value is greater than the preset moisture evaporation capacity, the control module 40 obtains the boiling point temperature of the current region according to the temperature in the cooking utensil, and obtains the corresponding heating curve according to the boiling point temperature of the current region, so that the cooking parameters such as heating power, target heating temperature and the like can be controlled according to the actual boiling point temperature.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the cooking control apparatus of the cooking appliance may further include a second determination module 50. The second judging module can judge whether the temperature in the cooking utensil is more than or equal to the preset plain boiling point temperature when the weight difference value is more than the preset moisture evaporation amount.
If the temperature in the cooking appliance is greater than or equal to the preset plain boiling point temperature, the current position can be judged to be the plain area, and the rice water in the appliance body reaches the boiling state, namely the preset plain boiling point temperature is the boiling point temperature of the current area, so that the control module 40 can call the normal heating curve of the plain area according to the preset plain boiling point temperature.
Specifically, the second determining module 50 may further obtain a temperature variation amount within the cooking appliance within a preset period time, and determine whether the temperature variation amount within the cooking appliance is smaller than a preset temperature threshold. If the temperature variation in the cooking appliance is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value, namely the temperature tends to or is in an equilibrium state, and the temperature does not rise any more, the boiling state can be judged to be reached. At this time, the control module 40 may obtain the boiling point temperature of the current region according to the current temperature in the cooking appliance, and adjust the normal heating curve of the plain area according to the boiling point temperature of the current region, so as to obtain the boiling point temperature of the current region and obtain the corresponding heating curve.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the temperature variation in the cooking appliance is greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold and the duration time reaches the first preset time, the control module 40 may determine that the temperature in the cooking appliance is abnormal, and call an abnormal processing program to perform cooking control.
