Abstract
The invention discloses an anchor rod trolley cab, which consists of a cab shell, a seat, a vehicle running control device, an anchor rod beating control device and a cab lifting and turning device, wherein the seat is arranged on the cab shell; the cab shell body is a steel structure frame; the seat, the vehicle running control device and the anchor rod driving control device are arranged in the cab frame, and the vehicle running control device is arranged on the right side in the cab shell in the vehicle advancing direction; the cab lifting and overturning device is used for movably connecting the frame and the cab frame; when the automobile seat is used, an operator sits on the seat, adjusts the position and the height of the seat according to the needs, and realizes the expansion of the visual angle through the control of the cab lifting and overturning device, so that the operation and control of the automobile and the anchor rod are completed. The problems of low space utilization rate, poor visual field of a cab and low safety of the existing anchor rod trolley are solved.

Background
In tunnel excavation and mining work progress, the tunnel that excavates needs in time to be strutted, avoids appearing collapsing, and stock platform truck is a supporting equipment of often using. The device mainly comprises a traveling system, an arm support system, a drilling system and an anchor rod system. During operation, firstly, an anchor rod hole is drilled in a tunnel by using a drilling system, and then mortar is injected into the anchor rod by using the anchor rod drilling system to insert the anchor rod. Therefore, the anchor rod trolley cab not only needs to be provided with a vehicle running control area but also needs to be provided with an anchor rod driving control area, and the conventional cab is operated by arranging two seats to realize different control functions, so that the space utilization rate of the cab and the operation convenience of operators are seriously influenced. Therefore, a novel anchor rod trolley cab needs to be designed, so that the cab space is fully utilized, and meanwhile, the novel anchor rod trolley cab has better visual field and better safety.

Referring to fig. 1-4, an anchor-rod trolley cab is composed of a cab shell 1, a seat 2, a vehicle running control device 10, an anchor-rod driving control device 9 and a cab lifting and turning device 8; the main body of the cab shell 1 is a steel structure frame; the seat 2, the vehicle running control device 10 and the anchor rod driving control device 9 are arranged in a cab frame, and the vehicle running control device 10 is arranged on the right side in the cab shell 1 in the vehicle advancing direction; the cab lifting and turning device 8 is used for movably connecting the frame and the cab frame 2; when the vehicle seat is used, an operator sits on the seat 2, adjusts the position and the height of the seat 2 according to the needs, and realizes the expansion of the visual angle through the control of the cab lifting and turning device 8 so as to finish the control of the vehicle and the anchor rod.
