As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a preferred embodiment of a straight liquid type fiber-tipped pen provided by the invention comprises a pen holder 1, a tail plug 2, a writing item 3, a push rod 4, a liquid storage cup 5 and a pen core 6, wherein one end of the pen holder 1 is matched and connected with the writing item 3 to form a cavity, the other end of the pen holder 1 is slidably connected with the tail plug 2, a spring 7 is arranged between the pen holder 1 and the tail plug 2, a connecting pipe 8 penetrating and connected with the pen core 6 is arranged on the central axis of the writing item 3, one end of the push rod 4 is connected with the tail plug 2, the other end of the push rod 4 is connected with the liquid storage cup 5, the liquid storage cup 5 is provided with an outer cup 9 and an inner cup 10, the cup mouth of the outer cup 9 and the cup mouth of the inner cup 10 are both arranged towards the direction of the pen core 6, the liquid storage cup 5 divides the cavity into a first liquid storage cavity 11 and a second liquid storage cavity 12, an air return groove 13 is arranged between the pen core 6 and the connecting pipe 8, preferably, the air return groove 13 is arranged on the inner wall of the connecting pipe 8, one end of the pen core 6 extends out of the pen holder 3, the other end of the pen core 6 is provided with a silica gel seat 14 and extends into the inner cup 10, the silica gel seat 14 is fixedly sleeved on the connecting pipe 8, the silica gel seat 14 is in sliding fit with the inner cup 10, the silica gel seat 14 is provided with an ink inlet channel 15 which can enable ink to flow to the pen core 6, the inner cup 10 is provided with a first air water gap 16 which is communicated with the ink inlet channel 15 and the first liquid storage cavity 11, the outer cup 9 is in clearance fit with the pen holder 3, and a second air water gap 17 is formed between the outer cup 9 and the pen holder 3; when the ink-feeding pen is used, the tail plug 2 is pressed, the push rod 4 is pushed to drive the liquid storage cup 5 to move relative to the silica gel base 14, the ink feeding channel 15 is communicated with the first liquid storage cavity 11, and ink flows into the pen core 6 to supply ink for the pen core 6; after the pressing force of the tail plug 2 is removed, under the action of the spring 7, the tail plug 2, the push rod 4 and the liquid storage cup 5 are reset, so that the ink inlet channel 15 and the first liquid storage cavity 11 are disconnected, and ink supply is stopped.
Therefore, when the ink-jet pen is used, the tail plug 2 is pressed, the push rod 4 is pushed to drive the liquid storage cup 5 to move relative to the silica gel seat 14, the ink inlet channel 15 is communicated with the first liquid storage cavity 11, and ink flows into the pen core 6 to supply ink for the pen core 6; after the pressing force of the tail plug 2 is removed, under the action of the spring 7, the tail plug 2, the push rod 4 and the liquid storage cup 5 are reset, so that the ink inlet channel 15 and the first liquid storage cavity 11 are disconnected, and ink supply is stopped; therefore, the direct-liquid fiber-tip pen realizes the supply and blocking of ink by the up-and-down sliding of the liquid storage cup 5, has a simple structure, and supplies ink for the pen core 6 when the direct-liquid fiber-tip pen is used, so that the pen tip is in a soaking state; when the direct-liquid fiber-head pen is idle, ink supply for the pen core 6 is stopped, ink can be effectively prevented from being in contact with air through the pen core 6, and therefore the direct-liquid fiber-head pen is not dried after being used for a long time, meanwhile, the ink in the pen is in a locking state, and the phenomenon of dripping and leaking cannot occur.
It should be noted that the length or volume of the ink inlet channel 15 can be increased according to the required amount of ink, so as to ensure that the ink in the ink inlet channel 15 can meet the requirement of continuous use for a certain period of time.
Illustratively, the push rod 4 is of a hollow structure, the bottom of the inner cup 10 is provided with a third air inlet 18 communicated with the inside of the push rod 4, the push rod 4 is provided with a fourth air inlet 19 communicated with the inside of the push rod 4 and the second liquid storage cavity 12, and after the pressing force of the tail plug 2 is removed, ink in the cavity between the silica gel seat 14 and the inner cup 10 can sequentially enter the cavity through the third air inlet 18 and the fourth air inlet 19.
Illustratively, a sealing body 20 capable of puncturing repeatedly is arranged in the rod seat, and the material of the sealing body 20 is preferably flexible rubber or silica gel; when the ink is added, the ink injection needle is used, the ink injection needle is inserted into the rod seat through the sealing body 20 to inject the ink, and when the ink injection needle is pulled out, due to the characteristic of the flexible rubber or the silica gel material, a hole punched by the ink injection needle in the sealing body 20 can be automatically closed, so that the ink cannot flow out, and the ink is prevented from leaking.
Exemplarily, in order to fix the spring, the pen holder 1 is provided with a tail plug seat 21, the spring 7 is arranged between the tail plug seat 21 and the tail plug 2, a through hole 22 for the push rod 4 to pass through is arranged at the bottom of the tail plug seat 21, the push rod 4 is in sliding fit with the tail plug seat 21, and a first water sealing ring 23 is arranged between the push rod 4 and the tail plug seat 21, so that ink can be effectively prevented from leaking out from a gap between the push rod 4 and the tail plug seat 21.
Illustratively, a second water sealing ring 24 is arranged between the silicone seat 14 and the inner cup 10, which can effectively prevent ink from flowing into the ink inlet channel 15 from a gap between the silicone seat 14 and the inner cup 10.
Illustratively, the end of the pen core 6 is provided with a step 25, the connecting pipe 8 extends outwards to form an extension 26, the end surface of the step 25 is attached to the end surface of the extension 26, and the height of the step 25 is greater than or equal to the depth of the air return groove 13, so that the pen core 6 is installed more firmly, and ink is prevented from leaking out of the air return groove 13.
Illustratively, the straight liquid type fiber-tipped pen further comprises a pen cap 27, wherein the pen cap 27 is arranged on the pen top 3, so that the pen core 6 is prevented from being in contact with air when the pen is not used, and ink is prevented from evaporating and drying.
It should be noted that, the inner cup 10 and the outer cup 9 of the liquid storage cup 5 are both U-shaped, when the pen core 6 of the straight liquid fiber pen is placed downwards, if the ink amount is lower than the inlet of the ink inlet channel 15 (i.e. the first air inlet 16), the ink cannot flow into the pen core 6 through the ink inlet channel 15, when the straight liquid fiber pen is inverted, the ink will flow into the outer cup 9 due to the special shape of the outer cup 9, so that the ink can flow into the pen core 6 through the ink inlet channel 15, the ink can be fully used, and the waste of resources is avoided.
