Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used in the examples of the present invention and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a display device in an expanded state according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the display device in fig. 1 in a stored state, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the display device in fig. 1 in a state of being rotationally switched between the expanded state and the stored state, in which an embodiment of the present invention provides a display device, including: at least two display screens 1; the plane where the at least two display screens 1 are located is parallel to the first plane; at least two display screens 1 are rotatably connected through at least one rotating shaft 2, and the axial direction of each rotating shaft 2 is perpendicular to the first plane.
Specifically, for example, in the display device shown in fig. 1 and 2, the display device includes two display screens 1, a plane where each display screen 1 is located is parallel to a first plane, and an axial direction of a rotating shaft 2 is perpendicular to the first plane, that is, the two display screens 1 can rotate along the rotating shaft 2 in a direction parallel to the first plane, in a scene that needs to be carried conveniently, a user can rotate the two display screens 1 along the rotating shaft 2 to have a larger overlapping area, for example, the state shown in fig. 2, so that the display device occupies a smaller plane space, which is beneficial to carrying; in a scene requiring a larger display area, a user can rotate the two display screens 1 along the rotating shaft 2 to a state having a smaller overlapping area, such as the state shown in fig. 1, so that the two display screens 1 have non-overlapping areas, and can realize tiled display, so that the display device has a larger display area.
In the display device in the embodiment of the invention, at least two display screens parallel to the same plane are arranged, the at least two display screens are rotationally connected through the rotating shaft, and the axial direction of the rotating shaft is vertical to the plane of the display screens, so that the at least two display screens can rotate mutually through the rotating shaft, and when the at least two display screens rotate to have larger overlapping area, the plane space occupied by the display device is smaller, thus being beneficial to carrying; when the at least two display screens are rotated to have smaller overlapping areas, the at least two display screens realize splicing display, so that the display device has larger display area to meet the requirements of users.
In addition, the arrows shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 are light outgoing directions of the display screen 1, that is, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 both have light outgoing surfaces located on the same side, and in the unfolded state, the two light outgoing surfaces have a larger light outgoing area, so that the tiled display can be realized, and in the storage state, the display screen 1 (for example, the second display screen 12) located on the outer side has a light outgoing surface exposed outside, so that the display function can be realized, and the display screen is convenient to carry and operate with one hand. In addition, as shown in fig. 3, when the display device is switched between the storage state and the expansion state, one of the display screens 1 rotates relative to the other display screen 1 along the first rotating shaft 21 as an axis, and this switching manner can ensure that the light emitting planes are the same plane or parallel planes no matter in the storage state and the expansion state; in addition, the second display 12 which is always exposed outside can be used as an auxiliary display, and the first display 11 which is not exposed in the storage state can be used as a main display, so that the auxiliary display is always exposed outside and can display indication information such as time, and the main display is exposed only when the user control is in the unfolding state, and can be prevented from being scratched and the like in the storage state; in addition, if the display device is in a folding mode, a bendable display panel is required to be used, so that adverse effects on display can still be caused in a folding area, or the two display screens are in a folding and splicing mode, so that a non-display gap is inevitably left between the two display screens, but the display device in the embodiment of the invention does not need to bend the display panel, and in an unfolding state, a gap is not required to be left at the joint between the two display screens 1, so that a better splicing display effect can be realized; in addition, for the spliced screen of the sliding cover type, the sliding track can increase the complexity and the weight of the device, and in order to ensure that the relative sliding between the two screens inevitably leads to the addition of the track between the two screens, even if the spliced screen is in an unfolded state, the sliding track still remains on the surface of the display screen, and the user experience is influenced.
Optionally, the at least two display screens 1 include a first display screen 11 and a second display screen 12, the at least one rotating shaft includes a first rotating shaft 21, and the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are rotatably connected through the first rotating shaft 21; the display device comprises a storage state and an expansion state; as shown in fig. 2, in the accommodated state, the first display panel 11 and the second display panel 12 have a first overlapping area; as shown in fig. 1, in the unfolded state, the first display panel 11 and the second display panel 12 are rotated by the first rotation shaft 21 to have a second overlapping area, and the first overlapping area is larger than the second overlapping area.
Specifically, when the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 have the first overlapping area, since the first overlapping area is larger, that is, the planar space occupied by the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 is smaller, which is beneficial for carrying, the storage state is adopted, and the larger the first overlapping area is, the better the storage state is; when the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 have the second overlapping area, since the second overlapping area is smaller, that is, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 have a larger non-overlapping area, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are tiled to display in the non-overlapping area, so that the display device has a larger display area. In the storage state and the expansion state, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are both parallel to the first plane, and the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 rotate by taking the first rotating shaft 21 as an axis, so that the conversion between the storage state and the expansion state is realized, and in the rotating process, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are still maintained to be parallel to the first plane.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of another display device in an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the display device in a storage state in fig. 4, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the display device in a deployment state in fig. 4, the first display screen 11 includes a first inclined end surface 101, the second display screen 12 includes a second inclined end surface 102, the first inclined end surface 101 is rotatably connected to the second inclined end surface 102 through a first rotating shaft 21, the first inclined end surface 101 and the second inclined end surface 102 are inclined in opposite directions, the first display screen 11 includes a first surface 31 and a second surface 32 which are opposite to each other, the first surface 31 and the second surface 32 are parallel to a first plane, in the storage state, the first surface 31 is located on a side of the second surface 32 away from the second display screen 12, for example, in fig. 4, the first surface 31 is located on an upper side of the second surface 32, the first inclined end face 101 is inclined inward of the first display screen 11 along a direction in which the first surface 31 points to the second surface 32, the second display screen 12 includes a third surface 33 and a fourth surface 34 which are opposite, the third surface 33 and the fourth surface 34 are both parallel to the first plane, the third surface 33 is located on a side of the fourth surface 34 close to the first display screen 11, for example, in fig. 4, the third surface 33 is located on an upper side of the fourth surface 34, and the second inclined end face 102 is inclined inward of the second display screen 12 along a direction in which the fourth surface 34 points to the third surface 33. Under the same reference, for example, in the accommodated state, in the light outgoing direction (i.e., the direction from bottom to top in fig. 5), the second inclined end surface 102 is inclined from right to left, and the first inclined end surface 101 is inclined from left to right, i.e., the inclination directions of the first inclined end surface 101 and the second inclined end surface 102 are opposite.
Optionally, the first surface 31 and the third surface 33 are light emitting surfaces, and the second surface 32 and the fourth surface 34 are back surfaces. Further, optionally, the thickness of the first display screen 11 is smaller than the thickness of the second display screen 12. On one hand, because the first display screen 11 is located on the light emitting surface side of the second display screen 12 in the storage state, and the light emitting surface side of the display screen is weaker in the capability of bearing external impact or pressure, the thickness of the first display screen 11 is reduced to make the first display screen 11 lighter, and large impact or pressure on the light emitting surface of the second display screen 12 caused by movement of the first display screen 11 relative to the light emitting surface of the second display screen 12 can be avoided when the state of the display device is converted. On the other hand, as the thickness of the first display screen 11 is reduced, the first display screen 11 can be spliced in place more quickly when being matched with the second display screen 12 after being rotated to the unfolded position.
Of course, in other alternative embodiments of the present invention, the second surface 32 and the fourth surface 34 are light emitting surfaces, the first surface 31 and the third surface 33 are back surfaces, or the thicknesses of the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are the same.
As shown in fig. 5, in the storage state, the first display panel 11 and the second display panel 12 are stacked, the first inclined end surface 101 and the second inclined end surface 102 are located on the same side (for example, the right side in the drawing) of the display device, and the first rotation shaft 21 intersects both the first inclined end surface 101 and the second inclined end surface 102; as shown in fig. 6, in the unfolded state, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are located on the same plane, and the first inclined end surface 101 contacts with the second inclined end surface 102, that is, the first inclined end surface 101 and the second inclined end surface 102 contact with the boundary between the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 and are in surface contact with each other.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the two display panels 1 are provided with the first rotating shaft 21 on the inclined end surfaces with opposite inclination directions, so that in the unfolded state, the first inclined end surface 101 contacts with the second inclined end surface 102, the first display panel 11 and the second display panel 12 can be located on the same plane, but not in a stacked state, when the tiled display is performed, the display effect is better, that is, a flat display surface is provided, the tiled feeling of the picture is weakened, the contact area of the tiled part is increased through the inclined end surfaces, the structural stability is improved, and under the unfolded body, the first inclined end surface 101 and the second inclined end surface 102 contact with each other and abut against each other, the two display panels 1 in the unfolded state can be better fitted through the inclined surfaces with opposite directions, the first display panel 11 and the second display panel 12 located on the same plane are not easy to slip, so that the user can position the display device in the unfolded state well, the operation and the watching of the user are facilitated, and meanwhile, the structural stability is improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the first display screen 11 and the first rotating shaft 21 are movably connected in the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 21, that is, the first display screen 11 can move relative to the first rotating shaft 21 along the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 21; and/or the second display 12 is movably connected with the first rotating shaft 21 in the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 21, that is, the second display 12 can move relative to the first rotating shaft 21 along the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 21.
Specifically, when the display device is converted from the storage state to the expansion state, when the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are rotated to have a minimum overlapping area, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are moved relatively close to each other along the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 21, and the first inclined end surface 101 and the second inclined end surface 102 are gradually close to each other until the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are in surface contact with each other, so that the conversion from the storage state to the expansion state is realized even if the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are located on the same plane; similarly, when the display device is converted from the unfolded state to the folded state, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are moved away from each other along the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 21 until the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are located on different planes, and at this time, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are rotated along the first rotating shaft 21 until the first display screen 11 and the second display screen are stacked and have a large overlapping area, so that the display device is converted from the unfolded state to the folded state.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the first rotating shaft 21 is retractable in its axial direction.
Specifically, first pivot 21 is scalable along its axial direction, like this, display device is when taking in the state and expanding between the state, the process of relative movement on the axial direction of first pivot 21 between first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12, only need can realize through the flexible of first pivot 21, it removes for first pivot 21 not to need first display screen 11 or second display screen 12, thereby the friction between avoided display screen and first pivot 21 and led to the fact harmful effects to the display screen, can avoid breaking away from between display screen and the pivot simultaneously. Moreover, because the first rotating shaft 21 is telescopic along the axial direction thereof, when the first display screen 11 rotates relative to the second display screen 12, the first rotating shaft 21 can be firstly extended to form a gap between the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12, so that the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 do not have contact friction in the rotating process, and the damage to the display screens caused by friction is avoided.
Optionally, the extendable range of the first rotating shaft 21 along the axial direction thereof is greater than the thickness of the first display screen 11 or the second display screen 12. Optionally, the maximum length of the first rotating shaft 21 is greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12, and the minimum length is the thickness of the display screen with the smaller thickness among the thicknesses of the first display screen 11 or the second display screen 12.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, fig. 7 is an exploded and enlarged schematic view of fig. 6 at the first rotating shaft, the first display screen 11 is fixedly connected to the first connecting portion 211 of the first rotating shaft 21, the second display screen 12 is fixedly connected to the second connecting portion 212 of the first rotating shaft 21, and the first connecting portion 211 and the second connecting portion 212 are relatively movable in the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 21. The extension and contraction of the first rotating shaft 21 can be realized by two connecting parts.
Specifically, for example, in fig. 7, the first connection portion 211 may be a female shaft embedded in the first display 11, one end of which is exposed from the first inclined end surface 101, and the second connection portion 212 may be a male shaft extending from the second inclined end surface 102 of the second display 12, and the male shaft and the female shaft may cooperate to realize a rotating shaft function, and at the same time, the male shaft and the female shaft may cooperate to realize a telescopic function.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of another display device in an accommodated state in an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the display device in fig. 8 in an expanded state, both the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are rectangular, the first inclined end surface 101 is one side of the rectangle corresponding to the first display screen 11, and the second inclined end surface 102 is one side of the rectangle corresponding to the second display screen 12; in the accommodated state, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are completely overlapped; in the unfolded state, the first display panel 11 and the second display panel 12 are joined to form a rectangle, and the first inclined end surface 101 and the second inclined end surface 102 are overlapped and located at the middle position of the joined rectangle. In this configuration, since the two display panels 1 can be completely overlapped in the stored state and only the first inclined end surface 101 and the second inclined end surface 102 are overlapped in the expanded state, the maximum space utilization can be achieved, and the planar area in the expanded state is twice as large as that in the stored state.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of another display device in an accommodated state according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of the display device in fig. 10 in an expanded state, fig. 12 is a schematic partial enlarged view of the display device in a region a in fig. 10, at least two display screens further include a third display screen 13, at least one of the rotation shafts further includes a second rotation shaft 22, and the third display screen 13 and the second display screen 12 are rotatably connected by the second rotation shaft 22; in the storage state, the second display 12 and the third display 13 have a third overlapping area, and the first display 11 and the third display 13 overlap; in the unfolded state, the second display 12 and the third display 13 are rotated by the second rotation shaft 22 to have a fourth overlapping area, the fourth overlapping area is larger than the third overlapping area, and the first display 11 and the third display 13 are not overlapped.
Specifically, the structures shown in fig. 10 and 11 expand the display screens for realizing the splicing into three, and in the storage state, the first display screen 11, the second display screen 12, and the third display screen 13 are all overlapped, so that the display screens have a smaller plane area and are convenient to store, and in the expansion state, the first display screen 11, the second display screen 12, and the third display screen 13 are expanded into the same plane and have a larger plane area, so that a larger display area can be provided.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the third display 13 is rectangular, and the first rotating shaft 21 and the second rotating shaft 22 are located at two opposite sides of the second display 12; in the accommodated state, the first display screen 11, the second display screen 12, and the third display screen 13 are completely overlapped.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, fig. 13 is a schematic structural view of another display device in an accommodated state according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 14 is a schematic structural view of the display device in fig. 13 in an expanded state, at least two display screens 1 further include a third display screen 13, and the first display screen 11, the second display screen 12, and the third display screen 13 are all rotatably connected through a first rotating shaft 21; in the storage state, the first display screen 11, the second display screen 12 and the third display screen 13 are completely overlapped, and the formed plane has a storage state area; in the unfolded state, the first display screen 11, the second display screen 12 and the third display screen 13 rotate to form a plane through the first rotating shaft 21, and the plane has an unfolded state area, and the unfolded state area is larger than the storage state area.
Specifically, the display device shown in fig. 13 is different from the display device shown in fig. 10 in that the display device in fig. 10 realizes the storage and expansion of three display panels by two rotation shafts, whereas the display device shown in fig. 13 realizes the storage and expansion of three display panels by the same rotation shaft.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the first display screen 11, the second display screen 12, and the third display screen 13 are all fan-shaped; the first rotating shaft 21 is located at the approximate center of the fan.
Specifically, in the storage state, the planar shape formed by the first display panel 11, the second display panel 12, and the third display panel 13 is a first sector; under the expansion state, first display screen 11, the plane shape that second display screen 12 and third display screen 13 formed is the second fan-shaped, the fan-shaped area of second is greater than the fan-shaped area of first, the fan-shaped central angle of second is greater than the fan-shaped central angle of first, display screen 1 more than three realizes through same pivot swivelling joint when the concatenation shows, when setting up every display screen 1 into a plurality of fan-shaped that shape and size are close, can utilize the space furthest, realize the concatenation and show, make display device have less planar area under the state of accomodating, and have great display plane again greatly in the expansion state.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, in the unfolded state, the display screen is positioned by a positioning structure (not shown in the figures).
Specifically, in the structure shown in fig. 13 and 14, the three display panels are all rotatably connected by the first rotating shaft 21, and therefore, it is not possible to make the three display panels in the unfolded state on the same plane, that is, in the unfolded state, the three display panels inevitably have stacked portions, and therefore, the state between the display panels in the unfolded state is unstable, and therefore, a positioning structure is provided so that the display device is positioned in the unfolded state, and the positional relationship between the display panels is not easily changed, for the convenience of the user's operation and viewing.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the first display screen 11, the second display screen 12, and the third display screen 13 are sequentially stacked; the positioning structure includes: the first positioning structure is arranged on the surface of one side, close to the second display screen 12, of the first display screen 11, the second positioning structure is arranged on one side, close to the first display screen 11, of the second display screen 12, one of the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure is a groove, the other one of the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure is a protrusion, in the unfolded state, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are matched, namely, the protrusion is clamped in the groove, so that the positioning between the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 is realized, the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12 are kept in the unfolded state more stably, and the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are always positioned in the overlapped area of the first display screen 11 and the second display screen 12, so that the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are not shown in the figure; similarly, the second display screen 12 is close to the third positioning structure on the surface of one side of the third display screen 13, and the third display screen 13 is close to the fourth positioning structure on one side of the second display screen 12, one of the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure is a groove, and the other is a protrusion, and in the unfolded state, the third positioning structure and the fourth positioning structure are matched, that is, the protrusion is clamped in the groove, so as to realize the positioning between the second display screen 12 and the third display screen 13, and make the second display screen 12 and the third display screen 13 more stably maintain the unfolded state.
