As shown in fig. 1, a cigarette blister packaging machine, each functional mechanism is sequentially arranged on a substrate travelling path or arranged on two sides of the substrate travelling path with the substrate travelling path as an axle center, and comprises a substrate forming device, a cigarette feeding device, a heat sealing device and a defect detecting and sorting device;
as shown in fig. 2, the substrate forming device is disposed at the forefront end of the whole device, the substrate slitting and winding mechanism and the encapsulation layer printing and coating mechanism firstly slit, print and coat the substrate and the encapsulation layer respectively, then the substrate enters the substrate unreeling forming mechanism for unreeling, and the encapsulation layer enters the encapsulation layer unreeling and spreading mechanism for standby.
The device comprises a substrate unreeling shaft, a tension adjusting shaft, a substrate guide roller, a substrate heating plate and a negative pressure forming device; wherein the substrate unreeling shaft, the tension adjusting shaft, and the substrate guiding roller guide the substrate to the substrate heating plate; the substrate heating plate is divided into an upper part and a lower part, the lower part is fixed on the frame, the upper part is fixedly connected with the upper part of the negative pressure forming device arranged at the rear end of the substrate heating plate, and the substrate passes through the space between the upper part and the lower part to be heated; the negative pressure forming device is divided into an upper plate and a lower plate, wherein the upper plate is provided with a male die, the male die is pulled by a pneumatic shaft to realize pressing, the lower plate is provided with a female die and is connected with an exhaust pipe, the male die is opposite to the female die, the pneumatic shaft acts, the upper plate and the lower plate are attached, and a heated substrate forms a regular accommodating groove along the shapes of the male die and the female die under the action of negative pressure of the exhaust pipe.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the cigarette feeding device is arranged at the side of the substrate forming device and comprises a cigarette feeding hopper, a cigarette sorting and transferring roller, a cigarette rotary conveying frame, a counting detection sensor and a cigarette transferring and adsorbing mechanical arm; the cigarette rotary conveying frame is fixed on the workbench, and the cigarette sorting and conveying roller is arranged above the cigarette rotary conveying frame, is connected with a supporting plate extending upwards from the side edge of the workbench and is driven by a motor fixed on the other side of the supporting plate; a cigarette supply pipe is arranged above the cigarette sorting and transferring roller, a cigarette falling port at the lower side of the cigarette supply pipe is opposite to the upper circumference of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller, and an arc-shaped extension plate at the outer side of the cigarette falling port wraps the feeding side of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller; the axial width of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller is longer than the length of cigarettes, arc-shaped groove groups are axially arranged on the circumferential surface of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller at intervals, and the number of arc-shaped grooves of each arc-shaped groove group is consistent with the number of cigarettes in a single produced bubble cap; the discharging side of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller is wrapped by an arc-shaped guard plate, and the wrapping part extends from the inner side of the cigarette falling port to the part of the bottom of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller, which is contacted with the cigarette rotary conveying frame; the arc-shaped guard plate is fixed on the supporting plate, the inside of the arc-shaped guard plate is arc-shaped, and forms a concentric circle structure with the cigarette sorting and conveying roller, and the radius of the arc-shaped guard plate is larger than that of the cigarette sorting and conveying roller; the cigarette rotary conveying frame is arranged below the cigarette sorting and conveying rollers and comprises a rotary support, a rotary belt, rollers fixed on two sides of the rotary support and conveying plates fixed on the rotary belt at equal intervals, wherein each conveying plate is provided with an arc-shaped groove group which is the same as the circumference of the cigarette sorting and conveying rollers; the single roller is vertically and axially arranged and rotates along a vertical axis, the plurality of rollers are linearly arranged, and the wheel surface of each roller abuts against the conveying plate; the lower edge of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller, together with the lower end part of the arc-shaped guard plate, is contacted with the feeding end of the cigarette rotary conveying frame which is turned over from bottom to top; meanwhile, a counting detection sensor is arranged on the side surface of the discharging end of the cigarette rotary conveying frame which is turned over from top to bottom; the rotating speed of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller is consistent with the linear speed of the cigarette rotary conveying frame, and the time nodes of action and stop are consistent; the cigarette transferring and adsorbing mechanical arm is arranged at the side of the cigarette rotary conveying frame and comprises a first driving seat, a second driving seat, a third driving seat, an air pump, a compression air pipe and a cigarette transferring end; the first driving seat is fixed on the workbench, the second driving seat is strip-shaped, two ends of the second driving seat are respectively connected with the first driving seat and the third driving seat, the first driving seat can be driven by the first driving seat, the cigarette transferring end is connected to the third driving seat, the third driving seat can be driven by the second driving seat, and the cigarette transferring end can be driven to rotate; the air pump is arranged inside the first driving seat, the compressed air pipe is respectively connected with the air pump and the cigarette transfer end, the negative pressure rubber head is arranged on the lower end face of the cigarette transfer end, the arrangement mode of the negative pressure rubber head is consistent with that of the arc-shaped groove group, the negative pressure rubber heads which are arranged in parallel and have the same number as that of the cigarettes in the single bubble cap form a group, and the number of the negative pressure rubber heads arranged on the lower end face of the whole cigarette transfer end is matched with a preset number.
When the automatic cigarette sorting and conveying device works, a sufficient amount of bulk cigarettes are filled in a cigarette feed hopper, the cigarettes enter an arc-shaped groove on the surface of a cigarette sorting and conveying roller from a cigarette falling port and are transferred into the arc-shaped groove on a conveying plate from top to bottom, and the rotating speed of the cigarette sorting and conveying roller is consistent with the linear speed of a cigarette rotary conveying frame and the time nodes of action and stop; the number of the arc-shaped groove groups on the conveying plate reaches a preset value, the first driving seat, the second driving seat and the third driving seat on the cigarette transferring and adsorbing mechanical arm are mutually matched, the cigarette transferring end is moved to the position above the cigarette to be transferred, then the cigarette is lowered, the air pump, the compressed air pipe and the negative pressure are coordinated to suck, lift and rotate the cigarette to the designated position, and then the negative pressure rubber head is deflated to complete cigarette supply.
As shown in fig. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, the heat sealing device is arranged behind the base material forming device and the cigarette supplying device and cooperates with the base material forming device and the cigarette supplying device to co-operate, and comprises a back film unreeling mechanism, a back film bonding mechanism, a drying and leveling mechanism and a bubble cap cutting mechanism.
The back film unreeling mechanism is arranged on a vertical supporting plate fixed with the workbench and comprises a back film unreeling shaft, a front guide shaft, a bubble cap, a back film matching precision adjusting device and a back guide roller set, wherein the back film unreeling shaft and the front guide shaft are arranged from top to bottom.
The bubble cap and back film matching precision adjusting device is arranged between the front guide shaft and the back guide roller set, is fixed on the supporting plate and comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, a sliding rail, a sliding block, a tension shaft, an upper proximity switch, a lower proximity switch and a balancing weight, wherein the top plate and the bottom plate are oppositely arranged and fixed on the supporting plate; the back film passes through the lower part of the tension shaft, the sliding block moves up and down to drive the tension shaft to apply different acting forces to the back film, and the longitudinal relative position of the back film when the back film is bonded and compounded with the bubble cap is adjusted; when the back film is bonded, the sliding block is adjusted to rise, so that the pressure of the tension shaft on the back film is reduced, and the back film moves forwards; and when the back film is positioned at the front, the sliding block is adjusted to descend, so that the pressure of the tension shaft on the back film is increased, and the back film is moved backwards.
The back guide roller group comprises five guide rollers, namely a first guide roller, a second guide roller, a third guide roller, a fourth guide roller and a fifth guide roller, and the back film sequentially passes through the five guide rollers and then enters the back film bonding mechanism.
The back film bonding mechanism adopts an oil heating temperature control structure and is provided with an extrusion bonding mechanism, and the specific structure comprises an air cylinder, an air cylinder bracket, an upper heating plate, an upper bonding die, a lower heating plate and a lower bonding die; the cylinder support is fixed on the workbench, a table top is not arranged on the workbench right below the fixed part, an accommodating space is reserved for the lower heating plate and the bonding lower die, the cylinder is fixed on the bedplate above the cylinder support, an upper heating plate and the bonding upper die fixed with the upper heating plate are arranged below the bedplate, a cylinder telescopic shaft positioning sleeve is arranged in the space between the bedplate and the upper heating plate, the upper heating plate and the bonding upper die are fixed on the cylinder support, the cylinder telescopic shaft penetrates through the positioning sleeve and then is connected with the lower heating plate and the bonding lower die which are arranged below the table top, the cylinder telescopic shaft is pulled to move up and down, when the cylinder telescopic shaft moves up and down, the bonding upper die and the bonding lower die are used for clamping a formed and added cigarette, and a blister package covered with a back film is clamped in the middle, the adhesive layer on the back film is melted by the heat transferred by the upper heating plate and the lower heating plate, the lower heating plate and the bonding part on the blister package is bonded down after bonding is completed, and the blister package continues to move into the drying and leveling mechanism; the bonding bed die is the rectangular plate, has offered a plurality of square holes the same with bubble cap size on it, and every square hole lower right corner department is equipped with the sand grip, and bonding bed die is the rectangular plate the same with bonding bed die size, and bonding bed die sand grip department of being opposite is equipped with right angled triangle recess, and the chord limit and the sand grip of recess are the same length to it is relative.
The drying and leveling mechanism adopts a gantry structure air curtain which is erected above the blister package travelling channel, and the air curtain blows dry and cold air downwards to cool and solidify the heated and melted back film adhesive layer; the rear of the air curtain of the gantry structure is provided with a rubber roller and a servo roller, and is matched with a pressing cylinder to level the bubble cap package after hot air and solidification, the whole bubble cap package passes through the contact part between the rubber roller and the servo roller, the rubber roller is driven to press down by the pressing cylinder, and the surface of the servo roller is provided with a groove for accommodating the bulge part of the bubble cap package; the blister cutting mechanism is arranged at the rear of the drying and leveling mechanism, a mode of fixing from bottom to top and cutting from top to bottom is adopted, wherein the fixing mechanism comprises a portal frame fixed on a workbench and a concave template fixed with a lower heating plate and an adhesive lower die and synchronously acting, the cutting mechanism comprises a convex template penetrating through the portal frame, and the convex template can cut through the concave template.
When the device works, the female die plate rises to press and fix the blister package together with the portal frame, the male die plate falls through the female die plate to cut off and separate the edge part of the blister package from the part connected with the edge part, the blister package body falls down, and the cut edge and the connected part are wound up through the winding shaft;
as shown in fig. 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, the defect detecting and sorting device comprises a detecting and comparing mechanism, a main controller and a sorting mechanism, wherein the detecting and comparing mechanism is arranged behind a base material forming device, the sorting mechanism is arranged on a cigarette bubble cap finished product collecting mechanism, the detecting and comparing mechanism is erected above a conveying belt and comprises a light collecting cover and a pattern collecting mechanism, the top and the bottom of the light collecting cover are provided with holes, an observation port is arranged on the front, a bubble cap strip after cigarettes are placed passes through the lower part of the light collecting cover, and a light supplementing system is arranged in the light collecting cover; the pattern acquisition mechanism is fixed above the light collecting cover, comprises a high-speed camera and a corresponding data transmission device, and is connected with the main controller; the sorting mechanism is arranged on a slideway of the cigarette bubble cap finished product collecting mechanism; the slide way is obliquely arranged, a rectangular hole is formed in a bottom plate in the middle of the slide way, a sorting mechanism is arranged in and below the hole, the sorting mechanism comprises a turnover plate and an air cylinder, the turnover plate is divided into a movable end and a fixed end according to the action state, a rectangular lug is arranged at the bottom of the fixed end, one end of the rectangular lug is longitudinally provided with the turnover hole, the turnover shaft penetrates through the turnover hole and is sleeved on a side plate of the slide way, the other end of the rectangular lug is contacted with the end part of a telescopic rod of the air cylinder, and the air cylinder is connected with a main controller and is controlled by the main controller to act; the telescopic rod of the air cylinder is in an elongation state by default and props against the rectangular convex block at the lower part of the overturning plate, so that the movable end of the overturning plate rotates along the overturning shaft to be level with the bottom plate of the slideway and is used as a part of the bottom plate of the sliding channel of the cigarette bubble cap; under the operating condition of the cylinder, the telescopic rod contracts, the movable end of the overturning plate rotates downwards along the overturning shaft under the action of gravity, a blanking hole is formed in the slideway, and the defective products enter the waste bin from the blanking hole.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, in the whole process, the base material is unreeled, heated, matched with a die for molding, the molded base material is matched with a cigarette supply mechanism for filling cigarettes, and then the base material enters a heat seal mechanism for bonding the back film and the base material to finish packaging; and then pressing the tear marks by bonding the upper die, cutting the cut cigarettes into independent packages with a certain number by a blister cutting mechanism, collecting the residual base material and the edge residues of the back film into a roll, collecting and comparing the residual base material and the edge residues of the back film in real time through images while advancing, and matching with a cigarette blister defective product sorting device to extract defective products, thereby finally completing the production of cigarette blister products.

1. The cigarette blister packaging machine is characterized by comprising a base material forming device (1), a cigarette feeding device (2), a heat sealing device (3), a defect detecting and sorting device (4) and a workbench (5), wherein each functional mechanism is sequentially arranged on a blister base material travelling path or arranged on two sides by taking a blister base material travelling path as an axle center; the substrate forming device (1) is arranged at the forefront end of the whole equipment and comprises a substrate unreeling shaft (101), a tension adjusting shaft (102), a substrate guide roller (103), a substrate heating plate (104) and a negative pressure forming device (105); wherein the substrate unreeling shaft (101), the tensioning shaft (102) and the substrate guiding roller (103) guide the substrate to the substrate heating plate (104); the substrate heating plate (104) is divided into an upper part and a lower part, the lower part is fixed on the frame, the upper part is fixedly connected with the upper part of a negative pressure forming device (105) arranged at the rear end of the substrate heating plate (104), and the substrate passes through the space between the two parts to be heated; the negative pressure forming device (105) is divided into an upper plate and a lower plate, the upper plate is provided with a male die, the male die is pulled by a pneumatic shaft to realize pressing, the lower plate is provided with a female die and is connected with an exhaust pipe, the male die is opposite to the female die, the pneumatic shaft acts, the upper plate is attached to the lower plate, and a heated substrate forms a regular accommodating groove along the shape of the male die and the female die under the action of negative pressure of the exhaust pipe;
the cigarette feeding device (2) is arranged at the side of the base material forming device (1) and comprises a cigarette feeding hopper (201), a cigarette sorting and transferring roller (202), a cigarette rotary conveying frame (203), a counting detection sensor (204) and a cigarette transferring and adsorbing mechanical arm (205); the cigarette rotary conveying frame (203) is fixed on the workbench (5), and the cigarette sorting and conveying roller (202) is arranged above the cigarette rotary conveying frame (203), is connected with a supporting plate extending upwards from the side edge of the workbench (5) and is driven by a motor fixed on the other side of the supporting plate; a cigarette feed hopper (201) is arranged above the cigarette sorting and conveying roller (202), a cigarette falling port at the lower side of the cigarette feed hopper (201) is opposite to the upper circumference of the cigarette sorting and conveying roller (202), and an arc-shaped extension plate at the outer side of the cigarette falling port wraps the feeding side of the cigarette sorting and conveying roller (202); the axial width of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller (202) is longer than the length of cigarettes, arc-shaped groove groups are axially arranged on the circumferential surface of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller at intervals, and the number of arc-shaped grooves of each arc-shaped groove group is consistent with the number of cigarettes in a single produced blister; the discharging side of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller (202) is wrapped by an arc-shaped guard plate, and the wrapping part extends from the inner side of the cigarette falling port to the part where the bottom of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller (202) contacts with the cigarette rotary conveying frame (203); the arc-shaped guard plate is fixed on the supporting plate, the inside of the arc-shaped guard plate is arc-shaped, and forms a concentric circle structure with the cigarette sorting and conveying roller (202), and the radius of the arc-shaped guard plate is larger than that of the cigarette sorting and conveying roller (202); the cigarette rotary conveying frames (203) are arranged below the cigarette sorting and conveying rollers (202) and comprise rotary supports, rotary belts, rollers fixed on two sides of the rotary supports and conveying plates fixed on the rotary belts at equal intervals, and each conveying plate is provided with an arc-shaped groove group which is the same as that on the circumferential surface of the cigarette sorting and conveying rollers (202); the single idler wheels are vertically and axially arranged and rotate along a vertical axis, the plurality of idler wheels are linearly arranged, and the wheel surface of each idler wheel is propped against the conveying plate; the lower edge of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller (202) and the lower end part of the arc-shaped guard plate are contacted with the feeding end of the cigarette rotary conveying frame (203) which is turned from bottom to top; meanwhile, a counting detection sensor (204) is arranged on the side surface of a discharge end of the cigarette rotary conveying frame (203) which is turned over from top to bottom; the rotating speed of the cigarette sorting and transferring roller (202) is consistent with the linear speed of the cigarette rotary conveying frame (203), and the time nodes of the action and the stop are consistent; the cigarette transferring and adsorbing mechanical arm (205) is arranged at the side of the cigarette rotary conveying frame (203) and comprises a first driving seat (206), a second driving seat (207) and a third driving seat (208), an air pump, a compressed air pipe and a cigarette transferring end (209); the first driving seat (206) is fixed on the workbench (5), the second driving seat (207) is strip-shaped, two ends of the second driving seat are respectively connected with the first driving seat (206) and the third driving seat (208), the first driving seat (206) can be driven, the cigarette transferring end (209) is connected to the third driving seat (208), the third driving seat (208) can be driven by the second driving seat (207) as well, and the cigarette transferring end (209) can be driven to rotate; the air pump is arranged in the first driving seat (206), the compressed air pipe is respectively connected with the air pump and the cigarette transfer end (209), the negative pressure rubber heads are arranged on the lower end face of the cigarette transfer end (209), the arrangement mode of the negative pressure rubber heads is consistent with that of the arc-shaped groove groups, the negative pressure rubber heads which are arranged in parallel and have the same number as that of cigarettes in a single bubble cap form a group, and the number of the negative pressure rubber heads arranged on the lower end face of the whole cigarette transfer end (209) is matched with a preset number;
the heat sealing device (3) is arranged behind the base material forming device (1) and the cigarette feeding device (2) and cooperates with the base material forming device and the cigarette feeding device to operate together, and comprises a back film unreeling mechanism, a back film bonding mechanism, a drying and leveling mechanism and a bubble cap cutting mechanism; the back film unreeling mechanism is arranged on a vertical supporting plate fixed with the workbench (5) and comprises a back film unreeling shaft (301), a front guide shaft (302) and a bubble cap and back film matching precision adjusting device, and a rear guide roller set which are arranged from top to bottom; the bubble cap and back film matching precision adjusting device is arranged between a front guide shaft (302) and a back guide roller set, is fixed on a supporting plate and comprises a top plate (304), a bottom plate (305), a sliding rail (306), a sliding block (307), a tension shaft (308), an upper proximity switch (309), a lower proximity switch (310) and a balancing weight (311), wherein the top plate (304) and the bottom plate (305) are oppositely arranged, and are fixed on the supporting plate, the upper proximity switch (309) and the lower proximity switch (310) are arranged between the side edges of the opposite surfaces of the top plate (304) and the bottom plate (305), meanwhile, the sliding rail (306) is arranged between the top plate (304) and the bottom plate (305), the sliding block (307) is sleeved on the sliding rail (306), the tension shaft (308) is connected to the front surface of the sliding block (307) and can freely rotate, and the balancing weight (311) is connected to the tension shaft (308); the back film passes through the lower part of the tension shaft (308), the sliding block (307) moves up and down to drive the tension shaft (308) to apply different acting forces to the back film, and the longitudinal relative position of the back film when the back film is bonded and compounded with the bubble cap is adjusted; when the back film is bonded, the position of the back film is back, the sliding block (307) is adjusted to rise, the pressure of the tension shaft (308) on the back film is relieved, and the back film is moved forwards; the back film is positioned at the front, the sliding block (307) is adjusted to descend, and the pressure of the tension shaft (308) on the back film is increased, so that the back film moves backwards; the rear guide roller set comprises five guide rollers, namely a first guide roller (303 a), a second guide roller (303 b), a third guide roller (303 c), a fourth guide roller (303 d) and a fifth guide roller (303 e), and the back film sequentially passes through the five guide rollers and then enters a back film bonding mechanism;
