Abstract
The invention discloses a cigarette filter stick additive capable of reducing the smoke temperature of a non-burning cigarette by heating and a preparation method thereof. The filter stick additive with the function of cooling the cigarette by low-temperature heating without combustion is simple in preparation method and convenient for industrial mass production.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cigarette preparation, and particularly relates to a filter stick additive capable of reducing the smoke temperature of a non-burning cigarette after heating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cigarette is heated by an external heating element, tobacco shreds or sheets are only heated but not burnt, atomized media in the cigarettes, flavor components in the tobacco and additional flavor substances generate smoke by heating, and the release amount of harmful chemical components in the smoke is obviously reduced. The using method of the cigarette filter stick additive is to add the screened 20-100 mesh cigarette filter stick additive into a cigarette filter according to the addition amount of 20-60 mg/cigarette.
The preparation method of the cigarette filter stick additive capable of reducing the smoke temperature of the heated non-combustible cigarette comprises the steps of diluting suspension with the solid content of 5-30%, preferably 15-20% of alkyl ketene dimer, adding a carrier into the suspension, soaking and drying in an oven to obtain the product.
Preferably, the impregnation is carried out for a period of time of 4 to 12 hours, preferably 6 to 8 hours, the drying is carried out at a temperature of 100 to 110 ℃ and for a period of time of 2 to 4 hours.
The method comprises the steps of taking alkyl ketene dimer as a cooling component, taking sodium alginate, silica gel, tobacco particles and the like as carriers, loading the cooling component on the surface of the carrier through an impregnation method to obtain a loaded cooling material, adding the prepared loaded cooling material into a cigarette filter rod to prepare a composite filter rod, rolling and connecting the composite filter rod into a heating non-combustion cigarette, and testing the smoke temperature. The filter stick additive with the function of cooling the cigarette by low-temperature heating without combustion is simple in preparation method and convenient for industrial mass production.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the biggest characteristic that the preparation process of the additive is simple and is suitable for industrial mass production; the selected active material is safe, no external harm is introduced, and the additive has a good effect of reducing the temperature of HNB smoke.
Detailed Description
Example 1
Pouring 1000g of AKD suspension with solid content of 15% into a beaker, adding 850g of silica gel particles of 20-100 meshes, stirring, soaking for 8h, drying in a drying oven at 105 ℃ for 4h, naturally cooling to room temperature, sieving, taking particles of 20-100 meshes, namely AKD/silica gel, and putting into the drying oven for later use. And (4) replacing the AKD suspension with deionized water according to the preparation method, and preparing the control silica gel particles in the same other processes.
The prepared additive is added into a cigarette filter tip at 30 mg/cigarette filter tip, and the smoke detection result shows that the highest temperature of the smoke of the cigarette containing AKD/silica gel material which is not combusted after being heated is 25.5 ℃ lower than that of the cigarette containing the control silica gel material which is not combusted after being heated.
Example 2
The silica gel support was replaced with tobacco particles according to the procedure of example 1. And the other steps are the same, so that the AKD/tobacco particle material is prepared.
The prepared additive is added into a cigarette filter tip at 30 mg/cigarette, and the smoke detection result shows that the highest temperature of the smoke of the cigarette containing AKD/tobacco particle material which is not combusted after being heated is 28.5 ℃ lower than that of the cigarette containing the control tobacco particle material which is not combusted after being heated.
Example 3
The silica gel support was replaced with sodium alginate as in example 1. And the other steps are the same, and the AKD/sodium alginate particle material is prepared.
The prepared additive is added into a cigarette filter tip at 30 mg/cigarette filter tip, and the smoke detection result shows that the highest smoke temperature of the cigarette which is heated and does not burn and contains the AKD/sodium alginate granular material is 24.3 ℃ lower than the highest smoke temperature of the cigarette which is heated and does not burn and contains the contrast sodium alginate granular material.
Example 4
The AKD solids content was changed to 5%, 10%, 20% and 30% as in example 1. Other preparation conditions were the same. The obtained loaded amount of AKD/silica gel (5%), AKD/silica gel (10%), AKD/silica gel (20%), AKD/silica gel (30%)
The prepared additive is added into a cigarette filter tip at 30 mg/cigarette filter tip, and a smoke detection result shows that the highest temperature of the smoke of a non-combustible cigarette heated by a material containing 15% of AKD/silica gel (5%), AKD/silica gel (10%), AKD/silica gel (20%) and AKD/silica gel (30%) is respectively 30.1 ℃, 29.6 ℃, 33.5 ℃ and 33.2 ℃ lower than the highest temperature of the smoke of a non-combustible cigarette heated by a material containing control silica gel.
Example 5
The AKD usage was varied according to the procedure of example 1. Other preparation conditions were the same. The obtained load amounts are 20% -AKD/silica gel, 25% -AKD/silica gel and 30% -AKD/silica gel.
The prepared additive is added into a cigarette filter tip at 40 mg/cigarette filter tip, and the smoke detection result shows that the maximum smoke temperature of a cigarette containing the loading amount of 20-AKD/silica gel, 25-AKD/silica gel and 30-AKD/silica gel material which is not combusted when heated is 30.3 ℃, 37.2 ℃ and 40.1 ℃ lower than the maximum smoke temperature of a cigarette containing a control silica gel material which is not combusted when heated.
Example 6
According to the method of example 1, AKD/silica gel with 15% loading capacity is prepared, 20mg, 40mg,50mg and 60 mg/piece of AKD/silica gel are added into a cigarette filter, and smoke detection results show that the highest temperature of smoke of a cigarette which is not combusted after being heated and contains 20mg, 40mg,50mg and 60 mg/piece of AKD/silica gel material is respectively 15.1 ℃, 34.4 ℃, 38.5 ℃ and 47.3 ℃ lower than that of a cigarette which is not combusted after being heated and contains a control silica gel material.
Example 7
According to the method of example 1, the dipping time is changed to 12 hours, AKD/silica gel with 15% loading capacity is prepared, 60 mg/cigarette filter is added, and the smoke detection result shows that the highest temperature of the smoke of the cigarette containing 60 mg/cigarette without burning after heating the AKD/silica gel material is 37.9 ℃ lower than the highest temperature of the smoke of the cigarette containing the control silica gel material without burning after heating the AKD/silica gel material.

A cigarette filter stick additive capable of reducing the smoke temperature of a cigarette which is not burnt during heating is characterized in that the cigarette filter stick additive is a solid granular additive prepared by loading alkyl ketene dimer serving as a cooling component on a carrier;
the chemical structural formula of the alkyl ketene dimer is shown as the formula (I):

5. The cigarette filter stick additive according to claim 1, wherein the use method of the cigarette filter stick additive is to add the screened 20-100 mesh cigarette filter stick additive into a cigarette filter in an addition amount of 20-60 mg/cigarette.
6. The method for preparing the cigarette filter stick additive according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the method comprises diluting a suspension with a solid content of 5-30% by alkyl ketene dimer, adding a carrier into the suspension, immersing, and drying in an oven.
