Description

Kitchen paper and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of household paper, and particularly relates to kitchen paper and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The kitchen paper is the special paper towel for the kitchen, has thick hand feeling and good water and oil absorption property as the name implies. Compared with the traditional rag, the kitchen paper is more sanitary and convenient, and is more and more favored by consumers in the aspects of household cleaning and the like.
Along with the improvement of living standard, the requirements of people on the functions of the household paper are higher and higher, and on the premise of meeting the functions of water absorption, wiping and the like, the paper is required to have good strength and not be broken easily, no paper scraps remain, and the paper is required to have good using hand feeling and pleasant mood. These requirements are reflected in the physical properties of the paper, i.e., the indicators of paper strength, softness, water absorption, bulk, run-off rate, etc. The gram weight is high, the paper strength is increased, the flexibility is poor, and the water absorption is good when the thickness is large. And the fiber has high softness, so that the fiber has high possibility of falling off the wool and the powder.
However, prior art kitchen papers have the following drawbacks in use: (1) The bleached commercial wood pulp is used, the pulping rate by the chemical method is lower, the utilization efficiency of plant fibers is lower, and the use cost is higher; (2) Under the condition that the gram weight is reduced and the integral use thickness cannot be met, the use purpose of water absorption and water locking is achieved by means of the hollow layer generated by point-to-point embossing, but under the condition of certain gravity wiping, the hollow water locking layer is pressed to cause wiped liquid to return to the surface, the cleaning efficiency is reduced, and hands are easy to pollute.
Technical proposal
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention discloses novel kitchen paper with compact and smooth layer handfeel and excellent water absorption and water locking performance.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a kitchen paper base paper comprises bleached hardwood chemical pulp, bleached softwood chemical pulp and high-yield mechanical pulp.
Preferably, the kitchen paper comprises an upper surface layer and a lower surface layer, wherein the upper surface layer slurry comprises raw material bleached hardwood chemical pulp, and the lower surface layer slurry comprises raw material bleached softwood chemical pulp and high-yield mechanical pulp.
Preferably, the upper surface layer slurry is 100% bleached hardwood chemical slurry; the lower surface layer slurry comprises 10-25 parts by weight of bleached needle wood chemical slurry and 75-90 parts by weight of high-yield mechanical slurry.
Preferably, the upper surface layer slurry is 40 to 65 parts by weight and the lower surface layer slurry is 35 to 60 parts by weight.
The invention also discloses kitchen paper, which comprises an upper layer of the kitchen paper base paper and a lower layer of the kitchen paper base paper, wherein a hollow layer and a glue layer are arranged between the upper layer of the base paper and the lower layer of the base paper.
Preferably, the upper base paper and the lower base paper each comprise an upper surface layer and a lower surface layer, and the two lower surface layers of the upper base paper and the lower base paper are oppositely arranged.
Preferably, the hollow layer and the glue layer are uniformly distributed between the upper base paper layer and the lower base paper layer in a dot shape, and the hollow layer and the glue layer are arranged at intervals.
The invention also discloses a preparation process of the kitchen paper base paper, which comprises the following steps: pulping, mixing, dewatering and squeezing on a net, drying, wrinkling and coiling.
Preferably, the specific process steps of the kitchen paper base paper are as follows:
(1) Pulping:
pulping bleached hardwood chemical pulp: disc grinding and sticky pulping, wherein the fiber is split and broomed as far as possible, the concentration of the slurry is 7% -8%, and the beating degree of the slurry is controlled to be 25-35 DEG SR;
bleaching needle wood chemical pulp: disc grinding free pulping, properly cutting off the pulp on the basis of fully fluffing, controlling the pulp beating degree at 26-36 DEG SR, wherein the pulp concentration is 3.5% -5.5%;
high yield mechanical pulp: the fluffing of the light knife is mainly carried out, and the slurry beating degree is controlled to be 18-23 DEG SR;
(2) And (3) slurry mixing: taking bleached hardwood chemical pulp as paper upper surface layer pulp, taking bleached softwood chemical pulp and high-yield mechanical pulp as lower surface layer pulp, and uniformly mixing the pulp and polyamide epoxy resin (PAE) accounting for 0.15-0.35% of absolute dry pulp;
(3) And (3) carrying out dewatering and squeezing on the slurry uniformly mixed in the step (2) through a double-layer headbox, drying, wrinkling and coiling, and making the kitchen paper base paper with the ration of 20+/-2 g/square meter. The double-layer headbox is characterized in that two different stock suspensions can be sprayed, thereby imparting different physical properties to the front and back sides of a single-layer sheet.
The two lower surface layers of the upper base paper and the lower base paper are opposite through rewinding and point-to-point embossing processes,
and folding, slitting and packaging to obtain a kitchen paper finished product.
Advantageous effects
The novel kitchen paper is manufactured by using bleached hardwood chemical pulp, bleached softwood chemical pulp and high-yield mechanical pulp as raw materials and using double-layer headbox equipment through an embossing process, and the obtained kitchen paper has compact surface layer, soft and smooth hand feeling and excellent water absorption and water locking performance of the inner layer.
The invention gives different physical properties to the front and back sides of the paper through the embossing manufacturing process by double-layer headbox equipment, gives the soft and smooth surface of the paper with 100% bleached commodity short fibers on the front side, and improves the using body feeling. The back surface takes bleached commodity long fiber as a framework, and the high-yield mechanical pulp has the characteristics of high bulk and larger specific surface area, so that better water absorption and water locking functions are brought to the paper, and the prepared paper cannot cause rewet pollution to hands under the gravity wiping action. In addition, the compact outer surface layer formed by 100% of short fibers is not easy to fall off hair and powder, so that secondary pollution to wiped objects is avoided.
The liquid absorption of the paper sheet is related to the micropore structure of the finished paper, the liquid absorption can be improved under the capillary action, and compared with chemical pulp, the high-yield mechanical pulp has the characteristics of larger and stiff fiber and high bulk due to the fact that most lignin is reserved, and the high-yield mechanical pulp has more fine fiber content and larger specific surface area of the fiber surface. The bleached needle wood fiber is long and tough and serves as a fiber network framework. The structure gives the paper better liquid absorption capacity, brings better water absorption and water locking functions for the paper, and the prepared paper cannot cause rewet and pollute hands under the gravity wiping action.
The high-yield mechanical pulp is better environment-friendly green pulp due to lower pollution load in the production process. The yield is generally 80-90%, and the utilization rate of the raw materials is improved, thereby reducing the production cost of the fiber raw materials.
The bleached hardwood chemical pulp with 100% is used as an upper surface layer (surface layer) to be in direct contact with consumers, and the fiber length and the coarseness of the bleached hardwood chemical pulp are lower than those of the softwood chemical pulp, so that the surface of the finished paper is better in smoothness and softness, and the use experience is improved. In addition, the compact outer surface layer formed by 100% of short fibers has high surface strength, prevents the phenomenon of hair and powder falling, and reduces secondary pollution on the surface of an object in the wiping process.
The high-yield mechanical pulp is applied to the inner surface of the paper sheet to form more micropore structures. Under the action of gravity wiping, moisture which cannot be adsorbed by the hollow water-absorbing and water-blocking layer generated by point-to-point embossing can be adsorbed by the inner surface of the paper sheet. Meanwhile, under the combined action of a compact surface layer formed by bleaching the hardwood chemical pulp on the outer surface, liquid is prevented from flowing back, and hands are not polluted.
