s201, a server receives a first request sent by a first terminal of a requester.
In the embodiment of the application, the first request is used for requesting the server to execute the target task; among other things, the target tasks may include, but are not limited to: and managing a plurality of medical institutions in the first area, or coordinating medical resources of the plurality of medical institutions in the second area.
The management of multiple medical institutions in the first area may specifically include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
step 1: specifically, statistics is carried out according to the acquired medical resources of the multiple medical institutions, and the number of people in each medical institution of the multiple medical institutions who receive a call all the year round is counted. The statistics is performed according to the acquired medical resources of the multiple medical institutions, and specifically may be: counting according to medical resources sent by a second terminal of each medical institution in a plurality of medical institutions; or respectively inquiring medical resources of each medical institution from the cloud database of each medical institution in the plurality of medical institutions for statistics; here, the medical resources include: the number of the patients receiving the medical treatment of the medical institution can be the number of the patients receiving the medical treatment of each quarter, the number of the patients receiving the medical treatment of each month or the number of the patients receiving the medical treatment of each day of the medical institution.
Step 2: after the number of the patients receiving the service of each medical institution in the plurality of medical institutions is counted, the number of the patients receiving the service all the year around each medical institution in the plurality of medical institutions is determined, and then the medical institution of which the number of the patients receiving the service all the year around is smaller than a preset threshold value is determined from the plurality of medical institutions.
Step 3, respectively generating a suggestion report for each medical institution in the medical institutions with the number of receiving visits all the year round being less than a preset threshold value according to the institution information of the medical institutions; the advice report is used to reconcile and/or relocate the medical facility; the institution information of the medical institution includes: the distribution density degree of the peripheral population of the medical institution, the developed degree of the peripheral road traffic, the qualification rate of the infrastructure construction evaluation index and the service quality score. That is, the requesting party (e.g., health and family planning committee, abbreviated as "health council") can perform a mortgage (declaration of staff, enhancement of enthusiasm for service, etc.) and/or relocation of the medical institution below the predetermined threshold according to the advice report.
For example, if the medical institution infrastructure index is low in percent of pass and the quality of service score is low, the server may then report the recommendation for internal reconciliation for the medical institution.
If the population distribution around the medical institution is sparse and the vehicles around the medical institution are rare, the recommendation report is used for moving the medical institution.
If the population distribution around the medical institution is sparse, the surrounding vehicles are rare, the qualification rate of the infrastructure construction indexes of the medical institution is low, and the service quality score is low, the suggestion report is used for rectifying and moving the medical institution.
Fig. 3 illustrates an example of a suggestion report.
As shown in fig. 3, the server determines, according to the received medical resources of the medical institution, a medical institution X whose number of receiving visits (e.g., 50) all the year around is less than a preset threshold (e.g., 400), where population distribution around the medical institution X is dense, traffic around the medical institution is developed, a qualification rate of infrastructure construction indexes of the medical institution X is low, and a service quality score of the medical institution X is low.
It should be noted that infrastructure metrics may include, but are not limited to: sewage centralized treatment rate, sewage recycling rate, domestic garbage harmless treatment rate, road mechanized cleaning rate, walking and bicycle lane allocation rate, road shading rate, per-capita greenbelt area and the like. The quality of service score can be divided into: low, medium or high.

the server compares the received identity information of the requesting party with a plurality of identity information in the database.
It should be noted that if the identity information of the requesting party is the same as the first identity information in the database, the identity information of the requesting party is verified.
Scene 2: the first request is for requesting the server to coordinate the free medical resources of the plurality of medical institutions in the second area.
The server verifies the identity information of the requester, specifically:
the server compares the identity information of the requesting party with a plurality of identity information in a database.
It should be noted that if the identity information of the requesting party is the same as the second identity information in the database, the identity information of the requesting party is verified.
S205, if the identity information of the requesting party is verified, the server manages multiple medical institutions in the first area or coordinates idle medical resources of the multiple medical institutions in the second area.
In the embodiment of the present application, in scenario 1 described in step S204, if the identity information of the requesting party is the same as the first identity information in the database, the identity information of the requesting party is verified, and the server manages multiple medical institutions in the first area.
