Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the monitoring device for a filter screen of a range hood in the embodiment includes a smoke monitoring device 1, a filter screen state monitoring device 2, a central controller 3 and a user interaction device 4, wherein the central controller 3 is respectively connected with the smoke monitoring device 1, the filter screen state monitoring device 2 and the user interaction device 4; among them, in this embodiment:
the smoke monitoring device 1 is used for monitoring real-time smoke concentration data near the range hood and sending the monitored real-time smoke concentration data to the central controller 3;
the filter screen state monitoring device 2 is used for monitoring the real-time oil smoke volume data of the filter screen and sending the monitored real-time oil smoke volume data to the central controller 1;

The user habit processing module 6 is configured to record the oil smoke accumulation amount on the corresponding filter screen when the filter screen is replaced for a preset number of times by a user, and send the oil smoke accumulation amount corresponding to each filter screen replacement by the user to the central controller for processing, so that the central controller updates the oil smoke accumulation amount to obtain an oil smoke accumulation amount threshold value matching the filter screen replacement habit of the user; or the user habit processing module 6 is configured to record the oil smoke accumulation amount on the corresponding filter screen when the filter screen is cleaned for a preset number of times by the user, and send the oil smoke accumulation amount corresponding to each time that the user cleans the filter screen to the central controller for processing, so that the central controller updates the oil smoke accumulation amount to obtain an oil smoke accumulation amount threshold value matching the habit of the user for cleaning the filter screen. For the user habit processing module 6, the following is illustrated:
if the preset number of times for replacing the filter screen by the user is set to three times, in the three-time filter screen replacing behavior of the user, the corresponding oil smoke cumulant on the filter screen is M respectively when the user replaces the filter screen each time1、M2And M3Then the user habit processing module 6 processes the three corresponding oil smoke cumulant M1、M2And M3Sending the smoke to a central processing unit for processing, so that the central processing unit updates to obtain the oil smoke accumulation threshold value matched with the filter screen replacement habit of a user;
If the preset number of times for cleaning the filter screen by the user is set to four times, in the four filter screen replacing behaviors of the user, the corresponding oil smoke accumulation amounts on the filter screen are respectively M when the user replaces the filter screen each time4、M5、M6And M7Then the user habit processing module 6 processes the corresponding oil smoke accumulation amount M of the four times4、M5、M6And M7And sending the smoke to a central processing unit for processing, so that the central processing unit updates and obtains the oil smoke accumulation threshold value matched with the habit of cleaning the filter screen by a user.
In addition, this embodiment also provides a lampblack absorber filter screen monitoring method, and this lampblack absorber filter screen monitoring method includes following step 1 to step 3:
step 1, monitoring real-time smoke concentration data near a range hood; wherein, marking the vicinity of the range hood at a time point tkReal-time smoke concentration data of Ck(ii) a K is 0,1,2, …, K represents the total number of time points monitored;
step 2, calculating the running air quantity at each time point and the actual total amount of oil smoke flowing through the filter screen according to the monitored real-time smoke concentration data and the wind gear of the range hood; wherein the mark is at a point of time tkHas an operating air volume of Qk(ii) a At a point in time t0To a time point tkThe actual total amount of the oil smoke flowing through the filter screen in the time interval is
For example, at a point of time t0To a time point t4In the time interval of (2), the actual total amount of oil smoke flowing through the filter screen is
Step 3, presetting a soot accumulation threshold value for the filter screen, and judging whether the current filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned according to the actual soot total amount flowing through the filter screen and the preset soot accumulation threshold value: wherein, the preset oil smoke accumulation threshold value for the filter screen is marked as M0:
When the actual total amount of the oil smoke flowing through the filter screen is greater than or equal to the preset accumulated amount threshold value of the oil smoke, namelyWhen the filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned, a prompt is sent;
when the actual total amount of the oil smoke flowing through the filter screen is smaller than the preset oil smoke accumulation threshold value, that is to sayWhen the alarm is not sent, no prompt is sent.
Specifically, for example, at the time point t0To a time point t4In the time interval of (1), the actual total amount of the oil smoke flowing through the filter screen is
When in useWhen the filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned, a prompt is sent; when in useWhen the alarm is not sent, no prompt is sent.

when the actual total amount of the oil smoke flowing through the filter screen is smaller than the oil smoke accumulation threshold set by the user, namelyWhen the alarm is not sent, no prompt is sent.
And then at the time point t0To a time point t4The time intervals of (a) are for illustration: suppose that the user sets the oil smoke accumulation threshold value as M1:
If at that timeSending out a prompt that the current filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned; if at that timeNo prompt is issued.
In order to match the replacement need or the filter screen cleaning need of the user to the filter screen, the range hood filter screen monitoring method further comprises the following steps: recording the oil smoke accumulation amount on the corresponding filter screen when the filter screen is replaced by a user each time to obtain an oil smoke accumulation amount threshold value matched with the filter screen replacement habit of the user; or,
and recording the oil smoke accumulation amount on the corresponding filter screen when the user cleans the filter screen each time to obtain an oil smoke accumulation amount threshold value matched with the habit of the user for cleaning the filter screen.
For example, if the preset number of times for replacing the filter screen by the user is set to three times, in the three filter screen replacing behaviors of the user, the corresponding oil smoke accumulation amounts on the filter screens are respectively M when the user replaces the filter screen each time1、M2And M3Then according to the corresponding oil smoke accumulation amount M of the three times1、M2And M3Obtaining the oil smoke accumulation threshold value matched with the filter screen replacement habit of a user;
if the preset number of times for cleaning the filter screen by the user is set to four times, in the four filter screen replacing behaviors of the user, the corresponding oil smoke accumulation amounts on the filter screen are respectively M when the user replaces the filter screen each time4、M5、M6And M7Then according to the corresponding oil smoke accumulation amount M of the four times4、M5、M6And M7And obtaining the oil smoke accumulation threshold value matched with the habit of cleaning the filter screen by the user.
Specifically, the method for obtaining the soot accumulation threshold value matching the habit of replacing the filter screen of the user can be obtained according to the following formula:
wherein M isReplacement, nRepresenting the oil smoke accumulation amount on the corresponding filter screen when the filter screen is replaced for the nth time by the user; n represents a preset number of times when the filter screen is replaced for a user;
for example, when the preset number of times for replacing the filter screen by the user is three, the oil smoke accumulation amount threshold value matched with the habit of replacing the filter screen by the user
The method for acquiring the oil smoke accumulation threshold value matched with the habit of cleaning the filter screen by the user can be obtained according to the following formula:
wherein M isReplacement, rThe accumulated amount of the oil smoke on the corresponding filter screen when the filter screen is cleaned for the R time by the user is shown, and R shows the preset times when the filter screen is cleaned for the user.
For example, assuming that the preset number of times for the user to clean the filter screen is four, the threshold of the accumulated amount of lampblack matching the habit of the user to clean the filter screen is set
In addition, the method for monitoring the filter screen of the range hood in the embodiment can further comprise the following steps: after a prompt that the current filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned is sent, the actual total oil smoke amount of the flow filter screen is cleared, so that the accuracy of filter screen monitoring is guaranteed.
Further, the range hood filter screen monitoring method further comprises the following steps: receiving the setting of the oil smoke coverage degree value on the filter screen by the user, and judging whether the current filter screen needs to be replaced or cleaned according to the actual oil smoke total amount flowing through the filter screen and the oil smoke coverage degree value set by the user: the oil smoke coverage degree value on the filter screen is in positive correlation with the oil smoke accumulation amount on the filter screen, namely, the larger the oil smoke accumulation amount on the filter screen is, the larger the oil smoke coverage degree value on the filter screen is correspondingly. Therefore, the user can be helped to know the accumulated amount of the oil smoke on the filter screen more simply and directly by setting the oil smoke coverage degree. For example, the oil smoke coverage degree value on the filter screen is in linear correlation or logarithmic correlation or exponential correlation with the accumulated oil smoke amount on the filter screen.
For example, marking the oil smoke coverage degree value on the filter screen as a, wherein a is a percentage, and the accumulated amount of the oil smoke on the filter screen is M; since the oil smoke coverage degree value a on the filter screen is positively correlated with the oil smoke accumulation amount M on the filter screen, a common positive correlation model is used for illustration:
(1) assuming that the oil smoke coverage degree value a on the filter screen and the oil smoke accumulation amount M on the filter screen are in a linear correlation relationship, at this time: a ═ f (M) ═ w · M + b1(ii) a Wherein, w and b1Are all preset constants;
(2) assuming that the oil smoke coverage degree value a on the filter screen and the oil smoke accumulation amount M on the filter screen are in a logarithmic correlation relationship, at this time: a ═ f (m) ═ logv(M)+b2(ii) a Wherein v and b2Are all preset constants;
(3) assuming that the oil smoke coverage degree value a on the filter screen and the oil smoke accumulation amount M on the filter screen are in an exponential correlation relationship, at this time: a ═ f (M) ═ x.M'1+x·(1+p)·M'2+x·(1+p)2·M'3+…+x·(1+p)m-1·M'm(ii) a Wherein x and p are preset constants, M'1、M'2、M'3、…、M'mIs the accumulated amount of the oil smoke on the filter screen corresponding to each time point.
Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail hereinabove, it should be clearly understood that modifications and variations of the present invention are possible to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
