Technical Field

Background
In GB 1886.245-2016 food additive composite leavening agent, water bath heating equipment is needed for measuring the generation amount of carbon dioxide gas. At present, water bath heating equipment in the market mainly comprises a constant-temperature water bath kettle and a constant-temperature water bath shaking table. The constant temperature water bath kettle is a device which injects water into a box body, then heats the water to a certain temperature through a heating source and stores the water, is widely applied to drying, concentration, distillation, dipping chemical reagents, dipping medicines and biological agents, can also be used for water bath constant temperature heating and other temperature tests, and is a necessary tool for education and scientific research of biology, heredity, viruses, aquatic products, environmental protection, medicine, sanitation, biochemical laboratories and analysis rooms. The existing defects are that: firstly, if the vessel to be heated (such as a conical flask, a beaker, a test tube and the like) needs to swing, a worker can only hold the vessel by hand, and water vapor is emitted in the swinging process, so that the operation is easily affected by scalding hands; secondly, the same detection sample is operated by different workers, the swing arcs may be different, the swing intensities are different, and errors of measurement results are easily caused. Thirdly, a temperature measuring probe of the constant-temperature water bath is close to the heating pipe, the temperature around the heating pipe is monitored, actually, an error of 3-4 ℃ exists between the temperature at the upper part of the water bath cavity and the temperature at the bottom of the cavity, and in the measurement requiring high temperature accuracy, the error of the temperature also causes the error of the detection result.
The constant temperature water bath shaking table is a biochemical instrument combining a temperature controllable constant temperature water bath and an oscillator, mainly generates amplitude by oscillation of the oscillator, and is mainly suitable for oscillation culture of various liquid and solid compounds such as biology, biochemistry, cells, strains and the like. The existing defects are that: the amplitude is small and the amplitude mode is not beneficial to the overflow of the gas.
With the emphasis on food safety of people, the supervision of food and food additives is increased, the number of times of spot check of the products is increased, the food or food additives which are objectively required to leave a factory need to meet the food safety standard, and the errors of factors such as human and instruments are reduced in the inspection process. In view of the above, there is a need to provide a new water bath heating device to solve the deficiencies of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an automatic water bath circulation constant-temperature swing machine. The automatic water bath circulation constant-temperature swing machine is provided with the swing device, so that the constant determination condition can be realized, and the risk that an operator is easily splashed by steam and hot water to scald when the water bath temperature is higher is avoided; the water bath circulating device is arranged, so that the temperature of each measuring point in the water bath is consistent, and the automatic starting and stopping of a circulating pump motor are realized; thirdly, the guide plate is arranged, so that the water flow of the water bath tank can be more stable, the influence caused by wave returning is weakened, and dead corners can not be left.

the clamp device is fixed on the swing device and driven by the swing device to swing;
the fixture device clamps a vessel for placing a sample to be detected, and the vessel is positioned in the water bath.
The principle of the invention is as follows:
about the rocking device
In the carbon dioxide measurement specified in GB 1886.245-2016 food additive composite leavening agent in the prior art, manual swinging is used, different operators, even the same operator, swing arcs and frequencies of the manual swinging are inconsistent, and large human errors are generated in the measurement. The invention is provided with a swing device, and manual swing is replaced by mechanical swing. The radian and the frequency of the mechanical swing pendulum are fixed, so that the measuring condition can be constant, and the risk that an operator is easily splashed by steam and hot water to scald when the water bath temperature is higher is avoided. The method comprises the following steps:
firstly, a gear motor is started, the gear motor drives a transmission disc to rotate, the transmission disc drives a first connecting rod, the first connecting rod drives a transmission rod, the transmission rod does front and back telescopic motion, a swing arc is generated, and then the clamp device is driven to move.
Secondly, the swinging arc rotating pattern of the swinging device is olive-shaped, the swinging arc of a vessel clamped by the clamp device can be changed more greatly due to the olive-shaped rotation, the reaction time of a sample is saved, and the test result is more accurate.
(II) Water bath circulating device
When the water bath tank in the prior art is heated, the temperature of the water bath close to the electric heating pipe is higher than the temperature of the uppermost layer of the water bath, so that the problem of inconsistent temperatures of different measuring points is caused. The invention is provided with a water bath circulating device, and realizes the automatic circulation of water inlet and outlet through a circulating pump motor. The water in the water bath tank flows in a rolling way in the same direction, so that the temperature of each measuring point in the water bath tank is consistent. In addition, the circulating pump motor of the water bath circulating device is connected with a circulating pump motor switch in the control box through a wire, so that the automatic starting and stopping of the circulating pump motor are realized.
(III) about the guide plate
The water bath in the prior art is a square groove body, and 4 dead corners of 90 degrees are formed around the groove body. When the swinging device is started, the vessel generates water waves in the water bath tank, the water waves hit the 4 dead corners to generate wave returning, and the wave returning turns upwards. The guide plates are arranged at four corners, water waves can be made on the guide plates, the water flow of the water bath can be more stable, and the influence caused by wave returning is weakened. Moreover, the water in the water bath tank is circulated, and dead corners can not be left. In addition, the guide plate can also absorb heat to keep the water temperature in the water bath.
