Abstract
本发明涉及一种高减震高隔声阻尼结构,它包括设在钢甲板上的阻尼层,在所述阻尼层上设有约束层,在所述约束层上设有甲板敷料基层,所述阻尼层的厚度在1‑2mm之间,所述约束层的厚度在10‑15mm之间,所述甲板敷料基层的厚度在10‑15mm之间,所述阻尼层、约束层和甲板敷料基层都设在舱壁之间。本发明结构简单,减震降噪效果好,舒适耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船用甲板结构,具体涉及一种船用甲板敷料结构。
背景技术
根据SOLAS海上人命安全公约及其船舶规范要求,在海洋工程和船舶甲板上,必须敷设不同防火等级的覆盖层,此覆盖层即成为甲板敷料。甲板敷料是敷设于船舶甲板上的覆盖材料,主要起到隔热、降噪、防滑等作用,根据需要的不同,船舶必须使用不同类型的甲板敷料,所有的船舶用敷料都必须具备隔热、降噪、消烟、耐腐等条件。而对于船舶一些普通生活舱室处于机舱、娱乐室等震动、噪声大的舱室周围,这就容易影响船员的正常作息和健康,因此需要对这些舱室进行减震降噪保护,以此来提高船员居住生活的舒适性,减轻船舶自身重量,提高船舶的灵活性。尤其对于一些海工、科研、邮轮等船舶有着重要的作用。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种结构简单,减震降噪效果好,舒适耐用的高减震高隔声阻尼结构。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的高减震高隔声阻尼结构,它包括设在钢甲板上的阻尼层,在所述阻尼层上设有约束层,在所述约束层上设有甲板敷料基层,所述阻尼层的厚度在1-2mm之间,所述约束层的厚度在10-15mm之间,所述甲板敷料基层的厚度在10-15mm之间,所述阻尼层、约束层和甲板敷料基层都设在舱壁之间。
所述约束层和甲板敷料基层的厚度比为1:1。
在本发明中主要包括以下部分:
①阻尼层
材质:改性聚氨酯、云母粉、氢氧化铝、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂等。
②约束层
材质:环氧树脂、酚醛胺固化剂、微硅粉、氢氧化铝、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂等。
③甲板敷料基层
材质:普通硅酸盐水泥、丙烯酸乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液、水、陶砂、玻化珍珠岩、工业矿砂、减水剂、纤维素醚等。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明整体结构简单,采用阻尼层,主要是衰减钢甲板的振动频率,起到对钢甲板减震降噪的作用;采用甲板敷料基层,主要起减震降噪作用,进一步提高隔声指数;采用厚度比为1:1的约束层和甲板敷料基层,进一步提高整体性能,起到普通舱室的减震降噪,有效提高了船员居住生活的舒适性,减轻了舰艇自身重量,也提高了舰艇的灵活性,适用于军事舰艇和普通船舶的船员居住和活动舱室。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的高减震高隔声阻尼结构,它包括设在钢甲板1上的阻尼层2,在所述阻尼层2上设有约束层3,在所述约束层3上设有甲板敷料基层4,所述阻尼层2的厚度在1-2mm之间,所述约束层3的厚度在10-15mm之间,所述甲板敷料基层4的厚度在10-15mm之间,所述阻尼层2、约束层3和甲板敷料基层4都设在舱壁5之间;所述约束层3和甲板敷料基层4的厚度比为1:1。本发明整体结构简单,采用阻尼层,主要是衰减钢甲板的振动频率,起到对钢甲板减震降噪的作用;采用甲板敷料基层,主要起减震降噪作用,进一步提高隔声指数;采用厚度比为1:1的约束层和甲板敷料基层,进一步提高整体性能,起到普通舱室的减震降噪,有效提高了船员居住生活的舒适性,减轻了舰艇自身重量,也提高了舰艇的灵活性,适用于军事舰艇和普通船舶的船员居住和活动舱室。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.高减震高隔声阻尼结构,其特征在于:它包括设在钢甲板(1)上的阻尼层(2),在所述阻尼层(2)上设有约束层(3),在所述约束层(3)上设有甲板敷料基层(4),所述阻尼层(2)的厚度在1-2mm之间,所述约束层(3)的厚度在10-15mm之间,所述甲板敷料基层(4)的厚度在10-15mm之间,所述阻尼层(2)、约束层(3)和甲板敷料基层(4)都设在舱壁(5)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高减震高隔声阻尼结构,其特征在于:所述约束层(3)和甲板敷料基层(4)的厚度比为1:1。
