Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a loss prevention method based on a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The order of the steps in the flow chart may be changed and some steps may be omitted according to different needs.
S11, acquiring the anti-loss article pre-bound by the terminal, wherein the terminal has a Near Field Communication (NFC) function, and the anti-loss article is identified through NFC.
The terminal provided by the invention is a terminal with a Near Field Communication (NFC) function, and specifically, the terminal provided by the invention can be an electronic device with an NFC function, such as a smart phone, a smart watch, a tablet computer, and the like.
NFC is a short-range, high-frequency wireless communication technology that allows contactless point-to-point data transmission between terminals. For example, NFC may be used for secure communications at close distances (e.g., within 10 cm).
The anti-loss article can be a magnetic card such as a bank card, an identity card and an access card which can be identified through NFC, or a key which can be identified through NFC, or other articles which can be carried by a user such as electronic equipment with NFC function.
Generally, an NFC chip is built in a terminal having an NFC function. In this embodiment, information of the anti-loss article to be bound (such as an identifier, a serial number, and the like of the anti-loss article) may be acquired, the anti-loss article to be bound is identified by the NFC chip built in the terminal, and the information of the anti-loss article to be bound is stored in the mobile terminal, so that the binding of the terminal and the anti-loss article to be bound is completed.
Optionally, the number of the loss prevention items pre-bound by the terminal may be one or more.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
detecting whether unbound lost articles exist around the terminal;
and if so, binding the terminal with the unbound lost article.
In this embodiment, the unbound and unbaked item may be an item that is not bound in advance and is carried with a bank card or the like newly transacted by the user.
In specific implementation, all articles which can be identified through the NFC around the terminal can be identified through the NFC function of the terminal, and if some article is not bound, the terminal and the bound article are bound.
Then through this embodiment, can dynamic verification whether have the article of losing of preventing that does not bind, and then will not bind the article of losing of preventing that does not bind and bind, avoid the user to forget, need not user manual operation, improve the security of user's article.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
detecting environmental information around the terminal;
judging the risk level of article loss according to the environmental information;
and when the item loss risk level is higher than a preset level, executing a step of obtaining the loss-prevention item bound in advance by the terminal.
The environment information around the terminal may be sound information around the terminal, or image information around the terminal collected by the terminal.
The article loss risk level may be a preset level, specifically, the article loss risk level may be classified in advance according to the environment information, and after the environment information around the terminal is obtained, the article loss risk level is determined according to the obtained environment information. Specifically, the level of risk of article loss is classified into which levels, and the preset level may be preset.
For example, the preset level is a medium level, and when the broadcast that public transport broadcasts arrive at the station around the terminal is acquired or the broadcast that trains arrive at the station around the terminal is acquired, it is determined that the item loss risk level of the terminal is the high level, which indicates that the terminal is in a place with a high risk of losing items.
Or the preset grade is a medium grade, the environmental information around the terminal is determined through a sound mode set on the terminal, and when the sound mode set on the terminal is an outdoor mode, the item loss risk grade of the terminal is determined to be a high grade, which indicates that the terminal is in a place with a high risk of losing items.
Or the preset grade is a medium grade, the environmental information around the terminal is determined through the image shot by the terminal, and when the image shot by the terminal is outdoor or the number of people shot by the terminal is large, the item loss risk grade where the terminal is located is determined to be a high grade, which indicates that the terminal is located in a place where the risk of losing items is large.
When the item loss risk level is higher than the preset level, the item loss possibility is high, so that the loss-preventing item bound in advance by the terminal is obtained, the subsequent operation is executed, and the item loss risk is reduced through the method.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
detecting the position information of the terminal;
and if the position of the terminal is not the preset position, executing the step of acquiring the loss-prevention object bound in advance by the terminal.
The real-time position of the terminal can be acquired through a GPS module arranged in the terminal, and the position information of the terminal is obtained.
The preset position may be a preset position where the user frequently goes in and out, for example, a user living place, a user working place, or the like.
The preset position may also be a preset relatively safe position, such as a dispatch station. Specifically, the preset position may be set as desired.
When the position of the terminal is not the preset position, the user is indicated to be possibly in an unfamiliar occasion or an occasion with low safety, and the probability of finding the lost article is low at the moment, so that the lost-proof article bound in advance by the terminal is obtained, the subsequent operation is executed, and the risk of article loss is reduced through the method.
S12: and searching and identifying the anti-loss article through the NFC function of the terminal according to the first frequency.
The first frequency may be preset as needed. For example, after the anti-loss item is searched, the anti-loss item is identified every half hour.
Specifically, when the loss-prevention article is identified, an NFC access request is sent to the loss-prevention article through the NFC function of the terminal, and if feedback information of successful access is received, it is determined that the loss-prevention article is identified.
Optionally, the first frequency may be determined according to one or more of the number of people in the environment where the terminal is located, the sound of the environment where the terminal is located, and the state of the user carrying the terminal.
For example, when the terminal is located in a large environment and the sound is noisy, the loss-prevention item is identified at a high frequency (e.g., each time when the identification frequency is 10 minutes). When the environment where the terminal is located is large in number of people and noisy in sound, if the articles are lost, the articles are not easy to find by the user, and the probability of occurrence of theft in the environment is higher. Therefore, the lost article is prevented through the NFC function recognition of the terminal at a high frequency under the condition, so that if the lost article occurs, the user can be reminded in time.
For another example, when the user is in a sleep state, the loss prevention item is identified at a higher frequency (e.g., each time the identification frequency is 10 minutes). Because the user is in the sleep state, if the article is lost, the article is not easy to be found by the user. Therefore, the lost article is identified through the NFC function of the terminal at a high frequency under the condition, so that if the lost article occurs, the user can be reminded in time.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the anti-loss article is at least two anti-loss articles, and when the at least two anti-loss articles are identified, the identification is performed according to the identification frequency corresponding to each anti-loss article.
When the anti-loss article identification device is specifically implemented, different identification frequencies can be preset for different anti-loss articles, and then identification can be carried out according to the different identification frequencies.
Alternatively, different anti-loss articles may be preset with different priorities (for example, identification priorities are preset according to the importance levels of the articles), the identification priority of each anti-loss article may be the same or different, and different identification frequencies may be set for different identification priorities.
For example, the identification priority is divided into a first priority and a second priority, the identification priority of the bank card is the first priority, the identification priority of the book card is the second priority, the identification frequency of the loss-prevention article with the identification priority as the first priority is once in 10 minutes, the identification frequency of the loss-prevention article with the identification priority as the second priority is once in 1 hour, after the bank card(s) (one or at least two) and the book card(s) (one or at least two) pre-bound by the terminal are acquired, the pre-bound bank card(s) is/are identified once every 10 minutes, and the book card(s) is/are identified once every 1 hour.
In this embodiment, to the article that prevents losing of difference, can discern according to different identification frequency, save the electric energy at terminal when guaranteeing to discover in time whether important article are lost.
S13: and if the loss-prevention object is not identified according to the first frequency, identifying the loss-prevention object through the NFC function of the terminal according to a second frequency, wherein the second frequency is greater than the first frequency.
In particular, the second frequency may be determined based on the type of loss-deterrent article (i.e., what the loss-deterrent article is), the second frequency being greater than the first frequency, and the second frequency may be different for different loss-deterrent articles.
The category of the loss prevention article may include, but is not limited to, bank card, mobile phone, key, etc.
For example, the bank card a is recognized every 10 minutes, and when the bank card a is not recognized, the bank card a is recognized every 5 minutes to determine whether the bank card a can be recognized again.
Because prevent losing article through NFC function discernment, when the terminal with prevent losing article when certain distance, can discern and prevent losing article, if the terminal with prevent losing article distance when far away, probably can't discern and prevent losing article, but, the article of can't preventing losing of discernment, just indicate to prevent losing article and must lose. Therefore, when the anti-loss article is identified at the first frequency, if the anti-loss article is not identified, the anti-loss article is continuously identified through the second frequency so as to detect whether the anti-loss article can be found again, thereby avoiding misjudgment and improving the detection accuracy.
And S14, if the times of the lost-proof articles are not identified within the preset time according to the second frequency exceed the preset times, sending alarm information.
The preset times can be preset values, and the preset times of different anti-lost articles can be different.
The preset time may be set to a preset value, for example, the preset time is 5 minutes, or the preset time is 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, if the continuous times of the loss prevention articles are not identified to exceed the preset times within the preset time, alarm information is sent; or if the accumulated times of the loss-prevention articles are not identified to exceed the preset times within the preset time, sending alarm information.
For example, the bank card b is recognized every 10 minutes, when the bank card b is not recognized, the bank card b is recognized every 3 minutes, and if the bank card b is not recognized 3 times within 10 minutes, alarm information is sent.
Specifically, the alarm information may be vibration alarm information or sound alarm information.
In other embodiments, when the number of the loss prevention items is at least two, different alarm modes can be used for alarming different loss prevention items. For example, a bank card is reminded of losing through a voice alarm mode, and a book card is reminded of losing through a vibration alarm mode. Therefore, when the number of the loss-prevention articles is large, a user does not need to check what the possible lost articles are one by one, and the user can quickly know what the lost loss-prevention articles are through different alarm modes, so that the user can selectively check whether the personal articles are lost.
In other embodiments, the user may be reminded in different alarm modes according to the state of the terminal. For example, if the terminal is in a handheld state, the terminal is reminded in a vibration alarm mode; and if the terminal is not in a handheld state, reminding in a sound alarm mode. The user is reminded in different alarm modes according to the state of the terminal, and the user can quickly receive the alarm information after the alarm information is sent, so that whether the articles are lost or not can be timely checked.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
if the number of times that the anti-loss article is not identified within the preset time according to the second frequency exceeds the preset number of times, acquiring identification time and an identification position, wherein the identification time is the identification time that the anti-loss article is not identified each time or the identification time that the anti-loss article is not identified last time, and the identification position is the identification position that the anti-loss article is not identified each time or the identification position that the anti-loss article is not identified last time;
and sending the information of the anti-loss article, the identification time and the identification position to a cloud platform so that the cloud platform can store the information of the anti-loss article, the identification time and the identification position.
The identification time may be an identification time at which the loss prevention item is not identified and an identification position at which the loss prevention item is not identified each time when the identification is performed according to the second frequency, or may be an identification time at which the loss prevention item is not identified last time and an identification position at which the loss prevention item is not identified last time. For example, the bank card b is recognized at a frequency of 3 minutes each time, and if the bank card b is not recognized three times in succession, the recognition time and the recognition position of each time are acquired.
The cloud platform may be a remote server, and the identification time when the loss prevention item is not identified and the identification position when the loss prevention item is not identified, and information of the loss prevention item (such as a name of the loss prevention item) may be stored in the cloud platform.
In other embodiments, the cloud platform may further store information of a terminal bound to the loss-prevention item (e.g., a serial number of the terminal, an administrator account number, etc.), and then the cloud platform may store a corresponding relationship between the terminal and the loss-prevention item, for example, the cloud platform stores the loss-prevention item bound to the terminal a as a bank card a and a bank card b, and does not identify the time and the location of the bank card b.
Therefore, through the cloud platform, when the article is lost, the auxiliary information can be provided for the user to retrieve the lost article through the identification time and the identification position of the anti-loss article which are not identified in the cloud platform, so that the article can be retrieved quickly, and the article retrieval probability is improved.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
acquiring an early warning position and early warning time according to the identification time and the identification position, wherein the early warning position is a position where the probability of losing articles is greater than a preset probability, and the early warning time is a time where the probability of losing articles is greater than the preset probability;
and when the terminal is at the early warning position or the current time is at the early warning time, sending early warning information.
It can be understood that, in the cloud platform, information of several loss prevention items can be saved, and for the identification time and the identification position when each loss prevention item is not read, the identification time is the time when the item loss is likely to occur, and the identification position is the place where the item loss is likely to occur.
And counting according to the plurality of identification times and the identification positions to obtain positions where the probability of losing the articles is greater than the preset probability and the time where the probability of losing the articles is greater than the preset probability. Wherein the preset probability may be preset. Meanwhile, the early warning time may be one or more time periods or one or more time points.
When the terminal is at the early warning position and the current time is the early warning time, the user can be reminded to keep track of the articles carried by the user, so that the articles are prevented from being lost.
The loss prevention method based on the terminal obtains loss prevention objects bound in advance by the terminal, wherein the terminal has a Near Field Communication (NFC) function, and the loss prevention objects are identified through NFC; searching and identifying the anti-loss article through the NFC function of the terminal according to a first frequency; if the loss-prevention object is not identified according to the first frequency, identifying the loss-prevention object through an NFC function of the terminal according to a second frequency, wherein the second frequency is greater than the first frequency; and if the times of the anti-loss articles are not identified to exceed the preset times within the preset time according to the second frequency, sending alarm information. Because the anti-loss article is identified through the NFC function of the terminal according to a certain frequency, when the anti-loss article is not identified, the anti-loss article is shown to be possibly far away from the terminal, the anti-loss article is possibly lost, alarm information is sent at the moment, the user is reminded, the user can check the anti-loss article timely, and the risk of article loss is reduced.
Meanwhile, the article is not necessarily lost when not identified through the first frequency, but also not identified possibly due to the use and other reasons, at the moment, the article is identified through the second frequency which is greater than the first frequency, and the alarm information is sent only when the unidentified times exceed the preset times, so that when the risk of article loss is reduced, frequent alarm information sending can be avoided, and the interference to the normal life of a user is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a functional block diagram of a loss prevention apparatus based on a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal-based loss prevention apparatus includes an acquisition module 210, an identification module 220, and an alarm module 230. The module referred to in the present invention refers to a series of computer program segments able to be executed by the processor of the terminal and able to perform a fixed function, which are stored in the memory of the terminal. In the present embodiment, the functions of the modules will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
The obtaining module 210 is configured to obtain an anti-loss article pre-bound to a terminal, where the terminal has a near field communication NFC function, and the anti-loss article is identified by NFC.
Generally, an NFC-enabled terminal incorporates an NFC chip.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a binding module, where the binding module is configured to:
detecting whether unbound lost articles exist around the terminal;
and if so, binding the terminal with the unbound lost article.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a first triggering module, where the first triggering module is further configured to:
detecting environmental information around the terminal;
judging the risk level of article loss according to the environmental information;
and when the item loss risk level is higher than a preset level, triggering the acquisition module to acquire the loss-prevention item bound in advance by the terminal.
The environment information around the terminal may be sound information around the terminal, or image information around the terminal collected by the terminal.
The article loss risk level may be a preset level, specifically, the article loss risk level may be classified in advance according to environment information, and after the environment information around the terminal is obtained, the article loss risk level is determined according to the obtained environment information. Specifically, the level of risk of article loss is classified into which levels, and the preset level may be preset.
For example, the preset level is a medium level, and when the broadcast that public transport broadcasts arrive at the station is acquired around the terminal or the broadcast that trains arrive at the station is acquired around the terminal, it is determined that the level of the risk of losing the goods at which the terminal is located is a high level, which indicates that the terminal is located at a place where the risk of losing the goods is high.
When the item loss risk level is higher than the preset level, the item loss possibility is high, so that the acquisition module is triggered to acquire the anti-loss item bound in advance by the terminal, and the risk of item loss is reduced by combining other modules of the device.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a second triggering module, where the second triggering module is further configured to:
detecting the position information of the terminal;
and if the position of the terminal is not the preset position, executing the step of acquiring the loss-prevention object bound in advance by the terminal.
When the position of the terminal is not the preset position, the fact that the user is possibly in an unfamiliar occasion or an occasion with low safety is indicated, at the moment, if the probability of losing and retrieving the object is low, the acquisition module is triggered to acquire the anti-lost object bound in advance by the terminal, and then the risk of losing the object is reduced by combining other modules of the device.
An identifying module 220, configured to search for and identify the loss prevention item through an NFC function of the terminal according to a first frequency.
Therefore, the lost article is identified through the NFC function of the terminal at a high frequency under the condition, so that if the lost article occurs, the user can be reminded in time.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the anti-loss articles are at least two anti-loss articles, and when the at least two anti-loss articles are identified, the identification is performed according to the identification frequency corresponding to each anti-loss article.
In this embodiment, for different anti-loss articles, the articles can be identified with different identification frequencies according to different identification priorities, so that whether important articles are lost or not can be found in time, and the electric energy of the terminal can be saved.
The identifying module 220 is further configured to identify the loss-prevention item through an NFC function of the terminal according to a second frequency if the loss-prevention item is not identified according to the first frequency, where the second frequency is greater than the first frequency.
And the alarm module 230 is configured to send alarm information if the number of times that the lost-proof object is not identified exceeds a preset number of times according to the second frequency within a preset time.
In other embodiments, when the number of the loss prevention items is at least two, the alarm can be given in different alarm modes according to different loss prevention items.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes a sending module;
the identification module is further configured to obtain an identification time and an identification position if the number of times that the anti-loss article is not identified within the preset time according to the second frequency exceeds the preset number of times, where the identification time is an identification time that the anti-loss article is not identified each time or an identification time that the anti-loss article is not identified last time, and the identification position is an identification position that the anti-loss article is not identified each time or an identification position that the anti-loss article is not identified last time;
the sending module is used for sending the information of the anti-loss article, the identification time and the identification position to a cloud platform so that the cloud platform can store the information of the anti-loss article, the identification time and the identification position.
The cloud platform may be a remote server, and the time when the loss prevention item is not identified and the location where the loss prevention item is not identified, and information of the loss prevention item (such as a name of the loss prevention item) may be stored in the cloud platform.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes an early warning module.
The acquisition module is further used for acquiring an early warning position and early warning time according to the identification time and the identification position, wherein the early warning position is a position where the probability of losing the articles is greater than a preset probability, and the early warning time is a time where the probability of losing the articles is greater than the preset probability;
and the early warning module is used for sending early warning information when the terminal is at the early warning position or the current time is at the early warning time.
When the terminal is at the early warning position and the current time is the early warning time, the user can be reminded to keep track of the carried articles so as to prevent the articles from being lost.
The anti-loss device based on the terminal acquires anti-loss articles bound in advance by the terminal through the acquisition module, wherein the terminal has a Near Field Communication (NFC) function, and the anti-loss articles are identified through NFC; the identification module searches and identifies the anti-lost article through the NFC function of the terminal according to a first frequency; if the anti-loss article is not identified according to the first frequency, the identification module identifies the anti-loss article through an NFC function of the terminal according to a second frequency, wherein the second frequency is greater than the first frequency; and if the times of the anti-loss articles are not identified to exceed the preset times according to the second frequency within the preset time, the alarm module sends alarm information.
