Abstract
The invention discloses a product classification conveying device and a product classification conveying method, wherein the classification conveying device comprises a device seat and a turning baffle; the upper end of the device seat is provided with a driving roller; an included angle is formed between the driving roller and the longitudinal axis of the device seat; the lower end of the device seat is transversely provided with a turning driving roller bracket; the lower end of the turning transmission roller bracket is provided with an air cylinder, and the upper end of the turning transmission roller bracket is vertically provided with a plurality of turning transmission rollers; when the turning driving roller support moves up and down under the drive of the air cylinder, the turning baffle plate can move up and down under the action of the turning connecting rod, and the direction of the turning baffle plate is opposite to the displacement direction of the turning driving roller support. The method of using the device includes advancing the product along the horizontal axis of the device housing and advancing the product along the longitudinal axis of the device housing toward the lateral end. Background

The product classification and conveying device shown in fig. 1-3 comprises a device seat 1, wherein a plurality of driving rollers 23 are arranged at the upper end of the device seat 1 in parallel; the two ends of the driving roller 23 are rotationally connected with the device seat through bearings, and an included angle of 0-90 degrees is formed between the driving roller 23 and the longitudinal axis of the device seat; the driving rollers 23 are driven by a motor 21 and adjacent driving rollers are in driving connection by a synchronous belt 22; the motor 21 is arranged outside the device seat 1;

The middle of the turning connecting rod 33 is movably connected with the turning connecting rod bracket 34 through a pin shaft, and the turning connecting rod 33 can rotate left and right along the pin shaft; the turning connecting rod bracket 34 is fixedly arranged on the device seat 1; when the direction-changing driving roller support 35 moves up and down under the driving of the air cylinder 31, the direction-changing baffle 32 can move up and down under the action of the direction-changing connecting rod 33, and the direction-changing baffle is opposite to the displacement direction of the direction-changing driving roller support 35. The principle of motion of the two is similar to that of a seesaw, which is the same as that of a seesaw.
The direction-changing baffle 32 is vertically disposed at the left end of the device seat 1, and can block movement of the product in the direction of the horizontal axis of the device seat when it is extended. A guide hole is vertically formed in the direction-changing baffle 32, and a guide pin 321 is fixedly arranged on the device seat 1 after passing through the guide hole; the direction changing baffle 32 moves only in the vertical direction under the limit action of the guide hole and the guide pin 321.
When the air cylinder 31 is not in operation, the height of the turning baffle 32 is higher than that of the driving roller 23, and the height of the driving roller 23 is higher than that of the turning driving roller 36, so that the product is only conveyed to the side end along the longitudinal axis of the device seat.
When the air cylinder 31 works, the height of the turning driving roller 36 is higher than that of the driving roller 23, and the height of the driving roller 23 is higher than that of the turning baffle 32, so that the product is only conveyed forwards along the horizontal axis of the device seat.
The application method of the product classification conveying device comprises the following specific processes:
A. When it is desired to have the product transported to the lateral end along the longitudinal axis of the device seat:
starting the motor 21, wherein an included angle is formed between the driving roller 23 and the longitudinal axis of the device seat, so that the product moves from the initial conveying position along the tangential direction of the contact point with the driving roller;

The cylinder 31 is started to drive the turning driving roller bracket 35 to move upwards, meanwhile, the turning driving roller 36 moves upwards, a plurality of turning driving rollers are inserted into gaps among a plurality of driving rollers 23 to form a barrier wall when a product moves towards the longitudinal axis direction of the device seat, so that the product only keeps the forward conveying speed; at this time, the direction-changing baffle 32 falls below the device seat under the driving of the direction-changing link 33 due to the upward movement of the direction-changing driving roller support 35, thereby providing a path for forward conveying of the product, and enabling the product to be smoothly conveyed to the next process.
Generally, the driving rollers on the production line are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the device seat, so that the driving rollers maintain linear transportation in the horizontal direction, while the invention sets an included angle alpha between the driving rollers 23 and the longitudinal axis of the device seat, as shown in fig. 4, and products do not advance in a straight line during transportation, but have a speed v obliquely forward, and the speed v 1、v2 can be decomposed into speeds v along the horizontal axis of the device seat and along the longitudinal axis of the device seat according to the motion principle. Therefore, by providing barriers in both directions respectively through the mechanical design, the product can move in a single direction which is kept horizontal or vertical according to the requirement, thereby realizing simultaneous classification and conveying.
In addition, according to the design principle of the invention, the classified conveying device can be used in parallel or in series according to the requirements of an actual production line, so that the classified conveying of products on multiple axes and multiple paths is formed, the application value is huge, the production efficiency of enterprises can be remarkably improved, and the production period is shortened.
