Background
With the continuous development of terminal technology and communication technology, especially mobile terminals and current high-speed communication networks, have become important components in people's lives. As the number of users of the communication network increases, the pressure on the communication network increases, and even the communication network is often blocked and cannot acquire data.
In order to solve the communication network congestion and relieve the pressure of the communication network, various access control schemes are provided in the communication technology, for example, various access control mechanisms are defined in 3GPP LTE (3rd Generation Partnership Project Long Term Evolution) to solve the communication network congestion and relieve the pressure of the communication network, including access class restriction, extended access restriction, service-specific access control, and application-specific congestion control for data communication. The problem of communication network blocking under different conditions in the communication network can be solved through the access control mechanism.
However, some of the access control mechanisms in the LTE system are access control mechanisms for user equipment, and some of the access control mechanisms are access control mechanisms for a specific service, and for NR (system broadcast) systems, especially for system information request messages introduced in a system broadcast system in a 5G network, since the system information request messages are messages frequently sent to the user equipment, the number of system information request messages received by the network equipment may be large, and since there is no corresponding access control mechanism, system congestion may be caused, and in the case of system congestion or early warning, if the user equipment still sends a system information request message, the system congestion may be further serious, and the pressure of the network equipment may be increased.

Example one
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an information access control method, which may be applied to access control of information, where the access control may be a control method for allowing or denying a user-side device to access a certain network resource, and a control process of the access control method may be implemented based on an account logged in by the user-side device or a group to which a user corresponding to the user-side device belongs. The execution main body of the method can be user side equipment, wherein the user side equipment can be terminal equipment, the terminal equipment can be mobile terminal equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer or wearable equipment, and the terminal equipment can also be terminal equipment such as a personal computer. The method may specifically comprise the steps of:
in S102, indication information including a manner of prohibiting transmission of the system information request message is received.
The indication information may be used to indicate a condition for prohibiting sending of the system information request message, where the condition may include multiple conditions, for example, prohibiting sending of system information request messages of all access categories, or prohibiting sending of a system information request message of a specified access category, and the like. The manner of prohibiting transmission of the system information request message may include prohibiting transmission of all system information request messages, prohibiting transmission of a system information request message of a specified access category, prohibiting transmission of a system information request message satisfying a predetermined condition, and the like. The predetermined condition may be determined according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this application. The all-system-information request message may be all system-information request messages that the network-side device can access, and specifically may be the system-information request messages of all access categories as described above, and the like.
In implementation, with the continuous development of wireless communication technology, a wireless communication network has been developed from a 2G (2-Generation wireless telephone technology, second Generation wireless communication technology) based communication network to a later 3G based communication network and a now commonly used 4G based communication network, until a newly proposed 5G based communication network, and in the wireless communication network (which may be the above 2G, 3G, 4G or 5G based communication network, etc.), a network side device and a user side device are generally included, and through information interaction between the network side device and the user side device, the user side device may obtain corresponding information or data from the wireless communication network through the network side device, for example, the user needs to browse a certain webpage, and then the user may send a webpage data obtaining request to the network side device through a browser installed in the user side device, after the network side device obtains the data of the webpage, the data can be sent to the user side device. In an actual application, the network-side device may include one or more different devices, such as a key control node mme (mobility Management entity) and/or a serving gateway device, in addition to the base station. However, the network-side device has limited data processing capability at the same time point or time period, or the bandwidth of the network-side device is limited. When the data processing capacity or bandwidth of the network side equipment does not reach the limit, the wireless communication network accesses the information or data sent by the user side equipment as much as possible so as to fully utilize the wireless resources. When the data processing capacity or bandwidth of the network side device reaches the limit (or approaches the limit), the wireless communication network is in a blocking state or an early warning state, and at this time, the network side device may perform access control on the related information or data sent by the user side device through a preset access control mode.
The network side device may send necessary System Information, such as mib (master Information Block) Information and SIB1(System Information Block1) Information, to the user side device, the user side device may need other System Information in addition to the above necessary System Information, and the above other System Information may be different for different user side devices, and therefore, the above other System Information needs the user side device to actively request the network side device, however, if the wireless communication network is in a blocking state or an early warning state, the pressure of the wireless communication network may be further increased when the user side device sends the System Information request message to the network side device, and in order to better perform access control on the System Information request message and reduce the pressure of the network side device, the embodiment of the present application provides an Information access control manner, that is, to control the access of Information by sending indication Information indicating whether to the user side device is prohibited to send the System Information request message, specifically, the network side device may periodically or real-timely detect its own bandwidth and/or status information, and if it is determined that the bandwidth of the network side device reaches at least one of the limit, the current blocking state, and the current early warning state according to the detected information, the network side device may generate a manner of prohibiting sending a system information request message according to the current situation, may generate corresponding indication information according to the information such as the manner of prohibiting sending the system information request message, and may send the indication information to the corresponding user side device, and the user side device may receive the indication information.
In S104, transmission of the system information request message is controlled based on the instruction information.
In an implementation, according to the related content of S102, the indication information may include a manner of prohibiting sending of the system information request message, and if the manner of prohibiting sending of the system information request message is to prohibit sending of system information request messages of all access categories, after the user side device receives the indication information, and when the user side device needs to send the system information request message to the network side device, it may be determined that the system information request message is prohibited from being sent, at this time, it may be determined by the user side device how to process the system information request message to be sent, for example, a prohibition duration or a polling cycle is preset in the user side device, the sending of the system information request message may be controlled by the prohibition duration or the polling cycle, specifically, the prohibition duration or the polling cycle may be used to calculate a time at which the system information request message is permitted to be sent, for example, if the ue needs to send a system information request message to the network side device, the ue may start timing at a time when the ue determines that the ue prohibits sending the system information request message, for example, 10:00:00, and the ue may determine a time when the system information request message is allowed to be sent through a preset prohibition duration or a polling cycle, for example, the prohibition duration stored in the ue is 1 minute, and may use 10:01:00 as the time when the system information request message is allowed to be sent, and when the current time reaches 10:01:00, the ue sends the system information request message to the network side device.
In addition, the prohibition duration may also be provided by the network side device, and the prohibition duration may be specifically set in the indication information, and the specific processing procedure may refer to the above related contents, which is not described herein again. In addition, if both the network side device and the user side device are provided with the prohibited time length, the processing may be performed based on the prohibited time length provided by the network side device, that is, using the prohibited time length provided by the network side device.
It should be noted that the manner for prohibiting sending the system information request message includes not only one manner described above, but also various realizable manners in practical applications, and the following provides an optional processing manner, and specifically may include the following: if the manner of prohibiting sending the system information request message is to prohibit sending a system information request message of a predetermined access category (or prohibit sending a part of the system information request message of the access category), the indication information may further include related information of the access category of the system information request message prohibited from sending, after the user side device receives the indication information, and when the user side device needs to send the system information request message to the network side device, the access category of the system information request message to be sent may be compared with the access category included in the indication information, and if the access category included in the indication information includes the access category of the system information request message to be sent, it is determined that the system information request message to be sent is prohibited from sending. According to the indication information, the sending of the system information request message is controlled, for example, if the access category of the system information request message for prohibiting sending included in the indication information is A, B, C, D and E, and the access category of the system information request message to be sent is D, the user side device may start timing by determining the time at which the user side device prohibits sending the system information request message, for example, 10:00:00, the user side device may use 10:01:00 as the time at which the user side device is allowed to send the system information request message, and when the current time reaches 10:01:00, the user side device sends the system information request message to the network side device. If the access category included in the indication information does not include the access category of the system information request message to be sent, the current time or the time designated by the system information request message to be sent is the time when the system information request message is allowed to be sent, that is, the user side device can send the system information request message in real time.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an information access control method, which may be applied to processing for performing access control on information. The execution subject of the method may be a network side device, where the network side device may be a wireless device that performs information transfer with a user side device in a certain radio coverage area, the network side device may include one device, for example, a base station, and the network side device may further include multiple devices, for example, the network side device may further include a key control node MME and/or a serving gateway device, in addition to the base station. The method may specifically comprise the steps of:
in S202, indication information including a manner of prohibiting transmission of the system information request message is determined.
In the implementation, based on the related content in S102, when the data processing capability or bandwidth of the network-side device reaches the limit (or approaches the limit), the wireless communication network is in the blocking state or the early warning state, at this time, the network-side device may perform access control on the related information or data sent by the user-side device through preset access control, that is, control the access of information by sending, to the user-side device, indication information indicating whether to prohibit the user-side device from sending the system information request message, specifically, the network-side device may periodically or real-timely detect its own bandwidth and/or state information, etc., and if it is determined that the bandwidth of the network-side device reaches at least one of the limit, the current blocking state, and the current early warning state according to the detected information, the network-side device may generate a manner of prohibiting the sending of the system information request message according to the current situation, the corresponding indication information may be generated through information such as a mode of prohibiting sending the system information request message, for example, when the network side device detects that the network side device is currently in a blocking state, the access category of the system information request message that is currently prohibited from being sent is acquired, meanwhile, the mode of prohibiting sending the system information request message may be further determined based on the access category of the system information request message that is currently prohibited from being sent, the prohibition duration may be determined based on the blocking degree of the current wireless communication network, and the indication information may be generated in a mode of prohibiting sending the system information request message.
In S204, the instruction information is transmitted.
In an implementation, after the network side device sends the indication information to the user side device, the user side device may determine, according to the indication information, a time at which the system information request message is allowed to be sent. The system information request message may be sent to the network side device at a time when the system information request message is allowed to be sent, and after receiving the system information request message, the network side device may send the system information corresponding to the system information request message to the user side device.
The embodiment of the application provides an information access control method, wherein a user side device controls the sending of a system information request message through received indication information which is sent by a network side device and comprises a mode of prohibiting sending the system information request message, so that when the processing pressure of a wireless communication network reaches a preset value or the wireless communication network is in a blocking state or an early warning state, the user side device can be controlled to send the system information request message to the network side device through the indication information, for example, the user side device can be controlled to send the system information request message after the network side device eliminates blocking or early warning, thereby effectively relieving the pressure of the network side device, reducing the system load and optimizing the control mechanism of the system load.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides an information access control method, which may be applied to access control of information, where the access control may be a control method for allowing or denying a user-side device to access a certain network resource, and a control process of the access control method may be implemented based on an account logged in by the user-side device or a group to which a user corresponding to the user-side device belongs. The method can be executed by both the user side device and the network side device, as shown in fig. 4, where the user side device may be a terminal device, the terminal device may be a mobile terminal device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a wearable device, and the terminal device may also be a terminal device such as a personal computer. The network side device may be a wireless device that performs information transfer with a user side device in a certain radio coverage area, and the network side device may include one device, for example, a base station, and the network side device may further include multiple devices, for example, the network side device may further include a key control node MME and/or a serving gateway device, and the like, in addition to the base station. The method may specifically comprise the steps of:
in S302, the network side device determines indication information, where the indication information includes a manner and a prohibition duration for prohibiting sending the system information request message.
The prohibited time duration may be a time duration for instructing the user side device to prohibit sending the system information request message, that is, a time duration, such as 30 seconds or 1 minute, that the user side device needs to wait for sending the system information request message, and may be specifically set or adjusted according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In implementation, when the network side device detects that the network side device is currently in a blocking state, the access category of the system information request message which is currently prohibited from being sent may be acquired, meanwhile, the mode of prohibiting sending the system information request message may be further determined based on the access category of the system information request message which is currently prohibited from being sent, the prohibition duration may be determined based on the blocking degree of the current wireless communication network, and the indication information may be generated in the mode of prohibiting sending the system information request message. For the specific processing of S302, reference may be made to the related content of S202 in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In S304, the network side device sends a system broadcast message carrying the indication information.
The system broadcast information may be information that the network side device sends corresponding information to the user side device in a broadcast manner, and the system broadcast information may be information that the network side device sends the corresponding information to all user side devices in an area that the network side device can cover, where the user side device may be in a CONNECTED state (i.e., CONNECTED state/RRC _ CONNECTED state) or an IDLE state (i.e., IDLE state/RRC _ IDLE state) of wireless connection with the network side device, for example, if a certain user side device includes 5 user side devices in an area covered by a wireless network, the network side device may send the system broadcast information to the 5 user side devices.
In implementation, as shown in fig. 4, in order to simplify the processing procedure of the network side device, the network side device may send the system broadcast message to all the user side devices in the area covered by the wireless network without distinguishing different user side devices, so that after the network side device determines the indication information, the network side device may send the system broadcast message carrying the indication information through the broadcast system, and thus, the user side devices in the area covered by the wireless network of the network side device may all receive the system broadcast message.
It should be noted that the above processing of sending the indication information may be implemented in various ways besides the way of sending the system broadcast message, and the following provides another optional processing way, which may specifically include the following: the network side device sends a dedicated signaling carrying the indication information, where the dedicated signaling is a signaling used for sending to a designated user side device, where the designated user side device may be one user side device or multiple user side devices (or called a group of user side devices), that is, the dedicated signaling contains a device identifier of the user side device, such as an IMEI number, an IP address, or an MAC address, and the dedicated signaling is only valid for the user side device corresponding to the device identifier contained therein. Specifically, in practical applications, if access control is only required to be performed on a system information request message sent by a certain user side device or a group of user side devices, the device identifier of the user side device or the group of user side devices may be acquired, and the indication information may be integrated into the dedicated signaling by generating the indication information according to the acquired device identifier, the manner in which the system information request message is prohibited from being sent, and the prohibition duration. Then, after the network side device acquires the proprietary signaling, it may extract the device identifier included in the proprietary signaling, determine whether the user side device corresponding to the device identifier is included in the user side device wirelessly connected with the network side device according to the device identifier, if so, send the proprietary signaling to the user side device corresponding to the device identifier, and if not, cancel sending the proprietary signaling.
In practical applications, the processing procedure of determining the time when the system information request message is allowed to be sent by the indication information may be implemented in various ways, and an alternative processing manner is provided below, which may be specifically referred to as S306 and S308 described below.
In S306, the ue acquires the access category of the system information request message to be sent.
The indication information may include a target access category of the system information request message prohibited from being sent, where the target access category may include one access category or multiple access categories, and may be determined specifically according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In implementation, when the ue receives the system broadcast message carrying the indication information or the dedicated signaling carrying the indication information, the ue may extract the target access category included in the system broadcast message or the dedicated signaling. Then, the user side device may obtain an access category corresponding to the system information request message to be sent from access categories of pre-stored system information request messages.
In S308, if the first preset condition is satisfied between the target access category and the access category of the system information request message to be sent, the user equipment determines a time at which the system information request message to be sent is allowed to be sent according to the prohibition duration.
The first preset condition may be a size relationship condition, an inclusion condition, an included condition, and the like between a target access category and an access category of a system information request message to be sent, or may be set according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
In implementation, taking the first preset condition as the condition of the magnitude relationship as an example, the first preset condition may be assigned in advance for a plurality of different access categories (for example, a weight of a corresponding access category may be determined as a value assigned by the access category according to a historical usage condition of the access category or an importance of the system information request message, and the like), and the magnitude relationship between the value corresponding to the target access category and the value corresponding to the access category of the system information request message to be sent is compared. If the value corresponding to the access category of the system information request message to be sent is smaller than the value corresponding to the target access category, it can be determined that the system information request message to be sent can be accessed to the network side device, and the system information request message to be sent is a system information request message prohibited from being sent. For example, if it is determined that x is less than AC through the determination, it may be determined that the system information request message to be sent may access the network side device, and the system information request message to be sent is a system information request message prohibited from being sent.
Or, if the value corresponding to the access category of the system information request message to be sent is greater than the value corresponding to the target access category, it may be determined that the system information request message to be sent may access the network side device, and the system information request message to be sent is a system information request message prohibited from being sent. For example, if it is determined through the judgment that x is greater than AC, it may be determined that the system information request message to be sent may access the network side device, and the system information request message to be sent is a system information request message prohibited from being sent.
In addition, whether the system information request message to be sent is the system information request message prohibited from being sent can be determined by including and including conditions, specifically, the indication information may include multiple access types (i.e., target access categories), the target access type may be an access type of the system information request message prohibited from being sent, when the access type of the system information request message to be sent is obtained, whether the obtained access type is included in the target access type can be searched for, if the obtained access type is included, the system information request message to be sent is determined to be the system information request message prohibited from being sent, and otherwise, the system information request message to be sent is determined not to be the system information request message prohibited from being sent.
At this time, the user side device may obtain the sending time of the system information request message to be sent, and may determine the time at which the system information request message to be sent is allowed to be sent according to the sending time and the prohibition duration of the system information request message to be sent, where the processing for determining the time at which the system information request message to be sent is allowed to be sent may refer to relevant contents in S104 in the first embodiment, and details are not described here again.
In addition, for the processing of determining, by the prohibition time duration, the time at which the system information request message to be sent is allowed to be sent, in another embodiment of the present application, the processing may not be specifically implemented by the prohibition time duration, and then the processing of S308 may be: and if the target access category and the access category of the system information request message to be sent meet the first preset condition, prohibiting sending the system information request message to be sent, and determining the time for allowing sending the system information request message to be sent. How to determine the time when the system information request message to be sent is allowed to be sent may refer to relevant contents in the first embodiment, that is, the time is implemented by the prohibited duration or the polling period provided by the ue, and/or the prohibited duration provided by the network side device (i.e., the processing of S308).
Besides, the processing procedure of determining the time when the system information request message is allowed to be sent by the indication information through the processing of S306 and S308 may be implemented in other various manners, and an alternative processing manner is provided below, which may specifically include the following step one and step two.
Step one, user side equipment obtains the probability of the access category of a system information request message to be sent.
The indication information may further include a probability threshold of an access category of the system information request message prohibited from being sent. The probability threshold may be set according to actual conditions, and specifically, the probability threshold is 50% or 60%, for example.
In implementation, in order to provide the probability of the access category for different system information request messages, a random number allocation mechanism may be preset in the ue, and configured to randomly allocate a numerical value to the access category of different system information request messages. Based on the processing of S306, the access category of the system information request message to be sent is obtained, the user side device starts a random number allocation mechanism, and allocates a random number to the obtained access category, where a value randomly allocated by the random number allocation mechanism is between 0 and 1 (that is, the minimum value is 0, and the maximum value is 1). The assigned random number may be used as a probability of an access category of a system information request message to be sent.
And step two, if the probability of the access category of the system information request message to be sent relative to the probability threshold meets a second preset condition, determining the time for allowing the system information request message to be sent according to the prohibition duration.
The second preset condition may be a size relationship condition between the probability threshold and the probability of the access category of the system information request message to be sent, or may be set according to an actual situation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In implementation, the probability of the access category of the system information request message to be sent (i.e., the allocated random number) may be compared with a probability threshold, and if the allocated random number is smaller than the probability threshold, it may be determined that the two do not satisfy the second preset condition, at this time, it may be determined that the current time is a time when the system information request message to be sent is allowed to be sent, and the ue may perform the following processing in S310. If the allocated random number is greater than the probability threshold, it may be determined that the allocated random number and the probability threshold satisfy a second preset condition, and at this time, a time at which the system information request message to be sent is allowed to be sent may be determined according to the sending time and the prohibition duration of the system information request message to be sent, where the determination of the time at which the system information request message to be sent is allowed to be sent may refer to relevant contents in S104 in the first embodiment, and details are not described here.
For example, the probability threshold is p, the ue generates a random number r for the access category of the system information request message to be sent (where r is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1), and if r is less than p, it may be determined that the random number r and the random number r do not satisfy the second preset condition, at this time, it may be determined that the current time is the time when the system information request message to be sent is allowed to be sent, and the ue may perform the following processing in S310. If r is larger than or equal to p, the two conditions can be determined to meet a second preset condition, and at this time, the time for allowing the system information request message to be sent can be determined according to the sending time and the prohibition duration of the system information request message to be sent.
Based on the above, regarding the processing of determining, by the prohibition duration, the time at which the transmission of the system information request message to be transmitted is permitted in the above step two, in another embodiment of the present application, the processing may also not be specifically implemented by the prohibition duration, and then the processing in the above step two may be: and if the probability of the access category of the system information request message to be sent relative to the probability threshold meets a second preset condition, prohibiting sending the system information request message to be sent, and determining the time for allowing sending the system information request message to be sent. For how to determine the time when the system information request message to be sent is allowed to be sent, reference may be made to relevant contents in the first embodiment, that is, the relevant contents are implemented by using the prohibited duration or the polling period provided by the user side device, and/or implemented by using the prohibited duration provided by the network side device (i.e., the processing in the second step).
In practical application, the process of sending the system information request message by the user side equipment may need to pass through a plurality of prohibition durations, so that when the user side equipment determines that the sending of the system information request message is prohibited, whether the sending of the system information request message is prohibited at the current moment can be judged again, if yes, the prohibition process needs to be executed continuously, and the specific processing procedure may include the following step one and step two.
Step one, starting timing from the time of determining that the system information request message to be sent is forbidden to be sent, and acquiring the indication information of the current time when the forbidden time length is reached, wherein the indication information of the current time comprises the mode of the system information request message to be sent and the current forbidden time length.
In implementation, when the user side device needs to send a system information request message to be sent, timing may be started when it is determined that the system information request message to be sent is prohibited from being sent, when the time length from the sending time reaches the prohibition time length, the indication information sent at the current time may be received, and whether to continue to prohibit sending the system information request message may be judged again by the indication information at the current time. If the ue does not receive the indication information after the forbidden duration, the indication information stored in the ue at the current time may be obtained, if the indication information is the same as the indication information of the forbidden duration, the following processing S310 is executed, and if the indication information is different from the indication information of the forbidden duration, whether to continue to prohibit sending the system information request message may be determined again by the indication information at the current time.
And step two, determining the time for allowing to send the system information request message to be sent according to the indication information of the current time.
The indication information of the current time may include a first mode and a first prohibition duration for prohibiting sending the system information request message, and the first mode and the first prohibition duration may be the same as or different from the mode and the prohibition duration for prohibiting sending the system information request message.
For the specific processing procedure of the second step, reference may be made to the related contents in the first embodiment, and details are not described herein again.
Through the above process, multiple times of cyclic processing can be performed until the system information request message to be sent can be finally sent.
In S310, if the current time is a time at which the system information request message is allowed to be transmitted, the system information request message to be transmitted is transmitted.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present application provides an information access control method, which may be applied to access control of information, where the access control may be a control method for allowing or denying a user-side device to access a certain network resource, and a control process of the access control method may be implemented based on an account logged in by the user-side device or a group to which a user corresponding to the user-side device belongs. The method may specifically comprise the steps of:
in S502, the network side device determines indication information, where the indication information includes a manner and a prohibition duration for prohibiting sending the system information request message, and the indication information may further include first indication information and second indication information.
The first indication information and the second indication information may be the same indication information or different indication information, or the first indication information and the second indication information may represent the same indication, for example, both indicate that transmission of a system information request message of a certain access type is prohibited, or represent different indications, for example, the first indication information indicates that transmission of a system information request message of an access type a is prohibited, the second indication information indicates that transmission of a system information request message of an access type B is prohibited, or the like.
In implementation, in some cases, a network side device may issue two different types of indication information at the same time according to a service requirement, specifically, for any one of the two types of indication information, when the network side device detects that the network side device is currently in a blocking state, an access category of a system information request message that is currently prohibited from being sent is obtained, meanwhile, a mode of prohibiting sending the system information request message may be further determined based on the access category of the system information request message that is currently prohibited from being sent, a prohibition duration may be determined based on a blocking degree of a current wireless communication network, and the indication information may be generated in a mode of prohibiting sending the system information request message. For the specific processing procedure of S502, reference may be made to relevant contents of S202 in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In S504, the network side device sends a system broadcast message carrying the first indication information, and sends a dedicated signaling carrying the second indication information.
For the specific processing procedure of S504, reference may be made to relevant contents of S304 in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In S506, the ue acquires the priority information of the first indication information and the priority information of the second indication information.
In an implementation, the priority information of the first indication information and the priority information of the second indication information may be provided in the indication information, or may be preset by the user-side device or the network-side device, for example, the user-side device or the network-side device may be preset with: if the priority of the proprietary signaling is higher than that of the system broadcast message, it may be determined that the priority of the second indication information is higher than that of the first indication information; or, if the priority of the proprietary signaling is lower than that of the system broadcast message, it may be determined that the priority of the second indication information is lower than that of the first indication information; alternatively, the priorities of different access control mechanisms may be set according to the instructions of the user side device or the network side device, and the priorities of the second instruction information and the first instruction information may be further determined based on the priorities.
In S508, the ue determines, from the first indication information and the second indication information, indication information indicating that transmission of the system information request message is prohibited, based on the priority information of the first indication information and the priority information of the second indication information.
In implementation, a size relationship between the priorities of the first indication information and the second indication information may be calculated based on the priority information of the first indication information and the priority information of the second indication information, and if the priority of the second indication information is higher than the priority of the first indication information, the second indication information may be used as indication information indicating that the system information request message is prohibited from being sent; the first indication information may be used as indication information for indicating that transmission of the system information request message is prohibited if the priority of the first indication information is higher than that of the second indication information.
In practical applications, the priority information may be a time of receiving the indication information, and based on this, the processing of S508 may include: comparing the receiving time of the first indication information and the second indication information; and using the latest received indication information as indication information for indicating that the system information request message is forbidden to be sent.
In the implementation, considering that the latest indication information is often the indication information most suitable for the current wireless communication network condition, the latest received indication information may be used as the indication information for indicating that the system information request message is prohibited from being transmitted, specifically, the receiving times of the first indication information and the second indication information may be obtained through the processing of the above S506, the relationship between the receiving times of the first indication information and the second indication information may be compared, and if the first indication information is the latest received indication information, the first indication information may be used as the indication information for indicating that the system information request message is prohibited from being transmitted; if the second indication information is the latest received indication information, the second indication information may be used as indication information for indicating that transmission of the system information request message is prohibited.
In S510, the ue determines a time when the system information request message is allowed to be transmitted, according to the determined indication information.
The specific processing of S510 may be implemented in different manners, and two alternative processing manners are provided below, which may specifically include the following manner one and manner two.
In a first mode, the indication information comprises a target access category of a system information request message which is forbidden to be sent; acquiring an access category of a system information request message to be sent; and if the target access category and the access category of the system information request message to be sent meet a first preset condition, determining the time for allowing the system information request message to be sent according to the prohibition duration.
In a second mode, the indication information comprises a probability threshold value of an access category of a system information request message which is forbidden to be sent; acquiring the probability of the access category of a system information request message to be sent; and if the probability of the access category of the system information request message to be sent relative to the probability threshold meets a second preset condition, determining the time for allowing the system information request message to be sent according to the prohibition duration.
It should be noted that, the obtaining of the probability of the access category of the system information request message to be sent may be implemented in various ways, for example, the probability of the access category of the system information request message to be sent is determined in a way of allocating a random number, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
For the specific processing in the first and second manners, reference may be made to the related contents in the second embodiment, and details are not described herein again.
In addition, considering that the current network-side device may still prohibit the user-side device from sending the system information request message after the user-side device waits for the time period of the prohibition duration, the process of determining the time at which the system information request message to be sent is permitted to be sent according to the prohibition duration may also be implemented in the following manner, specifically including: starting timing when determining that the system information request message to be sent is prohibited from being sent, and acquiring the indication information of the current time when the prohibition time length is reached, wherein the indication information of the current time comprises the mode of prohibiting sending the system information request message and the current prohibition time length; and determining the time for allowing to send the system information request message to be sent according to the indication information of the current time.
For the above specific processing, reference may be made to relevant contents in the above second embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In S512, if the current time is a time at which the system information request message is allowed to be transmitted, the system information request message to be transmitted is transmitted.

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), langue, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardsradware (Hardware Description Language), vhjhd (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
