Detailed Description
1-3, An automatic folding device for spoon products comprises a working platform 10, a spoon taking-out jig 20, a left positioning part 30, a right positioning part 40 and an ejection folding part 50. The middle part of the working platform 10 is provided with a perforation 11, and the working platform 10 is provided with linear slide rails 12 at the front side and the rear side of the perforation 11. The left positioning part 30 and the right positioning part 40 are correspondingly arranged above the working platform 10 and positioned on the left side and the right side of the perforation 11 respectively, and the right positioning part 40 is similar to the left positioning part 30 in structure and opposite in installation direction. The push-out folding part 50 is installed under the working platform 10, and the push-out folding part 50 is provided with eight folding bars 51 which can move upwards and drive the rear end of the spoon-like product 60 to fold through the perforations 11 of the working platform 10.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the ladle removing jig 20 is provided with a ladle profiling plate 21, an adapter plate 22 and a sucker 23, the ladle profiling plate 21 is provided with a profiling groove 24 matched with the front end of the ladle, the front end of the profiling groove 24 is provided with a through slotted hole, and the sucker 23 is positioned in the slotted hole in a movable penetrating way; the sucker 23 and the spoon-shaped plate 21 are both arranged below the adapter plate 22, and the spoon-shaped plate 21 is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the manipulator arm; four imitation grooves 24 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the spoon-shaped plate 21 in parallel.
As shown in fig. 6, the left positioning portion 30 is provided with a positioning cylinder 31, a sliding block 32, a positioning pin 33, a positioning pin mounting seat 34 and a safety rod 35, the positioning cylinder 31 is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the working platform 10 on the left side of the through hole 11, the right end of a piston rod of the positioning cylinder 31 is fixedly connected with the middle part of the positioning pin mounting seat 34, two ends of the positioning pin mounting seat 34 are slidably connected with the linear slide rails 12 on two sides of the through hole 11 through the sliding block 32, the positioning pin 33 is fixedly mounted on the right side of the upper end of the positioning pin mounting seat 34, and the position and the shape of the positioning pin 33 are matched with those of the positioning hole on the profiling plate. The safety rod 35 is positioned at the right lower part of the positioning pin 33, the safety rod 35 is vertical to the linear slide rail 12, and two ends of the safety rod 35 are fixedly connected with the positioning pin mounting seat 34 through supporting blocks.
As shown in fig. 7, the ejection folding portion 50 is further provided with an ejection cylinder 52, a cylinder mounting plate 53, a sliding plate 54 and a guide rod 55, the cylinder mounting plate 53 is located right below the through hole 11, the cylinder mounting plate 53 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the working platform 10 through four guide rods 55, the sliding plate 54 is located between the cylinder mounting plate 53 and the working platform 10, the sliding plate 54 is slidably sleeved on the guide rod 55, the ejection cylinder 52 is fixedly mounted in the middle of the lower surface of the cylinder mounting plate 53, a piston rod of the ejection cylinder 52 penetrates through the center of the bottom surface of the sliding plate 54 and is fixedly connected with the cylinder mounting plate 53, and the folding rod 51 is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the sliding plate 54. The push-out folding portion 50 is preferably further provided with a folding bar mounting plate 56, the folding bar mounting plate 56 is provided with a kidney-shaped hole, the folding bar mounting plate 56 is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of the sliding plate 54 by bolts inserted into the kidney-shaped hole, and the folding bar 51 is mounted on the upper surface of the folding bar mounting plate 56.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: after the spoon products are injection molded in the molding machine, the mechanical arm takes out the spoon products from the molding machine through the sucking disc of the spoon taking-out jig, after the spoon products are taken out and transversely moved to a specified position above the perforation of the working platform from the mechanical arm, the left and right positioning parts of the device act, the left and right positioning pins are clamped into the positioning holes of the spoon taking-out jig, the positions of the jigs are fixed, the ejection cylinder of the ejection folding part extends out, the folding rod folds the spoon products in place, the left and right positioning cylinders retract, the mechanical arm carries the spoon taking-out jig to ascend to the tail end of the arch, the arm slowly descends to the specified position (a tool table, a conveying belt or the like), and after the specified position is placed, the arm quickly returns to the standby point and returns to the upper part of the mold center to wait for the production of the next product, and the process is circulated.
