1. A control method of an assembly device of an automobile control board, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s100, detecting whether a first assembly piece in a front cavity station (21) is assembled to be qualified or not by a photographing camera (24), and sending qualified assembly information to an electric control box (1) according to a detection result to generate first assembly qualified information;
s200, a first group of cameras (25) scans a first two-dimensional code on the first assembly, and feeds back a scanning result to a background database to generate first registration information;
s300, the electronic control box (1) controls a pressing mechanism (4) to press down according to the first assembly qualified information detected by the photographing camera (24), detects the pressing height, and then sends first pressing qualified information to the background database to generate qualified information under the first registration information;
s400, taking out the first assembly part, moving the first assembly part into a rear cavity station (22) with a second assembly part, detecting the assembly condition in the rear cavity station (22) by using a photographing camera (24), and sending qualified assembly information to the electronic control box (1) according to a detection result to generate second assembly qualified information;
s500, a second group of cameras (26) scans a second two-dimensional code on the second assembly, and feeds back a scanning result to the background database to generate a second piece of registration information;
s600, the electric control box (1) controls the pressing mechanism (4) to press down according to the second assembly qualified information, detects the pressing height, and then sends second pressing qualified information to the background database to generate qualified information under the second registration information;
the first two-dimensional code and the second two-dimensional code are subjected to authorization registration in the background database in advance, and when the scanning result is matched with the authorization registration information, the first registration information or the second registration information is generated respectively; the first registration information and the second registration information are mutually bound in a background database;
the assembly equipment of the automobile control panel comprises an electric control box (1), a bottom plate (3) and a pressing mechanism (4) and a workbench (2) which are connected to the bottom plate (3), wherein a front cavity station (21) and a rear cavity station (22) are arranged on the workbench (2), and the workbench (2) and the pressing mechanism (4) are electrically connected with the electric control box (1).

The control method of the assembly equipment of the automobile control panel according to claim 1, wherein in the step S100, the front cavity station (21) includes two stations, a left station and a right station, the first assembly includes a circuit board and a cable, the two stations of the front cavity station (21) are respectively used for placing one circuit board, the two circuit boards are connected with each other through the cable, and the first two-dimensional code is adhered on the circuit board; in the step S300, the first lower pressing information refers to information that the circuit board and the cable in the left and right stations of the front cavity station (21) are assembled correctly and the lower pressing is highly qualified.

The method according to claim 1, wherein in the step S400, the rear chamber station (22) includes two left and right stations, the second assembly includes a barrier and rubber pads, the two left and right stations of the rear chamber station (22) are each used for placing one of the barrier, the rubber pads are placed on the barrier, and the second two-dimensional code is attached to the barrier.

A control method of an assembly apparatus of an automobile control panel according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a step S510 of taking a rear cover to assemble onto the baffle plate located in the rear chamber station (22); in the step S600, the second downward pressing lattice information refers to information that the downward pressures in the left and right stations of the rear cavity station (22) are highly qualified when the rear cover and the baffle are assembled correctly.

The control method of the assembly equipment of the automobile control panel according to claim 1, characterized in that the front cavity station (21) and the rear cavity station (22) are both provided with a proximity sensor and an automatic locking structure, and the proximity sensor and the automatic locking structure are electrically connected.

The control method of an assembly device for an automotive control panel according to claim 5, further comprising a first group of cameras (25) and a second group of cameras (26), wherein the first group of cameras (25) are located above the front cavity station (21) and are used for scanning two-dimensional codes on a circuit board located in the front cavity station (21) when the detection position is detected, and the second group of cameras (26) are arranged below the rear cavity station (22) when the workbench (2) is located at the operation position and are used for scanning two-dimensional codes on a baffle located in the rear cavity station (22), and the first group of cameras (25) and the second group of cameras (26) are electrically connected with a background database.
7. The control method of the assembly device of the vehicle control panel according to claim 5, further comprising a photographing camera (24) provided above the table (2).

The control method of the assembly equipment of the automobile control panel according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the pressing mechanism (4) comprises a first pressing rod (41) and a second pressing rod (42), the first pressing rod (41) and the second pressing rod (42) are provided with displacement sensors, and the displacement sensors are electrically connected with the electronic control box (1).
