本发明涉及一种背光模组及其显示装置。其中所述背光模组包括导光板、框体以及光源,所述框体设置于所述导光板周围;所述光源设置于所述导光板与所述框体之间,所述导光板上设置有一通孔,其中所述导光板的通孔后方远离所述光源的侧板上设有外凸部,所述框体对应于所述导光板外凸部的位置处设有一内凹部。这种凸凹设计会形成类似于凹面镜的形状,如此使得光源发出的光线能够在凹凸设计处进行多次反射,从而使更多的光线到达所述通孔的后方,进而提高所述导光板通孔后方的亮度,从而提高整个背光模组的亮度均匀性,提高光学品味,提高客户体验。

本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种背光模组及其显示装置。
背景技术
随着液晶显示技术的不断发展,液晶显示器特别是彩色液晶显示器的应用领域也在不断拓宽。受液晶显示器的市场拉动,背光源产业,呈现一派繁荣景象。液晶显示是被动发光元件,显示屏本身并不发光,而是由其下方的背光系统照亮的。背光源和液晶显示屏组合在一起构成了液晶显示模块。液晶背光是一个平面的均匀照明装置,作为光源的冷阴极荧光灯管或LED灯条排列在整个背光源的两边或一边(可能是长边,也可能是短边)。冷阴极灯管是线光源,LED是点光源,把此光源转换为面光源需要使用导光板。导光板一般由高透光率的亚克力塑料制成,表面非常光滑平整,以致于大部分内部光线会在其平整表面上规则的全反射,而不会射出到导光板外部。液晶显示器的导光板的底部印有白色的网点。在导光板印有网点的位置上,光线不再规则的全反射而是会向导光板上方射出。控制每个位置网点的密度就可以控制导光板在这个位置射出光线的多少。精密设计的导光板网点可以让两侧入射的光线均匀的铺散在整个平面上。导光板上方会再放置光学膜片,这些膜片起到均匀光线,并且汇聚大角度光供正面观察等作用。
所谓背光源(BackLight)是位于液晶显示器(LCD)背后的一种光源,它的发光效果将直接影响到液晶显示模块(LCM)视觉效果。背光源主要由光源、导光板、光学用膜片、塑胶框等组成。背光源具有亮度高,寿命长、发光均匀等特点。依光源分布位置不同则分为侧光式背光源和直下式背光源。
侧光式背光源(Edge lighting)为摆在侧边之单支光源,导光板采射出成型无印刷式设计,一般常用于30寸以下中小尺寸的背光模组,其侧边入射的光源设计,拥有轻量、薄型、窄框化、低耗电的特色,亦为手机、平板电脑、笔记型电脑的光源,亦有大尺寸电视背光模组采用侧光式结构。
对于(Bottom lighting)超大尺寸的背光模组,侧光式结构已经无法在重量、消费电力及亮度上占有优势,因此不含导光板且光源放置于正下方的直下式背光源结构便被发展出来。光源由自发性光源(例如灯管、LED等)射出藉由反射板反射后,向上经扩散板均匀分散后于正面射出,因安置空间变大,灯管可依TFT面板大小使用2至多之灯管,但同时也增加了模组的厚度、重量、耗电量、其优点为高辉度、良好的出光视角、光利用效率高、结构简易化等,因而适用于对可携性及空间要求较不挑剔的LCD显示器与LCD TV。
随着LCD模组不断向更亮、更轻、更薄方向发展,侧光式CCFL式背光源成为背光源发展的主流。目前的实际运用过程中,技术人员会在背光模组中开设一个通孔,用以放置摄像头。现有背光模组的通孔设计中,根据光线在导光板中的传播路线,导光板通孔后方的光线偏少,导致背光模组中通孔后亮度偏暗,导致整面亮度均匀性低,影响光学品味,客户体验差。因此需要寻求一种解决导光板通孔后亮度偏暗,整面亮度均匀性低,影响品味,客户体验差等问题的方法。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种背光模组,其能够解决目前背光模组的通孔设计中,导光板通孔后亮度偏暗、整面亮度均匀性低、光学品味低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种背光模组,包括框体、导光板、以及光源。其中所述框体设置于所述导光板周围;所述光源设置于所述导光板与所述框体之间,所述导光板上设置有一通孔,其中所述导光板的通孔后方远离所述光源的侧板上设有外凸部。
进一步的,其中所述外凸部的表面形状包括圆弧形。
进一步的,其中所述框体对应于所述导光板外凸部的位置处设有一内凹部。
进一步的,其中所述内凹部的形状对应于所述外凸部的形状。
进一步的,其中所述内凹部的表面形状包括圆弧形。
进一步地,其中所述的背光模组,还包括:背板、反射片以及光学膜片。其中所述反射片设置于所述背板上,所述导光板设置于所述反射片上;所述光学膜片设置于所述导光板上。
进一步地,其中所述的背光模组,还包括灯条电路板和遮光胶。其中所述灯条电路板与所述光源相连,所述遮光胶设置于所述灯条电路板上。
进一步地,其中所述光学膜片包括:下扩散片、棱镜片以及上扩散片。所述下扩散片设置于所述导光板上;所述棱镜片设置于所述下扩散片上;所述上扩散片设置于所述棱镜片上。
进一步地,其中所述灯条电路板通过双面胶连接于所述框体和导光板上。
进一步的,本发明的又一目的是提供一种显示装置,其包括本发明涉及的所述背光模组。
本发明的优点是:本发明涉及一种背光模组及其显示装置,其通过在所述导光板的通孔后方远离所述光源的侧板上设置外凸部,同时在所述框体对应于所述导光板外凸部的位置处设置内凹部,这种凸凹设计会形成类似于凹面镜的形状,如此使得光源发出的光线能够在凹凸设计处进行多次反射,从而使更多的光线到达所述通孔的后方,进而提高所述导光板通孔后方的亮度,从而提高整个背光模组的亮度均匀性,提高光学品味,提高客户体验。

其中,所述反射片1设置于所述背板上,主要用于将导光板2底部露出的光反射回导光板2中,用来提高光线的可利用率。
如图1、图2所示,所述导光板2设置于所述反射片1上。所述导光板2包括第一侧板21和对应于第一侧板21设置的第二侧板22。所述框体4设置于所述导光板2周围。所述框体4包括平行于第一侧板21的第一侧框41和平行于第二侧板22的第二侧框42。所述光源5设置于所述第一侧板21和所述第一侧框41之间,所述导光板2上设有一通孔23;所述导光板2通孔23后方的第二侧板22上设置一圆弧外凸部24,所述框体4的第二侧框42对应于所述第二侧板22的圆弧外凸部24处设置有一圆弧内凹部43。通过第二侧板22的圆弧外凸24以及第二侧框42的圆弧内凹部43的设计,形成类似于凹面镜的形状,使光线在凹凸设计处进行多次反射,从而使更多的光线到达通孔后方,提高导光板通孔后方的亮度,从而提高整个背光模组的亮度均匀性,提高光学品味,提高客户体验满意度。
其中,所述光学膜片3设置于所述导光板2上。具体的包括:下扩散片、棱镜片以及上扩散片。所述下扩散片设置于所述导光板上;所述棱镜片设置于所述下扩散片上;所述上扩散片设置于所述棱镜片上;所述遮光片设置于所述上扩散片上。其中下扩散片、上扩散片内有很多颗粒状的物体,可以将导光板2收到的光进行扩散,使光线能够向显示面板的正面方向传播,起到拓宽视角,隐蔽形成在导光板2上的图案的作用。棱镜片可以将扩散的光集中在一定角度内射出,以达到提高显示面板亮度的目的。
其中,所述灯条电路板6与所述光源5相连,所述灯条电路板6通过双面胶8固定于所述框体4和导光板2上。
其中,所述遮光胶7设置于所述灯条电路板6上。主要是用于定位光学膜片3并且进行显示装置的框体4的侧面遮光。
本发明还提供了一种显示装置,包括上述背光模组。由于所述背光模组结构相同,技术效果相同,因此在此不再赘述。

Claims (10)
1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,包括:
导光板,
框体,所述框体设置于所述导光板周围;
光源,所述光源设置于所述导光板与所述框体之间;
所述导光板上设有一通孔;以及
所述导光板的通孔后方远离所述光源的侧板上设有外凸部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述外凸部的表面形状包括圆弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述框体对应于所述导光板外凸部的位置处设有一内凹部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述内凹部的形状对应于所述外凸部的形状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述内凹部的表面形状包括圆弧形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括:
背板;
反射片,所述反射片设置于所述背板上,所述导光板设置于所述反射片上;以及
光学膜片,所述光学膜片设置于所述导光板上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,还包括:
灯条电路板,所述灯条电路板与所述光源相连;
遮光胶,所述遮光胶设置于所述灯条电路板上。
8.根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述光学膜片包括:
下扩散片,所述下扩散片设置于所述导光板上;
棱镜片,所述棱镜片设置于所述下扩散片上;以及
上扩散片,所述上扩散片设置于所述棱镜片上。
9.根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述灯条电路板通过双面胶连接于所述框体和导光板上。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括:权利要求1-9所述的背光模组。
