and a second examination result determining unit 708, configured to receive second answer information about the second test question text returned by the examination terminal, and determine a second examination result of the business personnel to be examined according to the second answer information.

a first assessment score determining unit 709, configured to determine a first assessment score of the business person to be assessed according to a preset first weight and the first assessment result;
a second assessment score determining unit 710, configured to determine a second assessment score of the business person to be assessed according to a preset second weight and the second assessment result;
and the comprehensive assessment result determining unit 711 is configured to determine a comprehensive assessment score of the to-be-assessed business person according to the first assessment score and the second assessment score, and determine a comprehensive assessment result of the to-be-assessed business person according to the comprehensive assessment score.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the online checking program 600 of the business person based on identity authentication further includes:
the expression image information obtaining unit 712 is configured to obtain real-time expression image information of the business person to be examined while receiving each answer information returned by the examination terminal;
an assessment state score determining unit 713, configured to determine an assessment state of the business personnel to be assessed according to the expression image information, and determine an assessment state score of a corresponding assessment test question according to the assessment state;
the assessment answer score determining unit 714 is configured to determine an assessment answer score of each assessment test question corresponding to the to-be-examined business personnel according to a pre-stored standard answer;
the assessment result determining unit 715 is configured to determine an assessment result corresponding to each of the assessment questions according to the assessment state score and the assessment answer score.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first test question text selection unit 703 is specifically configured to decompose the transaction attribute information of the history service record to obtain a plurality of keywords, and obtain a matching value of each keyword;
if the transaction attribute information corresponding to the examination questions in the examination question database has target keywords, acquiring matching values of the target keywords, wherein the target keywords are any one or more of a plurality of decomposed keywords;
summing the matching values of all the target keywords to obtain a total matching value;
if the total matching value is larger than a preset matching threshold value, judging that the transaction attribute information corresponding to the examination questions in the examination question database is matched with the transaction attribute information of the historical service record;
and if the total matching value is smaller than or equal to the preset matching threshold value, judging that the transaction attribute information corresponding to the examination questions in the examination question database is not matched with the transaction attribute information of the historical service record.

Claims (10)

1. The online assessment method for the business personnel based on the identity authentication is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
receiving an examination request sent by an examination terminal, wherein the examination request carries an identity of a business person to be examined;
acquiring historical service records of the service personnel to be checked according to the identity marks, extracting keywords which are the same as keywords in a preset keyword database from each historical service record according to the preset keyword database, and determining the keywords as transaction attribute information of the historical service records, wherein the transaction attribute information comprises transaction scenes, transaction objects and transaction product types;
accessing an examination question database corresponding to the business personnel to be examined according to the identity, and selecting a first test question text which is matched with the transaction attribute information of each historical business record from the examination question database, wherein the examination questions in the examination question database have corresponding transaction attribute information, and the first test question text is determined according to whether the transaction attribute information corresponding to the examination questions is matched with the transaction attribute information of the historical business records or not;
the first test question text is sent to an examination terminal;
and receiving first answer information about the first test question text returned by the examination terminal, and determining a first examination result of the business personnel to be examined according to the first answer information.
2. The method for online checking of business personnel based on identity authentication of claim 1, wherein after the first test question text is sent to the test terminal, further comprises:
selecting a second test question text which is not matched with the transaction attribute information of the historical service record from the test question database;
the second test question text is sent to the examination terminal;
and receiving second answer information about the second test question text returned by the examination terminal, and determining a second examination result of the business personnel to be examined according to the second answer information.
3. The method for on-line assessment of business personnel based on identity authentication of claim 2, further comprising:
determining a first assessment score of the business personnel to be assessed according to a preset first weight and the first assessment result;
determining a second assessment score of the business personnel to be assessed according to a preset second weight and the second assessment result;
determining the comprehensive assessment score of the business personnel to be assessed according to the first assessment score and the second assessment score, and determining the comprehensive assessment result of the business personnel to be assessed according to the comprehensive assessment score.
4. The method for on-line assessment of business personnel based on identity authentication of claim 3, further comprising:
acquiring the real-time expression image information of the business personnel to be examined while receiving each answer information returned by the examination terminal;
determining the assessment state of the business personnel to be assessed according to the expression image information, and determining the assessment state score of the corresponding assessment test questions according to the assessment state;
determining the assessment answer score of each assessment test question corresponding to the business personnel to be examined according to pre-stored standard answers;
and determining an assessment result corresponding to each assessment test question according to the assessment state score and the assessment answer score.
5. The method for on-line checking of service personnel based on identity authentication according to claim 1, wherein selecting the first test question text matched with the transaction attribute information of each historical service record from the checking question database comprises:
decomposing the transaction attribute information of the history service record to obtain a plurality of keywords, and obtaining a matching value of each keyword;
if the transaction attribute information corresponding to the examination questions in the examination question database has target keywords, acquiring matching values of the target keywords, wherein the target keywords are any one or more of a plurality of decomposed keywords;
summing the matching values of all the target keywords to obtain a total matching value;
if the total matching value is larger than a preset matching threshold value, judging that the transaction attribute information corresponding to the examination questions in the examination question database is matched with the transaction attribute information of the historical service record;
and if the total matching value is smaller than or equal to the preset matching threshold value, judging that the transaction attribute information corresponding to the examination questions in the examination question database is not matched with the transaction attribute information of the historical service record.
6. A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
receiving an examination request sent by an examination terminal, wherein the examination request carries an identity of a business person to be examined;
acquiring historical service records of the service personnel to be checked according to the identity marks, extracting keywords which are the same as keywords in a preset keyword database from each historical service record according to the preset keyword database, and determining the keywords as transaction attribute information of the historical service records, wherein the transaction attribute information comprises transaction scenes, transaction objects and transaction product types;
accessing an examination question database corresponding to the business personnel to be examined according to the identity, and selecting a first test question text which is matched with the transaction attribute information of each historical business record from the examination question database, wherein the examination questions in the examination question database have corresponding transaction attribute information, and the first test question text is determined according to whether the transaction attribute information corresponding to the examination questions is matched with the transaction attribute information of the historical business records or not;
the first test question text is sent to an examination terminal;
and receiving first answer information about the first test question text returned by the examination terminal, and determining a first examination result of the business personnel to be examined according to the first answer information.
7. The terminal device of claim 6, wherein after the first test question text is sent to the examination terminal, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
selecting a second test question text which is not matched with the transaction attribute information of the historical service record from the test question database;
the second test question text is sent to the examination terminal;
and receiving second answer information about the second test question text returned by the examination terminal, and determining a second examination result of the business personnel to be examined according to the second answer information.
8. The terminal device of claim 7, wherein the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
determining a first assessment score of the business personnel to be assessed according to a preset first weight and the first assessment result;
determining a second assessment score of the business personnel to be assessed according to a preset second weight and the second assessment result;
determining the comprehensive assessment score of the business personnel to be assessed according to the first assessment score and the second assessment score, and determining the comprehensive assessment result of the business personnel to be assessed according to the comprehensive assessment score.
9. The terminal device of claim 8, wherein the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
acquiring the real-time expression image information of the business personnel to be examined while receiving each answer information returned by the examination terminal;
determining the assessment state of the business personnel to be assessed according to the expression image information, and determining the assessment state score of the corresponding assessment test questions according to the assessment state;
determining the assessment answer score of each assessment test question corresponding to the business personnel to be examined according to pre-stored standard answers;
and determining an assessment result corresponding to each assessment test question according to the assessment state score and the assessment answer score.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, characterized in that the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method for on-line assessment of business personnel based on identity authentication according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
