Abstract

本发明公开了一种秸秆纤维板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,按质量份准备原材料;步骤2,将秸秆输送到汽爆罐中,使得物料瞬间释放到汽爆喷放仓中;步骤3,将汽爆后的秸秆物料和玻璃纤维、碳酸钙、石英粉、聚丙烯抗裂纤维、环氧树脂、增溶剂、稳定剂、色素混合后进行搅拌;将混合物料由连续运输机送入连续单层式热压机中进行热压,通过相应模具进行挤压成型,热压模具温度为165~180℃,得到板材半成品;步骤4,将制成的板材半成品进行烘干,干燥冷却后进行堆垛熟化贮存。本发明生产的纤维板坚固耐用、不变形、抗老化、耐水性好并绿色环保。

Description

一种秸秆纤维板的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维板生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种秸秆纤维板的生产方法。
背景技术
现有人造板行业利用多种木质条状材料和木材胶黏剂胶合而成的板材,此板材消耗的大量木质材料是自然界生长缓慢的有限的森林资源,过量砍伐有限的森林资源,造成对整个生态系统的极大破坏,导致水土流失、泥石流、土地资源盐碱化,加剧地球温室效应的产生。林业资源生长周期长,成材率低,砍伐的林业资源需要几十甚至几百年的周期才能恢复。随着国家对森林资源的限采、禁采令的实施,大部分林区处于无林木资源可采的尴尬局面。现有国内大部分地区的秸秆作为农用燃料,甚至直接在田间地头焚烧,不仅污染了环境,而且由于秸秆燃烧能量的利用率低,造成资源的严重浪费。
现有的纤维板制作方式一般采用脲醛树脂进行粘接,后期会释放对人体有害的甲醛,加工方式不环保;现有的生产方式生产出来的纤维板粘接力小,强度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述不足,提供一种秸秆纤维板的生产方法。
本发明提供的一种秸秆纤维板的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按质量份准备玻璃纤维18-25份、秸秆30-35份、碳酸钙8-10份、石英粉6-8份、聚丙烯抗裂纤维2-3份、环氧树脂5-7份、增溶剂2-4份、稳定剂3-5份、色素2-3份;
步骤2,将秸秆输送到汽爆罐中,汽爆罐内通入蒸汽使得汽爆罐内压力为2-2.2MPa,保温保压时间为15min,然后瞬间打开汽爆罐出料阀门,使得物料瞬间释放到汽爆喷放仓中;
步骤3,将汽爆后的秸秆物料和玻璃纤维、碳酸钙、石英粉、聚丙烯抗裂纤维、环氧树脂、增溶剂、稳定剂、色素混合后进行搅拌;将混合物料由连续运输机送入连续单层式热压机中进行热压,通过相应模具进行挤压成型,热压模具温度为165~180℃,得到板材半成品;
步骤4,将制成的板材半成品进行烘干,烘干温度为85-90℃,下烘至含水率低于6%,干燥冷却后进行堆垛熟化贮存,熟化贮存后的毛坯板材进入砂光机系统进行双面定厚砂光,得到成品秸秆纤维板材。
本发明利用农业废弃物秸秆作为原料,解决了农村焚烧秸秆造成大气污染的难题,而且节约原料成本;本发明提供的秸秆纤维板材,坚固耐用、不变形、抗老化、耐水性好并绿色环保、无甲醛释放,结合强度高,静曲强度好。

下面通过实施例对本发明进一步的说明,本发明的实施例在以本发明的技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述实施例:
实施例1:
一种秸秆纤维板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按质量份准备玻璃纤维18份、秸秆30份、碳酸钙8份、石英粉6份、聚丙烯抗裂纤维2份、环氧树脂5份、增溶剂2份、稳定剂3份、色素2份;
步骤2,将秸秆输送到汽爆罐中,汽爆罐内通入蒸汽使得汽爆罐内压力为2-2.2MPa,保温保压时间为15min,然后瞬间打开汽爆罐出料阀门,使得物料瞬间释放到汽爆喷放仓中;
步骤3,将汽爆后的秸秆物料和玻璃纤维、碳酸钙、石英粉、聚丙烯抗裂纤维、环氧树脂、增溶剂、稳定剂、色素混合后进行搅拌;将混合物料由连续运输机送入连续单层式热压机中进行热压,通过相应模具进行挤压成型,热压模具温度为165~180℃,得到板材半成品;

步骤2,将秸秆输送到汽爆罐中,汽爆罐内通入蒸汽使得汽爆罐内压力为2-2.2MPa,保温保压时间为15min,然后瞬间打开汽爆罐出料阀门,使得物料瞬间释放到汽爆喷放仓中;
步骤3,将汽爆后的秸秆物料和玻璃纤维、碳酸钙、石英粉、聚丙烯抗裂纤维、环氧树脂、增溶剂、稳定剂、色素混合后进行搅拌;将混合物料由连续运输机送入连续单层式热压机中进行热压,通过相应模具进行挤压成型,热压模具温度为165~180℃,得到板材半成品;
