Therefore, the height detection of the feeding column brings certain difficulty, the conventional solid material level detection equipment (laser, radar, ultrasonic, heavy hammer and the like) cannot be used because of continuous feeding at the upper part and small caliber, and the weighing material level indicator cannot be used because of the gravity requirement of the equipment on the roll gap, so that the requirement can be met only by adopting the nuclear material level indicator at present, but the nuclear material level indicator has certain pollution and danger, and the management and maintenance requirements on the nuclear material level indicator are very high, so that the station workers are unwelcome, and enterprises are difficult to handle the problem.
Therefore, the device and the method for detecting the height of the chute material column of the pellet high-pressure roller mill, which have simple structure, low cost and no nuclear pollution, are very important and have practical significance.
