In the specific use process:
firstly, an initial state: when no male plug is inserted into the interface unit 11, i.e. no earphone or USB is inserted into the interface unit 11, the pins of the switch unit 12 are suspended in a high-impedance (off) state. At this time, the detection unit 16 detects that the voltage is 1.8V (the system pulls up to 1.8V by default). It is possible to prevent the circuit from being damaged by the high voltage rising when the USB is suddenly inserted into the interface unit 11.
II, working state 1: when the USB 5V male plug is inserted, the voltage on the L & DETECT/VBUS two-in-one pin is pulled up to 5V (the voltage value is not limited to 5V in practical design, and the voltage value is specifically designed according to specific application). At this time, when the detection unit 16 detects that the voltage reaches 5V (which may fluctuate up and down at 5V within an error allowable range), the trigger control unit 15 controls the switching unit 12 to turn on the interface unit 11 and the charging unit 14. That is, COM1 to B1, COM2 to B2, and COM3 to B3. At this time, the USB communication link and the charging loop are formed. COM1 is connected to B1 to form DP, COM2 is connected to B2 to form DM, and COM3 is connected to B3 to form VBUS. When the USB male is pulled out from the interface unit 11, the initial state is returned.
Third, the working state 2: when the earphone male is inserted, the voltage on the L & DETECT/VBUS two-in-one pin is pulled to a low level, which is 0V within the allowable range of error. At this time, when the detection unit 16 detects that the voltage reaches 0V, the trigger control unit 15 controls the switch unit 12 to turn on the interface unit 11 and the earphone unit. That is, COM1 to A1, COM2 to A2, and COM3 to A3. At this time, the audio loop of the headphone is formed. COM1 is connected to a1 to form MIC, COM2 is connected to a2 to form R (channel), and COM3 is connected to A3 to form L (channel), respectively. When the headset is pulled out from the interface unit 11, it returns to the initial state.
