Abstract

本发明公开了一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，包括支撑杆、操作板、顶板、抽风机和传送带，所述支撑杆的上端安装有收卷轮，所述操作板位于支撑杆的左侧，所述滑槽的内侧连接有第一固定块，所述第一弹簧的顶端和第二固定块的下表面相连接，所述顶板的下表面连接有连接杆，所述第二弹簧的底端连接有套管，所述抽风机位于操作板的下方，所述传送带位于收集箱的左侧。该可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，通过固定块将纺织布固定住，利用固定块在操作板上的滑动可以将纺织布从收卷轮上抽出，同时利用抽出纺织布时纺织布产生的张力可以对纺织布进行稳定切割，而且该装置可以直接配合收卷轮使用，不需要重新将纺织布放卷。

一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织布裁剪技术领域，具体为一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置。
背景技术
纺织布匹在生产加工完毕后需要经过裁剪将其切割成合适的形状大小，现有的切割装置在对纺织布进行切割时无法将纺织布稳定的固定住，导致切割会发生偏移，而且在切割时需要将收卷好的纺织布进行放卷再搬运到切割装置上进行切割，十分麻烦，所以现开发出一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的切割装置在对纺织布进行切割时无法将纺织布稳定的固定住，导致切割会发生偏移，而且在切割时需要将收卷好的纺织布进行放卷再搬运到切割装置上进行切割，十分麻烦的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，包括支撑杆、操作板、顶板、抽风机和传送带，所述支撑杆的上端安装有收卷轮，且收卷轮的外表面缠绕有纺织布，所述操作板位于支撑杆的左侧，且操作板的上表面上下对称设置有滑槽，所述滑槽的内侧连接有第一固定块，且第一固定块的内部贯穿有第一弹簧，所述第一弹簧的顶端和第二固定块的下表面相连接，且第二固定块的上表面焊接有拉环，所述顶板位于拉环的左侧，且顶板的外端连接有螺栓，所述顶板的下表面连接有连接杆，且连接杆的底端连接有第二弹簧，所述第二弹簧的底端连接有套管，且套管的内侧设置有切割片，所述抽风机位于操作板的下方，且抽风机的底端安装有收集箱，所述传送带位于收集箱的左侧。
优选的，所述操作板的上表面呈网状结构，且操作板的网格半径为2mm。
优选的，所述第一固定块在滑槽上为滑动结构，且滑槽的内表面呈锯齿状结构，并且滑槽内部锯齿状结构的材质为橡胶。
优选的，所述第二固定块在第一固定块上为弹性结构，且第一固定块的下表面呈矩形凸出结构，并且第一固定块下表面矩形凸出结构的宽度尺寸和滑槽的宽度尺寸相同。
优选的，所述连接杆在套管上为滑动结构，且连接杆通过第二弹簧和套管相连接。
优选的，所述切割片和顶板的连接方式为卡槽连接，且切割片和顶板通过螺栓固定连接，并且切割片在操作板上为升降结构。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，通过固定块将纺织布固定住，利用固定块在操作板上的滑动可以将纺织布从收卷轮上抽出，同时利用抽出纺织布时纺织布产生的张力可以对纺织布进行稳定切割，而且该装置可以直接配合收卷轮使用，不需要重新将纺织布放卷；
1、通过第二固定块在第一固定块上的伸缩，可以将纺织布稳定夹住，随后利用第一固定块在操作板上的滑动，可以将纺织布从收卷轮上抽出，在抽出纺织布时纺织布表面会产生张力，在张力作用下纺织布会被拉直，使得切割刀可以对纺织布进行稳定切割；
2、操作板上的滑槽由于其内部呈锯齿状结构，所以第一固定块在滑动时会被限位，在没有外界拉力的情况下第一固定块将无法滑动，避免在切割时由于第一固定块的意外移动导致切割出现误差；
3、收卷轮直接配合该装置进行使用，省去了对纺织布进行放卷的操作，极大地节约了时间；
4、切割好的纺织布可以通过传送带运输出去，同时在切割时产生的碎屑将会由抽风机抽入到收集箱中进行收集。

请参阅图1-4，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，包括支撑杆1、收卷轮2、纺织布3、操作板4、滑槽5、第一固定块6、第一弹簧7、第二固定块8、拉环9、顶板10、螺栓11、连接杆12、第二弹簧13、套管14、切割片15、抽风机16、收集箱17和传送带18，支撑杆1的上端安装有收卷轮2，且收卷轮2的外表面缠绕有纺织布3，操作板4位于支撑杆1的左侧，且操作板4的上表面上下对称设置有滑槽5，滑槽5的内侧连接有第一固定块6，且第一固定块6的内部贯穿有第一弹簧7，第一弹簧7的顶端和第二固定块8的下表面相连接，且第二固定块8的上表面焊接有拉环9，第二固定块8在第一固定块6上为弹性结构，且第一固定块6的下表面呈矩形凸出结构，并且第一固定块6下表面矩形凸出结构的宽度尺寸和滑槽5的宽度尺寸相同，第一固定块6通过其下表面的凸出结构，可以和滑槽5连接并在滑槽5内部进行滑动，而通过第二固定块8在第一固定块6上的伸缩，可以将纺织布3稳定夹住，顶板10位于拉环9的左侧，且顶板10的外端连接有螺栓11，顶板10的下表面连接有连接杆12，且连接杆12的底端连接有第二弹簧13，第二弹簧13的底端连接有套管14，且套管14的内侧设置有切割片15，连接杆12在套管14上为滑动结构，且连接杆12通过第二弹簧13和套管14相连接，通过连接杆12在套管14上的下压滑动，可以控制切割片15对纺织布3进行切割，同时第二弹簧13可以在没有压力时将连接杆12弹回原先位置，切割片15和顶板10的连接方式为卡槽连接，且切割片15和顶板10通过螺栓11固定连接，并且切割片15在操作板4上为升降结构，卡槽连接的切割片15便于进行更换，且通过螺栓11可以使切割片15和顶板10连接稳定，抽风机16位于操作板4的下方，且抽风机16的底端安装有收集箱17，传送带18位于收集箱17的左侧。
如图2中操作板4的上表面呈网状结构，且操作板4的网格半径为2mm，操作板4上的网状结构可以使抽风机16将纺织布3切割时产生的碎屑抽入到收集箱17中，避免碎屑残留在操作板4上，影响后面操作。
如图2中第一固定块6在滑槽5上为滑动结构，且滑槽5的内表面呈锯齿状结构，并且滑槽5内部锯齿状结构的材质为橡胶，操作板4上的滑槽5由于其内部呈锯齿状结构，所以第一固定块6在滑动时会被限位，在没有外界拉力的情况下第一固定块6将无法滑动，避免在切割时由于第一固定块6的意外移动导致切割出现误差。
工作原理：在使用该可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置时，工作人员首先将加工好的纺织布3收卷在收卷轮2上，并由支撑杆1支撑在操作板4的右侧，随后滑动滑槽5上的第一固定块6，使其靠近收卷轮2，然后拉动拉环9将第二固定块8提起，使其和第一固定块6之间腾出一部分空间，然后将纺织布3的一端放入到第一固定块6和第二固定块8所腾出的空间中，随后松手，在第一弹簧7的弹力作用下第二固定块8将会和第一固定块6紧密贴合，同时将纺织布3稳定夹住，接着工作人员在滑槽5上滑动第一固定块6，此时纺织布3被从收卷轮2上抽出，在抽出的过程中纺织布3表面会产生张力，便于后面进行切割，当纺织布3抽出合适长度后，工作人员下移连接杆12，连接杆12将会在套管14上向下滑动，从而控制切割片15下移对纺织布3进行切割，当切割好后工作人员松手，在第二弹簧13的弹力作用下连接杆12将会被弹回原来位置，随后工作人员将切割好的纺织布3从第一固定块6和第二固定块8上取出，放入到传送带18上进行传送，在切割过程中产生的碎屑将会由抽风机16抽入到收集箱17中进行收集，而如果切割时切割片15发生损坏，工作人员可以旋松螺栓11，将切割片15从顶板10上拆卸下来进行更换，这就是该可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置使用的整个过程，本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，包括支撑杆(1)、操作板(4)、顶板(10)、抽风机(16)和传送带(18)，其特征在于：所述支撑杆(1)的上端安装有收卷轮(2)，且收卷轮(2)的外表面缠绕有纺织布(3)，所述操作板(4)位于支撑杆(1)的左侧，且操作板(4)的上表面上下对称设置有滑槽(5)，所述滑槽(5)的内侧连接有第一固定块(6)，且第一固定块(6)的内部贯穿有第一弹簧(7)，所述第一固定块(6)在滑槽(5)上为滑动结构，且滑槽(5)的内表面呈锯齿状结构，并且滑槽(5)内部锯齿状结构的材质为橡胶，所述第一弹簧(7)的顶端和第二固定块(8)的下表面相连接，且第二固定块(8)的上表面焊接有拉环(9)，所述顶板(10)位于拉环(9)的左侧，且顶板(10)的外端连接有螺栓(11)，所述顶板(10)的下表面连接有连接杆(12)，且连接杆(12)的底端连接有第二弹簧(13)，所述第二弹簧(13)的底端连接有套管(14)，且套管(14)的内侧设置有切割片(15)，所述抽风机(16)位于操作板(4)的下方，且抽风机(16)的底端安装有收集箱(17)，所述传送带(18)位于收集箱(17)的左侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，其特征在于：所述操作板(4)的上表面呈网状结构，且操作板(4)的网格半径为2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，其特征在于：所述第二固定块(8)在第一固定块(6)上为弹性结构，且第一固定块(6)的下表面呈矩形凸出结构，并且第一固定块(6)下表面矩形凸出结构的宽度尺寸和滑槽(5)的宽度尺寸相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，其特征在于：所述连接杆(12)在套管(14)上为滑结构，且连接杆(12)通过第二弹簧(13)和套管(14)相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可对纺织布进行固定裁剪的切割装置，其特征在于：所述切割片(15)和顶板(10)的连接方式为卡槽连接，且切割片(15)和顶板(10)通过螺栓(11)固定连接，并且切割片(15)在操作板(4)上为升降结构。
