Claims (5)

1. The production process of salt packing paper includes the steps of mixing needle leaf and broad leaf wood chip, pulping, compounding pulp and adding supplementary material, making wet paper, pre-drying, surface sizing, post-drying, press polishing and finishing, and features that:
(1) pulping, wherein the pulp is prepared from 40-50% of broad and miscellaneous wood chips in percentage by weight before mixing: 50-60% of coastal pine wood chips;
(2) pulping, namely adopting a conical grinding process, wherein the pulping degree of mixed pulp is as follows: SR at 26-30 ℃ and wet weight of 7-9 g;
(3) adding auxiliary materials, wherein the dosage of the auxiliary materials to the oven-dried pulp is as follows: (a) the weight ratio of the rosin size is 0.5-1.0%; (b) the weight ratio of the retention aid is 0.02-0.04%; (c) the weight ratio of the cationic starch is 0.8-1.0% (d), the filler is talcum powder, and the adding amount is controlled according to 10%;
(4) coating a foaming layer: the foaming layer coating is prepared by mixing deionized water, microsphere foaming powder, a degradation assistant, konjaku flour and polyvinyl acetate emulsion, mixing and dissolving the polyvinyl acetate emulsion and the konjaku flour, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding a mixture of the microsphere foaming powder and the degradation assistant mixed with the deionized water, and uniformly mixing; double-sided coating, and single-sided control of 1.5-2.0 g/m2
(5) Applying surface glue: surface sizing adopts membrane transfer surface sizing, and the surface sizing is formed by mixing a moisture-proof agent, polyvinyl alcohol and sizing starch;
(6) calendering conditions are as follows: and (4) closing the calender, slightly pressurizing according to the smoothness index, and keeping the linear pressure at 30-40 KN/m.
