Abstract
本发明涉及一种由一种单一材料或一种多层复
合材料制成的饮料容器,特别是一种饮料袋,它们设
有用于插入吸管的插口。为了能使吸管易于插入饮
料容器并同时符合环境保护的观点,将插口冲透单一
或复合材料的所有层并将密封箔环绕插口粘贴在单
一或复合材料的最内侧上,密封箔通过插口向外暴
露。
Description
本发明涉及一种由单一材料或多层复合材料制成的设有用于插入吸管的插口的饮料容器,特别是一种饮料袋。
存在于本文开头提及的饮料容器中的一个最重要的问题是如何简易地打开这些饮料袋,即在于提供一种改进的刺入吸管的可能性。特别是在高温无菌状态下灌装的容器在吸管插入过程中会出现一些具体的问题,这是由于在灌装过程中容器的头部空间存在的蒸气在冷却过程中凝结从而使头部空间中几乎没有空气。因而插口会位于液面之下,如开启不慎,液体可能失控地外溢。再者,由于所施加的刺穿力的作用,柔软且有弹性的袋子会变得相对扁平,即袋子的前面和后面靠在一起,因此,刺入时不慎就有同时刺穿饮料容器的后面的危险。“准确刺穿”的问题也可归因于使用至今的材料及材料的厚度。
从AT365997的专利说明书中可知一种解决上述问题的方案,即在由多层复合材料制成的饮料容器上设有一个向上延伸至最内层的预穿孔并且由一多层密封带将预穿孔覆盖,该多层密封带在预穿孔所在的区域上密封于裸露的最内层。当撕下密封带时,最内层被撕破,因此可以简便地插入吸管。但是由于消费者并不适当地放置撕裂的接头,而只是简单地丢弃,故而上述解决方案会引起许多不利于环保的问题。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种可使吸管便于插入的饮料容器并同时也符合环境保护的观点。
根据本发明,上述目的由以下措施实现,即:通过单一或复合材料的所有层冲出插口并将一密封箔沿插口粘贴,该密封箔由插口向外裸露。
该解决方案可使吸管简单地插入而无需粘贴在外面的附加的撕裂接头,通过粘贴在单一或复合材料最内侧插口周围的密封箔密封就可完全密封插口。
插口既可以一个插孔的形式也可以十字切口的形式在单一或复合材料上冲出。十字切口型的插口具有下述优点,即容器壁的材料还可用作氧气阻挡层。由于选择了适宜的密封温度,由冲压而成形的三角形区可用下层的密封箔顺利密封,这样它们就不能向外弯折。由此,三角形区在插入吸管的过程中被向内按压。
指定聚乙烯,聚丙烯和共聚物作为密封箔的材料。材料的厚度在20-60μm时可方便地插入吸管,由此可避免刺穿袋子的后面并避免液体从插口失控地流出。将复合箔用作密封箔具有独特的优点,复合箔可为如下结构:密封材料,粘接剂,阻挡层,粘接剂,密封材料,这里聚乙烯,聚丙烯和共聚物可用作密封材料,而诸如EVOH,聚酰胺或聚乙烯醇等材料可用作阻挡层。密封箔不仅可制成一种共同挤压膜,而且也可用涂覆粘合剂将箔的各层粘合起来。这种复合箔的优点是阻挡层几乎不能渗透氧气并且由此为灌装的物质提供理想的保护。
密封箔可沿插口以环形、正方形、矩形、网格状或以节省材料的方式-“补丁”状的同心圆的方式密封在单一或复合材料的最内侧,也可以密封箔带的方式绕插口熔接并借助附加密封点固定于饮料袋的边缝,从而使插口处的密封点保持不受应力状态。关键在于绕插口要形成严密的密封。密封箔也可以绕插口全部密封。
如果密封箔带具有足够宽度以致于可伸入头部密封缝的区域内,那么在这个关键性的区域内就可存在充足的密封材料,由此使头部密封缝在任何情况下均能可靠密封,同时也考虑到形成泡沫或汁液喷溅等情况的发生。由于现在在此外存在有附加的密封材料,故而袋子的前面或后面的密封层可以减薄,从而导致饮料袋的生产保持低成本、高效率。具有大于60μm厚度的密封箔带也可用于此种连接。
本发明的另一优点在于复合材料的生产可如下述方式从外向内进行:聚酯箔/油墨/粘附层/铝箔/粘附层/聚乙烯箔,由于使用了冲孔工艺从而使施加于铝箔与聚酯箔之间的粘附层在普通的加工过程中露出。其结果是,粘结剂必须尽快干燥以使位于辊上的箔带不致于彼此粘住。目前解决此问题的方法只能是使用含有溶剂的粘结剂。但是,由于在袋子制造的后期才冲出插孔,因而如果放弃聚酯箔上的孔就有可能使用不含溶剂的粘接剂以符合环境保护的要求。
下面将参照附图进一步详细说明本发明的实施例。
图1表示饮料袋的透视图。
图2表示穿过饮料袋的前袋壁的纵剖面。
图3示意地表示根据第一实施例的位于复合材料内侧的环绕插孔的密封箔。
图4示意地表示根据第二实施例的位于复合材料内侧的环绕插孔的密封箔。
图5示意地表示根据第三实施例的位于复合材料内侧的环绕插孔的密封箔。
图1为一饮料袋1的透视图,该饮料袋由多层复合材料3制成并带有一个用于插入吸管的插口2,饮料带的高度为h,宽度为b。
图2表示穿过饮料袋1的前袋壁14的纵剖面,前袋壁由一种三层复合材料3组成,从外到里的结构依次为聚酯箔6(12μm)/油墨/粘附层13/铝箔5(12μm)/粘附层13/聚乙烯箔4(100μm)。用于插入吸管的插孔2是通过所有层(4,5,6)冲出的。
密封箔7在密封部件8环绕插口2密封于多层复合材料的最内侧。由此饮料容器可由易于被吸管刺穿的密封箔7密封。
图3表示本发明的一个实施例,其中密封箔带7在复合材料3的最内侧封闭密封部位8并且通过密封部位9进一步固定于到饮料袋侧缝12上。在本实施例中密封箔带不能伸入头部密封缝10中。
图4表示另一实施例,其中密封箔11象补钉一样环绕插孔2在复合材料3的最内侧将密封部位8密封。
图5表示本发明的第三实施例,将密封箔带7如图3所表示的实施例那样固着,但在此实施例中为了起共同密封的作用将密封箔带做得较宽以至可伸入头部密封缝10的区域内,在此处为了可靠密封密封缝10而提供了充足的可密封性材料因此可使最内侧的聚乙烯层4的厚度小于90-100μm。
当然,环绕插口2的密封箔件不必局限于如上述实施例中所描述的环状。诸如聚乙烯等的单一材料或复合材料箔均可用作密封箔材料,将上述材料组合如下,聚乙烯箔/粘结剂/EVOH/粘结剂/聚乙烯箔。
Claims (20)
1、一种饮料容器,尤指一种饮料袋,它由单一材料或多层复合材料构成并设有一个用于插入吸管的插口,其特征在于:插口(2)是通过单一或复合材料(3)的所有层(4,5,6)而冲出的并且在单一或复合材料(3)的最内侧环绕插口(2)粘有一密封箔(7,11),其由插口(2)向外暴露。
2、根据权利要求1所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:插口(2)在单一或复合材料(3)上以十字切口的方式冲出。
3、根据权利要求1所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:插口(2)以一个刺穿孔的形式冲出。
4、根据权利要求1所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:使用一种单一箔作为密封箔(7,11)。
5、如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:使用聚乙烯,聚丙烯或共聚物作为密封箔(7,11)的材料。
6、根据权利要求1所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:使用一种复合箔作为密封箔(7.11)。
7、根据权利要求6所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:密封箔(7,11)具有如下结构,即密封材料/粘接剂/阻挡层/粘接剂/密封材料。
8、根据权利要求1所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:密封箔(7,11)具有如下结构,即密封材料/粘附层/阻挡层/粘附层/密封材料。
9、如权利要求7或8所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:阻挡层由EVOH,聚酰胺或聚乙烯醇构成。
10、如权利要求7,8或9所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:用聚乙烯,聚丙烯或共聚物作密封材料。
11、如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:密封箔(7,11)具有20-120μm的厚度。
12、如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:密封箔(7,11)的厚度大于60μm。
13、如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:环绕插口(2)的密封箔(7,11)以一种可形成严密密封的方式密封到单一或复合材料(3)的最内侧。
14、如权利要求1或13所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:环绕插口(2)密封箔(7)通过密封部位(8)以带状形式粘在饮料容器(1)的侧边(12)上。
15、如权利要求1或13所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:密封箔环绕插口(2)完全密封。
16、如权利要求1或13所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:密封箔如“补丁”(11)一样熔焊于插口(2)。
17、如权利要求1或13所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:箔带(7)具有相当宽度以至于可以伸入头部密封缝(10)的区域中。
18、根据权利要求1所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:多层复合材料(3)是一种三层复合箔,其构成如下:一层聚酯箔(6),一层铝箔(5)及一层聚乙烯箔(4),聚酯箔(6)的厚度为9-15μm,铝箔的厚度为6-12μm,聚乙烯箔的厚度为80-100μm。
19、如权利要求17及18所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:三层复合箔的聚乙烯箔(4)的厚度小于80μm。
20、根据权利要求18所述的饮料容器,其特征在于:聚酯箔(6)和铝箔(5)用不含溶剂的粘接剂粘贴在一起。
