In still another embodiment of the present invention, in the case that the cooking appliance includes both the material washing device 40 and the feeding device, the stopper 33 automatically locks the movable locking part during the operation of the material washing device 40 and the feeding device, so as to ensure the normal use of the material washing device 40 and the feeding device.
Of course, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the time for locking and unlocking the movable locking portion of the stopper 33 is not limited to the feeding process, the water feeding process or the cleaning process, but may be used in other processes, such as a cooking process or other processes, which are not listed herein, and thus, all embodiments are within the scope of the present invention, since they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
In any of the above embodiments, the movement locus of the end of the stopper 33 is an arc or a straight line.

Or, the movement track of the end part of the stop piece 33 is a straight line, namely the stop piece 33 moves linearly, and the end part moves to the locking position or the unlocking position through translation, so that the structure is simple and easy to realize; further, for embodiments incorporating a drive member, the stop member 33 need only be coupled to the output shaft of the drive member (e.g., motor 34) for linear reciprocation in the locked and unlocked positions by linear reciprocation of the output shaft.
In any of the above embodiments, the connection line between the lock cover position and the unlock position is along the up-down direction or the left-right direction or the front-rear direction of the cooking appliance.
Because the motion travel of the motion locking part has a certain amplitude, as long as the end part of the stop piece 33 can move into the motion travel and can reversely move out of the motion travel, the locking and unlocking of the motion locking part can be realized, and the position, the motion track, the motion direction and the like of the end part of the stop piece 33 in the motion process are not required, so that the connecting line of the locking position and the unlocking position can realize the aim of the invention along the up-down direction, the left-right direction or the front-back direction of the cooking utensil, the motion mechanism of the locking cover assembly 30 is more regular, the selection range of the stop piece 33 and the motion mechanism thereof is obviously enlarged, and a proper stop piece 33 and the motion mechanism thereof are convenient for technical personnel to design according to the specific structure of the cooking utensil so as to improve the comprehensive performance of the cooking utensil.
Of course, the movement track and movement direction of the end portion of the stopper 33 are not limited to the above embodiment, and other movement tracks and directions are not specifically mentioned herein, but these embodiments can achieve the object of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and therefore, all the embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.
The specific structure of the locking cap assembly 30 provided by the present invention is described in detail below in connection with some specific embodiments.

Example IV (as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11)
The stopper 33 is located at the rear side of the movable locking portion and reciprocates in a straight line in the left-right direction.
In any of the above embodiments, the locking cap assembly 30 further comprises: the elastic piece is positioned on the movement stroke of the movable locking part and is propped against the movable locking part to limit the movement of the movable locking part relative to the static locking part, so that the cover body 20 is buckled on the pot body 10.
The locking cover assembly 30 further comprises an elastic piece, wherein the elastic piece is positioned on the movement stroke of the movable locking part and is propped against the movable locking part, so that a certain propping action can be played on the movable locking part to limit the movement of the movable locking part relative to the static locking part, and the cover body 20 can be stably buckled on the pot body 10; when the driving force received by the movable locking portion is greater than the resistance of the elastic member, the movable locking portion moves relative to the static locking portion, and the cover 20 is opened.
Preferably, the elastic member is a spring 35, and as shown in fig. 1, the spring 35 has good elasticity and is low in cost.
Further, the cooking appliance further includes: the cover opening button 36 is disposed opposite to the movable locking portion, and is used for pressing the movable locking portion to move relative to the static locking portion, so as to open the cover 20, as shown in fig. 1 to 4.
The cover opening button 36 is arranged opposite to the movable locking part, and when the user triggers the cover opening button 36, the cover opening button 36 presses the movable locking part, so that the movable locking part compresses the elastic piece, and the movable locking part can be separated from the static locking part, thereby realizing cover opening.
In any of the above embodiments, the driving member is a motor 34, the stop member 33 is connected to an output shaft of the motor 34, and forward rotation or reverse rotation of the output shaft of the motor 34 drives the stop member 33 to reciprocate between the locking position and the unlocking position, or reciprocating linear movement of the output shaft of the motor 34 drives the stop member 33 to reciprocate between the locking position and the unlocking position.
The driving piece is the motor 34, and the stopper 33 is direct fixedly connected with the output shaft of motor 34, and rotary motion is done along with the rotation of output shaft, through rotary motion to locking closure position department or unblock position department, simple structure easily realizes, is the comparatively simple concrete application that the motion track of the tip of stopper 33 is the pitch arc in the aforesaid technical scheme.
Or, the output shaft of the motor 34 makes a reciprocating rectilinear motion to drive the stop member 33 to make a reciprocating rectilinear motion, and the translational motion is carried out to the locking position or the unlocking position, so that the structure is simple and easy to implement, and the device is a simpler specific application in which the motion track of the end part of the stop member 33 is a straight line in the above technical scheme.
In any of the above embodiments, the movable locking part is connected to the cover 20 or the pot 10 through the rotation shaft 37, as shown in fig. 2 and 3.
The movable locking part is connected to the cover 20 or the pot 10 through a rotating shaft 37, that is, the movable locking part is rotatably connected to the cover 20 or the pot 10, so that the movable locking part performs a rotary motion along the rotating shaft 37 to open or close the cover 20. Of course, the connection manner of the movable locking portion and the cover 20 or the pan body 10 is not limited to the rotatable connection, and may be a sliding fit, etc., which are not listed herein, and therefore, all the connection manners are not departing from the design concept and the spirit of the present invention, and therefore all the connection manners are within the protection scope of the present invention.
In any of the above embodiments, the movable locking portion is a lock catch 31, the static locking portion is a protrusion 32 or a slot, and the lock catch 31 can be hooked on the protrusion 32 or the slot, so that the lid 20 is buckled on the pan body 10, as shown in fig. 3.
The movable locking part is the lock catch 31, the static locking part is the bulge 32 or the clamping groove, the lock catch 31 is hooked on the bulge 32 or the clamping groove, the locking of the cover body 20 can be realized, the lock catch 31 is separated from the bulge 32 or the clamping groove, the opening of the cover body 20 can be realized, the structure is simple, and the control is reliable.
In any of the above embodiments, the cooking appliance is an electric cooker.
Of course, the electric cooker is not limited to the electric cooker, and may be an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpot, an electric steamer, or the like.
The working principle of the cooking appliance provided by the invention is described in detail below in connection with a specific example of the present application.
The cooking utensil is an electric cooker which is provided with a cooker cover and a cooker body part; the pot cover is provided with a lock catch which can rotate around a lock catch rotating shaft, and a spring is arranged behind the lock catch; the pot body is provided with a bulge, and the lock catch is forwards clamped by the elasticity of the spring, so that the pot cover can not be opened; when the cover is opened, the key is pressed, the key drives the lock catch to rotate backwards, the force exceeds the elastic force of the spring, the spring is compressed, and the lock catch leaves the bulge, so that the cover can be opened.
Further, the cooking utensil is also provided with a motor and a locking catch stop piece (namely a stop piece), the motor is electrically connected with the rice cooker control panel, when receiving a rice washing signal, the motor rotates leftwards, the locking catch stop piece rotates anticlockwise, as shown in fig. 8, is clamped behind the locking catch, at the moment, even if a key is pressed forcefully, the locking catch cannot rotate backwards due to the action of the locking catch stop piece, and the action of safely and automatically locking the cover is realized; when the rice washing is finished, the motor receives a signal, and rotates rightwards, the locking piece rotates clockwise and leaves the locking piece, as shown in fig. 9, and the cover can be opened freely.
Therefore, the automatic cover locking mechanism of the motor and the locking catch stop piece is designed, and the locking catch stop piece is driven to rotate through forward and reverse rotation of the motor, so that the automatic cover locking and unlocking functions of the automatic electric cooker are realized.
In summary, the cooking appliance provided by the invention comprises the material cleaning device and/or the feeding device, so that the cooking appliance has an automatic cleaning function and/or an automatic feeding function, and the automation degree of products is improved; meanwhile, the locking cover assembly is further arranged, so that the locking cover function can be realized, the use safety of products is improved, and the grade of the products is further improved.
Specifically, the material cleaning device is arranged on the cover body, so that the materials can automatically fall into the cooking cavity under the action of gravity or other external forces after the cleaning is finished, and the structure of the cooking appliance is more compact and reasonable; the feeding device is connected with the cover body, and feeds materials into the cooking cavity below the cover body through the cover body, so that the materials can fall into the cooking cavity automatically under the action of gravity or other external forces; the lock cover assembly comprises a movable locking part, a static locking part and a stop piece, wherein the movable locking part is matched with the static locking part to realize the opening or closing of the cover body; the stop piece is matched with the movable locking part to lock or unlock the cover body. In particular, when the stop piece moves to the locking cover position in the state of the cover body being buckled, as the locking cover position is positioned in the movement stroke of the movable locking part, the stop piece can interfere with the movable locking part to limit the movement of the movable locking part relative to the static locking part, namely the movable locking part is locked, so that the cover body cannot be opened and is in a locking state; when the stop piece moves to the unlocking position, the unlocking position is located outside the movement stroke of the movable locking part, so that the stop piece cannot interfere with the movable locking part, the movable locking part can move freely, namely, the movable locking part is unlocked, and the cover body can be opened or closed freely and is in an unlocking state.

one of the movable locking part and the static locking part is arranged on the cover body, the other one of the movable locking part and the static locking part is arranged on the pot body, the movable locking part can move relative to the static locking part to open or close the cover body, the end part of the stop piece can reciprocate between a locking cover position and an unlocking position, the locking cover position is positioned in the movement stroke of the movable locking part so that the stop piece can lock the movable locking part, and the unlocking position is positioned outside the movement stroke of the movable locking part so that the stop piece can unlock the movable locking part;
the locking cap assembly further includes:
the driving piece is electrically connected with the control board of the cooking utensil and is in driving connection with the stop piece and is used for controlling the movement of the stop piece according to an electric signal sent by the control board;
the cooking appliance further includes:
the material cleaning device is arranged on the cover body and can be communicated with the cooking cavity, and is used for cleaning materials fed into the cooking cavity and feeding the cleaned materials into the cooking cavity; when the material cleaning device finishes working, the control board controls the driving piece to act, so that the driving piece drives the end part of the stop piece to move to the unlocking position so as to unlock the movable locking part; and/or
The feeding device is connected with the cover body and used for feeding materials into the cooking cavity through the cover body, and when the cooking appliance comprises the feeding device and the feeding device is in a working state, the control board controls the driving piece to act so that the driving piece drives the end part of the stop piece to move to the position of the locking cover to lock the movable locking part; when the feeding device finishes working, the control board controls the driving piece to act, so that the driving piece drives the end part of the stop piece to move to the unlocking position so as to unlock the movable locking part.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a handle,
the material cleaning device comprises a cleaning cavity and a water inlet pipe communicated with the cleaning cavity, wherein the stop piece locks the movable locking part in the water inlet process and the cleaning process so as to prevent the cover body from being opened.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a handle,
the feeding device comprises a storage box and a feeding pipe, wherein two ends of the feeding pipe are respectively connected with the storage box and the cover body, and the stop piece locks the movable locking part to prevent the cover body from being opened in the feeding process of the feeding pipe to the cover body or the cooking cavity.
