The optical receiver is a hybrid integrated module or a monolithic integrated component which consists of a photodetector, a preamplifier, an amplifier, a bias circuit and other circuits and has the function of receiving light.
The optical receiver is provided with a plurality of pins, and the pins are easy to collide in the transportation and installation processes, so that the pins are bent and damaged, and a better protection device is lacked; in transportation and storage, the pins are at risk of oxidation and corrosion. In view of this, the present invention provides an eight-channel high-rate optical receiver device, which has the following features:
(1) according to the eight-channel high-speed light receiving device, the protection tube can be fixed outside the pin, so that the pin can be effectively protected, and the pin is prevented from being broken and bent in storage and transportation.
(2) According to the eight-channel high-speed light receiving device, in the process that the pins are inserted into the protection tubes, the smearing mechanism can smear grease on the outer walls of the pins, a protection oil layer is formed on the outer walls of the pins, the pins are prevented from being corroded and oxidized, the protection effect is improved, and when the eight-channel high-speed light receiving device is installed and used, the cleaning mechanism can be pressed down, the grease on the pins is wiped off through the sponge block, and the eight-channel high-speed light receiving device is convenient to install.
(3) According to the eight-channel high-speed light receiving device, the rotation angle of the pin can be adjusted up and down, so that the rotating column rotates around the mounting plate, the pin can be adjusted to a required angle conveniently, the pin does not need to be mounted on the bent pin, and the strength of the pin is improved.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the eight-channel high-speed light receiving device, the protection tube can be fixed outside the pin, so that the pin can be effectively protected, and the pin is prevented from being broken and bent in storage and transportation.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the eight-channel high-speed light receiving device of the present invention includes a receiver main body 8 and pins 9, and further includes a fixing box 1, a supporting column 2, a rotating mechanism 3, a fixing base 4, a protecting mechanism 5, a smearing mechanism 6, and a cleaning mechanism 7; the side wall of the receiver main body 8 is provided with the fixed box 1, and the fixed box 1 covers the outside of the supporting column 2; the supporting column 2 is connected with the pins 9 through the rotating mechanism, and the angles of the pins 9 can be conveniently adjusted through the rotating mechanism 3; the protection mechanism 5 is sleeved outside the pin 9, and the protection mechanism 5 is used for protecting the pin 9; one end of the protection mechanism 5 is provided with the fixed seat 4, and the fixed seat 4 is connected with the fixed box 1 in a matching way; the smearing mechanism 6 is installed inside the protection mechanism 5, and the smearing mechanism 6 is used for protecting the pins 9; protection mechanism 5's inside one end is equipped with clearance mechanism 7, clearance mechanism 7 is used for clearing up the grease.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the smearing mechanism 6 includes a ball head 61, protective grease 62, a pressing plate 63, a movable joint 64, a cover plate 65 and a screw 66, the protective grease 62 is filled in the first storage tank 511, the ball head 61 is distributed on the inner wall of the protective tube 51, the pressing plate 63 is connected to the inner wall of the first storage tank 511 in a sliding manner, the area of the pressing plate 63 is the same as the sectional area of the first storage tank 511, the movable joint 64 is arranged on the back surface of the pressing plate 63, the movable joint 64 is rotatably connected to the screw 66, the cover plate 65 is covered on the top of the first storage tank 511 through screw fitting, and the screw 66 penetrates through the cover plate 65 through threads; grease can be smeared on the pins 9 through the ball heads 61, so that protection is realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the cleaning mechanism 7 includes a sponge block 71, a fixed plate 72, an operating rod 73, a handle 74, a moving plate 75 and a spring 76, the fixed plate 72 and the sponge block 71 are both embedded inside the second storage tank 512, the sponge block 71 is glued on the surface of the fixed plate 72, the operating rod 73 is vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the fixed plate 72, the handle 74 is arranged at the end of the operating rod 73, the moving plate 75 is vertically arranged on the outer wall of the operating rod 73, the spring 76 is arranged between the moving plate 75 and the fixed plate 72, the operating rod 73 penetrates through the spring 76, and the spring 76 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the second storage tank 512; grease adhering to the outer wall can be removed by the cleaning mechanism 7.
A protection tube 51 can be fixed outside the pin 9, so that the pin 9 can be effectively protected, and the pin 9 is prevented from being broken and bent in storage and transportation; in the process that the pins 9 are inserted into the protection pipes 51, the smearing mechanism 5 can smear grease on the outer walls of the pins 9, a protection oil layer is formed on the outer walls of the pins 9, the pins 9 are prevented from being corroded and oxidized, the protection effect is improved, the cleaning mechanism 7 can be pressed down when the device is installed and used, the grease on the pins 9 is wiped off through the sponge block 71, and the device is convenient to install; the rotation angle of the pin 9 can be adjusted up and down, so that the rotating column 32 rotates around the mounting plate 31, the pin 9 can be adjusted to a required angle, the pin 9 does not need to be mounted on the bent pin 9, and the strength of the pin 9 is improved. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) during storage, the protection tube 51 is integrally inserted into the fixing box 1, so that the chuck 42 is in fit connection with the clamping hole 11, and the protection tube 51 is integrally covered outside the pin 9, so that the pin 9 is protected, and the pin 9 is prevented from being broken;
(2) in the inserting process of the protection tube 51, the pin 9 is in contact with the ball head 61, the pin 9 drives the ball head 61 to rotate, the ball head 61 brings out the protective grease 62 in the first storage tank 511 in the rotating process, and then the protective grease 62 is coated on the pin 9, and the protective grease 62 can form a protective oil layer on the outer wall of the pin 9, so that the pin 9 is prevented from being corroded and oxidized;
(3) when the fixing device is installed, the clamping head 42 is pressed down to separate the fixing seat 4 from the fixing box 1, the outer baffle 52 is pulled outwards through the handle 53, the protection pipe 51 is driven to be separated from the pins 9, the handle 74 is pressed down in the separation process, the operating rod 73 is driven to move inwards, the movable plate 75 compresses the spring 76, the sponge block 71 is attached to the pins 9, grease on the outer walls of the pins 9 can be scraped by the sponge block 71, the pins 9 can be cleaned, and the fixing device is convenient to install; when the handle 74 is released, the spring 76 can drive the handle 74 to move outwards, so that the sponge block 71 and the fixing plate 72 are accommodated in the second storage groove 512;
(4) when the ball head 61 is used next time, the screw 66 can be screwed, and the pressing plate 63 is driven to move along the first storage groove 511, so that the protective grease 62 is extruded out, and the ball head 61 can be always contacted with the grease for the next use; after the grease is used, the cover plate 65 can be removed, and then the grease can be added into the first storage tank 511;
(5) when the pin-bending device is installed, the rotating angle of the pin 9 can be adjusted up and down, so that the rotating column 32 rotates around the installation plate 31, the pin 9 can be adjusted to a required angle, and the pin is not required to be installed on the bent pin 9; and finally, screwing the limit knob 33.
According to the invention, the protection tube 51 can be fixed outside the pin 9, so that the pin 9 can be effectively protected, and the pin 9 is prevented from being broken and bent in storage and transportation; in the process that the pins 9 are inserted into the protection pipes 51, the smearing mechanism 5 can smear grease on the outer walls of the pins 9, a protection oil layer is formed on the outer walls of the pins 9, the pins 9 are prevented from being corroded and oxidized, the protection effect is improved, the cleaning mechanism 7 can be pressed down when the device is installed and used, the grease on the pins 9 is wiped off through the sponge block 71, and the device is convenient to install; the rotation angle of the pin 9 can be adjusted up and down, so that the rotating column 32 rotates around the mounting plate 31, the pin 9 can be adjusted to a required angle, the pin 9 does not need to be mounted on the bent pin 9, and the strength of the pin 9 is improved.
