The core invention points of the invention are that: the edge of the container cover and the opening edge of the container body are respectively provided with an inner matching groove and an outer matching groove, so that a staggered rotary matching structure is formed between the edge of the container cover and the opening edge of the container body, and the strength of the matching part of the container cover and the container body is higher; the anti-tripping structure can adopt five forms, the first type is realized through a limiting lug, the second type and the third type are realized through the anti-conical surface structure of the outer groove wall of the outer matching groove, and the fourth type and the fifth type are realized through a jacking component. When realizing through spacing lug, spacing lug is last, and the upper end of the outer cell wall in first external fitting groove is under, carries out the hasp to the upper end of the outer cell wall in first external fitting groove through spacing lug, forms first anticreep structure. When the anti-conical surface structure of the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove is used for realizing the anti-conical surface structure, the outer groove wall of the first outer matching groove and the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove are in surface contact or in line contact in an elastic jacking mode, the anti-conical surface structure of the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove is used for locking the outer groove wall of the first outer matching groove, and a second anti-tripping structure and a third anti-tripping structure are formed respectively. When the pressing component is used for realizing the pressing, a first inner pressing component and a second inner pressing component which are mutually meshed are respectively arranged on the outer side surface of the inner groove wall of the first inner matching groove and the inner side surface of the inner groove wall of the second inner matching groove; or/and the inner side surface of the outer groove wall of the first inner matching groove and the outer side surface of the outer groove wall of the second inner matching groove are respectively provided with a first outer jacking component and a second outer jacking component which are mutually meshed, so that a fourth anti-tripping structure and a fifth anti-tripping structure are respectively formed.

Therefore, the packaging container can effectively overcome the extrusion or torsion of external force, and has more stable anti-tripping structure and higher strength.
In each embodiment of the present invention, in which the limiting protrusion 23 is disposed, the upper end of the outer groove wall 123 of the first outer engaging groove is locked under the limiting protrusion 23.
In the embodiments of the present invention, if the groove walls of the mating grooves adopt a conical surface structure, the taper of the conical surface is selected to be 2-12 °.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the outer groove wall of the second outer fitting groove is provided with a pull ring 2231 and a handle 2232, respectively. The outer groove wall of the second outer engagement groove can be easily deformed by pulling it outward by the handle 2232 or the pull ring 2231 to expose the outer groove wall of the first outer engagement groove, thereby facilitating the opening of the container lid.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the outer groove wall of the second outer fitting groove is provided with a first cut 2233 and a second cut 2234 which are vertically distributed, and the depth of the first cut 2233 and the second cut 2234 is slightly smaller than the wall thickness of the outer groove wall of the second outer fitting groove. The part of the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove between the two notches can be torn off along the vertical part or the whole part through the two notches, so that the outer groove wall of the first outer matching groove is exposed, and the container cover is convenient to open.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, an upper edge of the outer groove wall of the second outer engaging groove is provided with a notch, and the outer groove wall of the second outer engaging groove is provided with a thin-walled region 2235 corresponding to the notch in the vertical direction. The thin-walled region 2235 is torn off partially or completely vertically through this gap, exposing the outer wall of the first outer mating groove, facilitating opening of the container lid.
In each embodiment of the present invention, a gap may be left between the groove bottom 122 of the first external fitting groove and the groove bottom 222 of the second external fitting groove, and if the packing box is made of a material with a small deformation amount, the gap may be pried by a tool when the packing box is opened, so as to facilitate the opening of the packing box.
In each embodiment of the invention, the five anti-tripping structures can be respectively and independently arranged, and two or three or four or five anti-tripping structures can also be used in combination.

An improved anti-deformation packaging container, which comprises a container cover and an open container body, and is characterized in that: the edge of the container cover extends outwards to form an annular first inner matching groove with a downward notch, and the lower end part of the outer groove wall of the first inner matching groove is bent outwards and upwards in sequence to form an annular first outer matching groove with an upward notch; the opening edge of the container body is outwards extended and provided with a second annular inner matching groove with a downward notch, and the lower end part of the outer groove wall of the second inner matching groove is sequentially outwards and upwards bent and extended to form a second annular outer matching groove with an upward notch; the first inner mating groove, the first outer mating groove, the second inner mating groove and the second outer mating groove are all elastic mating grooves; the second inner matching groove is nested in the first inner matching groove, the first outer matching groove is nested in the second outer matching groove, and rotary matching structures which are staggered mutually are formed between the edge of the container cover and the edge of the container body;
the inner side surface of the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove is provided with a limiting convex block, and the limiting convex block is used for locking the upper end part of the outer groove wall of the first outer matching groove.

An improved anti-deformation packaging container as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the edge of the container cover is bent upwards to form an inner groove wall of the first inner matching groove, the upper end part of the inner groove wall of the first inner matching groove is bent outwards to form a groove top of the first inner matching groove, the outer end part of the groove top of the first inner matching groove is bent downwards to form an outer groove wall of the first inner matching groove or an inner groove wall of the first outer matching groove, the lower end part of the outer groove wall of the first inner matching groove is bent outwards to form a groove bottom of the first outer matching groove, and the outer end part of the groove bottom of the first outer matching groove is bent upwards to form an outer groove wall of the first outer matching groove; the opening of the container body is bent upwards to form an inner groove wall of the second inner matching groove, the upper end part of the inner groove wall of the second inner matching groove is bent outwards to form a groove top of the second inner matching groove, the outer end part of the groove top of the second inner matching groove is bent downwards to form an outer groove wall of the second inner matching groove or an inner groove wall of the second outer matching groove, the lower end part of the outer groove wall of the second inner matching groove is bent outwards to form a groove bottom of the second outer matching groove, and the outer end part of the groove bottom of the second outer matching groove is bent upwards to form an outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove.

An improved deformation-resistant packaging container as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the limiting lugs are circumferentially distributed on the inner side surface of the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove at intervals, and are in a round point structure or a pointed structure; or the limiting convex block is arranged on the inner side surface of the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove in a closed ring shape along the circumferential direction.
4. An improved deformation-resistant packaging container as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: and the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove is provided with a handle or a pull ring.

An improved deformation-resistant packaging container as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove is provided with a first notch and a second notch which are vertically distributed, and the depth of the first notch and the depth of the second notch are slightly smaller than the wall thickness of the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove.
6. An improved anti-deformation packaging container as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the wall thickness of the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove is 0.40mm, and the depths of the first notch and the second notch are both 0.30-0.35 mm.

An improved deformation-resistant packaging container as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein: and the upper edge of the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove is provided with a notch, and the outer groove wall of the second outer matching groove is provided with a thin-wall area along the vertical direction corresponding to the notch.
8. An improved deformation-resistant packaging container as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the wall thickness of the thin-wall area is 0.05-0.10 mm.
9. An improved deformation-resistant packaging container as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a gap is formed between the groove bottom of the first external matching groove and the groove bottom of the second external matching groove.
