Abstract
The invention relates to a hollow tube bending die, which comprises a sliding inner cavity formed by a lower die plate, a cover plate and a guide plate positioned between the lower die plate and the cover plate, wherein an ejection shaft of an elastic mechanism extends into the sliding inner cavity; a positioning pin is arranged below the sliding inner cavity; a resetting device fixing plate is arranged at the lower part of the lower die plate, a sliding male die is arranged on the resetting device fixing plate through a male die resetting mechanism, the top of the sliding male die is of an arc-shaped structure, a pair of symmetrical slideway grooves are formed in the sliding male die, a male die guiding mechanism is arranged in each slideway groove, a jacking notch is formed in the lower part of the sliding male die, a guide pulley is arranged on the surface of the sliding male die at the jacking notch, and an anti-side block is arranged on the lower die plate in the jacking notch; the wedge-shaped sliding block is arranged between the guide pulley and the lateral prevention block. The invention has the advantages of saving cost and being convenient for adjusting the bending angle of the hollow tube.

Background
In general, the processing equipment of the hollow pipe with a certain shape is a pipe bending machine, the equipment price of the hollow pipe is relatively high, and for a normal stamping part manufacturer, the great waste of resources is caused, so that the processing cost of the hollow pipe is increased in a phase-changing manner. The common stamping manufacturer does not have a pipe bending machine, so that great waste is caused for processing bent pipes, the equipment is single in function, full-load operation cannot be achieved, and the processing cost of hollow pipes is too high. Therefore, there is a need for an apparatus for bending a hollow tube to a desired shape while saving time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of hollow bending and provides a hollow pipe bending die which is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: the hollow pipe bending die is characterized by comprising a lower die plate, a cover plate and a fixed frame formed by a pair of guide plates positioned between the lower die plate and the cover plate, wherein a sliding inner cavity is formed by the lower die plate, the cover plate and the pair of guide plates; a pair of symmetrical positioning pins are arranged on the lower template below the sliding inner cavity, and the positioning pins are positioned below the guide plate; a pair of resetting device fixing plates are arranged at the lower part of the lower die plate, a sliding male die is fixed on the output end of a male die resetting mechanism on the resetting device fixing plates, a pair of symmetrical slideway grooves are formed in the sliding male die, a male die guiding mechanism penetrates through the slideway grooves and is arranged on the lower die plate, a jacking notch is formed in the lower part of the sliding male die, a guide pulley is arranged on the surface of the sliding male die at the jacking notch, and an anti-side block is arranged on the lower die plate in the jacking notch; the wedge-shaped sliding block is arranged between the guide pulley and the lateral prevention block.

A hollow tube bending die (see fig. 1-4) comprises a lower die plate 1, a cover plate 7 and a fixed frame formed by a pair of guide plates 6 positioned between the lower die plate 1 and the cover plate 7, wherein the lower die plate 1, the cover plate 7 and the pair of guide plates 6 form a sliding inner cavity, an upper support plate 18 is arranged above the fixed frame, an elastic mechanism 8 is arranged on the upper support plate 18, a jacking shaft 19 of the elastic mechanism 8 stretches into the sliding inner cavity, a lower die jacking plate 5 is fixedly arranged at the end part of the jacking shaft 19, a pair of lower die rotating plates 2 are arranged in the lower opening of the sliding inner cavity, and the end part of one side of the lower die rotating plates 2 close to the guide plates 6 is fixed in the sliding inner cavity through a rotating shaft 3; a pair of symmetrical positioning pins 4 are arranged on the lower template 1 below the sliding inner cavity, and the positioning pins 4 are positioned below the guide plate 6; a pair of resetting device fixing plates 20 are arranged at the lower part of the lower die plate 1, a sliding male die 9 is fixed on the output end of a male die resetting mechanism 14 on the resetting device fixing plates, a pair of symmetrical slideway grooves 21 are arranged on the sliding male die 9, a male die guiding mechanism 13 is arranged on the lower die plate through the slideway grooves, a jacking notch 22 is arranged at the lower part of the sliding male die 9, a guide pulley 10 is arranged on the surface of the sliding male die 9 at the jacking notch, and an anti-side block 12 is arranged on the lower die plate in the jacking notch; a wedge-shaped slider 11 is placed between the guide pulley 10 and the lateral prevention block 12.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the invention can also make the following improvements for the technical scheme in order to achieve the convenience of use and the stability of equipment:
the male die guiding mechanism 13 comprises a fixed shaft and a locating plate, wherein the fixed shaft penetrates through the slideway slot to be fixed on the lower die plate, and the fixed shaft is exposed out of the end part of the slideway slot to be provided with the locating plate.
The top of the sliding male die 9 is arc-shaped.
The elastic mechanism 8 comprises an elastic mechanism shell with 2-6 spring cavities, and springs and an ejection shaft 19 are arranged in the elastic cavities.
The male die resetting mechanism 14 is a hydraulic cylinder or a telescopic cylinder.
The upper part of the sliding block 11 is provided with a die handle 15.
The use process of the hollow tube bending die is as follows:
(1) The die is arranged on a small punch as required, wherein the lower die plate 1 is arranged on a lower die of the punch, the sliding block 11 is arranged on an upper die of the punch through the die shank 15, the punch is started, the upper die and the lower die are separated, and the die state is shown in figure 2;
(2) The bending front part 17 is put into the lower die rotating plate 2 and is positioned in an auxiliary way through the positioning pin 4;
(3) The upper die descends, the sliding block 11 contacts the guide pulley 10, the sliding block 11 and the guide pulley 10 move in a sliding mode, the guide pulley 10 transmits the movement to the sliding male die 9, and the sliding male die 9 moves forwards;
(4) The upper die part continues to move downwards, the sliding male die 9 starts to contact the press bending front workpiece 17, the hollow pipe starts to be press bent, meanwhile, the sliding male die 9 starts to push the lower die rotating plate 2 to start rotating with the axis of the rotating shaft 3, the process continues until the upper die moves to a bottom dead center, the lower die rotating plate 2 is continuously reacted by the nitrogen spring in the elastic mechanism 8, and the workpiece can be continuously pressed in the whole press bending process. The sliding male die 9 is in the shape of a cam of the workpiece and moves in cooperation with the lower die rotating plate 2, so that the workpiece is ensured to be bent and deformed along the contact surface of the lower die rotating plate and the workpiece.
(5) Ensuring the precision of hollow tube forming; the upper die part descends to the bottom dead center, and the hollow tube forming is completed, to obtain a product 16 (see fig. 4);
(6) The upper die part starts to ascend, the sliding male die 9 starts to return under the action of a spring in the male die resetting mechanism 14 through the guide of the male die guiding mechanism 13, and the lower die rotating plate 2 starts to return under the action of a nitrogen spring in the elastic mechanism 8 through the guide plate 6 until returning to an initial state;
(7) 1-6 are the bad for one duty cycle, and start the next duty cycle.
The part before bending is named when the hollow pipe is in an initial state, and the part is named after the hollow pipe is bent, so that the front and rear states of the hollow pipe can be distinguished.

The hollow tube bending die is characterized by comprising a lower die plate, a cover plate and a fixed frame formed by a pair of guide plates positioned between the lower die plate and the cover plate, wherein a sliding inner cavity is formed by the lower die plate, the cover plate and the pair of guide plates; a pair of symmetrical positioning pins are arranged on the lower template below the sliding inner cavity, and the positioning pins are positioned below the guide plate; a pair of resetting device fixing plates are arranged at the lower part of the lower die plate, a sliding male die is fixed at the output end of a male die resetting mechanism on the resetting device fixing plates, a pair of symmetrical slideway grooves are formed in the sliding male die, a male die guiding mechanism penetrates through the slideway grooves and is arranged on the lower die plate, a jacking notch is formed in the lower part of the sliding male die, a guide pulley is arranged on the surface of the sliding male die at the jacking notch, and an anti-side block is arranged on the lower die plate in the jacking notch; the wedge-shaped sliding block is arranged between the guide pulley and the side-preventing block;
the male die guiding mechanism comprises a fixed shaft and a positioning plate, wherein the fixed shaft penetrates through the slideway slot and is fixed on the lower die plate, and the positioning plate is arranged at the end part of the fixed shaft, which is exposed out of the slideway slot;
the top of the sliding male die is arc-shaped;
the elastic mechanism comprises an elastic mechanism shell with 2-6 spring cavities, and springs and a jacking shaft are arranged in the spring cavities.
2. The hollow tube bending die as claimed in claim 1, wherein the male die resetting mechanism is a hydraulic cylinder or a telescopic cylinder.
3. The hollow tube bending die as claimed in claim 1, wherein the slider is provided with a die shank.
