Abstract
The invention discloses a remote controller, a control method thereof and a computer readable storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: when detecting the switching operation of a preset public-to-private conversation mode, starting a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to a conversation terminal controlled by the remote controller so that the conversation terminal closes the microphone and the loudspeaker of the conversation terminal when receiving the first control instruction; when first audio data sent by the call terminal are received, the first audio data are played through a receiver of the remote controller; and when second audio data are collected through a microphone of the remote controller, the second audio data are sent to the communication terminal. In the remote controller shown in fig. 1, the network interface 1004 is mainly used for connecting a call terminal including, but not limited to, a video conference, etc., and communicating audio data with the call terminal. In the invention, a microphone of the remote controller is configured to collect corresponding audio data, and then the remote controller sends the audio data collected by the microphone to a call terminal; the receiver is configured to play audio data received by the remote controller and sent by the call terminal. For example, as shown in fig. 2, according to the usage habit of the user, the receiver is disposed on the side close to the top end of the back surface of the remote controller, and the microphone is disposed on the side close to the bottom end of the back surface of the remote controller.
For convenience of description, the audio data received by the remote controller and transmitted by the call terminal is hereinafter referred to as first audio data, and the audio data collected by the microphone is hereinafter referred to as second audio data.

It can be understood by those skilled in the art that, besides the above-mentioned manners, other manners may be used to prevent the touch key from being touched when the remote controller is placed on the supporting surface with the front side facing upward, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
When the user has the requirement of private conversation, the user can directly pick up the remote controller to be close to the human face and be close to the ear, and when the receiver of the remote controller is contacted with the ear of the user, the touch key arranged outside the receiver is touched. Alternatively, the user may directly touch the touch key with a finger. When the remote controller detects touch operation based on the touch key, a corresponding call mode switching instruction is triggered, according to the call mode switching instruction, operation of opening a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller is executed, a first control instruction is sent to the call terminal, and when the call terminal receives the first control instruction sent by the remote controller, operation of closing the microphone and a loudspeaker of the call terminal is executed.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that several embodiments listed above may also be combined, and a user may optionally perform one of the operations according to his preference and habit, trigger the call mode switching instruction, thereby controlling to perform an operation of turning on a microphone and an earphone of the remote controller, and send a first control instruction to the call terminal, and when the call terminal receives the first control instruction sent by the remote controller, perform an operation of turning off the microphone and the speaker of the call terminal.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, the remote controller is provided with a call mode switching key, when a user has a private call requirement, the user can click the call mode switching key on the remote controller, when the click operation is detected, a corresponding call mode switching instruction is triggered, according to the call mode switching instruction, the operation of opening a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller is executed, a first control instruction is sent to the call terminal, and when the call terminal receives the first control instruction sent by the remote controller, the operation of closing the microphone and the loudspeaker of the call terminal is executed. Further, as shown in fig. 5, a third embodiment of the method for controlling a remote controller according to the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and in this embodiment, after step S20, the method further includes:
step S30, when detecting a preset private-to-public switching operation, closing a microphone and a handset of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding second control instruction to the call terminal, so that the call terminal opens the microphone and the speaker of the call terminal when receiving the second control instruction.
In this embodiment, when the private call of the user is ended and the private call mode is to be switched to the public call mode again, the user may execute a preset private-to-public call mode switching operation based on the remote controller to control the call terminal and the other party to be in the public call mode. According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, when the private conversation of the user is finished, the user can execute preset private-to-public conversation mode switching operation based on the remote controller, when the private-to-public conversation mode switching operation is detected, the microphone and the receiver of the remote controller are closed, a corresponding second control instruction is sent to the conversation terminal, and when the conversation terminal receives the second control instruction, the microphone and the loudspeaker of the conversation terminal are opened; then, when the call terminal receives the audio data sent by the opposite side of the remote call, the received audio data is played through a loudspeaker of the call terminal; when the user in the field transmits the conversation content to the opposite side of the remote conversation, the microphone of the conversation terminal collects corresponding audio data, and then the conversation terminal sends the collected audio data to the opposite side of the remote conversation, so that the open conversation is realized. Therefore, the switching between the public communication and the private communication can be realized through the remote controller control, and the convenience of the remote communication is further improved.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a functional block diagram of a control device of a remote controller according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In a first embodiment, the control means of the remote controller comprises:
the control module 10 is configured to, when detecting a preset switching operation of a public-to-private call mode, turn on a microphone and an earphone of the remote controller, and send a corresponding first control instruction to a call terminal currently controlled by the remote controller, so that the call terminal turns off the microphone and the speaker of the call terminal when receiving the first control instruction;
the processing module 20 is configured to play the first audio data through a receiver of the remote controller when receiving the first audio data sent by the call terminal; and when second audio data are collected through a microphone of the remote controller, the second audio data are sent to the communication terminal.
In this embodiment, the control device of the remote controller is applied to the remote controller, and optionally, the control device of the remote controller is disposed in the remote controller. The remote controller controls the call terminal to carry out remote call through the control device of the remote controller.
Specifically, in the remote communication process, when there is a private communication requirement, that is, when a user needs to perform separate communication, the user may perform a preset switching operation of a public-to-private communication mode based on a remote controller, and control the communication terminal and the other party to be in the private communication mode. In this embodiment, there may be multiple specific operation modes for the preset switching operation of the public-to-private communication mode, for example, the operation of picking up the remote controller to approach the face of the user may be preset as the switching operation of the public-to-private communication mode; for another example, as shown in fig. 3, a call mode switching button is preset on the remote controller, and the operation of clicking the call mode switching button by the user is preset to be a public-to-private call mode switching operation; for another example, a touch button is arranged outside the remote controller handset, and a user is preset to switch the public-to-private call mode based on the touch operation of the touch button. In this embodiment, the specific operation form of the preset switching operation from the public to the private call mode is not limited.
When the control module 10 detects a preset switching operation of the public-to-private conversation mode, the operation of starting a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller is executed, and a corresponding control instruction is sent to the conversation terminal. For convenience of description, the control instruction sent by the control module 10 to the call terminal when detecting the preset public-to-private call mode switching operation is referred to as a first control instruction hereinafter.
Specifically, when the remote controller establishes a bluetooth communication connection with the call terminal, the control module 10 sends the first control instruction to the call terminal in a bluetooth manner. And when the call terminal receives a first control instruction sent by the remote controller, the operation of closing the microphone and the loudspeaker of the call terminal is executed.
Thereafter, in the process of remote communication, the communication terminal and the opposite side of the remote communication are in a private communication mode, specifically: on one hand, when the call terminal receives first audio data sent by the opposite side of the remote call, the call terminal sends the first audio data to the remote controller in a Bluetooth mode. When the processing module 20 receives the first audio data sent by the call terminal, the first audio data is played through an earphone of the remote controller, so that only the user currently operating the remote controller can hear the call content, and other users cannot hear the call content. On the other hand, when the user operating the remote controller needs to transmit the corresponding call content to the other party of the remote call, the processing module 20 collects the corresponding second audio data through the microphone of the remote controller, and sends the second audio data to the call terminal in a bluetooth manner. And when the call terminal receives the second audio data sent by the remote controller, the call terminal sends the second audio data to the opposite side of the remote call. Therefore, when the call terminal and the opposite side of the remote call are in the private call mode, only the user operating the remote controller can communicate with the opposite side of the remote call, and the private call is realized.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, in the process of carrying out remote call by multiple users through the call terminal, when a user needs to carry out private call with an opposite side of the remote call, the user can execute preset public-to-private call mode switching operation based on a remote controller for controlling the call terminal, when the control module 10 detects the public-to-private call mode switching operation, a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller are started, a corresponding first control instruction is sent to the call terminal, and when the call terminal receives the first control instruction, the microphone and a loudspeaker of the call terminal are closed; then, when the call terminal receives first audio data sent by the opposite side of the remote call, the call terminal forwards the first audio data to the remote controller, and when the processing module 20 receives the first audio data sent by the call terminal, the first audio data is played through a receiver of the remote controller; in addition, when the user transmits the remote call content to the remote call counterpart, the processing module 20 collects corresponding second audio data through the microphone of the remote controller and sends the second audio data to the call terminal, and when the call terminal receives the second audio data sent by the remote controller, the call terminal sends the second audio data to the remote call counterpart. In the remote communication process, only the user can communicate with the opposite side of the remote communication, namely private communication is realized, no additional independent communication is needed after waiting, and other users do not need to avoid treatment currently, so that the convenience of the remote communication is improved.
Further, a second embodiment of the control device of the remote controller according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a call mode switching key is disposed on the remote controller, and the control module 10 is configured to:
triggering a corresponding call mode switching instruction when receiving a click operation based on the call mode switching key; and according to the call mode switching instruction, starting a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to the call terminal.
In this embodiment, when the user has a requirement for a private call, the user may perform a click operation based on a call mode switching key on the remote controller, when the control module 10 detects the click operation based on the call mode switching key on the remote controller, trigger a corresponding call mode switching instruction, according to the call mode switching instruction, perform an operation of turning on a microphone and an earpiece of the remote controller, and send a first control instruction to the call terminal, and when the call terminal receives the first control instruction sent by the remote controller, perform an operation of turning off the microphone and a speaker of the call terminal. Thereafter, in the process of performing remote communication, the communication terminal and the opposite party of the remote communication are in a private communication mode, and the specific communication manner is as described in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In another embodiment, a distance sensor is disposed on the remote controller, and the control module 10 is configured to:
monitoring the distance between the remote controller and the face of the user by adopting the distance sensor;
when the distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, triggering a corresponding call mode switching instruction;
and according to the call mode switching instruction, starting a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to the call terminal.
In this embodiment, when the user has a requirement for a private call, the user can directly pick up the remote controller to be close to the face of the person and close to the ear. The control module 10 monitors the distance between it and the face of the user by means of a distance sensor. In this embodiment, a preset distance threshold is preset, and after the distance between the remote controller and the face of the user is monitored by the distance sensor, the monitored distance is compared with the preset distance threshold. And if the distance is greater than or equal to the preset distance threshold, no response processing is carried out. If the distance is smaller than the preset distance threshold, that is, the user is close to the face of the user, and needs to perform private call, at this time, triggering a corresponding call mode switching instruction, executing an operation of opening a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller according to the call mode switching instruction, and sending a first control instruction to the call terminal, and executing an operation of closing the microphone and the speaker of the call terminal when the call terminal receives the first control instruction sent by the remote controller. And then, in the process of carrying out remote communication, the communication terminal and the opposite party of the remote communication are in a private communication mode.
Further, in this embodiment, the control module 10 is further configured to:
monitoring whether the remote controller is in a holding state;
and when the remote controller is in a holding state, monitoring the distance between the remote controller and the face of the user by adopting the distance sensor.
Because private conversation can not be carried out when the user does not operate the remote controller, the distance between the remote controller and the face of the user does not need to be monitored at the moment. Therefore, in order to avoid unnecessary operations performed by the remote controller and reduce power consumption of the remote controller, the control module 10 preferably first monitors whether the remote controller is in a holding state, and only when the remote controller is in the holding state, it is possible to be manipulated by the user. For example, a corresponding sensor may be provided in the remote controller, and the sensor may detect whether the remote controller is held.
When the remote controller is not held, that is, not manipulated by the user, the control module 10 does not perform the response process. When the remote controller is held, the control module 10 further uses a distance sensor to monitor the distance between the remote controller and the face of the user. And when the distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, executing the operation of opening a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, sending a first control instruction to the call terminal, and when the call terminal receives the first control instruction sent by the remote controller, executing the operation of closing the microphone and the loudspeaker of the call terminal.
In another embodiment, a touch button is disposed outside an earpiece of the remote controller, and the control module 10 is configured to:
when touch operation based on the touch key is received, triggering a corresponding call mode switching instruction;
and according to the call mode switching instruction, starting a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to the call terminal.
In this embodiment, a touch key is disposed outside the earpiece on the back of the remote controller, so as to avoid the touch key being touched when the remote controller is placed on a supporting surface such as a desktop with the front facing upward, optionally, corresponding supporting corners are disposed at four vertices on the back of the remote controller, and when the remote controller is placed on the supporting surface with the front facing upward, a certain gap distance is formed between the back of the remote controller and the supporting surface through the supporting corners, so as to avoid the touch key being touched. Furthermore, the back surface of the remote controller can be set to be an inwards concave curved surface, so that the touch key is prevented from being touched when the remote controller is placed on the supporting surface with the front surface facing upwards. It can be understood by those skilled in the art that, besides the above-mentioned manners, other manners may be used to prevent the touch key from being touched when the remote controller is placed on the supporting surface with the front side facing upward, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

when detecting the switching operation of a preset public-to-private conversation mode, starting a microphone and a receiver of a remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to a conversation terminal controlled by the remote controller so that the conversation terminal closes the microphone and the loudspeaker of the conversation terminal when receiving the first control instruction;

when detecting the switching operation of a preset public-to-private conversation mode, starting a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to a conversation terminal controlled by the remote controller so that the conversation terminal closes the microphone and the loudspeaker of the conversation terminal when receiving the first control instruction;
when first audio data sent by the call terminal are received, the first audio data are played through a receiver of the remote controller; and when second audio data are collected through a microphone of the remote controller, the second audio data are sent to the communication terminal.
2. The method for controlling a remote controller according to claim 1, wherein when first audio data transmitted from the call terminal is received, the first audio data is played through a receiver of the remote controller; and when second audio data are collected through a microphone of the remote controller, after the step of sending the second audio data to the call terminal, the method further comprises the following steps:
when detecting the switching operation of the preset private-public conversation mode, closing a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding second control instruction to the conversation terminal, so that the conversation terminal can open the microphone and the loudspeaker of the conversation terminal when receiving the second control instruction.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the remote controller further comprises a call mode switching button, and the step of turning on a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller and sending a corresponding first control command to a call terminal currently controlled by the remote controller when detecting a preset switching operation of a public-to-private call mode comprises:
triggering a corresponding call mode switching instruction when receiving a click operation based on the call mode switching key;
and according to the call mode switching instruction, starting a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to the call terminal.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the remote controller further comprises a distance sensor, and the step of turning on a microphone and an earphone of the remote controller and transmitting a corresponding first control command to the currently controlled call terminal when detecting a preset switching operation of a public-to-private call mode comprises:
monitoring the distance between the remote controller and the face of the user by adopting the distance sensor;
when the distance is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, triggering a corresponding call mode switching instruction;
and according to the call mode switching instruction, starting a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to the call terminal.
5. The method of controlling a remote controller according to claim 4, wherein the step of monitoring the distance between the remote controller and the face of the user using the distance sensor is preceded by the step of:
monitoring whether the remote controller is in a holding state;
and when the remote controller is in a holding state, executing the step of monitoring the distance between the remote controller and the face of the user by adopting the distance sensor.
6. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein after the step of turning on a microphone and an earphone of the remote controller according to the call mode switching command and transmitting a corresponding first control command to the call terminal, the method further comprises:
continuing to execute the step of monitoring the distance between the remote controller and the face of the user by adopting the distance sensor;
and when the distance is greater than or equal to the preset distance threshold value, closing a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding second control instruction to the call terminal, so that the call terminal can open the microphone and the loudspeaker of the call terminal when receiving the second control instruction.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein a touch button is disposed outside an earpiece of the remote controller, and the step of turning on a microphone and the earpiece of the remote controller and sending a corresponding first control command to a call terminal currently controlled by the remote controller when detecting a preset switching operation of a public-to-private call mode comprises:
when touch operation based on the touch key is received, triggering a corresponding call mode switching instruction;
and according to the call mode switching instruction, starting a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to the call terminal.
8. The method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein before the step of turning on a microphone and an earphone of the remote controller and sending a corresponding first control command to the call terminal currently controlled by the remote controller when detecting a preset public-to-private call mode switching operation, the method further comprises:
the remote controller establishes Bluetooth communication connection with the call terminal;
the step of sending the corresponding first control instruction to the call terminal currently controlled by the remote controller includes:
and sending the first control instruction to the call terminal in a Bluetooth mode.
9. A remote control, characterized in that the remote control comprises:
the earphone is configured to play the first audio data received by the remote controller;
a microphone configured to acquire second audio data; and
a controller comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a call control program that when executed by the processor performs the steps of:
when detecting the switching operation of a preset public-to-private conversation mode, starting a microphone and a receiver of the remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to a conversation terminal controlled by the remote controller so that the conversation terminal closes the microphone and the loudspeaker of the conversation terminal when receiving the first control instruction;
when first audio data sent by the call terminal are received, the first audio data are played through a receiver of the remote controller; and when second audio data are collected through a microphone of the remote controller, the second audio data are sent to the communication terminal.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having a call control program stored thereon, the call control program when executed by a processor implementing the steps of:
when detecting the switching operation of a preset public-to-private conversation mode, starting a microphone and a receiver of a remote controller, and sending a corresponding first control instruction to a conversation terminal controlled by the remote controller so that the conversation terminal closes the microphone and the loudspeaker of the conversation terminal when receiving the first control instruction;
when first audio data sent by the call terminal are received, the first audio data are played through a receiver of the remote controller; and when second audio data are collected through a microphone of the remote controller, the second audio data are sent to the communication terminal.
