As an embodiment of the present invention, a top plate 5 is disposed between the two clamping units 4; a sixth spring 52 is fixedly connected between the top plate 5 and the lower inner wall of the frame body 1, the sixth springs 52 are arranged in at least three rows, and at least two springs are arranged in each row; a second air bag 53 fixedly connected between the lower surface of the top plate 5 and the lower inner wall of the frame body 1 is arranged between every two sixth springs 52, and the second air bag 53 is communicated with the first air bag 51; when the device works, the second swinging rod 49 enables the second upper polar plate 46 to move upwards to clamp cloth, the first air bag 51 is stretched to enable the second air bag 53 to contract, and therefore the top plate 5 is pulled to move downwards, and the phenomenon that the cloth is folded due to the fact that the top plate 5 touches the cloth and is not beneficial to cutting can be prevented; when the transmission gear 36 rotates reversely, the second rack 45 and the third rack 40 drive the clamping unit 4 to move left, the first oscillating rod 44 and the second oscillating rod 49 do not support the first lower pole plate 42 and the second upper pole plate 46 any more, the first lower pole plate 42 and the second upper pole plate 46 move reversely and then release the cloth, the second upper pole plate 46 moves downwards and simultaneously extrudes the first air bag 51, the second air bag 53 communicated with the first air bag 51 expands to drive the top plate 5 to move upwards and support the cloth, the second upper pole plate 46 is prevented from driving the cloth to move, and continuous cutting of the cloth is realized.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the limiting sliding groove 19 and the sliding groove 18 are both designed in a shape like a Chinese character 'ba'; during operation, the clamping units 4 move rightwards, the limiting sliding blocks 191 and the second sliding blocks 181 slide in the limiting sliding grooves 19 and the sliding grooves 18, and the distance between the two clamping units 4 is increased through the design of the shape like the Chinese character 'ba', so that the cloth is tensioned, the cutting error is reduced while the cutting speed of the cloth is increased.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the lower surface of the first lower polar plate 42 and the upper surface of the second upper polar plate 46 are both designed to be rough; during operation, the friction force of the first lower polar plate 42 and the second upper polar plate 46 to the cloth is increased, and the cloth is prevented from sliding in the cutting process.
As an embodiment of the present invention, when the upper surface of the top plate 5 is designed to be rough and the area of the upper surface of the top plate 5 is larger than the area of the second upper pole plate 46, the friction force of the top plate 5 against the cloth is increased, and the cloth is effectively prevented from moving leftwards.
When the magnetic iron works, a worker controls the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the motor 2 to drive the first spring 21 to rotate so as to enable the magnet block 23 to move circularly, when the magnet block 23 rotates to the position closest to the magnet plate 32, the magnet block 23 and the magnet plate 32 repel each other, the magnet plate 32 moves upwards to extrude the second spring 33, and meanwhile, extrusion gas can be generated; when the magnet block 23 is rotated to the position farthest from the magnet plate 32, the magnet block 23 is attracted to the magnet plate 32, and the magnet plate 32 is moved downward in cooperation with the second spring 33; the magnet plate 32 moves upwards, and the extrusion gas inflates the second closed barrel 11 through the guide pipe, so that the partition plate 12 moves downwards and simultaneously drives the cutting knife 14 to move downwards; when the magnet plate 32 moves downwards, the electromagnetic valve controls the outside air to enter the first closed barrel 31, the second closed barrel 11 is not inflated, the third spring 13 contracts to enable the partition plate 12 to drive the cutting knife 14 to move upwards, and the sharp edge of the cutting knife 14 is always in contact with the cloth; the cutting knife 14 cuts the cloth by using the sharp edge of the cutting knife 14 in the up-and-down movement process; meanwhile, the air outlet of the air hole 15 can cool the cutting knife 14, so that the abrasion of the cloth to the cutting knife 14 is reduced, the air outlet quantity of the air hole 15 is far smaller than the air inlet quantity of the second closed barrel 11, and the cutting knife 14 can move up and down to cut the cloth while the temperature is reduced; when the first spring 21 rotates forwards and backwards, the first slide block 34 slides leftwards and rightwards through the rotation of the first spring 21; the left-right sliding of the first slider 34 causes the transmission gear 36 to rotate forward and backward through the first rack 35; the left-right swing of the first rack 35 enables the transmission gear 36 to rotate forwards and backwards, so that the second rack 45 and the third rack 40 move leftwards and rightwards, the first swing rod 44 and the second swing rod 49 swing, the first lower pole plate 42 and the second upper pole plate 46 move oppositely and reversely through the supporting action of the first swing rod 44 and the second swing rod 49, when the first swing rod 44 and the second swing rod 49 move oppositely, the first lower pole plate 42 moves downwards through the supporting action of the first swing rod 44, the second upper pole plate 46 moves upwards through the supporting action of the second swing rod 49, cloth is clamped through the extrusion of the first lower pole plate 42 and the second upper pole plate 46, meanwhile, the first swing rod 44 and the second swing rod 49 cannot swing due to the pulling force of the fourth spring 43 and the fifth spring 48, so that the whole clamping unit 4 is driven to slide rightwards, and the clamped cloth is transported to the cutting knife 14 for cutting; meanwhile, the second swinging rod 49 enables the second upper polar plate 46 to move upwards to clamp the cloth, the first air bag 51 is stretched to enable the second air bag 53 to contract, and therefore the top plate 5 is pulled to move downwards, and the phenomenon that the cloth is folded due to the fact that the top plate 5 touches the cloth and is not beneficial to cutting can be prevented; when the transmission gear 36 rotates reversely, the second rack 45 and the third rack 40 drive the clamping unit 4 to move left, the first oscillating rod 44 and the second oscillating rod 49 do not support the first lower pole plate 42 and the second upper pole plate 46 any more, the first lower pole plate 42 and the second upper pole plate 46 move reversely and then loose the cloth, the second upper pole plate 46 moves downwards and simultaneously extrudes the first air bag 51, the second air bag 53 communicated with the first air bag 51 expands to drive the top plate 5 to move upwards and support the cloth, the second upper pole plate 46 is prevented from driving the cloth to move, and the continuous cutting of the cloth is realized; when the clamping units 4 move rightwards, the limiting sliding blocks 191 and the second sliding blocks 181 slide in the limiting sliding grooves 19 and the sliding grooves 18, and the distance between the two clamping units 4 is increased through the design of the shape like the Chinese character 'ba', so that the cloth is tensioned, the cutting speed of the cloth is increased, and the cutting error is reduced.

s1: carrying out flax peeling treatment on flax;
s2: connecting the fibrilia in the flax peeled in the S1 into a thread;
s3: soaking the twine in the S2;
s4: twisting the twine in the S3;
s5: sizing the hemp thread treated in the S4 by using rice milk water with moderate thickness, and airing;
s6: reeding and weaving the dried twine of S5 into cloth;
s7: cutting the linen woven in the S6 into a required size through a cloth cutting device;
s8: using plant-based book fat emulsion to bottom the linen cut in the S7 and drying the linen in the air;

The pure flax canvas manufacturing process according to claim 3, wherein: the limiting sliding groove (19) and the sliding groove (18) are designed in a splayed manner; when the clamping units move to the right, the distance between the two clamping units is increased through the splayed design of the limiting sliding groove (19) and the sliding groove (18), so that the cloth is tensioned, the cutting speed of the cloth is accelerated, and the cutting error is reduced.

The pure flax canvas manufacturing process according to claim 3, wherein: the lower surface of the first lower polar plate (42) and the upper surface of the second upper polar plate (46) are both designed to be rough surfaces, so that the friction force on the cloth is increased, and the cloth is prevented from sliding in the cutting process.
