本发明提供一种高上色高水洗牢度蓝黑混合物,具体涉及染料混合物领域,由下列质量百分比的组分混合而成:1‑30%分散蓝(Ⅰ),0‑30%分散紫(Ⅱ),1‑40%分散橙(Ⅲ)和助剂;所述分散蓝(Ⅰ)、分散紫(Ⅱ)和分散橙(Ⅲ)结构依次如下:

技术领域
本发明属于染料混合物领域,具体涉及一种高上色高水洗牢度蓝黑混合物。
背景技术
随着聚酯纤维的发展,出现了超细纤维,超细纤维具有手感柔软,穿着舒适等特点,已成为国内外纺织企业争相使用的纺织原料,但由于其极细的直径,较大的表面积,一般的分散染料的水洗牢度与上染率都较差;
其中,汽巴公司分散黑WW-KS,分散深蓝W-RS的上染率都只有80%左右,国内公告号为CN103421347A、CN102352125A的专利对上染率进行改进,但上色率也仅有85%左右,低上色率意味着更多染料进入污水中,给三废处理增加了不少负担。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高上色高水洗牢度蓝黑混合物,具有高上色率,高水洗牢度的分散蓝黑混合物用于涤纶织物的染色与印花。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种高上色高水洗牢度蓝黑混合物,由下列质量百分比的组分混合而成:1-30%分散蓝(Ⅰ),0-30%分散紫(Ⅱ),1-40%分散橙(Ⅲ)和助剂;
所述分散蓝(Ⅰ)结构如下:

优选的,分散蓝(Ⅰ)R1、R2为-C2H5、CH2COOCH3、-CH2COOC2H5、-CH(CH3)COOCH3的一种。
优选的,分散紫(Ⅱ)R4、R5为-C2H5、CH2COOCH3、-CH2COOC2H5、-CH(CH3)COOCH3的一种。
优选的,R6为CH2COOCH3和CH2COOCH2COCH3的一种。
优选的,该染料由下列质量百分比的各组分混合而,分散蓝10-30%,分散紫5-25%,
分散橙1-30%,其余为助剂。
优选的,所述助剂为木质素和MF的混合物。
优选的,本申请应用于涤纶、混纺物的染色和印花。
其中,所述分散蓝(Ⅰ)结构为下列的一种或几种,下列结构编号依次为Ⅰ-1、Ⅰ-2、Ⅰ-3、Ⅰ-4和Ⅰ-5,σ为溶解度参数,具体结构和σ如下:

所述分散紫(Ⅱ)为以下一种或几种,下列结构编号依次为Ⅱ-1、Ⅱ-2、Ⅱ-3、Ⅱ-4和Ⅱ-5,σ为溶解度参数,具体结构和σ如下:

本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明分散蓝(Ⅰ)、分散紫(Ⅱ)和分散橙(Ⅲ)结构中,染料的溶解度参数在10.4~11.2之间,尤其是精选的染料;溶解度参数相当接近涤纶的溶解度参数,因而本专利的精选的化合物都具有较好的上色率;
(2)本发明无论是式(Ⅰ)、式(Ⅱ)、式(Ⅲ)的染料,结构中都有酯基存在,在染色后处理碱洗过程中,容易形成-CH2COO负离子,偶氮基的间位的氯被羟基取代,在碱性下形成酚钠,使得织物表面浮色易洗去,同时可以获得较好的水洗牢度,因此,本发明的分散黑染料混合物具有高上色率和高水洗牢度。
具体实施方式
本发明的制作方法如下:
将原料按比例混匀,进行砂磨,喷雾而获得分散蓝黑染料混合物。
实施制作方法1:
将式分散蓝(Ⅰ-1)12g,分散紫(Ⅱ1)10g,分散橙(Ⅲ-1)17g,助剂MF20g,木质素85A41g,水200g,放在一起砂磨,然后喷雾干燥,即得本发明的分散黑染料混合物;
实施制作方法2至18按如下配比进行制作:

实验论证:
将实施制作方法1-18得到的产品各取1g,专利CN103421347A,CN102352125A的样品各1g,分别编号为对比样品1和对比样品2,对比样品分散于500ml水中,混匀后各取20ml分散液与80ml水,用醋酸调PH=4-5,加入2g涤纶织物的染色,按国标GB/T2394-2006法进行染色处理,水洗牢度按GB/T3921-2008测试,上色率按GB/T9337-2001进行;其水洗牢度上染率的测试结果如下表:

染料的染色过程可看作染料在化纤上溶解过程,上染率高低可用溶解度参数来判断,一般来说,染料的溶解度参数越接近涤纶的溶解度参数(σ=10.8,研究表明σ=10.8±0.5之内有较好上染率及牢度),上染率越好,染料在织物上固着也越好,这可以从相似相容来理解。同时,进入内部的染料也会在分散剂的作用下,发生解析而使染料游离出织物内部,固着与解析的能力差异决定染料的上色率的高低。
从上表可知本发明的分散蓝黑用于涤纶、其混纺织物的染色维染色水洗牢度优良,上色率也有较大的提高,大大高于对比组。

1.一种高上色高水洗牢度蓝黑混合物,由下列质量百分比的组分混合而成:1-30%分散蓝(Ⅰ),0-30%分散紫(Ⅱ),1-40%分散橙(Ⅲ)和助剂;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高上色高水洗牢度蓝黑混合物,其特征在于:式(Ⅱ)R4、R5为-C2H5、CH2COOCH3、-CH2COOC2H5、-CH(CH3)COOCH3的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高上色高水洗牢度蓝黑混合物,其特征在于:式(Ⅲ)R6为CH2COOCH3、CH2COOCH2COCH3的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高上色高水洗牢度蓝黑混合物,其特征在于:该染料由下列质量百分比的各组分混合而,分散蓝(Ⅰ)10-30%,分散紫(Ⅱ)5-25%,分散橙(Ⅲ)1-30%,其余为助剂。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种高上色高水洗牢度蓝黑混合物,其特征在于:所述助剂为木质素和分散剂MF的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高上色高水洗牢度蓝黑混合物,其特征在于:用于涤纶、混纺物的染色和印花。
