本发明涉及环保涂料技术领域,具体一种水性纳米瓷釉涂料,其包括如下重量份的原料:防冻剂0.5~1.5份、成膜助剂2~5份、润湿剂0.1~0.3份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、防腐剂0.1~0.5份、pH调节剂0.1~0.5份、996AD硅丙乳液50~80份、增稠剂0.5~1.0份、纳米疏水剂1~5份、水15~25份。其配方简单,操作便利,加工时将各原料按顺序投入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀后调节产品粘度即得到成品,本发明安全环保,耐磨性、耐脏性好,抗划痕效果佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性纳米瓷釉涂料。
背景技术
瓷釉涂料通常为由改性高分子树脂、颜填料、助剂、固化剂等组成的双组份常温固化涂料,可用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、学校、公寓等内、外水泥墙面装饰,其平整光滑,具有优异的防渗、防水、防腐作用,并且表面平整、光亮、饱满、具有瓷釉感,并且涂层具有优异的耐水、耐碱、耐油、耐盐性能,但现有瓷釉涂料配方复杂,加工繁琐,且为了增强粘性,会加入甲醛并使各种成分交联发生缩醛反应,安全环保性能差,同时其防划痕以及防污性、耐脏性有待提高。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种配方简单,安全环保、耐脏性、耐磨性佳,抗划痕效果好的瓷釉涂料。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种水性纳米瓷釉涂料,包括如下重量份的原料:
防冻剂0.5~1.5份、成膜助剂2~5份、润湿剂0.1~0.3份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、防腐剂0.1~0.5份、pH调节剂0.1~0.5份、996AD硅丙乳液50~80份、增稠剂0.5~1.0份、纳米疏水剂1~5份、水15~25份。
进一步优选的,水性纳米瓷釉涂料包括如下重量份的原料:
防冻剂1.1~1.5份、成膜助剂3~4份、润湿剂0.1~0.2份、消泡剂0.1~0.2份、防腐剂0.2~0.3份、pH调节剂0.1~0.2份、996AD硅丙乳液60~70份、增稠剂0.6~0.7份、纳米疏水剂2~3份、水20~25份。
进一步优选的,水性纳米瓷釉涂料包括如下重量份的原料:
防冻剂1.1份、成膜助剂3.7份、润湿剂0.1份、消泡剂0.2份、防腐剂0.3份、pH调节剂0.1份、996AD硅丙乳液69份、增稠剂0.7份、纳米疏水剂3份、水21.8份。
进一步的,所述增稠剂包括V46增稠剂和935增稠剂,V46增稠剂和935增稠剂的质量比为3:4。
进一步的,所述防冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇。
进一步的,所述润湿剂为购买自美仁化工的FN211,pH调节剂为购买自诺谱科公司的AMP-95,硅丙乳液为购买自巴德富公司的996AD,纳米疏水剂为购买自广州梵浩贸易有限公司的736。
本发明中水性纳米瓷釉的制备方法为将各原料投入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀后调节产品粘度即得到成品。
本发明中水性纳米瓷釉的使用方法为:水性纳米瓷釉涂装为施工步骤的最后一遍工艺,直接用辊涂或者喷涂的方式将水性纳米瓷釉均匀涂装于待涂装表面即可。
有益效果:本发明所述的纳米瓷釉,其为水性的瓷釉涂料,配方简单,加工便利,较传统的瓷釉涂料而言,配方安全环保,并且能在墙面表面形成一层纳米保护膜,其耐磨性和耐脏性较好,污渍和灰尘一擦即掉,并且耐磨性和抗划痕效果好,使用寿命更长。

实施例1
本实施例中水性纳米瓷釉包括如下原料:乙二醇110g、成膜助剂370g、润湿剂FN21110g、消泡剂20g、防腐剂30g、pH调节剂10g、996AD硅丙乳液6900g、V46增稠剂30g、935增稠剂40g、736纳米疏水剂300g、水2180g。
实施例2
本实施例中水性纳米瓷釉包括如下原料:乙二醇110g、成膜助剂300g、润湿剂FN21110g、消泡剂10g、防腐剂20g、pH调节剂10g、996AD硅丙乳液6000g、V46增稠剂27g、935增稠剂36g、736纳米疏水剂200g、水2000g。
实施例3
本实施例中水性纳米瓷釉包括如下原料:乙二醇150g、成膜助剂400g、润湿剂FN21120g、消泡剂20g、防腐剂30g、pH调节剂20g、996AD硅丙乳液7000g、V46增稠剂30g、935增稠剂40g、736纳米疏水剂300g、水2500g。
实施例4
本实施例中水性纳米瓷釉包括如下原料:乙二醇50g、成膜助剂200g、润湿剂FN21110g、消泡剂10g、防腐剂10g、pH调节剂10g、996AD硅丙乳液5000g、V46增稠剂24g、935增稠剂32g、736纳米疏水剂100g、水1500g。
实施例5
本实施例中水性纳米瓷釉包括如下原料:乙二醇150g、成膜助剂500g、润湿剂FN211 3 0g、消泡剂50g、防腐剂50g、pH调节剂50g、996AD硅丙乳液8000g、V46增稠剂42g、935增稠剂56g、736纳米疏水剂500g、水2500g。
实施例1~5中水性纳米瓷釉的制备方法为将各原料投入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀后调节产品粘度即得到成品。
实施例1~5中水性纳米瓷釉的使用方法为:水性纳米瓷釉涂装为施工步骤的最后一遍工艺,直接用辊涂或者喷涂的方式将水性纳米瓷釉均匀涂装于待涂装表面即可。

防冻剂0.5~1.5份、成膜助剂2~5份、润湿剂0.1~0.3份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、防腐剂0.1~0.5份、pH调节剂0.1~0.5份、996AD硅丙乳液50~80份、增稠剂0.5~1.0份、纳米疏水剂1~5份、水15~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性纳米瓷釉涂料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:
防冻剂1.1~1.5份、成膜助剂3~4份、润湿剂0.1~0.2份、消泡剂0.1~0.2份、防腐剂0.2~0.3份、pH调节剂0.1~0.2份、996AD硅丙乳液60~70份、增稠剂0.6~0.7份、纳米疏水剂2~3份、水20~25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性纳米瓷釉涂料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:
防冻剂1.1份、成膜助剂3.7份、润湿剂0.1份、消泡剂0.2份、防腐剂0.3份、pH调节剂0.1份、996AD硅丙乳液69份、增稠剂0.7份、纳米疏水剂3份、水21.8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性纳米瓷釉涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂包括V46增稠剂和935增稠剂,V46增稠剂和935增稠剂的质量比为3:4。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性纳米瓷釉涂料,其特征在于,所述防冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性纳米瓷釉涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为购买自美仁化工的FN211,pH调节剂为购买自诺谱科公司的AMP-95,硅丙乳液为购买自巴德富公司的996AD,纳米疏水剂为购买自广州梵浩贸易有限公司的736。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一所述的水性纳米瓷釉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤,将各原料投入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀后调节产品粘度得到成品。
