Background
The typical structure of the oil tank is disclosed by fig. 1, and comprises an oil tank body 1, lubricating oil 2 is arranged in a hollow cavity of the oil tank body 1, an oil return hole 11 and an oil drain hole 12 are formed in the oil tank body 1, an oil drain bolt or valve 7 is arranged in the oil drain hole 12, the lubricating oil 2 returns to a pump head through the oil return hole 11 to continuously participate in working, and discharged oil gas returns to the surface of a lubricating oil liquid level 21, so that the lubricating oil liquid level 21 achieves dynamic balance. When maintenance is needed, the drain plug or valve 7 is opened, so that the lubricating oil can be replaced conveniently.
The defects of the structure are that: once the vacuum pump has treated the water vapor exceeding the design bearing capacity, the moisture condenses into a liquid, which remains at the bottom of the tank body 1 after a period of time. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic accumulated water release device for a vacuum pump oil tank, which can automatically discharge accumulated water in the vacuum pump oil tank outwards, so that adverse effects of moisture on a vacuum pump are effectively avoided, the lubrication working performance of a pump head is ensured, the lubricating oil is not required to be frequently replaced by manual nursing, and the labor cost is saved.
The invention discloses an automatic accumulated water release device for a vacuum pump oil tank, which comprises an oil tank body, wherein lubricating oil is arranged in a hollow cavity of the oil tank body, accumulated water is arranged below the lubricating oil, and an oil return hole and an oil drain hole are formed in the oil tank body, and is characterized in that: the automatic accumulated water release device comprises an additional cavity, wherein the additional cavity is arranged beside the oil tank body and is positioned at one side of the oil drain hole, a through hole is formed in one side wall of the additional cavity and is an oil inlet hole, the position of the oil inlet hole corresponds to that of the oil drain hole, the oil inlet hole and the oil outlet hole are mutually communicated, a hollow water storage cavity is formed in the middle of the additional cavity, a water drain hole is formed in the bottom of the additional cavity, a float is arranged in the water storage cavity and is positioned at the position of the water drain hole, the float is limited at the bottom of the additional cavity through a positioning screw and can float up and down, when no accumulated water exists in the water storage cavity, the water drain hole is sealed by the float, and when accumulated water exists at the lower part of the water storage cavity, the float floats upwards to open the water drain hole, so that the accumulated water is discharged out of the water storage cavity, the density of liquid contacting the float is reduced to the density of lubricating oil, and the float gradually descends and seals the water drain hole at the moment, and the water drain hole is sealed.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the float has a density of between 0.93 and 0.95, the lubricating oil has a density of between 0.80 and 0.90, and the water has a density of 1.
In another specific embodiment of the present invention, the additional cavity and the oil tank body are connected by a fastener to form a solid or integrally manufactured.
In a further specific embodiment of the invention, the float is provided with a sealing gasket at the bottom or at the contact point with the additional cavity.
In yet another specific embodiment of the present invention, the sealing gasket is a rubber gasket.
In a further specific embodiment of the invention, the additional chamber is provided with a cover plate at the open end of the water storage chamber, said cover plate being used to ensure that the vacuum pump is free from leakage of gas and oil in the operating state.
After the structure is adopted, the invention has the beneficial effects that: by utilizing the density difference of lubricating oil and water, a small additional cavity is additionally arranged beside the oil tank body, the cavity comprises a water discharging hole formed in the bottom of the water storage cavity and a floater matched with the water discharging hole, wherein the density of the floater is between that of water and the lubricating oil, when the water is in the water storage cavity, the floater floats upwards to discharge accumulated water outwards, when no water or lubricating oil exists in the water storage cavity, the floater sinks and seals the water discharging hole, so that accumulated water below the lubricating oil can be discharged outwards automatically, adverse effects of water on a vacuum pump are effectively avoided, friction and abrasion are reduced, the lubricating performance of a pump head is ensured, the service life of the vacuum pump is prolonged, manual frequent nursing and lubricating oil replacement are not needed, and labor cost is saved.

In normal operation, the liquid level in the cavity is affected by the exhaust pressure, so that the liquid pressure in the additional cavity 4 exceeds one atmosphere, but the water drain hole 42 is open to the atmosphere, so that the liquid pressure in the cavity has additional air pressure, which causes the float 6 not to open the water drain hole 42, as long as the vacuum pump is in an operating state or in an operating state with flow. Only when the vacuum pump is stopped or operated in a state without exhaust, after the internal and external air pressures of the cavity are balanced, the float 6 naturally and reliably operates under the density difference of water or lubricating oil. In order to make the float 6 seal reliable, it is necessary to maintain a reliable seal between the contact surface of the float 6 and the periphery of the drain hole 42, and it is generally possible to add a sealing gasket to the bottom of the float 6 or to the portion in contact with the additional chamber 4, the material of said sealing gasket being not limited at all, and in this embodiment it is preferably a rubber gasket which is added to the bottom of the float 6.
