The advantage is that different lamp holders can be conveniently and quickly connected into a whole.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to outdoor lamps, and more particularly, to a socket connector for constructing a combination outdoor lamp.
Background
The existing outdoor lamp is generally a fixed structure, and if a part of the lamp fails, the whole lamp holder cannot emit light, and the whole lamp holder needs to be replaced, so that the street lamp cannot play a role in illumination immediately due to the failure of a part of the lamp holder, and meanwhile, the maintenance cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a lamp holder connecting piece for constructing a combined outdoor lamp when constructing the combined outdoor lamp, which has the following technical scheme:

The connecting matrix is of a symmetrical structure relative to the central plane, the base station is of a B shape symmetrically arranged relative to the central plane, and two first connecting holes are formed in the B-shaped base station; the inserting hole, the inserting groove, the first positioning protrusions and the two first connecting holes are symmetrically arranged relative to the central plane.
The inserting groove and the groove cavity are communicated with each other; or the hole wall of the first connecting hole on the base platform, which corresponds to one side of the groove cavity, extends downwards to form a partition board which separates the inserting groove from the groove cavity, and the partition board forms the positioning bulge relative to the inserting hole end.
The connecting matrix further comprises two side surfaces, the two side surfaces are respectively connected with two ends of the first connecting surface and the second connecting surface, and a groove cavity enclosed by the two connecting surfaces and the two side surfaces is formed.
The connecting matrix further comprises a bottom end surface, wherein the bottom end surface is connected to the bottom ends of the two connecting surfaces and the two side surfaces to form the bottom surface of the groove cavity (304).
The lamp holder connecting piece further comprises an upper end face covered at the upper end of the groove cavity of the connecting base body, and the upper end face is provided with a connecting hole, a second positioning protrusion and a third positioning protrusion.

The lamp holder connecting piece can conveniently and quickly connect different lamp holders into a whole, and the lamp holders to be connected are accurately positioned through the corresponding inserting grooves, the first positioning protrusions and the positioning connecting grooves, so that the different lamp holders can be quickly, accurately and conveniently connected to form the combined outdoor lamp, the defect of the outdoor lamp with the existing fixed structure can be overcome, if one lamp holder fails, other lamp holders are lightened as the same, the condition that the lamp holders cannot be completely illuminated basically does not occur, and in addition, when in maintenance, the arc lamp holders with problems are only replaced, the whole annular lamp holder is not required to be replaced, and the maintenance cost can be saved to a great extent.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
The lamp holder connecting member of the present embodiment is used for connecting a combined garden lamp as shown in fig. 1, the lamp is composed of a circular lamp holder 1 and a circular lamp holder 20 (fig. 2), the circular lamp holder 1 is formed by connecting four circular arc lamp holders 10 (fig. 3) in a circumferential direction into a circular ring, and the lamp holder connecting member is used for connecting the circular lamp holder 1 and the circular lamp holder 20.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the socket connector 30 has at least one connector body 30 comprising: the device comprises a first connecting surface 301 and a second connecting surface 302 which are vertically and oppositely arranged and are mutually connected, a groove cavity 304 formed between the two connecting surfaces, a base 306 arranged on the inner side of the first connecting surface, a first connecting hole 3061 arranged on the base 306, a plugging groove 307 arranged at the lower end of the first connecting hole, a plugging hole 3011 arranged at the lower part of the first connecting surface 301 and communicated with the plugging groove 307, a first positioning protrusion 300 arranged in the plugging groove, a positioning connecting groove 3021 arranged on the outer side surface of the second connecting surface and a second connecting hole 3022 arranged on the bottom surface of the positioning connecting groove.
One preferred design of the above-mentioned connection base 30 is a symmetrical structure with respect to the central plane Q as shown in fig. 1 and 2, and as can be seen in conjunction with fig. 6, the base 306 is a B-shape symmetrically arranged with respect to the central plane, two symmetrical first connection holes 3061 are provided on the B-shape base, and the plugging holes 3011, the plugging slots 307, and the first positioning protrusions 300 are all symmetrically arranged with respect to the central plane.
As shown in fig. 7, the first connecting hole 3061 of the present embodiment extends downward to form a partition 3063 corresponding to the hole wall, so that the plugging slot 307 for plugging the plugging portion on the corresponding lamp socket is separated from the slot cavity 304, the partition has a B-shaped profile, and a first positioning protrusion 300 is formed at one end of the opposite plugging hole 3011, and the first positioning protrusion is adapted to the groove on the plugging portion on the corresponding lamp socket, so that the lamp socket connector can be positioned on the corresponding lamp socket quickly and accurately.
The first connecting surface 301 and the second connecting surface 302 are connected to each other through two side surfaces 303 and a bottom surface 305, the two side surfaces are respectively connected to two ends of the first connecting surface 301 and the second connecting surface 302, the bottom surface is connected to the bottom ends of the two connecting surfaces and the two side surfaces, so as to form a groove cavity 304 formed by enclosing the two connecting surfaces 301, 302 and the two side surfaces 303, the bottom surface 305 forms a groove bottom surface of the groove cavity 304, and the bottom surface is composed of an arc surface 3051 and a plane 3502.
For protection and aesthetic purposes, as shown in fig. 8, an upper end surface 31 is provided at the upper end of the groove cavity 304 of the connection base 30. In order to facilitate the connection of the upper end surface 31 and the connection base 30, the upper end surface 31 is provided with a connection hole 311 and a second positioning protrusion (not shown). Corresponding to the connecting hole 311 on the upper end surface, a second screw hole 309 is arranged in the groove cavity 304 of the connecting matrix; corresponding to the second positioning protrusion on the upper end surface, a positioning groove 3024 adapted to the second connection surface 302 of the connection substrate is provided. The upper end surface 31 is screwed into the second screw hole 309 through a connection hole 311 formed in the upper end surface 31 by a screw (not shown), so that the upper end surface 31 is connected to the upper end of the connection base 30. Since the upper end surface 31 is capped on the connection base 30, the first connection surface 301 is provided with a lead groove 3012 and the second connection surface 302 is provided with a lead hole 3023 for better lead. The second positioning projections 312 may be provided at positions corresponding to the upper end surfaces 31 of the lead grooves 3012. The center lines of the positioning groove 3024 and the lead groove 3012 are all located on the center plane of the connection substrate.
The ring lamp 1 in the combined garden lamp shown in fig. 1 is formed by connecting four arc lamp holders 10 along the circumferential direction, each arc lamp holder 10 is provided with a plug-in part 101 on the inner arc surface, the plug-in part is provided with a screw hole 1011, and the combined garden lamp can be manufactured by connecting the lamp holder connecting piece 30 with the ring lamp holder 1 first and then connecting the lamp holder connecting piece 30 with the ring lamp holder 20. Each lamp holder connecting piece 30 is inserted into the insertion part 101 on the corresponding arc lamp holder of the circular lamp holder 1 through the insertion hole 3011, so that the insertion part 101 extends into the insertion groove 307 at the lower end of the first connecting hole of the lamp holder connecting piece, the first screw hole 1011 faces the first connecting hole 306, and the lamp holder connecting piece 30 is connected to the circular lamp holder 1 by inserting a connecting screw (not shown) into the first connecting hole 306 and screwing the first screw hole 1011. After all the lamp holder connecting pieces 30 are connected to the circular lamp holder 1, the positioning connecting grooves 3021 on the second connecting surface of the lamp holder connecting pieces 30 are embedded into the positioning bosses 2011 on the circular lamp holder 20, so that the lamp holder connecting pieces 30 are positioned on the circular lamp holder 20 quickly, and the nuts are screwed through the second connecting holes 3022 on the bottom surface of the positioning connecting grooves 3021 and the mounting holes (not shown) on the corresponding positioning bosses 2011 by bolts, so that the combined garden lamp shown in fig. 1 is formed.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 9, the lamp socket connection 30 of the present embodiment is used to form another combined garden lamp, which is composed of the circular lamp socket 1 and the circular arc lamp center support 12. Referring to fig. 10, the center support 12 of the arc lamp includes a first connecting sleeve 121 for connecting with a lamp pole, four first struts 122 connected to the outside of the connecting sleeve in a diagonal manner and having the same length, and a positioning plate 123 connected to the upper end of each strut, wherein the positioning plate 123 is adapted to a positioning connection groove 3021 on a lamp socket connector, and a connection hole 1231 is provided thereon.
As shown in fig. 11, only the first positioning protrusion 300 is provided in the insertion groove 307 of the lamp socket connector 30 of the present embodiment, and the hole wall portion of the first connecting hole 3061 corresponding to one side of the groove cavity does not extend downward, so that the insertion groove at the lower end of the first connecting hole 3061 communicates with the groove cavity, and other structures are identical to those of the above-described embodiment 1.
When the combined garden lamp shown in fig. 9 is assembled, four arc lamp holders 10 are connected in the circumferential direction to form a circular arc lamp holder 1, then the lamp holder connecting pieces 30 are connected to the arc lamp center support 12, and after all the lamp holder connecting pieces 30 are connected to the circular arc lamp holder 1, the positioning plate 123 on the circular arc lamp center support 12 is embedded into the positioning connecting grooves 3021 on the second connecting surface of the lamp holder connecting pieces 30, and the connection manner is the same as that of the positioning boss 2011 on the circular lamp holder in the embodiment 1, so that the lamp holder connecting pieces 30 are positioned and connected on the circular arc lamp center support 12 quickly, thereby forming the combined garden lamp shown in fig. 9.
