Based on the design, the working principle of the fingerprint lock can be summarized as follows:
fingerprint verification is passed;
the operator pulls the push-pull member 203 so that the positioning portion 202 of the positioning plate 20 is pulled away from one of the positioning holes 31;
after the handle 92 is turned to drive the turntable 30 to rotate a specific angle, the push-pull member 203 is released, and after the positioning plate 20 is reset, the positioning portion 202 is inserted into the other positioning hole 31;
the motor 67 is energized to drive the clutch fork 66 to move in a direction approaching to the clutch pin 43, so that the clutch pin 43 is inserted into the limiting hole 51, and the reset block 40 can be connected with the dial sleeve 50;
the handle 92 is rotated, the turntable 30 is kept fixed, the handle 92 drives the reset block 40 to rotate and further drives the shifting sleeve 50 to rotate, and simultaneously drives the square rod of the lock body fixedly connected with the shifting sleeve 50 to rotate, so that the fingerprint lock is unlocked.
Of course, the fingerprint authentication step may be performed after the handle 92 and the turntable 30 are rotated by a specific angle as a whole.
As can be seen from the above description, the fingerprint lock of the present invention is mainly characterized in that when the position of the handle 92 needs to be adjusted, only the positioning plate 20 needs to be pulled and the handle 92 needs to be rotated, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved compared with the prior art that the screw needs to be unscrewed and then the handle needs to be rotated.
Preferably, the turntable 30 is provided with four positioning holes 31, and the four positioning holes 31 are equally spaced along the circumference of the turntable 30, in other words, when the positioning portion 202 is pulled out from one of the positioning holes 31 and then inserted into an adjacent one of the positioning holes 31, the turntable 30 is rotated by 90 degrees. Based on this, the position of the handle 92 with respect to the clutch device can be adjusted according to the operation habit of the operator. Assuming that the angle between the handle 92 and the clutch is 0 when the handle is consistent with the length direction of the clutch, the positioning plate 20 is pulled out to rotate the turntable 30, so as to adjust the relative position of each positioning hole 31 and the positioning portion 202, and the angle at which the handle 92 can rotate relative to the clutch is 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees and 360 degrees (i.e. the handle rotates one turn back to a distant position). The operator can adjust the position of the handle 92 by selecting an angle suitable for his or her own operating habits. Of course, the number of the positioning holes 31 is not limited to four, and may be an integer number of 2 or more, which is specifically set depending on the operation habit of the operator.
Further, a turntable pad 34 is disposed between the turntable 30 and the communication hole 121, the communication part 12 includes a containing part 122 disposed around the communication hole, and a containing space is formed between the turntable pad 34 and the containing part 122 to place the fingerprint head wire 13. In addition, a second routing hole 114 is formed on the side plate of the box body 10 away from the accommodating portion 11, so that the fingerprint head electric wire 13 can conveniently extend out to be electrically connected with an external device. It can be seen that by providing the accommodating portion 122 for accommodating the fingerprint head wire 13, the fingerprint head wire 13 is prevented from coming into contact with other parts to interfere with the other parts.
Similarly, in the power module, the mounting box 61 includes a mounting cavity (not numbered), the motor 63 and the motor wire 631 connected to the motor 63 are disposed in the mounting cavity, and the mounting box 61 and the box body 10 are provided with corresponding first routing holes 112 so as to facilitate routing of the motor wire 631, and the arrangement mode can prevent the motor wire 631 from contacting with other parts to interfere with the other parts.
In addition, the fingerprint lock of the invention can make the thickness of the clutch device smaller than or equal to 17.5mm through the above modularized design, thereby realizing the thin design of the fingerprint lock.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art will readily recognize that variations or substitutions are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
