Abstract
本发明涉及一种装饰结构,特别是一种用于建筑物外墙、车船外壁等的外墙保温装饰板结构,包括有基层墙体、龙骨、固定螺钉、保温装饰板,保温装饰板附着在基层墙体上,另一面与龙骨固定连接;本发明是一种具有高抗压,不吸水、防潮、不透气、轻质、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长、导热系数低等优异性能的环保型保温装饰复合板。它可解决紫外光固化渗透剂与纤维增强硅酸钙板或纤维水泥板的强渗透、快速渗透、深层渗透,深层固化成膜,并与UV腻子、UV封闭漆形成立体的化学网状交联反应,可解决装饰面层与基板的附着力问题。本发明还提供了一种阻燃材料。采用本发明的方法制备得到的阻燃装饰板的胶合性能满足国家标准要求,并赋予基材阻燃性能;而且,不会影响基材的力学性能,甲醛释放量也在E1级以上,安全环保;同时,保持了木材的天然纹理,装饰效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰板材,确切地说是一种建筑内外墙装饰板。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人们生活品味的不断提高,人们对建筑物内外墙色彩和花纹也提出了更高的要求,希望建筑物外墙的花色更加炫丽多彩。但是,装饰建筑物外墙存在以下困难:1、构建建筑物外墙装饰的板材主要是纤维增强硅酸钙板或纤维水泥板,而在纤维增强硅酸钙板或纤维水泥板上涂装普通涂料,易出现涂料层间粘附力差、涂料层与板材间粘附力差、板材耐沸水性差和爆板的现象;2、现有的涂装方法不适合批量化生产,生产成本较高,能耗是UV 氟碳涂装的5 倍,不利于节能减排。保温层面防水装饰施工,需要玻纤网格布或钢丝网结合抹面砂浆找平,再施工装饰层,以达到抗裂防水和装饰的目的。但水泥砂浆粉刷层和抹面砂浆因施工因素和水泥基材固化产生的龟裂,及墙体与混凝土预制件结合部位沉降造成的饰面裂缝,直接影响到保温面层防水和装饰效果。现在实际使用中的外墙保温装饰板,部分金属件可直接将空气热量往建筑保温性能较差的墙体传递,因此存在冷热桥现象,使得外墙保温隔热性能大大下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温效果好、外观整体装饰效果优美的一种表面涂
装氟碳漆的装饰复合板。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种外墙保温装饰板结构,包括基层墙体、龙骨、固定螺钉、保温装饰板,保温装饰板附着在基层墙体上,另一面与龙骨固定连接,保温装饰板安装在龙骨上,其特征在于所述的外墙保温装饰板的内表面,除与龙骨固定连接面外,铺有断热胶条,所述的保温装饰板端面为阶梯状企口,相邻两保温装饰板企口搭接在一起,搭缝中涂敷有密封胶;所述的保温装饰板端面的阶梯状企口的内角为83°~ 88°之间,梯面平行于保温装饰板外表面;所述的保温装饰板端面的阶梯状企口表面涂敷的是耐候防水密封胶。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、在实际使用中的外墙夹心保温装饰板贴敷隔热胶条,隔断了金属直接通过空气将热量往建筑保温性能较差的墙体传递,消除了外墙保温装饰板结构的冷热桥现象,确保外墙保温装饰板的保温隔热性能,改善了外墙保温装饰结构,大大提高了外墙保温装饰结构.

外观丰富多样,仿石材、仿瓷砖、仿木纹及铝板幕墙等多种装饰形式,能满足不同客户的个性化需求。
3. 安全性能高
保温装饰板自重轻,采用干法施工,避免了传统的化学粘贴导致的老化脱落现象,另外玻璃棉为A 级不燃材料,消除了安全隐患。
4. 施工效率高
传统的外墙保温涂饰系统施工,一般现场分层逐步施工,施工时间长,工序复杂,受天气因素影响大。本发明保温装饰板完全干法施工,安装不受天气、季节影响,安装方式简捷,施工效率是传统做法的2 倍以上。

具体实施方式
根据附图1,本发明的一种外墙保温装饰板结构,包括有基层墙体1、砂浆找平层2、龙骨3、固定螺钉5、保温装饰板7,砂浆找平层2 附着在基层墙体1 上,龙骨3 固定连接在砂浆找平层2 上,保温装饰板7 安装在龙骨3 上,外墙保温装饰板7 的内表面,除与龙骨3 固定连接面外,满铺隔热胶条4 ;保温装饰板7 端面为阶梯状企口,安装时,相邻两保温装饰板企口搭接在一起,搭缝中涂敷有密封胶6 ;保温装饰板7 端面的阶梯状企口的内角为83°~88°之间,梯面平行于保温装饰板7 外表面;保温装饰板7 端面的阶梯状企口表面涂敷的是耐候防水密封胶6。
安装时,采用爆炸螺栓穿过砂浆找平层将龙骨3 固定连接在基层墙体1 上;固定螺钉5 将保温装饰板7 固定连接在龙骨3 上,连接处涂敷有耐候防水密封胶6,外墙保温装饰板7 的内表面满铺了隔热胶条4,在龙骨3 位置靠龙骨3 自身的保温性能代替隔热胶条4,因此,龙骨3 和隔热胶条4 以及耐候防水密封胶6 有效隔断了外墙和保温装饰板外部的热量传递,消除了现在实际使用中的外墙保温装饰板中存在的冷热桥现象,大大提高了外墙保温装饰结构的保温隔热性能。
所述的板材1 是纤维增强硅酸钙板,其比重:内墙1.2-1.35g/cm³、外墙1.4-1.9g/cm³和含水率8-10%。所述固化时间均为3-10 秒。所述UV 固化的装置是高压汞灯、铁灯或碘镓灯。红外线流平的温度:50-60℃、时间0.5-1 分钟。底漆线加工工艺流程中的步骤③中所述UV 渗透剂的温度是30-40℃,并且,两次辊涂的要求分别是,第一次UV 渗透剂60g/㎡,第二次UV 渗透剂20g/ ㎡。
1、纤维增强硅酸钙板或纤维水泥板性能指标
根据本发明,所述脱水催化剂的主要作用是促进成炭剂的脱水炭化,同时高温下由于树脂分解而产生的不燃性气体使炭化物发泡膨胀,使得在可燃物表面形成一层均匀的膨胀层,隔绝外界热量和氧气向内部传递,从而达到保护基材防止其燃烧的目的。
氟碳漆是由氟碳树脂、颜料、助剂等加工而成,由于树脂分子内含有机物中添加了氟碳树脂使得氟碳漆涂料具有许多优异于普通涂料的特殊性能是目前综合性能最优异的涂料之一。表现在:耐候性、耐盐性、耐洗性、不粘附性等方面。以上技术指标均数倍于普通涂料。故氟碳漆有“涂料王” 的誉称。

1. 一种外墙保温装饰板结构,包括基层墙体、龙骨、固定螺钉、保温装饰板,保温装饰板附着在基层墙体上,另一面与龙骨固定连接,保温装饰板安装在龙骨上,其特征在于所述的外墙保温装饰板的内表面,除与龙骨固定连接面外,铺有断热胶条,所述的保温装饰板端面为阶梯状企口,相邻两保温装饰板企口搭接在一起,搭缝中涂敷有密封胶;所述的保温装饰板端面的阶梯状企口的内角为83°~ 88°之间,梯面平行于保温装饰板外表面;所述的保温装饰板端面的阶梯状企口表面涂敷的是耐候防水密封胶。
2. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种外墙保温装饰板结构,其特征在于:该装饰板为多层复合板,表层为氟碳漆(1),中间层为硅钙板(2),里层为保温层(3),保温层(3) 的中间夹有一块薄板(4);保温层(3) 是以聚苯乙烯树脂为原料;该薄板(4) 为增强层铝板,它是由采用表面经拉丝处理的铝合金面板。
3. 根据权利要求1 所述的外墙保温装饰板结构,其特征在于:所述表面涂装氟碳漆的装饰复合板按以下步骤处理生成具有涂装氟碳漆的装饰板:
①除尘:对所述外墙装饰板进行除尘处理;
②辊涂UV 胶并固化生成第二UV 胶层(7):用辊涂机辊涂UV 胶, UV 半固化:固化能量为50-80 mj/cm2,使UV 胶不完全固化;
③贴具有仿生效果的UV 转印膜构成仿生膜(6):用UV 转印贴膜机将UV 转印膜涂胶并压贴于外墙装饰板上,UV 固化:确保一次性通过能量1200-2000mj/cm2 ;用自动卷膜机将基膜卷起,即除PET 基膜;
④红外线流平;
⑤辊涂UV 胶生成第三UV 胶层(10):用辊涂机辊涂UV 胶, UV 固化,固化能量为l00-200mj/cm2 使UV 胶不完全固化;
⑥涂两遍UV 面漆并固化生成第二UV 在色漆层(11):a 用辊涂机辊涂第一遍UV 面漆,UV 固化,固化能量为180-240mj/cm2 ; b 用淋涂机淋涂第二遍UV 面漆,增加面漆的饱满度,红外线流平, UV 固化,固化能量1200-2000 mj/cm2 ;制成具有仿生效果的外墙装饰板。
4. 根据权利要求1 所述的外墙保温装饰板结构,其特征在于:所述的板材(1)是纤维增强硅酸钙板,其比重:内墙1.2-1.35g/cm³、外墙1.5-1.9 g/cm³ 和含水率8-10%;所述固化时间均为3-10 秒。
5. 根据权利要求1 或2 所述的外墙保温装饰板结构,其特征在于:所述UV 固化的装置是高压汞灯、铁灯或碘镓灯。
6. 根据权利要求1 或2 所述的外墙保温装饰板结构,其特征在于:红外线流平的温度:50-60℃、时间0.5-1 分钟。
