Abstract
The special fatigue testing machine for the toothed belt comprises a main frame, wherein a platform is arranged on the top surface of the main frame, a motor is arranged on the platform through a supporting piece, and a belt wheel supporting device is arranged at the output end of the motor through a speed reducer; the middle part of the main frame is provided with a toothed disc through a bearing device, the lower parts of two ends of the toothed disc are respectively provided with a pre-tightening device, two pre-tightening devices are respectively provided with two ends of a toothed belt, the toothed belt is arranged on the outer surface of the toothed disc in a matching way and is connected with a belt wheel supporting device, a counterweight frame is arranged below the toothed disc through a fastener, and a plurality of counterweight blocks are arranged on the counterweight frame; and a control cabinet is installed at the bottom of the outer side of the main frame. The toothed belt is driven to swing, the fatigue state and the service life of the toothed belt are verified through adding a counterweight and running time, and the torque sensor transmits data to a screen of the control cabinet in real time so as to adjust the torque at any time. The test is convenient, and the verification efficiency is high.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of test devices, in particular to a special fatigue testing machine for a toothed belt.
Background
The wind driven generator is an electric power device which converts wind energy into mechanical work and drives a rotor to rotate and finally outputs alternating current. The wind driven generator generally comprises an impeller, a generator (comprising a device), a cabin, a tower, a speed limiting safety mechanism, an energy storage device and the like.
The working principle of the wind driven generator is simple, the impeller rotates under the action of wind force, the kinetic energy of wind is converted into mechanical energy of the impeller shaft, and the generator rotates to generate electricity under the drive of the impeller shaft.
The wind driven generator pitch system adopts toothed belt transmission, has higher technical requirement on the toothed belt, needs to test the fatigue state and service life of the toothed belt in the process of producing the toothed belt in the prior art, and has large device, large occupied area, difficult installation and low test efficiency.

the belt wheel supporting device comprises a driving wheel and a tensioning wheel which are matched with the toothed belt.

The lower bottom surface of the toothed disc is a plane, the outer circumferential surfaces of the toothed discs at two ends of the plane are provided with pre-tightening devices, and the bottom of the plane is provided with a counterweight frame through a plurality of bolts.

The test is convenient, and the verification efficiency is high.

The belt wheel supporting device 7 comprises a driving wheel and a tensioning wheel which are matched with the toothed belt 9.
A torque sensor 5 is mounted on the output shaft of the motor 4.
The lower bottom surface of the toothed disc 3 is a plane, the outer circumferential surfaces of the toothed discs 3 at two ends of the plane are provided with a pre-tightening device 12, and the bottom of the plane is provided with a counterweight frame 10 through a plurality of bolts.
The toothed disc 3 is provided with a plurality of round holes. Has better heat dissipation effect.
The main working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, the experimental toothed belt 9 passes through a driving wheel and a tensioning wheel in the belt wheel supporting device 7, and the toothed belt 9 is fixedly locked through the pre-tightening device 12.
And secondly, adding a counterweight, wherein the counterweight can be modified at any time according to experimental torque data.
And thirdly, starting the motor 4, driving the toothed belt 9 to rotate through torque sensing, 5 and the speed reducer 6, stopping rotating 160 degrees rightwards when rotating 80 degrees leftwards, performing reciprocating motion like a pendulum clock within 160 degrees all the time, verifying the fatigue state and the service life of the toothed belt 9 through adding a counterweight and running time, and transmitting data to a screen of the control cabinet 13 through the torque sensor in real time so as to adjust the torque at any time.
The test is convenient and the reliability is good.
