The invention provides a positioning device used in the lamp tube processing process, which belongs to the field of lamp tube processing devices and is used for positioning in the lamp tube processing process, and comprises a body, wherein one end of the body is a positioning hole, and a chuck hole is processed on the body at one side opposite to the positioning hole; the body is also provided with an air cylinder which is connected with the guide rod; the inner surface of the chuck hole is embedded with a lining ring, the bottom of the chuck hole is provided with a positioning disc body, the positioning disc body is overlapped with the central axis of the chuck hole, the central axis of the positioning disc body is provided with a processing hole, and the periphery of the processing hole is uniformly provided with three clamping claws hinged with the positioning disc body; the claw is meshed with the inner tooth of the transmission gear ring, and the outer tooth of the transmission gear ring is meshed with the rack structure on the guide rod; the driving ring body is positioned in the lining ring. Background
In the processing process of the lamp tube, the lamp tube in the processing process needs to be accurately positioned so as to be convenient for the operations of introducing protective gas, putting in filaments and the like. However, in the actual operation process, because of the problem of positioning the lamp tube, the phenomena of inaccurate positioning of the lamp tube, collision between the lamp filament, the protective gas inlet pipeline and the like and the lamp tube shell and the like often occur.

The invention aims to provide a positioning device used in the lamp tube processing process, which can realize the accurate positioning of a lamp tube shell and improve the processing qualification rate of the lamp tube.

The positioning device for the lamp tube processing process comprises a body, wherein one end of the body is a positioning hole, and a chuck hole is processed on the body at one side opposite to the positioning hole; the body is also provided with an air cylinder which is connected with the guide rod; the inner surface of the chuck hole is embedded with a lining ring, the bottom of the chuck hole is provided with a positioning disc body, the positioning disc body is overlapped with the central axis of the chuck hole, the central axis of the positioning disc body is provided with a processing hole, and the periphery of the processing hole is uniformly provided with three clamping claws hinged with the positioning disc body; the claw is meshed with the inner tooth of the transmission gear ring, and the outer tooth of the transmission gear ring is meshed with the rack structure on the guide rod; the driving ring body is positioned in the lining ring.
Further, the positioning disc body comprises an outer ring part and a positioning part, and a cooling part of a sealing structure is formed between the outer ring part and the positioning part through a plate body; the cooling part is provided with a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe.
Further, the outer ring part is provided with a plurality of arc holes, and the outer ring part is connected with the body through the arc holes and the fastening screws.
Furthermore, the upper side and the lower side of the guide rod are provided with limit strips.
Further, the number of the positioning holes is 3, and the positioning holes are distributed on the body in a triangular shape.

Example 1: a positioning device used in the lamp tube processing process comprises a body 1, wherein one end of the body 1 is provided with a positioning hole 2, and a chuck hole 5 is processed on the body 1 at one side opposite to the positioning hole 2; the body 1 is also provided with an air cylinder 18, and the air cylinder 18 is connected with the guide rod 3; the inner surface of the chuck hole 5 is embedded with an inner liner 4, the bottom of the chuck hole 5 is provided with a positioning disc body 10, the positioning disc body 10 is coincident with the central axis of the chuck hole 5, a processing hole 9 is formed in the central axis of the positioning disc body 10, and three clamping claws 8 hinged to the positioning disc body 10 are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the processing hole 9; the claw 8 is meshed with the inner tooth of the transmission gear ring 16, and the outer tooth of the transmission gear ring 16 is meshed with the rack structure 17 on the guide rod 3; the transmission gear ring 16 is positioned in the inner lining ring 4. The positioning disk body 10 comprises an outer ring part 10 and a positioning part 13, and a cooling part 12 of a sealing structure is formed between the outer ring part 10 and the positioning part 13 through a plate body 14; the cooling part 12 is provided with a liquid inlet pipe 7 and a liquid outlet pipe 6. The outer ring part 10 is provided with a plurality of arc holes 11, and the outer ring part 10 is connected with the body 1 through the arc holes 11 and the fastening screws. And limit strips 15 are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the guide rod 3. The number of the positioning holes 2 is 3, and the positioning holes are distributed on the body 1 in a triangular shape.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present invention, the body 1 has an irregular polygonal structure, and three positioning holes 2 distributed in a triangle shape are machined at one end of the body, and the positioning holes 2 with the triangle structure can ensure the stability of the structure in the use process, and the horizontal position deviation can not occur. A chuck hole 5 for positioning the disk body 10 is installed at the bottom of the body 1 at one end opposite to the positioning hole 2. The inner surface of the chuck hole 5 is an inner ring 4. In the direction shown in fig. 3, the left side of the lining ring 4 is provided with a notch which is the same as the through hole provided with the guide rod 3, and can meet the engagement of the rack part on the guide rod 3 with the transmission gear ring 16 in the chuck hole 5. For ease of understanding, the structure of the inner liner 4 is illustrated in fig. 4.
Specifically, a movable guide rod 3 is installed in the body 1, and the guide rod 3 is connected with the air cylinder 18 and moves under the driving of the air cylinder 18. The guide rod 3 is of a cylindrical structure, and limit strips 15 are machined at the upper end and the lower end of the cylindrical structure, and the limit strips 15 can ensure the accuracy of the displacement of the guide rod 3, so that a rack structure 17 on the guide rod 3 can be meshed with external teeth of the transmission gear ring 16.
The guide rod 3 can be extended and retracted into the body 1 under the driving of the cylinder 18, and the rotation of the transmission gear ring 16 is realized during the extension and retraction. The transmission gear ring 16 can drive the claw 8 engaged with it via the internal teeth. The number of the clamping claws 8 is 3, the clamping claws 8 are distributed on the cooling part 12 of the positioning disk body 10 and can rotate under the drive of the transmission gear ring 16, and the free ends of the three clamping claws 8 are close to the central axis of the positioning disk body 10 so as to clamp the bottom of the lamp tube.
In the above paragraph, it is mentioned that the claws 8 are distributed around the periphery of the processing hole 9, the processing hole 9 is located on the center axis of the positioning plate body 10, as shown in fig. 2, the claws 8 are hinged to the positioning portions 13, and the claws 8 can rotate around the hinge portions. Because sintering is required in the processing process of the lamp tube, and protective gas is introduced in the sintering operation to perform thermal protection, oxidation in the sintering process is avoided, the positioning disc body 10 further comprises a cooling part 12, and the purpose of the cooling part 12 is to reduce the temperature of the positioning device in the heating process of the lamp tube and ensure the positioning accuracy in the processing process. The cooling part 12 realizes the flow of cooling liquid through the liquid inlet pipe 7 and the liquid outlet pipe 6, and increases the cooling effect.

Positioning device for lamp tube processing, comprising a body (1), characterized in that: one end of the body (1) is a positioning hole (2), and a chuck hole (5) is processed on the body (1) at one side opposite to the positioning hole (2); an air cylinder (18) is further arranged on the body (1), and the air cylinder (18) is connected with the guide rod (3); the inner surface of the chuck hole (5) is embedded with an inner lining ring (4), the bottom of the chuck hole (5) is provided with a positioning disc body (10), the positioning disc body (10) coincides with the central axis of the chuck hole (5), a processing hole (9) is formed in the central axis of the positioning disc body (10), and three clamping claws (8) hinged to the positioning disc body (10) are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the processing hole (9); the clamping jaw (8) is meshed with the inner tooth of the transmission gear ring (16), and the outer tooth of the transmission gear ring (16) is meshed with the rack structure (17) on the guide rod (3); the transmission gear ring (16) is positioned in the inner lining ring (4); the positioning disc body (10) comprises an outer ring part and a positioning part (13), and a cooling part (12) of a sealing structure is formed between the outer ring part and the positioning part (13) through a plate body (14); the cooling part (12) is provided with a liquid inlet pipe (7) and a liquid outlet pipe (6); the outer ring part is provided with a plurality of arc holes (11), and the outer ring part is connected with the body (1) through the arc holes (11) and the fastening screws; limiting strips (15) are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the guide rod (3).
