Background
The feeding structure of the pattern sewing machine generally comprises an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate for pressing cloth and a lifting pressing arm for controlling the upper pressing plate to press the cloth, and a feeding transmission mechanism for driving the cloth to move in the X coordinate direction and the Y coordinate direction of the workbench surface is arranged in the sewing machine seat. The invention aims at the problem that the installation position of a presser foot for clamping a sewing material in a three-dimensional feeding sewing machine cannot be adjusted quickly and consistently, and provides the three-dimensional feeding sewing machine which can realize linkage of the sewing material clamping devices on the left side and the right side, so that when the position of one of the sewing material clamping devices is adjusted, the position of the other sewing material clamping device can be adjusted synchronously, and the position centering of the two sewing material clamping devices is ensured.

A rotatable adjusting gear 41 is provided in the middle of the arc-shaped bracket 4a, and the left and right slide carriages 6 are respectively provided with rack portions 6a which are engaged with the upper and lower sides of the adjusting gear 41.
The rack portions 6a of the left and right slide carriages 6 are disposed with their tooth surfaces facing each other, and the adjusting gear 41 is located between the two rack portions 6a.
The arc guiding structure is an arc groove, and the sliding seat 6 is arranged in the arc groove of the arc bracket 4a in a sliding way. The slide seat 6 is provided with a fastener connected with the arc-shaped bracket 4a, when the position of the slide seat 6 needs to be adjusted, the fastener is only required to be loosened to push one side of the slide seat 6 to slide, and the other side of the slide seat 6 also correspondingly slides under the driving of the adjusting gear 41.

The rotary feeding motor 5 receives a driving signal of a feeding control module in the sewing machine control system and drives the three-dimensional sewing material to feed and rotate around a rotary central shaft 4b of the feeding bracket 4 by taking a stitch length as a unit, so that three-dimensional feeding taking the rotary central shaft 4b as a center is realized.
The rotary feeding motor 5 can be a stepping motor or a servo motor, and the rotary feeding motor 5 drives the feeding bracket 4 and the sewing material clamping device to rotate around the rotary central shaft 4b together under the control of the sewing control system, so that rotary feeding perpendicular to the Y coordinate direction is realized.
The feed base 3 has a first mounting plate 3a arranged vertically. The feeding bracket 4 is mounted on the first mounting plate 3a through a rotation center shaft 4b, and the rotation feeding motor 5 is fixed to the back side of the first mounting plate 3a.
The first mounting plate 3a is provided with a first transmission gear 42 connected with the rotation center shaft 4b, and a driving gear meshed with the first transmission gear 42 is connected with a power output shaft of the rotary feeding motor 5.
The rotation center shaft 4b is connected with a sensing piece 43 for detecting the rotation position of the feeding bracket 4, and the sensing piece 43 is coupled with a sensor 44 on the feeding base 3. The sewing control system can judge whether the feeding bracket 4 returns to the original position according to the detection signal of the sensor 44.
The stitching clamping device comprises a pressing cylinder 7 rotatably arranged on the sliding seat 6, and a driving rod of the pressing cylinder 7 is connected with a first pressing frame 71 which can rotate on the sliding seat 6. The first material pressing frame 71 is rotatably arranged on the sliding seat 6 through a pin shaft, and a driving rod of the material pressing cylinder 7 can drive the first material pressing frame 71 to rotate around the pin shaft, so that the first material pressing frame 71 is used for fixing the stitching materials.

The feeding base 3 is slidably disposed on the Y-direction guide rail 32, and the Y-direction transmission mechanism is a synchronous belt transmission mechanism, which converts the driving force of the Y-direction motor 31 into linear motion of the feeding base 3.
The Y-direction feeding mechanism is independently arranged outside the sewing machine seat 2, so that the volume of the sewing machine seat 2 can be reduced. . The Y-direction motor 31 is a stepping motor and is controlled by a sewing control system. The feeding support 4 moves along with the feeding base 3 in the Y-coordinate direction to realize feeding in the Y-coordinate direction.
