Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a method for pushing insurance products.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of an insurance product pushing method according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the insurance product pushing method includes:
step S10, obtaining area information of a user travel area, comparing the area information with each preset geographic factor group, and generating a matching rate of the area information and each preset geographic factor group;
the insurance product pushing method is applied to the pushing server and is suitable for a financial institution to push insurance products to users according to the regional geographic characteristics of the user traveling region. The travel area is a geographical area reached by the action track of the user, such as a parking lot, an airport, a mall, a school, a hospital, a tourist attraction and the like. Different geographic areas have different geographic features, and users traveling to geographic areas having different geographic features also have different features. Thus, the characteristics of the user can be reflected according to the geographical characteristics of the travel area, and the insurance product which is suitable for the characteristics of the user can be determined. If the user traveling area is a parking lot, indicating that the user has a vehicle, and recommending insurance related to the vehicle to the user; and when the user travel area is a certain hiking route, the user is indicated to have hiking activities, and accidents and the like can be recommended to the user. In this embodiment, the geographic features of the geographic area are used as geographic factors, and a plurality of associated geographic factors form preset geographic factor groups, each preset geographic factor group corresponds to a unique insurance product, and characteristics of the insurance products are reflected through the preset geographic factor groups to represent insurance products applicable to the user traveling to the area with the geographic features of the preset geographic factor groups. If the geographic factors S city and the airport form a preset geographic factor group, and the insurance product corresponding to the preset geographic factor group is SS, the SS is characterized by being suitable for users with the travel area S city airport. Considering that the characteristics of the user travel area are not completely consistent with the geographical characteristics represented by each preset geographical factor group, and the characteristics represented by the two geographical factor groups are different for different preset geographical factor groups. The preset geographic factor group with the most characteristics of the user travel area is required to be determined from the preset geographic factor groups so as to more accurately determine the insurance products corresponding to the characteristics of the user travel area.
Specifically, the area information of the travel area where the user is located is obtained, and the area information is characteristic information representing the travel area and can include geographic positions, area attributes and area characteristics. The geographic position is used for representing the position of the travel area and can be represented by longitude and latitude information; the regional attribute characterizes the use of the travel region, such as parking lots, hospitals, schools, scenic spots and the like; the regional characteristics characterize characteristics of the travel region, such as the flow of people, the type of historical accidents, the occurrence rate of various types of historical accidents and the like. The geographic factors contained in the corresponding preset geographic factor groups also reflect the geographic positions, the regional attributes, the regional features and the like; after the regional information of the user traveling region is obtained, comparing the regional information with each preset geographic factor group, determining the number of the same features of each preset geographic factor group and the regional information, and generating the matching rate of the regional information and each preset geographic factor group according to the number of the same features; and determining a preset geographic factor group with the most characteristics with the user travel area through each matching rate. In addition, the user travel area can be the area where the user is currently located, and also can be the area where the user determines to travel in future time, and the two travel area conditions need to acquire area information to be compared with each preset geographic factor group to generate a matching rate.
Step S20, determining a target geographic factor group matched with the region information according to the magnitude relation of the matching rates;
it is understood that, because the geographic factors of the preset geographic factor groups are different, the number of the same features of the preset geographic factor groups and the region information is different, that is, the generated matching rate is also different. The larger the matching rate is, the more the quantity of the same features of the preset geographic factor group and the region information is, the more the geographic features represented by the preset geographic factor group are similar to the feature information of the user travel region, and the insurance product corresponding to the preset geographic factor group is also applicable to the travel region. In order to determine a preset geographic factor group with the most characteristic quantity as that of the regional information, determining the magnitude relation of each matching rate; according to the magnitude relation of each matching rate, determining a target geographic factor group matched with the region information, wherein the specific steps comprise:
comparing the numerical values of the matching rates, determining a target matching rate with the largest numerical value, determining a preset geographic factor group corresponding to the target matching rate, and determining the corresponding preset geographic factor group as a target geographic factor group matched with the region information.
The matching rate is the matching degree of the region information and each preset geographic factor group in a numerical form, when the size relation of each matching rate is determined, one matching rate is taken out and is compared with other matching rates in sequence, and the size relation is determined. When a certain matching rate is larger than the extracted matching rate in other matching rates, the extracted matching rate is judged to be a non-maximum value, the next matching rate is extracted for comparison until the extracted matching rate is larger than the other matching rates, the extracted matching rate is determined to be the matching rate with the maximum value, and meanwhile, the matching rate with the maximum value is taken as the target matching rate. Because the matching rates are generated by comparing the region information with each preset geographic factor group, after the target matching rate is determined, the preset geographic factor group corresponding to the target matching rate can be determined. Specifically, a group identifier representing the uniqueness of each group can be allocated to each preset geographic factor group, and when the area information is compared with the preset geographic factor groups to generate a matching rate, the matching rate carries the group identifier consistent with the preset geographic factor groups to represent the preset geographic factor groups from which the matching rate is derived. After the target matching rate is determined, a corresponding preset geographic factor group can be determined according to the group identifier carried by the target matching rate, and the preset geographic factor group is determined to be the target geographic factor group matched with the region information.
Step S30, determining a target insurance product corresponding to the target geographic factor group according to the mapping relation between each preset geographic factor group and the insurance product, and pushing the target insurance product to a terminal associated with a user.
Further, each preset geographic factor group in the preset geographic factor groups corresponds to a unique insurance product, so that the target geographic factor group matched with the area information also corresponds to a certain insurance product. In the embodiment, a mapping relation is established between a preset geographic factor group and an insurance product to represent a corresponding relation between the preset geographic factor group and the insurance product, and after the target geographic factor group is determined, a target insurance product corresponding to the target geographic factor group can be determined according to the mapping relation. The mapping relation can be realized by a form of identification mapping or a form of key value pair (key_value). When the identification mapping is realized, the same identifiers are allocated to each preset geographic factor group and the corresponding insurance products, and after the target geographic factor group is determined, the corresponding insurance products can be determined according to the identifiers carried by the target geographic factor group. When the mapping relation is realized through the key value pair, each preset geographic factor group is used as a key, the corresponding insurance product is used as a value, and the key value pair is formed between the corresponding insurance product and the key value; after determining the target set of geographic factors as a key, an insurance product corresponding to the target set of geographic factors may be determined based on the value corresponding to the key. And pushing the corresponding insurance product serving as a target insurance product to a terminal associated with the user, wherein the terminal associated with the user is a terminal registered by the user based on the user identity information. The pushing mode can be used for pushing the short message by establishing connection with a telephone operator, and can also be used for pushing the short message by establishing connection with an instant messaging server through an instant messaging app. The pushed target insurance product is determined by the maximum matching rate, can be matched with the geographic characteristics of the user travel area to the greatest extent, and the geographic characteristics reflect the user characteristics, so that the pushed insurance product is matched with the user characteristics to the greatest extent, and the user requirements are met.
According to the insurance product pushing method, the area information of the user traveling area is obtained, the obtained area information is compared with each preset geographic factor group, and the matching rate of the area information and each preset geographic factor group is generated; determining a target geographic factor group matched with the region information according to the magnitude relation of each matching rate; and then, according to the mapping relation between each preset geographic factor group and the insurance product, determining a target insurance product corresponding to the target geographic factor group, and pushing the corresponding target insurance product to the terminal associated with the user. According to the scheme, a target insurance product is determined according to the size relation between the area information of the user travel area and the matching rate of each preset geographic factor group and the mapping relation between each preset geographic factor group and the insurance product, and the pushing of the insurance product is realized by combining the area information of the user travel area. The user characteristics can be reflected by the regional information of the travel region, so that the insurance product which is suitable for the user characteristics is determined according to the user characteristics reflected by the regional information of the travel region, the user requirements can be better met, and the pushing is more accurate.
Further, in another embodiment of the insurance product pushing method of the present invention, the step of comparing the area information with each preset geographic factor group, and generating a matching rate of the area information with each preset geographic factor group includes:
step S11, the region information and each preset geographic factor group are respectively transmitted into a preset formula, and variables corresponding to the region information and each preset geographic factor group in the preset formula are replaced;
in order to compare the region information with each preset geographic factor group, each matching rate is generated, a preset formula is preset, and the region information and the preset geographic factor groups are transmitted into the preset formula during comparison, and the variables in the preset formula are replaced. Because the region information and the preset geographic factor group relate to two different values, the preset formula also comprises two variables corresponding to the region information and the preset geographic factor group respectively; and the two variables are distinguished through the label, so that the regional information is replaced by the variable corresponding to the regional information according to the label, and the preset geographic factor group is replaced by the variable corresponding to the geographic factor group.
Step S12, comparing the input region information with each preset geographic factor group based on the preset formula, and generating a matching rate of the region information and each preset geographic factor group, where the preset formula is:
Wherein P represents the matching rate; a represents a set formed by regional information, B represents a set formed by elements in preset geographic factor groups, i represents group serial numbers of the preset geographic factor groups, and the values are 1 and 2.
Further, after the replacement operation is performed on the preset formula, the area information and each preset geographic factor group are compared based on the preset formula. Specifically, all the area information of the user traveling area is formed into a set A, all the elements (i.e. the geographic factors) in the preset geographic factor group are formed into a set B, the set A and the set B are intersected, and the number obtained after intersection is calculated, wherein the obtained number represents the number of the same characteristics of the area information and the preset geographic factor group. And then, the number obtained by taking the intersection sets is made with the number of the elements in the set B to determine the proportion of the same features of the two elements in the set B, wherein the higher the proportion is, the more the same features are, and the proportion value is the matching rate of the region information and the preset geographic factor group. For different preset geographic factor groups, different values of the letter i are used for distinguishing, wherein the first group i=1, the second group i=2 and the like; and until all the preset geographic factor groups are compared with the regional information, generating the matching rate.
Further, in another embodiment of the insurance product pushing method of the present invention, the step of obtaining the area information of the user travel area includes:
step S13, establishing communication connection with a third party server, and sending a request to the third party server to determine a travel area of a user;
understandably, the area information is related to the user travel area, and different travel areas have different area information, and the travel area of the user needs to be determined before the area information is acquired. The user travel area comprises two aspects of an area where the user is currently located and an area to be traveled in the future, so that when the travel area of the user is determined, the area where the user is currently located can be determined through a third party positioning service, and the area to be traveled in the future can be determined through a third party travel service. The server providing the third party positioning service or the third party travel service is used as a third party server, particularly a travel record server, and the current area of the user can be determined through real-time positioning; the area to be travelled by the user in the future can also be determined according to the preset information of the user on the travel preset server, wherein the preset information comprises the information of destinations to be travelled by the user, such as preset train tickets, airplane tickets, travel groups and the like. Specifically, a communication connection is established with the third party server through an interface calling mode, and after the connection is established, the push server can communicate with the third party server. And then sending a request to a third-party server to request to acquire the positioning information or the preset information of the user, returning the positioning information or the preset information of the user to a push server after the third-party server receives the request, and determining the travel area of the user by the push server according to the information. The user characterized by the transmitted request can be a specific user or a random user; namely, the pushing server sends a request to a third party server aiming at a specific user so as to request to acquire the positioning information or the preset information of the specific user; or the pushing server does not send a request to a specific user, the third party server returns the user positioning information or the preset information in a certain time to the pushing server after receiving the request, and the server determines the travel area of each user according to the positioning information or the preset information of each user so as to respectively recommend the insurance products to each user.
Step S14, calling a preset area information base, and acquiring area information corresponding to the travel area from the preset area information base.
Further, since the geographical features of the travel areas are different, that is, the area information of the travel area is different, after determining the travel area of the user, the area information corresponding to the travel area needs to be acquired. Specifically, the implementation is preset with a preset area information base, wherein the preset area information base comprises a plurality of areas and combinations of information corresponding to the areas; such as a combination of the area a and the information a corresponding to a, i.e., [ a-a ], such as a combination of the area B and the information B corresponding to B, i.e., [ B-a ], wherein the information a, B includes a plurality of area information characterizing the area A, B. After determining the travel area of the user, acquiring area information corresponding to the travel area from a preset area information base according to the combination relation of the area and the information in the preset area information base. If the determined travel area is the area B, determining the information B corresponding to the area B according to the combination relation in the preset area information base, and reading the information B as area information to acquire the area information corresponding to the travel area. Furthermore, the area on which the user travels can be a daily public area or an occasional playing area; common areas in daily life include parking lots, schools, hospitals, etc., and play areas include scenic spot areas, hiking routes, etc. The daily public area can be a public area where the user lives or works, such as a parking lot of a residential district; it may also be an occasional access area such as a parking lot in front of a dining restaurant. For the path region, if a preset region information base is directly called, obtaining region information corresponding to the path region from the preset region information base to reflect the user characteristics; pushing insurance products to the user may result in inaccurate results being pushed. As described above, the travel area of the user is a parking lot in front of the dining hall, and if the user determines that a vehicle is present and pushes the vehicle insurance to the user, the pushing result will be inaccurate. Therefore, whether the travel area is a daily public area or a play area needs to be distinguished, and a preset area information base is called according to the difference of the daily public area and the play area. Specifically, the step of presetting the travel area into a first preset area and a second preset area, wherein the first preset area corresponds to a daily public area, the second preset area corresponds to a play area, calling a preset area information base, and acquiring area information corresponding to the travel area from the preset area information base comprises the following steps:
Step S141, counting the travel frequency of a user traveling in a preset time in the first preset area when the travel area is the first preset area;
when the travel area is determined to be a first preset area through the positioning information or the preset information returned by the third party server, judging whether the first preset area is a daily public area or a route area of the user. The daily public area of travel has regularity, such as going to a parking lot of a company from monday to friday, and the travel route area is an accidental event. The travel frequency of the user in the first preset area is counted, and the preset time with a proper range is preset, such as one week or ten days; counting is carried out within preset time to prevent that the data volume is large due to overlong time or the counting result is inaccurate due to overlong time, and the specific preset time length can be determined through experiments. The travel frequency of the user traveling the first preset area in the preset time characterizes the times of the user traveling the first preset area in the preset time, and the more the times are, the more accurate the user characteristics reflected by the area information of the first preset area are.
Step S142, when the travel frequency of the user traveling the first preset area in the preset time is greater than a preset value, invoking the preset area information base to acquire the area information of the user traveling area;
Further, the more times the user travels the first preset area, the more accurate the user characteristics are represented by the area information of the first preset area. In order to show the number of times, a preset value is preset, and the travel frequency of the user in a first preset area in a preset time is compared with the preset value. When the travel frequency is larger than the preset value, the first preset area is judged to be larger in the number of times of travel of the user, and the first preset area can be judged to be a daily public area of the user instead of a path area. And when the travel frequency is not greater than the preset value, the first preset area of the user is judged to be not frequent, and the first preset area cannot be judged to be a daily public area of the user, but can be a path area. When the frequency is larger than a preset value, and the first preset area is a daily public area of the user, calling a preset area information base, and acquiring area information of a user travel area from the preset area information base.
And step S143, when the travel area is the second preset area, determining travel time, and calling the preset area information base to acquire the area information of the user travel area corresponding to the travel time.
Further, when the positioning information or the predetermined information returned by the third party server is used, the travel area is determined to be a second preset area, such as a mountain or a hiking route. Considering that such second preset areas have different geographical risks over time, such as a certain hiking has a risk of debris flow in summer and a risk of freezing in winter. Aiming at different geographic risks, different information combinations are set for the same area by a preset area information base, so that the area information representing the travel area is more accurate. Distinguishing between different combinations by time tags; as for the second preset area D, summer is combined with the information D1 and winter is combined with the information D2. When the travel area is determined to be a second preset area, determining travel time through positioning information or preset information returned by the third-party server, taking the travel time as a time tag, calling a preset area information base, and acquiring area information of a user travel area corresponding to the travel time. For the second preset area D, the determined travel time "summer" is taken as a time tag, and the information D1 in the preset area information base is determined as the area information of the user travel area.
Further, in another embodiment of the insurance product pushing method of the present invention, the step of determining a target insurance product corresponding to the target geographic factor group and pushing the target insurance product to the terminal associated with the user includes:
step S31, after determining a target insurance product corresponding to the target geographic factor group, acquiring user information and user reference information of other users in the travel area;
understandably, the target insurance product determined according to the maximum matching rate of the area information of the travel area and each preset geographic factor group may not meet the requirements of all users. As for male and female users with the same travel area, the determined target insurance product may not meet the requirements of both. After determining the target insurance product corresponding to the target geographic factor group, the embodiment also obtains the user information and the user reference information of other users in the travel area, wherein the obtaining mode can be big data obtaining or calling a third party server interface to obtain. The acquired user information includes user gender, age, work type, asset status, marital status, etc.; the user reference information is user information of other users in the travel area, including gender, age, work type, asset condition, marital status, purchased insurance product type and the like. Because the travel area of the user is the same as that of other users, certain information of the user and the other users can be the same, for example, the users in the same parking lot can live in the same cell or work in the same place; the more the user reference information and the same item of the user information are, the more likely the user reference information and the user information have the purchase requirement on the same insurance product, so that the target insurance product can be accurately determined according to the user information and the user reference information, and the user requirement is met.
And step S32, updating the target insurance product according to the user information and the user reference information, and pushing the updated target insurance product to a terminal associated with a user.
Further, after the user information and the user reference information of other users are obtained, the user information is compared with the user reference information, the user reference information with the highest similarity with the user information is determined, and the purchased insurance product type in the user reference information is read.
