Description

Speaker device, headphone with speaker device and sounding method thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a speaker, and more particularly, to a speaker, a headphone with the speaker, and a method for producing sound.
Background
Headphones, such as headphones, are currently common sound conversion apparatuses capable of converting an audio signal into sound, wherein the headphones include a wearing device and sound emitting devices symmetrically disposed at both ends of the wearing device. The sound emitting device typically includes at least one speaker, wherein the speaker is capable of vibrationally emitting sound in response to input of an audio signal to assist a user in listening to the sound effects. Specifically, when the user wears the headphone, the speaker is held at a near-ear position of the user, and the sound emitting surface of the speaker is directed toward the ear of the user, and when the speaker responds to the input of the audio signal, the diaphragm of the speaker excites air to emit sound in such a manner as to be driven to vibrate, so that the speaker needs to vibrate at the ear of the user to be able to emit sound. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the lower the sound emitted by the loudspeaker, the greater the amplitude of the vibration produced by the diaphragm of the loudspeaker, and the greater the amplitude of the vibration produced by the diaphragm of the loudspeaker, the more likely it is to cause discomfort to the user's ear and, in severe cases, injury to the user's ear. However, if the amplitude of the diaphragm of the speaker is small, the speaker cannot produce satisfactory low-frequency sound effects.

In addition, it is understood that the speaker frequency is in the low frequency (bass) range from 20Hz to 200Hz, in the medium frequency (midrange) range from 200Hz to 4,000Hz, and in the high frequency (treble) range from 4,000Hz to 20,000 Hz. It is worth mentioning that hertz (Hz) is a standard unit of frequency, equal to one cycle per second. For example, 1 hertz (Hz) represents one cycle per second, 20 hertz represents 20 cycles per second, and so on.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 of the drawings, a headphone according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and described in the following description, wherein the headphone comprises at least one speaker device 10 and at least one wearing support device 20, wherein each speaker device 10 is respectively disposed on the wearing support device 20, and each speaker device 10 is respectively provided with a sound cavity 200. Each of the speaker devices 10 can be respectively corresponding to each ear of the user in such a manner as to be held at a near-ear position of the user when the user wears the headphone on the head, and each ear hole of the user is respectively directly corresponding to the sound cavity 200 of each of the speaker devices 10, so that sound effects can be respectively provided at the near-ear position of the user in response to input of an audio signal by each of the speaker devices 10.
It should be noted that although in this particular example of the headset shown in fig. 1 to 4, the headset includes two speakers 10 and one wearing support device 20, and each speaker 10 is symmetrically disposed at both ends of the wearing support device 20, respectively, to disclose and describe the contents and features of the headset of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that in other examples of the headset of the present invention, the headset may include more speakers 10 or more wearing support devices 20.
It is also worth mentioning that the two speaker devices 10 of the headset of the present invention have the same structure, so that the two speaker devices 10 can provide an even and consistent sound effect at each ear of the user, respectively. Accordingly, in order to more conveniently disclose and understand the headphones of the present invention, only the contents and features of one of the speaker devices 10 are disclosed in the following description.
Specifically, the speaker device 10 includes at least one mid-woofer 12, a support frame 13, and at least one mid-bass passive vibrator 15, wherein the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 are respectively disposed on the support frame 13, and a vibration cavity 100 and the sound cavity 200 are formed among the mid-woofer 12, the mid-bass passive vibrator 15, and the support frame 13, wherein the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 share the vibration cavity 100. When the mid-woofer 12 vibrates in response to the input of an audio signal, the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 is capable of vibrating in response to the vibration of the mid-woofer 12 to generate an auxiliary sound effect, thereby enhancing the mid-bass sound effect of the headphone. Preferably, in this specific example of the headset shown in fig. 1 to 4, the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 are disposed adjacent to each other in the support frame 13.
First, by the way in which the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 vibrates in response to the vibrations of the mid-bass horn 12 to enhance the mid-bass sound effect of the headset, the power and size requirements of the mid-bass horn 12 can be reduced, thereby enabling the headset to also help the user to hear better mid-bass sound effects. More importantly, when the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 vibrates in response to the vibrations of the mid-bass horn 12, vibrations generated by the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 and the mid-bass horn 12 respectively can cancel each other out, so that when the mid-bass horn 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 sound, the occurrence of a bad phenomenon of vibration of the speaker device 10 can be reduced or even avoided, because the headset allows the user to wear it on the head, and the speaker device 10 is held in the near-ear position of the user in direct contact with the user's ears, thereby improving the comfort of the user when listening to the sound using the headset by reducing or even avoiding the bad phenomenon of vibration of the speaker device 10.
Preferably, the mid-woofer 12 is disposed at an inclined angle to the support frame 13, wherein the support frame 13 is held at an end of the wearing support device 20. When the user wears the headset on the head through the wearing support device 20, the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 are respectively held at the near-ear positions of the user, at which time the ear holes of the user correspond to the sound cavities 200, and the sound emitting surfaces of the mid-woofers 12 are directed toward the ear holes of the user. That is, when the user wears the headphone, the central axis of the mid woofer 12 is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane so that the sound emitting surface of the mid woofer 12 is directed toward the ear hole of the user, so that when the mid woofer 12 generates a sound wave in response to input of an audio signal, the sound wave can be directly propagated to the ear hole of the user via the sound chamber 200 and along the auricle of the user, in such a manner that the user can hear a better sound effect.
More preferably, the central axis of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 and the central axis of the mid-bass horn 12 are parallel to each other, so that when the user wears the headphones while holding the speaker device 100 in the near-ear position of the user, the sound-producing surface of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 is also directed toward the ear hole of the user, so that when the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 produces auxiliary sound waves in response to the vibrations of the mid-bass horn 12, the sound waves can be directly propagated to the ear hole of the user via the sound chamber 200 and along the auricle of the user, in such a manner that the user can hear better mid-bass sound effects.
That is, referring to fig. 3, in this specific example of the headphone of the present invention, the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 and the mid-bass horn 12 are each disposed adjacent to each other at the support frame 13 in such a manner as to be inclined at the inclination angle.
It should be noted that the manner in which the support frame 13 is held at the end of the wearing support device 20 is not limited in the headphone of the present invention, and for example, the support frame 13 may be held at the end of the wearing support device 20 in such a manner as to be directly provided at the end of the wearing support device 20. Whereas in this particular example of the headset shown in fig. 1 to 4, the speaker device 10 further comprises a speaker housing 14, wherein the support frame 13 is provided to the speaker housing 14, the speaker housing 14 being provided to the end of the wearing support device 20, in such a way that the support frame 13 can be held at the end of the wearing support device 20. Preferably, the speaker housing 14 is rotatably provided at an end of the wearing support device 20. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in other possible examples of the headset of the present invention, the speaker housing 14 may also be fixedly provided at the end of the wearing support device 20, for example, the speaker housing 14 may be integrally formed at the end of the wearing support device 20.
With further reference to fig. 1-4, the support frame 13 comprises an engagement horn 131, a housing engagement portion 132 and a rib 133, wherein the engagement horn 131 has a first ear-facing side 1310, the housing engagement portion 132 has a second ear-facing side 1320, wherein one side of the engagement horn 131 and one side of the rib 133 are interconnected, further portions of the engagement horn 131 and further portions of the rib 133 are interconnected, and the direction of extension of the first ear-facing side 1310 of the engagement horn 131 and the direction of extension of the second ear-facing side 1320 of the housing 132 have an angle. The mid woofer 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 are respectively provided to the joint horn portion 131 of the support frame 13 such that a central axis of the mid-woofer 12 and a central axis of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 respectively have an angle with an extending direction of the first ear-facing side 1310 of the joint horn portion 131. When the user wears the headphone, the second ear-facing side 1320 of the housing engagement portion 132 of the support frame 13 and the horizontal plane are perpendicular to each other, and at this time, the central axis of the mid-woofer 12 and the central axis of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 are inclined with respect to the horizontal plane so that the sound-emitting surface of the mid-woofer 12 and the sound-emitting surface of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 are directed toward the ear hole of the user, so that the sound waves generated by the mid-woofer 12 and the auxiliary sound waves generated by the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 can be directly transmitted to the ear hole of the user along the auricle of the user, whereby the speaker device 10 can provide a better sound effect at the near-ear position of the user.
Preferably, the direction of extension of the first ear-facing side 1310 of the engagement horn 131 and the second ear-facing side 1320 of the housing engagement 132 has two intersecting lines, and the two intersecting lines have one intersecting point.
The support frame 13 further includes a rear housing portion 135, wherein the rear housing portion 135 is disposed at the junction horn portion 131 to form the vibration chamber 100 among the rear housing portion 135, the junction horn portion 131, the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 so that the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 share the vibration chamber 100, such that when the mid-woofer 12 directly enters the ear cavity of the user through the sound chamber 200 and along the auricle of the user in response to the input of an audio signal, the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 is also capable of directly entering the ear cavity of the user through the sound chamber 200 and along the auricle of the user, thereby providing better mid-woofer sound effects at the near-ear position of the user by the speaker device 100.
Referring to fig. 4, the coupling horn 131 of the support frame 13 has a horn installation space 1300 and a passive vibrator installation space 1301, wherein the mid-woofer 12 is installed in the horn installation space 1300 of the coupling horn 131, and the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 is installed in the passive vibrator installation space 1301 of the coupling horn 131, so that the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 are respectively disposed in the coupling horn 131 of the support frame 13.
In addition, the support frame 13 has at least one ventilation channel 134, wherein the ventilation channel 134 is formed at the rib 133, and the ventilation channel 134 communicates with both sides of the support frame 13.
The speaker housing 14 further includes a back case 141, an upper case 142, and a buffer member 143, wherein the housing engagement portion 132 of the support frame 13 is disposed between the back case 141 and the upper case 142 such that the support frame 13 is disposed at the speaker housing 14, wherein the buffer member 143 is disposed at the upper case 142, and the buffer member 143 is directly contacted with the user's ear when the user wears the headset on the head, thereby facilitating improvement of comfort of the user wearing the headset. Further, the buffering element 143 has elasticity, and when the user wears the headphone on the head, the buffering element 143 is in direct contact with the user's ear to avoid discomfort of the mid-woofer 12 when vibrating to sound in response to input of an audio signal, thereby improving user's comfort when wearing the headphone. Preferably, the upper case 142 of the speaker housing 14 has at least one sound generation channel 1420 to allow sound waves generated by the mid-woofer 12 in response to input of an audio signal to radiate to the outside of the headphone via the sound generation channel 1420 of the upper case 142. Preferably, the structure of the upper case 142 for forming the sound channel 1420 has a predetermined texture to facilitate enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the headset.
The back case 141 has at least one opening 1410, the opening 1410 of the back case 141 can communicate with the sound generation channel 1420 of the upper case 142 via the ventilation channel 134 of the support frame 13, so that when the headset is worn on the head by a user, external sound can sequentially pass through the opening 1410 of the back case 141, the ventilation channel 134 of the support frame 13, and the sound generation channel 1420 of the upper case 142 into the ear hole of the user to allow the user to hear external sound, thereby facilitating improvement of safety of the user when listening to sound effects using the headset. That is, the headset of the present invention may be an open type headset that allows a user to listen to external sound effects while providing specific sound effects. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in other examples of the headset of the present invention, the back shell 141 of the speaker housing 14 of the headset may not be provided with the opening 1410, so that the headset forms a closed-type headset.
It should be noted that the shape of the support frame 13 is not limited in the headset of the present invention, for example, the outer shape of the support frame 13 may be elliptical, which can be matched with the ear of the user, so that the support frame 13 can hold the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 at the near-ear position of the user while ensuring comfort of the user when the headset is worn on the head of the user.
Referring to fig. 4, the mid woofer 12 includes a mid bass housing 121, a mid bass vibration unit 122, a mid bass voice coil 123, and a mid bass magnetic back unit 124, wherein the mid bass vibration unit 122 further includes a mid bass diaphragm 1221 and a mid bass suspension edge 1222, wherein the mid bass diaphragm 1221 is held in a central portion of the mid bass housing 121 in such a manner that the mid bass diaphragm 1221 and the mid bass housing 121 are coaxial, both sides of the mid bass suspension edge 1222 extend inward and outward to be connected to the mid bass diaphragm 1221 and the mid bass housing 121, respectively, one end portion of the mid bass voice coil 123 is disposed at the mid bass diaphragm 1221, and the other end portion of the mid bass voice coil 123 is coupled to the mid bass magnetic back unit 124. The mid-bass housing 121 of the mid-bass horn 12 is provided to the joint horn portion 131 of the support frame 13. When the mid woofer 12 responds to the input of the audio signal, the mid-bass magnetic return unit 124 generates a magnetic field to drive the mid-bass voice coil 123 to vibrate back and forth along the axial direction of the mid-bass horn 12, at this time, the mid-bass voice coil 123 drives the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 to vibrate back and forth along the axial direction of the mid-bass horn 12 synchronously, so as to blow air by the mid-bass diaphragm 1221, wherein the width dimension of the mid-bass suspension edge 1222 is wider, unlike the conventional horn, so that the mid-bass suspension edge 1222 of the mid-bass horn 12 blows air while restricting the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 to move back and forth along the axial direction of the mid-bass horn 12, that is, both the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 and the mid-bass suspension edge 1222 of the mid-bass horn 12 of the present invention can be driven to blow air, thereby making the mid-bass horn 12 of small size sound, which can also provide a good mid-bass effect, particularly suitable for the headset 12. Preferably, the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 of the mid-bass loudspeaker 12 is an inverted concave diaphragm to further enhance the mid-bass sound effect of the mid-bass loudspeaker 12.
The mid-bass housing 121 further comprises a mid-bass upper housing 1211 and a mid-bass lower housing 1212, wherein the inner side and the outer side of the mid-bass cantilever 1222 extend to be connected to the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 and the mid-bass upper housing 1211 of the mid-bass housing 121, respectively, wherein the mid-bass magnetic return unit 124 is disposed in the mid-bass lower housing 1212 of the mid-bass housing 121, wherein the mid-bass lower housing 1212 is mounted to the mid-bass upper housing 1211. In addition, the mid-bass housing 121 is provided to the joint horn 131 of the support frame 13 such that the mid-bass upper housing 1211 of the mid-bass housing 121 is mounted to the joint horn 131 of the support frame 13.
It is worth integrating that the installation manner between the mid-bass upper case 1211 and the mid-bass lower case 1212 of the mid-bass case 121 is not limited in the headphone of the present invention, for example, the mid-bass upper case 1211 and the mid-bass lower case 1212 of the mid-bass case 121 may be installed together in a manner of being embedded in, engaged with, glued to each other, or the like. Preferably, the mid-bass cantilever edge 1222 of the present invention is integrally formed between the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 and the mid-bass housing 121 in an insert injection process, in such a way that uniformity of the mid-bass vibration unit 122 at various positions can be ensured, thereby improving the sound quality of the mid-bass horn 12. And the headphone of the present invention integrally forms the mid-bass suspension edge 1222 at the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 and the mid-bass housing 121 in an insert injection process such that the mid-bass suspension edge 1222 can restrict the back and forth vibration of the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 to the axial direction of the mid-bass horn 12 even if the mid-bass suspension edge 1222 has a wide width dimension.
Specifically, in the process of manufacturing the mid-woofer 12, the mid-bass housing 121 and the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 are first placed in a molding die in such a manner that the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 and the mid-bass housing 121 are coaxial, and then the material for forming the mid-bass cantilever 1222 is added to the molding die in the form of fluid (liquid, solid particles, a mixture of liquid and solid particles, or the like) and is ensured to flow at least to the outer side edge of the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 and the inner side edge of the mid-bass housing 121. Preferably, the material added to the molding die may cover at least a portion of the upper surface of the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 and at least a portion of the upper surface of the mid-bass upper housing 1211 of the mid-bass housing 121. When the material is cured and a drawing process is performed on the molding die, the material forms at least the mid-bass cantilever edge 1222 held between the mid-bass upper shell 1211 of the mid-bass shell 121 and the mid-bass diaphragm 1221. Preferably, this material is used not only to form the mid-bass suspension edge 1222 but also to form a portion covering the upper surface of the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 and a portion covering the upper surface of the mid-bass upper shell 1211 of the mid-bass shell 121, in such a manner that the reliability and stability of the mid-bass horn can be enhanced.
More specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the mid-bass suspension edge 1222 further includes a central suspension edge portion 12221, a suspension edge body 12222, and a connection edge 12224 integrally formed, wherein the central suspension edge portion 12221 is integrally connected to the mid-bass diaphragm 1221, the connection edge 12224 is integrally connected to the mid-bass housing 121, the suspension edge body 12222 is held between the central suspension edge portion 12221 and the connection edge 12224, and the suspension edge body 12222 is wide in size, so that air is induced while the suspension edge body 12222 restricts the driven mid-bass diaphragm 1221 from vibrating back and forth in the axial direction of the mid-bass horn 12, thereby improving the mid-bass sound effect of the mid-bass horn 12. Preferably, the hanging side main body 12222 has a moderate thickness dimension, wherein the hanging side main body 12222 has a thickness dimension between 0.1mm and 0.35mm (including 0.1mm and 0.35 mm).
That is, the center-suspended-side portion 12221 of the mid-bass suspended-side 1222 may cover at least a portion of the surface of the mid-bass diaphragm 1221, and the connecting-side 12224 of the mid-bass suspended-side 1222 may cover at least a portion of the surface of the mid-bass upper housing 1211 of the mid-bass housing 121.
In the headphone of the present invention, the width dimension of the hanging edge main body 12222 of the mid-bass hanging edge 1222 of the mid-bass horn 12 of the headphone may be 3.0mm or more (including 3.0 mm), so that the mid-bass hanging edge 1222 of the mid-bass horn 12 can effectively blow air to sound, thereby improving the mid-low frequency sound effect of the mid-bass horn 12. Preferably, the width dimension of the hanging edge body 12222 of the mid-bass hanging edge 1222 of the mid-bass horn 12 ranges from 3.0mm to 10.0mm (including 3.0mm and 10.0 mm). It is worth mentioning that, in the headphone of the present invention, the width dimension of the hanging edge main body 12222 of the mid-bass hanging edge 1222 of the mid-bass horn 12 coincides with the distance between the inner side of the mid-bass housing 121 to the outer side of the mid-bass diaphragm 1221. In addition, the height dimension of the hanging edge body 12222 of the mid-bass hanging edge 1222 of the mid-bass horn 12 ranges from 1.0mm to 5.0mm (including 1.0mm and 5.0 mm). The outer diameter dimension of the hanging edge body 12222 of the mid-bass hanging edge 1222 of the mid-bass horn 12 ranges from 30mm to 90mm (including 30mm and 90 mm).
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the mid-bass cantilever beam 1222 further includes a plurality of elastic ribs 12223, wherein each of the elastic ribs 12223 is formed on the cantilever beam body 12222 at intervals, and each of the elastic ribs 12223 extends from a central position of the cantilever beam body 12222 toward the central cantilever beam 12221 and the connecting beam 12224, respectively, wherein each of the elastic ribs 12223 is configured to enhance bending resistance of the cantilever beam body 12222 in a horizontal direction, so that the cantilever beam body 12222 can deform in an axial direction of the mid-bass horn 12 only under the driving of the mid-bass diaphragm 1221, thereby avoiding a disadvantage that the mid-bass 1221 and the cantilever beam body 12222 deviate from the axial direction of the mid-bass horn 12 during driving to and fro in the axial direction of the mid-bass horn 12.
Preferably, each of the spring ribs 12223 is integrally formed on the suspension body 12222 along a spiral direction, respectively, in such a manner that the mid-bass suspension edge 1222 can be further restricted in the back-and-forth vibration direction of the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 in the axial direction of the mid-bass horn 12. For example, in this specific example shown in fig. 4, when the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 is driven to have a tendency to deviate in the left direction of the drawing, the spring rib 12223 formed on the hanging-edge main body 12222 on the right side of the drawing serves as a restriction to prevent the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 from deviating in the left direction of the drawing. That is, the ribs 12223 formed in the hanging edge body 12222 are arranged in a spiral manner to provide a centripetal force to the vibration direction of the mid-bass diaphragm 1221, so that the vibration direction of the mid-bass diaphragm 1221 is restricted to the axial direction of the mid-bass horn 12.
It is worth mentioning that in other examples of the headphones of the present invention, the speaker device 10 of the headphones may also be devoid of the mid-bass housing 121, e.g. the outer side of the mid-bass cantilever edge 1222 of the speaker device 10 of the headphones may extend directly outwards to be connected to the engagement horn 131 of the support frame 13, such that the width of the mid-bass cantilever edge 1222 may be wider in case of the speaker device 10 having the same dimensions, thereby facilitating further enhancement of mid-low frequency sound effects of the headphones.
With further reference to fig. 3 and 4, the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 includes a mid-bass passive frame 151, a mid-bass passive suspension edge 152, and a mid-bass passive vibration element 153, wherein the mid-bass passive suspension edge 152 is held between the mid-bass passive frame 151 and the mid-bass passive vibration element 153 in such a manner as to surround the periphery of the mid-bass passive vibration element 153. That is, both sides of the mid-bass passive suspension edge 152 extend to be connected to the mid-bass passive vibration element 153 and the mid-bass passive frame 151, respectively. The mid-bass passive frame 151 is mounted to the engagement horn 131 of the support frame 13. The mid-bass passive suspension edge 152 is configured to limit the motion direction of the mid-bass passive vibration element 153 to the axial direction of the mid-bass loudspeaker 12, that is, the mid-bass passive suspension edge 152 makes the mid-bass passive vibration element 153 vibrate back and forth only along the axial direction of the mid-bass loudspeaker 12, so as to ensure the sound effect of the loudspeaker 10.
It is worth mentioning that in other examples of the headphones of the present invention, the speaker device 10 of the headphones may also be devoid of the mid-bass passive frame 151, e.g. the outer side of the mid-bass passive suspension edge 152 of the speaker device 10 of the headphones may extend directly outwards to be connected to the engagement horn 131 of the support frame 13, such that the width of the mid-bass passive suspension edge 152 may be wider in case of the speaker device 10 having the same dimensions, thereby facilitating further enhancement of the bass effect of the headphones.
Fig. 5 to 7 show a modified embodiment of the headset, unlike the headset shown in fig. 1 to 4, in this specific example of the headset shown in fig. 5 to 7, the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 is wound around the mid-bass horn 12, and the vibration chamber 100 is formed between the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 and the mid-bass horn 12 so that the mid-bass horn 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 share the vibration chamber 100, whereby the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 can vibrate in response to vibration of the mid-bass horn 12 to generate an auxiliary sound effect by blowing air around the mid-bass horn 12 when the mid-bass horn 12 vibrates in response to input of an audio signal.
Specifically, the mid-bass housing 121 of the mid-bass horn 12 is disposed on the mid-bass passive frame 151 of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15, the mid-bass passive beads 152 of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 extend inward and outward to be connected to the mid-bass housing 121 of the mid-bass horn 12 and the mid-bass passive frame 151 of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15, respectively, and the vibration cavity 100 is formed between the mid-bass horn 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 such that the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 surrounds the mid-bass horn 12. When the mid-bass loudspeaker 12 vibrates and sounds in response to the input of the audio signal, the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 can vibrate in response to the vibration of the mid-bass loudspeaker 12, so that the air around the mid-bass loudspeaker 12 is driven by the mid-bass passive suspension edge 152 of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 to generate auxiliary sound effects, thereby enhancing the mid-bass sound effects of the headphone.
Fig. 8 shows another variant of the headset, unlike the headset shown in fig. 5 to 7, in this specific example of the headset shown in fig. 8, the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 includes one mid-bass passive frame 151, two mid-bass passive suspension edges 152 and one mid-bass passive vibration element 153, wherein one of the mid-bass passive suspension edges 152 is defined as an inner mid-bass passive suspension edge 1521, the other mid-bass passive suspension edge 152 is defined as an outer mid-bass passive suspension edge 1522, wherein the mid-bass passive suspension edge 1521 is provided on the mid-bass passive frame 151, two sides of the inner mid-bass passive suspension edge 1521 are respectively extended to be connected to the mid-bass passive frame 121 and the inner passive vibration element 153 of the mid-bass horn 12, wherein the mid-bass passive vibration element is respectively extended to the outer side of the mid-bass passive frame 1522 in response to the mid-bass passive frame 1522, and the two side passive vibration elements 153 are respectively extended to the mid-bass passive frame 1522 in response to the mid-bass passive frame 1522, and the mid-bass passive vibration element is thereby being driven to vibrate in response to the mid-bass passive vibration element 153.
Preferably, the inner mid-bass passive suspension edge 1521 may be integrally formed between the mid-bass housing 121 and the mid-bass passive vibration element 153 of the mid-bass horn 12, and the outer mid-bass passive suspension edge 1522 may be integrally formed between the mid-bass passive vibration element 153 and the mid-bass passive frame 151.
It should be noted that, in the preferred example of the headphone shown in fig. 8, the speaker device 10 is provided to the support frame 13 in such a manner that the mid-bass passive frame 151 of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 is provided to the engagement horn 131 of the support frame 13, and the manner that the mid-bass passive frame 151 is provided to the engagement horn 131 is not limited in the headphone of the present invention, for example, the mid-bass passive frame 151 may be provided to the engagement horn 131 in a screw-on, snap-on, glue-on or bonding manner as described above.
Fig. 9 to 11 show another modified embodiment of the headphone, unlike the headphone shown in fig. 1 to 4, in this specific example of the headphone shown in fig. 9 to 11, the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 are disposed back to back so that the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 are coaxial, so that the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 can vibrate in response to vibration of the mid-woofer 12 without delay when the mid-woofer 12 vibrates in response to input of an audio signal, to thereby produce an auxiliary sound effect, thereby enhancing the mid-bass sound effect of the headphone.
Specifically, the mid-bass housing 121 of the mid-bass horn 12 is provided to the joint horn portion 131 of the support frame 13, the mid-bass passive vibration element 153 of the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 is held in the middle of the mid-bass passive frame 151 by the mid-bass passive overhang 152, the mid-bass passive frame 151 is provided to the mid-bass housing 121 of the mid-bass horn 12 such that the mid-bass passive vibration element 153 and the magnetic return unit 124 of the mid-bass horn 12 are in a back-to-back state, and the vibration cavity 100 is formed between the mid-bass horn 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15. When the mid-bass loudspeaker 12 vibrates and sounds in response to the input of the audio signal, the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 responds to the vibration of the mid-bass loudspeaker 12 to generate auxiliary sound effects by the air on the back of the mid-bass loudspeaker 12 being driven by the mid-bass passive vibration element 153 and the mid-bass passive hanging edge 152, so that the mid-bass sound effects of the headphone are enhanced.
Fig. 12 to 15B show another modified embodiment of the headphone, unlike the headphone shown in fig. 1 to 4, in this specific example of the headphone shown in fig. 12 to 15B, the speaker device 10 of the headphone further includes a tweeter 11, wherein the tweeter 11, the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-woofer driven vibrator 15 cooperate with each other to form the sound chamber 200, wherein the tweeter 11 and the mid-woofer 12 generate high-pitched audio and mid-woofer audio in response to a high-frequency audio signal and a mid-low-frequency audio signal, respectively, so that full-audio sound is provided by the speaker device 10 of the headphone.
Preferably, the tweeter 11 is disposed on the rib 133 of the support frame 13 such that an angle is formed between a central axis of the tweeter 11 and a central axis of the mid-woofer 12. When the user wears the headset, the central axis of the tweeter 11 is also inclined with respect to the horizontal plane, so that the sound emitting surface of the tweeter 11 can be directed towards the user's ear cavity, in such a way that when the tweeter 11 generates sound waves in response to the input of an audio signal, the sound waves can be propagated directly to the user's ear cavity via the sound cavity 200 and along the user's pinna, to provide good tweeter audio.
That is, in a preferred example of the headphones of the present invention, when the user wears the headphones to hold the speaker device 10 at the near-ear position of the user, the sound emitting surfaces of the tweeter 11 and the woofer 12 are directed toward the ear hole of the user, so that sound waves generated by the tweeter 11 and the woofer 12 and the woofer 15 sharing the vibration chamber 100 with the woofer 12 can be directly propagated to the ear hole of the user via the sound chamber 200 and along the auricle of the user, in such a manner that the headphones can provide good sound effects at the near-ear position of the user.
Preferably, the tweeter 11, the mid-woofer 12 and the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 are arranged in a "delta" state to provide a better sound effect.
Referring further to fig. 15A and 15B, the tweeter 11 further includes a tweeter housing 111, a tweeter vibration unit 112, a tweeter voice coil 113, and a tweeter magnetic return unit 114, wherein the tweeter vibration unit 112 further includes a tweeter diaphragm 1121 and a tweeter suspension 1122, wherein the tweeter diaphragm 1121 is held inside the tweeter housing 111 in such a manner that the tweeter diaphragm 1121 and the tweeter housing 111 are coaxial, an inner side of the tweeter suspension 1122 extends to and is connected to an outer side of the tweeter diaphragm 1121, an outer side of the tweeter suspension 1122 extends to and is connected to an inner side of the tweeter housing 111, wherein one end of the tweeter voice coil 113 is coupled to the tweeter magnetic return unit 114, and the other end of the tweeter voice coil 113 is connected to the tweeter diaphragm 1121 of the tweeter vibration unit 112. The tweeter housing 111 of the tweeter 11 is provided to the tweeter joint horn 1311 of the support frame 13. When the tweeter 11 responds to the input of the audio signal, the tweeter magnetic return unit 114 can generate a magnetic field to drive the tweeter voice coil 113 to vibrate back and forth along the axial direction of the tweeter 11 and drive the tweeter diaphragm 1121 to vibrate back and forth along the axial direction of the tweeter 11, wherein the tweeter suspension 1122 limits the movement direction of the tweeter diaphragm 1121 to the axial direction of the tweeter 11. That is, when the tweeter 1121 is driven, the tweeter 1122 allows only the tweeter 1121 to vibrate back and forth in the axial direction of the tweeter 11 and prevents the tweeter 1121 from being deflected, in such a manner that the sound quality of the tweeter 11 can be effectively ensured. Preferably, the tweeter diaphragm 1121 of the tweeter 11 is a concave diaphragm.
Preferably, the tweeter 1122 of the tweeter 11 is integrally formed between the tweeter diaphragm 1121 and the tweeter housing 111, in such a way that uniformity of the tweeter 11 in each position can be ensured. For example, the tweeter 1122 of the tweeter 11 may be integrally formed between the tweeter diaphragm 1121 and the tweeter housing 111 by an insert injection process. Specifically, the high-pitched casing 111 and the high-pitched diaphragm 1121 are first placed in a molding die in a coaxial manner, and then a fluid-like material is added to the molding die, and the material is ensured to flow at least to the outside of the high-pitched diaphragm 1121 and to the inside of the high-pitched casing 111. Preferably, the material flows to and covers at least a portion of the surface of the high-pitched diaphragm 1121 and at least a portion of the surface of the high-pitched housing 111. A drawing process is performed on the molding die after the material is cured to form the high-pitched suspended edge 1122 between the high-pitched diaphragm 1121 and the high-pitched housing 111.
Fig. 16 to 18 show another modified embodiment of the headphone, unlike the headphone shown in fig. 12 to 15B, in this specific example of the headphone shown in fig. 16 to 18, the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 surrounds the mid-bass horn 12, and the vibration chamber 100 is formed between the mid-bass horn 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 so that the mid-bass horn 12 and the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 share the vibration chamber 100, whereby the mid-bass passive vibrator 15 can vibrate in response to vibration of the mid-bass horn 12 to generate an auxiliary sound effect by blowing air around the mid-bass horn 12 when the mid-bass horn 12 vibrates in response to input of an audio signal.
Fig. 19 to 21 show another variant of the headset, unlike the headset shown in fig. 16 to 18, in this preferred example of the headset shown in fig. 19 to 21, the speaker device 10 of the headset further includes at least one tweeter passive vibrator 16, wherein the tweeter 11 and the tweeter passive vibrator 16 share one vibration chamber 100, and wherein the tweeter passive vibrator 16 vibrates in response to the vibrations of the tweeter 11 to generate an auxiliary sound effect when the tweeter 11 vibrates in response to the input of an audio signal, thereby further enhancing the mid-low frequency sound effect of the speaker device 10. That is, the tweeter 11 is a main vibration horn capable of vibrating to sound in response to input of an audio signal, and the tweeter passive vibrator 16 is a passive vibration element capable of vibrating in response to vibration of the tweeter 11 to generate an auxiliary sound effect for enhancing the middle-low frequency sound effect of the speaker apparatus 10.
It should be noted that in this specific example of the headphone of the present invention, the tweeter 11 is capable of generating a high-frequency sound effect in response to an input of an audio signal, the mid-woofer 12 is capable of generating a mid-low frequency sound effect in response to an input of an audio signal, and the tweeter passive vibrator 16 and the mid-woofer passive vibrator 15 are capable of vibrating in response to vibrations of the tweeter 11 and the mid-woofer 12, respectively, to generate an auxiliary sound effect for enhancing a low-frequency sound quality, in such a manner that the speaker device 10 of the headphone is capable of providing a better mid-low frequency sound effect, thereby enhancing a listening feeling of a user.
Preferably, the tweeter 11 and the tweeter passive vibrator 16 are disposed back-to-back, and the central axes of the tweeter 11 and the tweeter passive vibrator 16 coincide with each other, i.e., the tweeter 11 and the tweeter passive vibrator 16 are disposed back-to-back and coaxially, in such a manner that when the tweeter 11 vibrates to sound in response to input of an audio signal, the tweeter passive vibrator 16 can vibrate directly in response to vibration of the tweeter 11 to produce an auxiliary sound effect. That is, by disposing the tweeter 11 and the tweeter 16 in a back-to-back and coaxial manner, the tweeter 16 can vibrate in response to the vibrations of the tweeter 11 without delay, i.e., while the tweeter 11 is sounding by air being blown, the tweeter 16 can synchronously blow air to produce auxiliary sound effects, which is particularly advantageous for improving the sound quality of the mid-low frequency sound effects of the headphones. More importantly, after the tweeter 11 and the tweeter 16 are disposed in a back-to-back and coaxial manner, the loudspeaker 10 is capable of forming a point source loudspeaker to further enhance the user's listening experience.
Specifically, the tweeter passive vibrator 16 further includes a tweeter passive frame 161, a tweeter passive suspension edge 162, and a tweeter passive vibration element 163, wherein the tweeter passive suspension edge 162 is held between the tweeter passive frame 161 and the tweeter passive vibration element 163 in such a manner as to surround the tweeter passive vibration element 163, wherein the tweeter passive suspension edge 162 is configured to limit the movement direction of the tweeter passive vibration element 163 to the axial direction of the tweeter 11. That is, the tweeter passive suspension 162 vibrates the tweeter passive vibration element 163 back and forth only along the axial direction of the tweeter 11 to ensure the sound effect of the speaker device 10. Preferably, the high-pitched passive vibrator 16 is formed in an insert injection process, in such a manner that the consistency of the high-pitched passive vibrator 16 at various positions can be ensured. The tweeter passive frame 161 of the tweeter passive vibrator 16 is mounted to the tweeter housing 111 of the tweeter 11 so as to form the vibration chamber 100 between the tweeter 11 and the tweeter passive vibrator 16, and the tweeter 11 and the tweeter passive vibrator 16 share the vibration chamber 100 so that the tweeter passive vibrator 16 can vibrate in response to vibration of the tweeter 11 to generate an auxiliary sound effect when the tweeter 11 vibrates and sounds in response to input of an audio signal. It should be noted that the mounting manner between the tweeter housing 111 of the tweeter 11 and the tweeter passive frame 161 of the tweeter passive vibrator 16 is not limited in the headphone of the present invention.
