Abstract
The invention discloses a projection lamp module for a vehicle, and belongs to the field of illumination of vehicle lamps. The LED circuit board and the reflector are fixed on the radiator, the lens is connected with the lens bracket and fixed on the radiator, and the lens bracket comprises a supporting lens structure positioned at the side of a near lens, a stop line structure positioned at the upper end of the side of the near light source and a III region structure positioned at the lower end of the side of the near light source. According to the technical scheme of the invention, special structures are not required to be made on the inner surface and the outer surface of the lens, the aesthetic property of the module is not affected, and the whole module is provided with only 5 parts, so that the number of parts is greatly reduced, the assembly is simplified, and the cost is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of car lamp illumination, and particularly relates to a projection lamp module for a car.
Background
For a projection lamp module with a low beam or a high beam, two conventional methods exist in the III region: one is to make a specific structure on the lens, and the other is to add two reflection structures matched with each other. The former has serious influence on the appearance because of the structure on the lens, and the light shielded by the baffle cannot be utilized, so that the optical efficiency of the system is reduced; the latter needs to increase two reflection structures that cooperate to use on current module, has increased part number and assembly number of times, has increased the volume and the weight of module.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the prior art that the aesthetic appearance of the module is affected or the number of parts is increased to cause complex structure and assembly, the invention provides a projection lamp module for a vehicle.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the projection lamp module for the vehicle comprises a lens bracket, a lens, a radiator, an LED circuit board and a reflecting mirror, wherein the LED circuit board and the reflecting mirror are fixed on the radiator;
The upper end face of the lens support at the near light source side is flush or approximately flush with the optical axis of the lens;
After being reflected by the reflecting mirror, the light rays emitted by the LED light source on the LED circuit board are focused through the focal point of the lens, then are emitted into the lens, the projection forms a dipped beam shape, the second part of light rays are blocked by the cut-off line structure of the lens support to form a dipped beam cut-off line, the third part of light rays are emitted into the III area structure of the lens support, are emitted out through the scattering of materials, then are emitted into the lens, and the projection forms the III area light shape.
Further, the lens support is made of materials with scattering properties, including glass, PC, PMMA, and silica gel.
Further, the surface of the upper end of the lens support at the near light source side is treated by coating aluminum.
By adopting the technical scheme, system parasitic light can be reduced.
Further, the LED circuit board and the reflector form an angle a with the optical axis of the lens, wherein a is less than or equal to-3 degrees and less than or equal to-15 degrees.

3. The surface of the upper end of the lens support at the low beam source side is subjected to the dermatoglyph aluminizing treatment, so that the light efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the uniformity of the low beam is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and examples.
The present embodiment provides a projection lamp module for a vehicle, as shown in fig. 1, which includes a lens bracket 1, a lens 2, a heat sink 3, an LED circuit board 4 and a reflecting mirror 5, wherein the LED circuit board 4 and the reflecting mirror 5 are fixed on the heat sink 3, and the lens 2 is connected with the lens bracket 1 and fixed on the heat sink 3. Preferably, a heat-conducting adhesive is coated between the LED circuit board 4 and the radiator 3, the LED circuit board 4 and the reflector 5 are fixed on the radiator 3 through screws, and the lens 2 and the lens bracket 1 are fastened by clamping or welding and then fixed on the radiator 3. The lens holder 1 is made of a material having scattering properties, including glass, PC, PMMA and silicone. The projection of the lens 2 perpendicular to the optical axis plane is oblong, the aesthetic feeling of the whole module can be improved in appearance, and the opening size of the lens 2 is as follows: the length is more than or equal to 70mm, and the width is less than or equal to 30mm. Preferably, the opening size of the lens 2: 28mm x 80mm. Preferably, the overall dimensions of the module are: about 150mm long, about 120mm wide and about 65mm high.
The lens holder 1 and the baffle are made as one piece, and as shown in fig. 2, the lens holder 1 includes a supporting lens structure 11 located on the near-lens 2 side, a cut-off line structure 12 located on the near-light source side upper end, and a iii region structure 13 located on the near-light source side lower end, and the point a of the near-light source side upper end surface of the lens holder 1 coincides with the focal point of the lens 2.
The upper end surface of the lens holder 1 on the near light source side is flush or nearly flush with the optical axis of the lens 2, and in order to reduce system parasitic light, the surface of the upper end of the lens holder 1 on the near light source side (the remaining surface excluding the iii-zone structure 13) is treated with aluminum plating by texturing. Preferably, the surface is aluminized.
In order to enhance the light efficiency of the system, the LED circuit board 4 and the reflector 5 are at an angle a to the optical axis of the lens 2, as shown in FIG. 3, wherein a is-3-15. Preferably, the angle a is 7 °.
After the light rays emitted by the LED light source on the LED circuit board 4 are reflected by the reflector 5, a first part of light rays are focused through the focus of the lens 2 and then are emitted into the lens 2, and a dipped beam light shape is formed by projection, as shown in fig. 4; the second part of light is blocked by the cut-off line structure 12 of the lens support 1 to form a low beam cut-off line; the third part of the light enters the III area structure 13 of the lens support 1, is scattered by the material, enters the lens 2 again, and is projected to form a III area light shape, as shown in figure 5.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, special structures are not required to be made on the inner surface and the outer surface of the lens 2, the aesthetic property of the module is not affected, and the whole module is provided with only 5 parts, so that the number of parts is greatly reduced, the assembly is simplified, and the cost is reduced.
It should be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications or variations can be made in the present invention without requiring any inventive effort by those skilled in the art based on the technical solutions of the present invention.

2. The projection lamp module for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein: the lens support (1) is made of materials with scattering properties, including glass, PC, PMMA and silica gel.
3. The projection lamp module for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein: the surface of the upper end of the lens support (1) at the lower light source side is treated by leather veins and aluminizing.
4. The projection lamp module for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein: the projection of the lens (2) perpendicular to the optical axis plane thereof is oblong; opening size of the lens (2): the length is more than or equal to 70mm, and the width is less than or equal to 30mm.
