All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Referring to FIG. 1, a flow chart of the steps of a dust removal method of the present invention is shown.
The dust removal method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
step 101: and when the dust removal control operation is received, controlling the dust screen to release the charges for a first preset time.
The dustproof net is a conductive dustproof net, and the dustproof net is arranged inside the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or another mobile terminal that has an audio diaphragm and a dust screen covering the audio diaphragm and is capable of outputting audio.
In this embodiment, there are many methods for receiving the dust removal control operation, for example: the mobile terminal is provided with a physical key, and when the physical key is detected to be pressed, the dust removal control operation is received, or when a user presses a certain physical key for more than a preset time, the dust removal control operation is determined to be received, it needs to be noted that the preset time can be 1s, 2s, 3s and the like, and the preset time is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the invention.
Since one of the main reasons that dust and impurities are adsorbed on the dust screen is that the dust is attached to the dust screen due to static electricity after being triboelectrically charged in air, when a dust removal control operation is received, the dust screen is controlled to release charges for a first preset time period, where the first preset time period may be 1s, 2s, 3s, and the like, and the first preset time period is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The method for releasing the charges of the dust screen may be to ground the dust screen so that the charged dust and impurities on the dust screen release the charges, thereby allowing the dust and impurities on the dust screen to be partially removed.
Step 102: and after the first preset time, charging the dustproof net.
Wherein, all remove dust to the dust screen in releasing electric charge and the charging process to the dust screen.
After first predetermined duration, partial dust and impurity on the dust screen are clear away, only rely on the release electric charge to cause to remove dust thoroughly incompletely, still persist electrified impurity or dust on the dust screen, then need charge to the dust screen, through the principle that like charges repel each other, when the electric charge to dust screen input positive polarity, clear away impurity and the dust of positive polarity on the dust screen, when the electric charge to dust screen input negative polarity, clear away impurity and the dust of negative polarity on the dust screen.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the dust removal control operation is received, the dust screen is controlled to release the charges for the first preset time, after the preset time, the dust screen is charged, the dust screen is dedusted in the charge release and charging processes of the dust screen, and the dust is adsorbed to the dust screen mainly because the dust is attached to the dust screen due to static electricity after being frictionally charged in the air, the dust screen is controlled to release the charges firstly, so that the electrical property of part of the dust can be eliminated, and therefore, part of the dust is removed, and secondly, the dust screen is charged, so that the dust and the electric impurities in the dust screen are removed, and finally, the dust removal operation of the dust screen is completed.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of the steps of a dust removing method according to the second embodiment of the present invention is shown.

It should be noted that, when the mobile terminal is in the non-dust removal mode, the dust screen is in the non-charging mode, that is, the first switch and the first switch are both in the off state, or the first switch is closed and the second switch is opened.
In this embodiment, there are many methods for receiving the dust removal control operation, for example: the mobile terminal is provided with a physical key, when the physical key is detected to be pressed, the first switch is closed when the dust removal control operation is received, or when a user presses a certain physical key for more than a preset time, the first switch is determined to be closed when the dust removal control operation is received, it needs to be noted that the preset time can be 1s, 2s, 3s and the like, and the preset time is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the invention.
When the first switch is closed, the dust screen is connected with the grounding end, and the electric property of the charged dust and the electric property of the impurities on the dust screen can be neutralized, so that the electrically neutralized dust and the electrically neutralized impurities fall off from the dust screen, and part of the dust and the impurities on the dust screen can be removed.
Step 202: and after the first preset time, the first switch is opened, and the second switch is closed.
And controlling the dust screen to release the charges with a first preset time length, wherein the first preset time length can be 1s, 2s, 3s and the like.
Step 203: and controlling the power supply module to input the positive polarity charges with the second preset time length to the dust screen so as to remove the positive polarity impurities of the dust screen.
Step 204: and controlling the power supply module to input negative polarity charges with a third preset time length to the dust screen so as to remove negative polarity impurities of the dust screen.
After the first preset time, part of impurities on the dust screen are removed, only the dust removal is incomplete due to the fact that charges are released, charged impurities and dust are still reserved on the dust screen, the dust screen needs to be charged, through the principle that like charges repel each other, when charges with positive polarity of the second preset time are input to the dust screen, impurities and dust with positive polarity on the dust screen are removed, when charges with negative polarity of the third preset time are input to the dust screen, impurities and dust with negative polarity on the dust screen are removed, wherein specific setting of the second preset time and the third preset time can be 1s, 2s, 3s and the like.
Step 205: and controlling the power supply module to input the positive polarity sharp pulse and the negative polarity sharp pulse with the fourth preset time length to the dust screen so as to remove residual impurities of the dust screen.
Through steps 203 to 204, the charged dust and impurities on the dust screen are removed, in order to further completely remove the dust and impurities of the dust screen, the power module is controlled to input a positive polarity spike and a negative polarity spike of a fourth preset time duration to the dust screen, the positive polarity spike and the negative polarity spike are transient sudden changes of voltage or current, the dust and impurities with stronger adsorption force can be completely removed, and the purpose of completely removing the dust and impurities of the dust screen is achieved.
Step 206: and opening the second switch and closing the first switch to release the electric charge carried by the dust screen.
Because after charging the dust screen, the dust screen is in the charged state, and the termination is to charging of dust screen, breaks off the second switch promptly, releases the electric charge of dust screen, then closes first switch for the dust screen is in the uncharged state, in order to realize reducing the absorption of dust and impurity, and certainly also when can breaking off first switch and second switch, the dust screen also is in the uncharged state.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the dust removal control operation is received, the dust screen is controlled to release the charge with the first preset time length, after the preset time length is received, the positive polarity charge or the negative polarity charge is charged to the dust screen so as to remove the positive polarity impurities and the negative polarity impurities of the dust screen, because the main reason that the dust is adsorbed to the dust screen is that the dust is attached to the dust screen due to static electricity in the air after frictional electrification, firstly, the dust screen is controlled to release the charge so as to eliminate part of the dust, secondly, the charging operation is carried out to the dust screen so as to remove the positive polarity dust and the negative polarity dust and impurities in the dust screen, further, in order to more thoroughly remove the dust and the impurities of the dust screen, the positive polarity and the negative polarity sharp pulses are input to the dust screen, and finally, the dust removal operation of the dust screen is completely finished, and the whole machine does not need to be disassembled, the dust and impurities of the dust screen can be automatically cleaned, and the dust screen is convenient for users to use.
