Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a method for realizing multi-party call, which is applied to a multi-way terminal supporting direct communication, and as shown in figure 1, the method comprises the following steps:
s11, establishing multi-communication with a plurality of communication opposite terminals, wherein direct communication is established with at least one communication opposite terminal in a direct communication mode;
specifically, a direct call between a terminal and the terminal is established through a PC5 interface of LTE (Long Term Evolution), and in an actual application process, the distance between terminals establishing the direct call needs to be short, and generally does not exceed four or five hundred meters. Direct communication, also known as Device to Device (D2D) communication, is a technique that allows direct short-range transmissions between two peer devices without transmission through a base station, under the control of a network, allowing direct communication between terminals by multiplexing cell radio resources; it is also possible to use a technique of directly communicating between two peer apparatuses using a radio resource configured in advance without the control of a network. Cellular network based D2D communication, referred to as Proximity Service (ProSe). In the existing LTE protocol, a User Equipment (UE) a and a User terminal B may communicate directly through a PC5 interface.
When performing direct communication, the prior art has two resource allocation methods: one is a resource scheduling allocation method, configured by a base station through dedicated signaling; one is an automatic Resource selection method, in which a base station may provide a Resource pool for direct communication to a UE through a system message or Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling, and the UE selects a Resource for direct communication from the Resource pool. For the UE out of the network coverage, the UE can adopt the pre-configured wireless resource for direct communication.
The method for realizing the multi-party call provided by the embodiment of the invention establishes the multi-way call with a plurality of call opposite ends, wherein the direct call is established with at least one call opposite end in a direct communication mode; receiving service data from each opposite call terminal; and synthesizing the service data of other call opposite ends establishing a call from the call opposite end in indirect communication with the service data of the call opposite end and sending the synthesized service data to the direct communication call opposite end. Compared with the prior art, the invention can realize multi-party communication under the scene that part of terminals are out of the network coverage range, and reduces the time delay in the multi-party communication.
Optionally, after the multi-call with the multiple call peers is established, and a direct call with at least one call peer is established in a direct communication manner, the method further includes:
receiving service data from each opposite call terminal;
and synthesizing the service data from the non-direct communication call opposite terminal with the service data of the communication opposite terminal, and sending the synthesized service data to the direct communication call opposite terminal.
Optionally, when a direct call is established with the call peer end in direct communication by means of direct communication, and a call is established with at least one call peer end by means of indirect communication, the synthesizing service data from the call peer end in indirect communication with service data of the call peer end, and sending the synthesized service data to the call peer end in direct communication includes: synthesizing service data from a call opposite terminal establishing a call through indirect communication with service data of the call opposite terminal, and sending the synthesized service data to the call opposite terminal in direct communication in a direct communication mode; and sending the service data from the call opposite end of the direct communication to the call opposite end establishing the call through the indirect communication through the network.
Here, the direct communication peer may be within the network coverage or outside the network coverage.
Optionally, when a direct call is established with each call peer in a direct communication manner, the synthesizing service data of other call peers in direct communication with the service data of the call peer, and sending the synthesized service data to the call peer in direct communication includes: and synthesizing the service data from each of the plurality of call opposite terminals with the service data of the call opposite terminal, and sending the synthesized service data to other opposite terminals in the plurality of call opposite terminals in a direct communication mode.
Optionally, after the multi-call with the multiple call peers is established, the method further includes: and sending the time slot information of the communication resources to be used for sending the service data to each call opposite terminal in a direct communication mode to each call opposite terminal so that each call opposite terminal adopts different time slot information to send the service data. The above-described aspects of the present invention are explained below with reference to specific examples.
Scene one: the terminal a and the terminal B are in the same network and both support the multi-party call, and the terminal C does not sign a multi-party call service with the network, so the terminal C cannot support the multi-party call. At this time, terminal a and terminal C are 200 meters apart and both support direct communication.
Step 1), a terminal A respectively establishes communication with a terminal B and a terminal C, wherein the terminal A and the terminal C establish direct communication in a direct communication mode, and the terminal A and the terminal B establish communication through indirect communication;
step 2), the terminal A sends the time slot information of the communication resource to be used for sending the service data to the terminal C in a direct communication mode, and the terminal C adopts different time slots to send the service data;
step 3), the terminal A receives service data from the terminal B and the terminal C, wherein the data from the terminal B is transmitted through a network, and the data from the terminal C is transmitted through direct communication;
step 4), the terminal A combines the data from the terminal B transmitted by the network and the self service data into a path of data and then sends the path of data to the terminal C through direct communication; the terminal A combines the data from the terminal C and the self service data which are directly transmitted by communication into a path of data and then sends the path of data to the terminal B through the network.
The above embodiment is applied to a scenario where part of call peers adopt direct communication and part of call peers adopt network communication.
Scene two: the terminal A, the terminal B, the terminal C and the terminal D all support direct communication, and four terminals need to perform multi-party communication, but due to the fact that the distance is long, direct communication cannot be performed between the terminal C and the terminal D and between the terminal B and the terminal D, and at the moment, the terminal A is needed to help to achieve multi-party communication. Terminal a, terminal B, terminal C, and terminal D may all be located outside the network coverage, or partially outside the network coverage, or completely within the network coverage.
Step 1), a terminal A establishes communication with a terminal B, a terminal C and a terminal D through direct communication respectively;
step 2), the terminal A sends the time slot information of the communication resource to be used for sending the service data to the terminal B, the terminal C and the terminal D in a direct communication mode, and the terminal B, the terminal C and the terminal D adopt different time slots to send the service data;
in direct communication, in a direct link Control (SC) period, a transmitting UE (i.e., a UE for direct service data transmission) transmits scheduling Information of direct service data to a receiving UE through direct link Control Information (SCI), and the receiving UE receives the direct service data at a specified position according to the received SCI. Here, terminal a needs to transmit the slot information of the communication resource used later (in the next direct link control period or in a plurality of subsequent direct link control periods) to terminal B, terminal C and terminal D through the direct link control information, and these terminals avoid using these slots after receiving them, so as to ensure that the direct communications with each other do not generate collision.
Step 3), the terminal A receives the service data from the terminal B, the terminal C and the terminal D through direct communication;
step 4), the terminal A receives the service data from the terminal B and the service data of the terminal A are synthesized and then are respectively sent to the terminal C and the terminal D in a direct communication mode; the terminal A receives the service data from the terminal C and synthesizes the service data with the service data per se, and then the service data is respectively sent to the terminal B and the terminal D in a direct communication mode; and the terminal A receives the service data from the terminal D, synthesizes the service data with the service data and then respectively sends the service data to the terminal B and the terminal C in a direct communication mode.
Here, the terminal a may also receive the service data from the terminal B and the service data from the terminal C, and then, after synthesizing with the service data of itself, send the service data to the terminal D in a direct communication manner; or, here, the terminal a may also receive the service data from the terminal C and the service data from the terminal D, and then combine the service data with the service data of the terminal a and send the service data to the terminal B by means of direct communication.
The above embodiment applies a scenario in which direct communication is adopted between all call peers.
