Abstract
本发明提供一种高密度折叠式搁架装置,包括至少一个搁架和至少两个间隔开的支柱。搁架安装在支柱之间。一对悬臂式底板支架安装在车辆的底板上。每个支柱安装到相应的一个悬臂式底板支架上以将重量传递至悬臂式底板支架。本发明还提供一个预组装的搁架安装组件以将搁架安装到支柱上。预组装的搁架安装组件具有一个安装到支柱的托架,一个安装到搁架的枢转销和一个用于将搁架停止在升高和降低位置的导销。

本申请要求于2016年2月1日提交的第62/289,520号美国临时申请以及于2017年2月1日提交的第15/421,733号美国实用型专利申请的权益,以上申请的全部公开内容被视为本申请的公开的一部分并通过引用并入此案。
技术领域
本发明总体涉及用于机动车辆的折叠式搁架。本发明更具体地涉及用于机动车辆的高密度折叠式搁架。
背景技术
已知各种类型的产品储存系统,例如搁架、箱架、折叠式搁架和抽屉等可用于货车、大型货车、运输车辆等。
用于车辆的折叠式搁架比较常见。折叠式车用搁架可有各种尺寸以及各种用途。其公知的好处是它可以向下折叠以支撑物品,并且在不使用时折叠起来不碍事。然而,折叠式搁架有重量限制,有时会限制它们用来支撑较重的物品。
因此,人们期望提供用于货车、大型货车、运输车辆等的高密度折叠式搁架。人们还期望提供相对轻便且成本合算的高密度折叠式搁架,还期望提供易于组装的搁架。
发明内容
概括地说,本发明提供了一种安装在车辆内部的高密度折叠式搁架装置,其相对轻便、性价比高且易于组装。
本发明的高密度折叠式搁架装置包括至少一个搁架和至少两个间隔开的支柱,搁架安装在支柱之间。
一对悬臂式底板支架安装在车辆的底板上。每个支柱安装到相应的一个悬臂式底板支架上,以将重量传递到悬臂式底板支架。
本发明还提供了一种预组装搁架安装组件以将搁架安装到支柱上。预组装的搁架安装组件具有一个安装到支柱的搁架托架,一个安装到搁架的枢转销和一个用于将搁架停止在升高和降低位置的导销。
按照本发明一个公开的实施例,采用一个气筒来协助升高和降低搁架。该气筒包括相对的两端部,并且搁架托架包括一个凸起部分以容纳该相对两端部的其中一端,而该相对两端部的另一端则安装在搁架上。所述凸起部分使气筒紧邻搁架。
一个防夹护罩安装在枢转销和导销附近。防夹紧护罩是一个通过枢转销和导销固定到搁架上的板。

具体实施方式
本发明总体上如图1中的10所示。高密度折叠式搁架10具有支柱12,用于在例如图10中所示车辆11内支撑搁架14。
参考图4和5,支柱12通过悬臂支脚16安装到车辆的底板上。在所公开的实施例中,每个支柱12有单独的支脚16。侧面安装托架18将支柱12连接到车辆内壁。可以理解,悬臂支脚16的使用可将搁架14上的重量从车壁传递到车辆底板。
在所公开的实施例中,悬臂支脚16具有一个底座17和一个偏角壁(partialangled wall)19。该偏角壁19连接并支撑所述支柱12的下端。紧固件21用于将悬臂支脚16安装到车辆底板以及将支柱12安装到悬臂支脚16上。底座17和偏角壁19的外边缘被卷起或弯曲以提供额外的强度。
支柱12安装到车辆11的内侧壁。本发明还公开了托架18。托架18通过孔20或槽22安装在支柱12上。该孔和槽的设计考虑到了便于安装到各种车辆上以及悬臂支柱12的角度。
在公开的实施例中搁架14具有一个支撑表面24,相对的侧壁26,前壁28和后壁30。参考图6至9,搁架14通过预组装搁架安装组件安装到支柱12上,该预组装搁架安装组件使得本发明的折叠式搁架10的组装快速且方便。仅需要两个连接件,枢转销40和导销42就可将预组装搁架安装组件安装到搁架14上。在优选实施例中,预组装搁架安装组件安装到每个搁架14的每个侧壁26上。如所公开的,这样使用四个螺栓35就将搁架14安装在支柱12之间。应该理解的是可以使用更少或更多的螺栓35。
本发明的预组装搁架安装组件包括一个大致U形的连接件或搁架托架34。搁架托架34具有卷边或弯曲的唇缘38,其连接支柱12以便于安装并对预组装搁架安装组件提供加强支撑。唇缘38可将受力传递至支柱12。
一个枢转销40和导销42将搁架连接到搁架托架34。导销42沿着在侧壁26中形成的轮廓面44运动。该轮廓曲面包括凸起表面46以将搁架停止在完全升高位置和完全降低位置。防夹护罩覆盖导销42以防止夹紧。
在所公开的实施例中,提供一个气震50来协助升高和降低搁架14。搁架托架34包括一个凸起部分52用于将气震50的一端安装到搁架托架34上。紧固件33将气震50安装到凸起部分52和侧壁26处的搁架14上。凸起部分52使气震50紧密地安装在侧壁26上以节省空间。在所公开的实施例中,气震50安装在每个侧壁26上。应当理解的是,根据需要一个搁架可以仅使用一个气震50,或者甚至没有气筒。
前述发明的描述符合相关法律标准,因此该描述为示例性而非限制性。所公开的实施例的变化和修改对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,并且确实在本发明的范围内。因此,对于本发明提供法律保护的范围只能通过研究以下权利要求来确定。
Claims (12)
1.一种高密度折叠式搁架,安装在车辆内部,所述高密度折叠式搁架包括:
至少一个搁架,具有一个底板以及相对的两侧,所述相对的两侧中的每一侧具有一个内表面,一个外表面,以及一个顶边缘;
至少两个间隔开的支柱,所述至少一个搁架安装在所述支柱之间;
一对悬臂式底板支架,适于安装在车辆的底板上,每个所述支柱安装在相应的一个所述悬臂式底板支架上,以将重量传递给所述悬臂式底板支架上;
一对搁架托架,所述一对搁架托架中的每一个邻近于所述相对的两侧的所述外表面中的其中一个;
一对枢转销,每个所述枢转销延伸穿过所述两侧中的一侧和其中一个搁架托架,所述搁架托架围绕所述一对枢转销枢转;
与所述枢转销间隔开的一对导销,每个所述导销从所述一对搁架托架中的一个伸出,当所述搁架从完全升高的位置沿接合路径旋转到完全降低的位置时,每个所述导销接合所述侧的一个相应的顶边缘,所述侧的所述顶边缘沿所述接合路径不间断。
2.如权利要求1所述的高密度折叠式搁架,其特征在于,预组装搁架安装组件包括一个气筒以协助升高和降低搁架。
3.如权利要求2所述的高密度折叠式搁架,其特征在于,所述气筒包括相对两端并且所述搁架托架中的至少一个包括一个容纳所述相对两端的其中一端的凸起部分,另一个相对端安装在所述搁架上,所述凸起部分使所述气筒紧邻所述搁架。
4.如权利要求1所述的高密度折叠式搁架,其特征在于,还包括一个与所述枢转销和导销邻接安装的防夹护罩。
5.如权利要求4所述的高密度折叠式搁架,其特征在于,所述防夹护罩是一个通过所述枢转销和所述导销固定到所述搁架上的板。
6.如权利要求1所述的高密度折叠式搁架,其特征在于,所述一对搁架托架分别包括一个唇缘,便于将所述一对搁架托架安装到所述支柱上,并将重量从所述搁架分散到所述支柱上。
7.如权利要求1所述的高密度折叠式搁架,其特征在于,所述接合路径包括一个具有至少一个凸起部分的轮廓面,所述一对导销沿所述轮廓面滑行并与所述凸起部分连接以将所述搁架保持定位。
8.如权利要求1所述的高密度折叠式搁架,其特征在于,所述支柱包括多个用于容纳紧固件的开口。
9.如权利要求1所述的高密度折叠式搁架,其特征在于,所述悬臂式底板支架包括一个底座和一个偏角壁,所述偏角壁连接并支撑所述至少两个间隔开的支柱的其中一个的下端。
10.一种用于安装折叠式搁架的预组装搁架安装组件,所述预组装搁架安装组件包括:
一个搁架,具有一个底板以及第一侧和第二侧,所述第一侧和第二侧具有一个内表面,一个外表面,以及一个顶边缘;
一对搁架托架,所述一对搁架托架中的一个邻近于所述第一侧的所述外表面;
一对枢转销,所述一对枢转销中的一个延伸穿过所述第一侧和所述搁架托架,所述搁架托架围绕所述枢转销枢转;
与所述枢转销间隔开的一对导销,每个所述导销从所述一对搁架托架中的一个伸出,当所述搁架从完全升高的位置沿接合路径旋转到完全降低的位置时,所述导销接合所述第一侧的顶边缘,所述第一侧的所述顶边缘沿所述接合路径不间断。
11.如权利要求10所述的预组装搁架安装组件,其特征在于,所述组件包括一个安装在所述搁架托架和所述搁架上的气震。
12.如权利要求10所述的预组装搁架安装组件,其特征在于,还包括一个防夹护罩。
