Abstract
The invention discloses a valve lock and a valve locking and controlling system, wherein a main lock is fixedly arranged on an operating mechanism of a valve, a locking matching piece is arranged on a valve body below the operating mechanism of the valve, and the operating mechanism is locked at a valve closing position or a valve opening position of the locking matching piece by using a locking mechanism, so that the random rotation of the operating mechanism is limited. The invention also realizes the valve state detection by arranging a magnetic element on the valve body or the locking matching piece below the operating mechanism, arranging a magnetic induction unit on the main lockset and arranging a state detection circuit in the main lockset. In addition, the valve lock provided by the invention can be matched with a computer key, a parameter acquisition device and a management host to form a whole set of valve lock control system, so that the systematic management and monitoring of valve unlocking control and switch state detection are realized.

The first magnetic induction unit 115 and the second magnetic induction unit 116 are respectively disposed at two ends of the bottom of the lock body 11, and are configured to sense two magnets disposed on the locking mating member, and cooperate with a valve state detection circuit on the circuit board 17 to detect an open/close state of the valve (described in detail below). The lock body mating member 16 is fixedly assembled on the upper portion of the lock body 11 by screws, and the sealing plate 18 sealingly arranges the circuit board 17 in a circuit board assembling groove formed on the lock body mating member 16. The circuit board 17 is electrically connected to the first magnetic induction unit 115, the second magnetic induction unit 116 and the rf chip 131 through wires. Referring to fig. 5, the state detection circuit includes a logic switch module, a first rf chip, and a second rf chip, where one end of each of the first rf chip and the second rf chip is connected to one selectable terminal of the logic switch module, and the other end of each of the first rf chip and the second rf chip is grounded; the fixed wiring terminal of the logic switch module is connected with one end of a radio frequency antenna of the radio frequency chip, and the other end of the radio frequency antenna is grounded; the respective sensing signal output ends of the first magnetic induction unit 115 and the second magnetic induction unit 116 are respectively connected to one control signal input end of the logic switch module.
When the handle 901 is rotated to make the valve in a fully open state, the second magnetic induction unit 116 is located above the second magnet 242, and the second magnetic induction unit 116 senses a signal and provides the signal to the circuit board 17; when the handle 901 is rotated to make the valve in the fully closed state, the first magnetic induction unit 115 is located above the first magnet 241, and the first magnetic induction unit 115 senses a signal and provides the signal to the circuit board 17.
In the state detection circuit, the logic switch module is used for acquiring two paths of output signals of the first magnetic induction unit and the second magnetic induction unit, connecting one of the radio frequency chips with the radio frequency antenna according to the states of the two paths of output signals, and judging the state of the controlled valve according to the state, wherein the output signals of the two paths of switches, the conditions of connecting the radio frequency chips and the corresponding valve state information are shown in table 1 below.

For safety reasons, locking the lock with a computer key does not require the permission of a control system.

Claims (9)
1. A valve lock comprises a valve body, an operating mechanism and a valve rod, wherein the valve rod is assembled in the valve body and is driven by the operating mechanism to control the opening and closing of the valve; the valve lock comprises a main lock and a locking matching piece, the locking matching piece is fixedly arranged on the valve body below the operating mechanism, the main lock is fixedly arranged on the operating mechanism, and the main lock comprises a lock body and a locking mechanism arranged on the lock body; a valve closing position locking mechanism is arranged on the locking matching piece corresponding to the closing position of the valve, and when the valve lock moves to the closing position of the valve along with the operating mechanism, the locking mechanism is controlled to be locked or unlocked with the valve closing position locking mechanism; the valve locking mechanism is characterized in that a valve opening position locking mechanism is arranged on the locking matching piece corresponding to the closing position of the valve, and when the valve lock moves to the opening position of the valve along with the operating mechanism, the locking mechanism is controlled to be locked or unlocked with the valve opening position locking mechanism.
2. The valve lock according to claim 1, wherein the valve open position locking mechanism and the valve closed position locking mechanism are locking holes respectively formed on the locking matching piece corresponding to the valve open position and the valve closed position; the locking mechanism comprises a lock cylinder, a lock pin and a lock bolt, the lock bolt is controlled to move between a locking position and an unlocking position, and the lower end of the lock bolt is matched with or separated from the locking hole; the lock bolt is provided with a locking position lock pin matching groove, and the lock pin is matched with or separated from the locking position lock pin matching groove under the control of the lock core to lock or release the lock bolt at the locking position.
3. The valve lock according to claim 2, wherein the lock bolt further defines an unlocking position lock pin engaging groove, and the lock pin is engaged with or disengaged from the unlocking position lock pin engaging groove under the control of the lock cylinder to lock or release the lock bolt at the unlocking position.

The valve latch according to claim 1, further comprising a first magnet and a second magnet disposed on the valve body or the latch mating member under the operating mechanism, wherein the first magnet and the second magnet are disposed at positions corresponding to or opposite to the valve open position latch mechanism and the valve closed position latch mechanism, respectively; the valve lock further comprises a first magnetic induction unit and a second magnetic induction unit, wherein the first magnetic induction unit and the second magnetic induction unit are arranged at the bottom of the lock body and are used for sensing the first magnet and the second magnet respectively.
5. The valve lock according to claim 4, further comprising a circuit board and a radio frequency chip, wherein the circuit board is provided with a state detection circuit, the state detection circuit comprises a logic switch module and at least two radio frequency chips, one end of each of the at least two radio frequency chips is connected to one selectable terminal of the logic switch module, and the other end of each radio frequency chip is grounded; the fixed wiring terminal of the logic switch module is connected with one end of the radio frequency antenna of the radio frequency chip, and the other end of the radio frequency antenna is grounded; and the respective induction signal output ends of the first magnetic induction unit and the second magnetic induction unit are respectively connected with one control signal input end of the logic switch module.

The valve lock according to claim 4, further comprising a circuit board and a radio frequency chip, wherein the circuit board is provided with a state detection circuit, the state detection circuit comprises at least two radio frequency chips, the magnetic induction unit is a magnetic induction switch, one end of each of the at least two radio frequency chips is connected to one end of the first magnetic induction unit and one end of the second magnetic induction unit, and the other end of each of the at least two radio frequency chips is grounded; the other ends of the first magnetic induction unit and the second magnetic induction unit are connected with one end of a radio frequency antenna of the radio frequency chip, and the other end of the radio frequency antenna is grounded.
7. The valve lock according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the main lock is provided with a circuit board assembly groove, and the circuit board is arranged in the circuit board assembly groove; the radio frequency chip is arranged at the front end of the lock cylinder.

The valve lock according to claim 1, wherein the locking mating member further comprises a valve stroke limiting post and a valve stroke limiting piece, the valve stroke limiting post is fixedly arranged on the locking mating member or the valve body below the operating mechanism, the valve stroke limiting piece is fixedly arranged on or integrally formed with the operating mechanism, and the valve stroke limiting post and the valve stroke limiting piece form interference to limit the rotation stroke of the operating mechanism.
9. A valve locking and controlling system comprises a valve body, an operating mechanism and a valve rod, wherein the valve rod is assembled in the valve body and is driven by the operating mechanism to control the opening and closing of the valve; the system is characterized in that the valve locking and controlling system comprises a parameter acquisition device, a management host, a computer key and a lockset; the acquisition end of the parameter acquisition device is arranged at a parameter acquisition position related to the process flow where the valve is positioned, and the parameter output end is connected with the parameter input end of the management host; the management host is in communication connection with the computer key; the computer key supplies power to the lock, is in communication connection with the lock and is matched with the mechanical unlocking of the lock; the lock adopts the valve lock of claims 5-8.
