Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the pull cylinder is arranged at the inner side of the needle, and the folding component and the shearing component are respectively positioned at two sides of the needle machine; the wrapping tape passes through the folding component and then enters the pull cylinder; the shearing assembly hooks the wrapping belt between the pull cylinder and the folding assembly through the hook rod, and pulls the wrapping belt away from the conveying direction and then shears the wrapping belt; the front of the pull cylinder is matched with a thimble for pushing the wrapping belt to the position of the needle, and the thimble moves under the driving of pneumatic power.
Preferably, the folding component comprises a square cylindrical feeding channel, a through groove is formed in the front surface of the feeding channel, a push rod for pressing the wrapping belt from the through groove is arranged on one side of the front surface of the feeding channel, and the push rod is driven by pneumatic power to stretch along the direction of the through groove; the pneumatic extension is arranged at the position of the front direction of the inlet of the pull cylinder and positioned at one side of the back of the feeding channel: a bottom plate and a plugboard; the bottom plate extends to the edge of the pull cylinder along the extending direction of the bottom plate; the plugboard is inserted into the pull cylinder along the expansion direction; the shearing assembly comprises sliding rails intersected in the Bao Biandai feeding direction, and the sliding rails are in sliding fit with the hook rods.
Preferably, the feeding assembly at least comprises a roller frame for carrying out rolling feeding in cooperation with the workbench; the roller frame is provided with rollers and a feeding belt; the roller is driven by a first servo motor; the label feeding machine comprises a double-station label feeding roller, a label sensor, a cutter and a label pressing cylinder; the manipulator is matched with a transverse rail through a sliding block, and the manipulator moves back and forth between the label feeding machine and the needle car under the action of a driving belt.
Preferably, the shearing assembly further comprises pneumatic scissors and a pneumatic chuck; the hook rod is clamped into the pneumatic chuck with the wrapping tape, and the pneumatic scissors extend out and cut off the single wrapping tape.
Preferably, the folding assembly further comprises a pneumatically pushed-out stop lever; a groove matched with a stop lever is arranged on the bottom plate, and the stop lever transversely stretches out to press the wrapping band and is embedded into the groove with the wrapping band; the stop lever is driven by transverse power and lifting power.
Preferably, the steering mechanism comprises a deflector rod driven by a second servo motor; the driving lever takes the needle as a rotation center, and a baffle plate driven by vertical power is arranged at the lower end of the driving lever; the baffle acts on the side edge of the needle car edging line side on the ground mat.
Preferably, the roller frame and the label feeding machine are suspended and fixed on the upper side of the workbench through a frame cross beam; a plurality of rollers are arranged on the roller frame along the levelness direction of the workbench; a feeding belt is sleeved outside the roller; the roller frame is pushed by a vertically telescopic cylinder. The feeding mechanism also comprises a wheel set for assisting in feeding; the wheel sets are erected on the upper side of the workbench through the action of the supporting sectional materials, and the wheel sets are parallel to the roller frames; the wheel set is driven by vertical power to synchronously lift with the roller frame; the transverse rail is fixed on the support section bar.
Preferably, the support section is provided with a first sensor for sensing the trademark sending and stopping position; the support section bar is also provided with a second sensor for acquiring a trademark by the manipulator; the support section bar is also provided with a third sensor for sensing the edge of the ground mat; a fourth sensor for initial positioning of the ground mat is arranged on the needle plate of the needle car; and a fifth sensor for initial positioning of the deflector rod is arranged on the frame cross beam.
Preferably, a guide rail is arranged at the bottom of the needle car; the needle car slides on the guide rail under the pushing of pneumatic power, and can vertically leave the workbench or approach the workbench through the guide rail; the roller frame is linked with the wheel set through a transmission shaft.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the floor mat edge covering equipment has the following advantages:
1. the feeding and feedback system suitable for processing the ground mats of all sizes is designed according to the characteristics of the ground mat edge covering process, and the rotary edge covering of the ground mat fabric is realized by matching the fixed-point shifting structure with the sensing rotating shaft, so that the transmission is faster, and the structure is simpler and more convenient.
2. Based on synchronous feeding of the wrapping tape, a complete set of shearing and folding structure is designed, the wrapping tape is fed, cut and folded into a whole, and after the wrapping tape is properly cut, the wrapping tape is automatically folded and ended, so that the wrapping quality of products is improved, and the automation degree of equipment is also improved.
3. The sensing equipment which is flexibly arranged is adopted, and the automatic adjustment can be carried out according to the actual processing requirement by matching with an autonomous programming system, so that the operability of the equipment is enhanced, and the intelligent degree of the equipment is directly improved.
Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, thereby making clear and defining the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 14, an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a floor mat edge covering device, which comprises a workbench 1: feeding mechanism, label processing mechanism, needle car and borduring area processing mechanism. A sheet metal shell 2 is arranged outside the workbench 1, and a door plate is arranged on the sheet metal shell on the back of the workbench 1. The needle car 3 is arranged at the side of the workbench 1, and a roller frame and a label feeding machine in the feeding mechanism are suspended and fixed at the upper side of the workbench 1 through a frame cross beam 4. The feeding mechanism is used for conveying the floor mat fabric to the needle car 3 by matching with the workbench 1 and continuously feeding by matching with the needle car 3. The label processing mechanism is arranged on the upstream side of the sewing machine 3, and comprises the functions of trademark winding drum placement, trademark feeding, trademark identification, trademark shearing, trademark folding, trademark conveying guiding and the like, and the main technical points are embodied on a trademark conveying machine. The pretreated trademark is clamped and fed from the marking machine to the processing position of the needle car 3 by adopting a straight rail, so that the movement is stable, the corresponding speed is high, the adjustability is high, and the adaptability is strong. The key point of the equipment is that the wrapping band processing mechanism is arranged at the machine head of the needle machine 3, so that full pretreatment such as feeding, cutting and folding of the wrapping band is realized, the feeding of the wrapping band is completely matched automatically, and along with the routing of the needle machine, the wrapping band is intelligently identified and automatically folded in the process from initial synchronization to the end of wrapping.
The specific structure in the device is as follows:
the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding assembly and a wheel set 5 for assisting feeding, the feeding assembly at least has unidirectional feeding capacity, the feeding assembly is driven by servo power, the rotating speed of the feeding assembly can be regulated according to programming, and the moving direction of the feeding assembly can be changed according to requirements to be adjusted by a matching structure. The feeding assembly comprises a roller frame 6, rollers 7 and a feeding belt, wherein the roller frame 6 can lift and slide on the frame cross beam 4, a plurality of rollers 7 are arranged on the roller frame 6 along the levelness direction of the workbench, arc-shaped belt grooves are formed in the rotation surfaces of the rollers 7, and the feeding belt is sleeved on the rollers 7. To ensure the friction of the feed and to avoid damage to the dough, the feed belt is a rubber-textured circular section belt. The roller frame 6 is pushed by a first cylinder 8 which stretches vertically, and the first cylinder 8 is fixed on the frame cross beam 4. The first cylinder 8 is pushed out, the roller frame 6 descends to approach the surface of the workbench 1, and the feeding belt is directly pressed on the surface of the floor mat fabric. The roller 7 is driven by a first servo motor 9, the first servo motor 9 is also fixed on the frame cross beam 4, and the feeding component moves along the running direction of the needle car 3 with the ground pad.
A support profile 10 is arranged on the frame cross beam 4, the support profile 10 is located on the upper side of the table 1, and the support profile 10 is parallel to the surface of the table 1. The wheel set 5 for assisting feeding is erected on the upper side of the workbench 1 through the action of the supporting section bar 10, and the wheel set 5 and the roller frame 6 keep a parallel position relation. A second air cylinder 11 is arranged on the supporting section bar 10, and the second air cylinder 11 vertically pushes the wheel set 5 and the roller frame 6 to synchronously lift. The roller frame 6 and the wheel set 5 are linked through a transmission shaft, so that the synchronous effect is better and ideal under the same power, the equipment structure can be optimized, and the preparation cost is saved.
The label processing mechanism at least comprises a label feeding machine for automatically cutting labels, the label feeding machine is also fixed on the frame cross beam 4 and comprises a double-station label feeding roller 12, a label sensor, a cutter, a label pressing cylinder 13 and a label winding drum 14; the trademark winding drum 14 is wound with a coiled trademark, the trademark enters the trademark feeding roller 12, and the trademark sensor comprises a trademark position sensor 15 and a trademark feeding sensor 16; both sensors are provided at the label feed roller 12, and the label feed sensor 16 is used to sense the supply of labels, and when the labels on the label roll 14 are exhausted, it will send a feedback signal, and the operating system will pause and alert the replacement of the label roll 14. The trademark position sensor 15 is used for shearing the trademark, a cutter is arranged at the lower side of the trademark feeding roller 12, and in order to accurately shear the trademark and ensure the integrity of the trademark, a mark for dotting and positioning is particularly arranged between two adjacent labels, and the trademark position sensor 15 can sense the mark position. Due to the setting of the structural size, the sensing position and the shearing position of the cutter can just realize the forming of a single independent trademark. Meanwhile, the upper side of the cutter is provided with a label pressing cylinder 13 which is used for pressing the trademark, and the lower side of the cutter is provided with an air jet and a side plate, so that the trademark is blown to the side plate outwards by utilizing air pressure, the trademark is pressed by the air pressure, and meanwhile, the trademark is continuously fed, so that the trademark can be bent and folded outwards. At this time, the cutter cuts off the trademark by matching with the manipulator 36 for clamping the trademark, and then the trademark can be grasped and sent to the sewing machine for sewing. The manipulator 36 is inserted into the root of the trademark from the folded position of the trademark, so that the root of the trademark is ensured to be left outside the manipulator, and the root of the trademark can be synchronously sewn on the ground mat during edge wrapping.
The manipulator 36 is matched with a transverse rail 17 through a sliding block, the transverse rail 17 is fixed on the upper surface of the supporting section bar 10, and the manipulator 36 moves back and forth between the label feeder and the needle car under the action of a driving belt 19 driven by a third servo motor 18. The bottom of the manipulator 36 is in sliding fit with the transverse rail 17, the middle part of the transmission belt 19 is fixed on the manipulator 36, and when the third servo motor 18 rotates, the transmission belt 19 pulls the manipulator 36 back to move. The manipulator 36 is a common pneumatic gripper, which moves to a designated position after gripping a trademark, and the servo power can adjust the moving path and the path according to an operation program, so that the operation performance is very reliable.
The feeding assembly is also matched with a steering mechanism which rotates the ground mat. The steering mechanism comprises a deflector rod 21 driven by a second servo motor 20, the deflector rod 21 is in a right angle shape, the upper end of the deflector rod 21 is fixed on a needle car head through a rotating shaft, and the deflector rod 21 rotates by taking a car needle as a rotating center. The lower end of the deflector rod 21 is provided with a third cylinder 22, the third cylinder 22 vertically drives a baffle plate, the baffle plate is also bent into a right angle shape, the baffle plate acts on the side edge of the sewing machine edge-covering line side on the ground mat, the side edge of the sewing machine edge-covering line is used as a reference along with the movement of the ground mat edge-covering line, and displacement cannot occur, so that when the deflector rod directly acts on the side edge, the required correction and meeting requirements are relatively simple, and the effect is optimal.
The bottom of the needle car 3 is provided with a guide rail 23 vertical to the workbench 1, the bottom of the workbench 1 is provided with a fourth air cylinder 35, the needle car 3 slides on the guide rail 23 under the pushing of pneumatic power, and the needle car 3 can vertically leave the workbench or approach the workbench 1 under the action of the guide rail 23.
The side face of the needle machine 3 is provided with a binding belt processing mechanism, and the binding belt processing mechanism comprises a directional blowing mode and mechanical transmission feeding mode in a matching manner: the folding assembly, the shearing assembly and the pull cylinder are arranged. The pull cylinder 24 is arranged on the inner side of the needle, and the folding component and the shearing component are respectively positioned on two sides of the needle car 3. The wrapping tape passes through the folding component and then enters the pull tube 24, the outlet of the pull tube 24 is positioned at the upstream of the needle, the outlet of the pull tube 24 is attached to the edge of the floor mat, and the wrapping tape sent out from the pull tube 24 can be perfectly wrapped on the edge of the floor mat. As the needle machine 3 runs, it automatically feeds, and the tape wrapping tape is also pulled out of the pull drum 24 by the synchronous tape. The front surface of the pull cylinder 24 is matched with a thimble 25 for pushing the wrapping belt to the position of the needle, the surface of the pull cylinder 24 is provided with a slotted hole, the thimble 25 is driven by a first group of pneumatic power to move and insert into the slotted hole, and then the thimble 25 is pushed forward by a second group of pneumatic power until the wrapping belt is sent out of the pull cylinder 24 to the edge position of the ground mat.
The folding assembly comprises a square cylindrical feeding channel 26, the outlet of the feeding channel 26 is opposite to the inlet of the pulling cylinder 24, the front surface of the feeding channel 26 is also provided with an air pipe, and the air pipe blows the forwardly moved wrapping tape into the pulling cylinder opening. The needle machine 3 is provided with a frame for placing the wrapping tape winding drum, and the wrapping tape sequentially enters the feeding channel 26 and the pull drum 24. A through groove is formed in the front surface of the feeding channel 26, meanwhile, a push rod 27 is arranged on one side of the front surface of the feeding channel, a tooth surface is arranged at the front end of the push rod 27, the tooth surface presses the wrapping tape from the through groove, the push rod 27 is pushed to stretch out and draw back by an eighth cylinder 29, the eighth cylinder 29 drives the push rod to move along the direction of the through groove, the first function is to push the wrapping tape in the feeding channel 26 into the pull cylinder, and the second function is to retract the cut wrapping tape from the cutting position into the pull cylinder 24.
A shearing assembly is arranged between the pull drum 24 and the feeding channel 26, the shearing assembly comprises a sliding rail 30 intersecting the feeding direction of Bao Biandai, the sliding rail 30 is in sliding fit with a hook rod 31, and the hook rod 31 is transversely driven by a seventh air cylinder. The shearing assembly hooks the wrapping tape between the pull tube 24 and the folding assembly through the hook rod, and pulls the wrapping tape away from the conveying direction and then shears. The shearing assembly further comprises pneumatic scissors 32 and a pneumatic chuck 33, wherein the pneumatic scissors 32 and the pneumatic chuck 33 are positioned on the same side and are positioned on the opposite side of the feeding channel, a hook rod 31 hooks the wrapping tape between the feeding channel 26 and the pull cylinder 24, the wrapping tape is carried to the pneumatic chuck 33, the hook rod 31 presses the wrapping tape to be clamped into the pneumatic chuck 33, and then the pneumatic scissors 32 stretch out and shear a single wrapping tape.
The pull tube 24 is provided with a pneumatic extension on the opposite side of the inlet to the feed path 26: a bottom plate 37 and a plugboard 28, wherein the plugboard 28 is arranged on the opposite upper side of the bottom plate 37, and the rear end part of the wrapping tape is wrapped to the inner side, so that the wrapping tape is folded in the tail direction according to the rule. The bottom plate 37 extends to the edge opening of the pull cylinder 24 along the expansion and contraction direction under the pushing of the fifth air cylinder 34; the insert plate 28 is inserted into the interior of the pull cylinder 24 in its expansion and contraction direction by the pushing of the sixth cylinder. The working mode is as follows: the seventh cylinder is extended, the hook rod 31 presses the wrapping tape into the pneumatic chuck 33 on the opposite side, and the pneumatic scissors 32 are extended and cut off the wrapping tape. Bao Biandai is cut by the pneumatic scissors 32, and then the trademark is cut into a front section and a rear section, wherein the front section is used for covering the ground mat and ending, and the rear section is used for covering the ground mat. At this time, the fifth cylinder 34 pulls the push rod back, and the rear segment Bao Biandai is retracted into the feed passage 26. The hook rod 31 is retracted under the action of a seventh air cylinder, and an air injection pipe is arranged at the lower side of the pneumatic chuck 33, and can blow the wrapping tape of the front section back between the pull cylinder and the feeding channel. At the same time, the fifth cylinder 34 pushes out the bottom plate 37, the end of the bottom plate 37 bearing against the inlet edge of the pull drum 24 forms a continuous conveying plane. A pneumatically pushed-out stop lever is also arranged on the outer side of the bottom plate 37, and a groove matched with the stop lever is arranged on the bottom plate 37, and the stop lever transversely extends out to press the wrapping band and is embedded into the groove with the wrapping band. For better matching, a gas pipe is arranged at the lower side of the baffle rod to ensure perfect folding of the wrapping tape, and the gas pipe is used for blowing the wrapping tape of the front section to be flat on the bottom plate 37. Thereafter, the sixth cylinder is extended and the insert plate 28 bends the tail of the front section Bao Biandai forward and inserts into the pull cup 24. The tail of the front section Bao Biandai is folded into a double layer under the action of the pressure of the stop lever and the thrust of the plugboard. Finally, as the stop lever comprises a transverse power drive and a lifting power drive, the stop lever can be pulled out from the folded wrapping band and returned to the original position.
The tail of the wrapping band is folded, because the shearing edge of the wrapping band is uneven and is not attractive when the wrapping band is folded, and the final quality of the ground mat is affected due to easy cracking, hooking and the like. Therefore, after the tail part of the wrapping band is folded into a double layer, the wrapping effect is attractive, and the quality is ensured.
Meanwhile, the device is provided with a plurality of sensing devices, and mainly comprises: the support section is provided with a first sensor for sensing the trademark sending and stopping position; the support section bar is also provided with a second sensor for acquiring a trademark by the manipulator; the support section bar is also provided with a third sensor for sensing the edge of the ground mat; a fourth sensor for initial positioning of the ground mat is arranged on the needle plate of the needle car; a fifth sensor for initial positioning of the deflector rod is arranged on the frame cross beam; the needle car is also provided with a broken wire sensor and the like. The sensors are matched with all processing steps in the running process of the floor mat, enter specified processing actions under specified positions and preset programs, can achieve remarkable processing effects, realize automatic edge covering and labeling processing of the floor mat, and are outstanding in intelligent degree and matching effects in the prior art.
