the mass fraction of each component in the component A is as follows: 40-70% of aqueous epoxy dispersion, 0.1-5% of water dispersible graphene, 0.1-0.5% of special dispersant for graphene, 5-10% of zinc oxide, 0.1-0.5% of dispersant, 0.1-0.5% of defoaming agent, 0-0.5% of flatting agent, 0.1-1% of aqueous rheological additive, 3-10% of rust conversion agent, 0.5-2% of flash rust prevention additive and 20-40% of water; the mass fraction of each component in the component C is as follows: 40-60% of water-based epoxy curing agent and 40-60% of water; the dispersion particle size of the aqueous epoxy dispersion in water is 10-100 nm; the water dispersible graphene is prepared by a physical expansion method; the special dispersant for graphene is a novel Meiqilin material MQ-512; the waterborne epoxy curing agent in the component C is a zero-VOC modified fatty amine waterborne curing agent; the mass ratio of the A to the B to the C is 3:2: 1-4.
